Ordered from "devil's shawrama" from here. Shawrama was good with lots of jalapenos, but could have been better if chicken was juicy. Would try this again
Amazing #MiddleEasternFood at a very pocket friendly price served at a quick service outlet in Phoenix mall. One of the best place to grab a quick bite without compromising on taste while on a shopping spree.
They had really quick service even though there was a lot of rush at the outlet. Staff also suggests items from their menu based on your appetite and tells you quantity you can expect.
This place is always buzzing with shoppers famished after tiresome walk in the mall, and people just crash here with the shopping bags (#shopaholic)
#ZatarChickenSalad is my favorite salad they offer (priced at just 190 INR). Crunchy lettuce, cut onion rings and seasoned bell peppers, loaded with shredded chicken topped with their signature Zatar dressing, finished in black olives and in house mayonnaise.
The non-veg mezze platter priced at 325 INR ( #MezzePlatter ) is a meal in itself, can be easily shared amongst two people. Comes with 2 falafel tikkis (found them too oily), shredded chicken strips, hummus, garlic toum, harrisa dip and 2 big pieces of grilled chicken served with zatar rubbed pita bread #PitaBread (you can ask for a whole wheat bread as well).
We were full but tempted for more and also ordered the Arabic Grilled Chicken platter (price 215 INR). They have 4 big pieces (wings, breast and leg pieces combination) perfectly marinated in their secret in house marinade served with bread on the side (we ordered the whole wheat flat bread) and it was an amazing finish to the hefty meal to end the frenzy and the shopping spree.
Happy Eating -

Had Vegetable beet roots spiced kebab and Veg Mezze.
Both were awesome.
Loved the Beetroot kebab , highly recommended 👍🏻
My cravings for delectable hummus and pita got me here! I've been constantly ordering food from the Kothrud outlet of Arabia, was in Pheonix so thought of paying a visit here.
Completely confused what to order as so many options available, I opt to go for the MEZZE PLATTER in nonveg as well as veg for the person with me.
The platter consisted of chicken shawarma pieces, fresh of Pita bread, Hummus, falafel, grilled chicken. The whole platter is just perfect for a person, is super tasty and fulfilling. The chicken was well marinated and tender. Loved how whole platter came well together.
The veg Mezze Platter had Paneer Shawarma instead of the chicken shawarma.
The food court was super crowded, still they managed to keep up with the orders.
The service was fast.
Presentation was proper.
I was just roaming around phoenix mall and wanted to try something new. I came up to this café called “Café Arabia” in phoenix. This is a small café which serves Lebanese food. So, I tried the following from their menu,
1. Beetroot Falafel – this were freshly fried and didn’t felt that oil. It was too yummy.
2. Fattoush Salad – If you are looking to have something healthy, then I would suggest you go for this salad option. A must have.
3. Veg Mezze Platter – the platter can be enough for 2 people. It had 3 falafel, fattoush salad, hummus and pita bread. A must try.
A must visit café if you are looking for something new and healthy.
I would love to visit the café again and would try new items from their menu.

