The hotel I visited was well-maintained and provided a delightful experience overall. The food quality was top-notch, ensuring both tastiness and hygiene. However, I was disappointed to learn that the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during my stay, depriving me of an anticipated recreational activity. One aspect that didn't sit well with me was the pricing policy for the buffet dinner. They charged the same amount, Rs. 1299 + taxes, for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. This seemed unjustified as typically non-vegetarian dishes tend to be more expensive due to the cost of meat. Despite this drawback, I appreciated the efforts put forth by the hotel staff in maintaining high standards in other areas. The attentive and courteous service from the staff added to the positive experience. The ambiance and cleanliness of the dining area and rooms were commendable, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's commitment to maintaining a well-groomed property and providing delectable and hygienic food is praiseworthy. Although the swimming pool's temporary closure was a letdown, I understand that maintenance is essential for the long-term quality of the facilities. In conclusion, while the hotel had a lot to offer and generally exceeded expectations, the issue with the buffet pricing could be addressed to ensure fairness to all guests. Despite this, I would still recommend this establishment to others and encourage them to maintain the high standards they have set in other aspects. Keep up the good work!

Surprised with their outstanding customer service. Jyotshna at the Guest Relations desk, went out of the way, helping me on my urgent business needs. Ms Gargee, the Duty Manager, was of immense help to facilitate my stay. Miran with the restaurant took care of my business guests, during multiple meeting sessions. Overall the stay was outstanding and very enjoyable. I thank all these excellent people and their commitment to do a great job.

Overall a great hotel, but the thing that I didn't like was their bathrooms, like lights were too depressing and they had few spots in the bathroom where the bottom of the wooden door were rotten. Except for these things the hotel was good. I like their food and services.

Nice place, close to highway. Ambience is good. Restaurant should have more options

This is place on Express way Nh48. This is a good stop over if one is travelling long distance from Mumbai. They have a good food and service. Mostly they have Indian food in buffet only and not alakat. The Asian restaurant has good options though not Indian but food is good and they serve drinks too.

One of the best stay. Services are super fast. Cleanliness and so hygiene. Chef have provide the jain food too. Such lovely staff. Amazing.

I visited orchid to have a team buffet dinner. Food was really great. The number of nonveg and veg starters is less but the taste was really good. They should increase the number of starters. Rest I don't think any negative points.