Cafe Arabia caught our eye in a crowded Phoenix mall on a weekend. The menu looked very interesting with all the Lebanese dishes. I opted for Veg Mezze Platter which had pita breads with zataar, hummus, salad and pickles. Really liked the hummus, pita bread was soft and fresh. We also tried their beetroot falafal. It was freshly fried and piping hot which made it delicious. We also tried their veg salad bowl. The dressing was good with lots of veggies. Overall it's a good healthy option if you're looking for a change.
Lovely food! A bit expensive if they reduced the price a bit I would go more often!
None the less the taste is amazing and the kebab platter is to die for!!!!
I am quite regular at Cafe Arabia. I have ordered their chicken hummus salad multiple times. It’s is one of the best salad option available at phoenix mall. I recently tried their other offerings and they are good too. They offer good quantity compared to other express counters at the same venue.
One thing that I have noticed is that some times they do not use fresh vegetables in their salads. Please make sure that you serve only fresh food to your customers. I had their herb rice and it was amazing. Way better than their biryani. Sometimes, services are delayed but It could be because of peak hours.
Overall, it is a good place to enjoy Arabian food on-the-go!
Café Arabica has an excellent spread. Kebab platter is very good, they can add extra pitta bread though. Hummus is ok but garlic white sauce is amazing.
One of my friend introduced me with this place in Phoenix, we are die heart fan of shawarma and few days back we decided to stop eating as it was getting too unhealthy for us. But when we got to know that they serve a wheat base shawarma plus a lot of healthy stuff inside, i was so excited to try it out. And guess what it was too good from our expectations. Sizzlingly spicy and amazingly healthy. Devils shawarma it was 🌸😋😋💕💕
This cafe is located in phoenix mall, they serve the best shawarma rolls in the city. I ordered chicken shawarma, french fries and ice tea online. Shawarma tasted very good, fries were not that good, ice tea was good. The chicken was perfectly cooked in shawarma. All the ingredients were proportionally added in it.I just loved the taste and place.
We needed a quick bite before getting in for a movie in PVR Phoenix... ordered for a shawarma with herbed rice. Flavourful succulent bits of chicken came on a bed of fragrant herbed rice, hummus and fresh salad on the side. Loved it so much that packed one more before we left.
Ordered for a chicken shawarma....it had a lot of options for customisation but I went with the original one had I have not eaten at this place before. Though the shawarma was spicy for me but I still totally loved it coz it was full of flavours. Hummus was a little less compared to other sauce still I cud get the taste coz it was soo gud...cnt wait to try other things from there menu when in the city next
Amazing food at affordable price serving great Mediterranean food which is very fulfilling and satisfying.
Amazing hummus taste and other dips. They served good seasoned salad. I tried non veg Mezze plate, it was great.
Love their shawrmas.
Lamb shawrma is just awesome.
They have variety of starters and biryani options which are very tempting.
Next I wud like trying out chicken biryani and tandoori.
This is one of my favourite places in viman nagar for Lebanese and Arabian food, yesterday tried their meat feaster shawarma, which had both chicken and lamb meat, which tasted perfect!!
Note: Ignore that image, I always end up taking clicks midway of my food🙈
Had visited Phoenix mall on 26th Jan and was super hungry. This outlet had a lot of crowd on queue. So decided to give it a try.
Had Al Kabsa biryani. It had one massive chicken leg piece and an egg. The rice was super delicious. Will definitely return to taste the same next time.
After having a complete meal, I was still craving for something tangy and spicy.
Devil's Chicken shawarma ticked all the boxes with the details mentioned on the menu. And believe me, it actually is worth each penny.
The chicken is as soft as it could get. The devil sauce (an in house preparation) and the added dash of jalapeños make it a perfect blast in the mouth. Pickled beetroot on the sides compliments the taste further.
Highly recommended.
Café Arabia Phoenix v Viman Nagar grilled grilled chicken very nice all kabsa biryani very nice chicken Sharma rice good very good 👍👍👍👍👍
Took the family platter was awesome with variety of kebabs, grilled and tandoori chicken. Served with wheat bread and dips. It was wholesome quantity enough for 4 people yet light on the belly.
One word I have for Cafe Arabia - Delicious food
Packaging - 5/5
Delivery - 5/5
Quality and Quantity - 5/5
I was hungry and ordered 4 pieces chicken (half chicken) from ubereats. The chicken was so fresh and it was grilled. I enjoyed my delicious meal in just less than 150 rs. Overall, I Enjoyed the food!
Have tried the shawarma platter and the chicken biryani which is very tasty ! The non veg meal is good too and pocket friendly for a person to suffice his hunger so all together a good experience !
We ordered Mix Kabab platters and all of them were really tasty. Chicken grill, kabab with chutney were awesome. With wheat bread and juicy chicken, it was really good.
Best place to have authentic Arabic food. Tried their sheesh taouk with herbed rice... Mildly spiced and amazing quality and taste, I must say.. A must try for everyone who wants to try Arabic food.. It was a nice meal package enough for one person and wholesome too.
Food: 4/5
Service: 3/5
Overall: 3.5/5
Cost: $$ (moderate)
A place to go if you are looking for a different cuisine in Phoenix city. Had Hummus- pita and Al Fahm, and the taste was quite close to what I had in UAE. Loved the scrumptious food. However, painfully slow service, need to improve that. A bit costly. Strongly recommend for those who like Arabic food and have a lot of time.
Ketchup, Beetroot pickle was missing. Overall taste was good
The chicken shawarma was delicious. The pita bread was soft and the chicken was fresh and tender. The grilled chicken could have been juicer. It was a little dry but it tasted good. Enjoyed the food!
I tried the original falafel and it was just amazing. I got more than I expected and the cook sabbir Khan was very nice and polite and did a good job with the falafel.
I ordered Chicken Shawrma and Paneer Shawrma via Uber eats for lunch today. The delivery was on time and thankfully my request of keeping it less spicy was also considered (though if you want to order, go for medium spicy as less spicy will be too bland).
The delivery by Mr. Afaan was on time and packaging was tidy. I first chose to eat Paneer Shawrma which I had ordered with normal (maida) pita bread. The pita was extremely soft and it had everything required which made it easy to melt in my mouth. The paneer pieces were fresh and soft.
The chicken shawrma was ordered with wheat pita and I would say paneer pita was better than wheat (unhealthy always wins over healthy food). This one also had ample pieces of soft chicken along with other ingredients. Again, this one was extremely delicious as well.
Thanks to cafe arabia that I could enjoy my lunch and thanks for taking care of my instructions as well.
Overall:
Food: 4/5
Ambiance: N/A
Service: 4/5
Value For Money: 4/5

***** My Order *****
◆ Zaatar Chicken Salad - Tossed with Zaatar herbs and olive oil, grilled chicken strips, lettuce, assorted veggies and peppers. Zaatar (uncountable) A particular herb, similar in flavour to thyme or oregano, used in Arab and Israeli cuisine, made from various Middle Eastern herbs. The herbaceous and tangy blend of spices in Zaatar lends a unique bright flavour to this colourful salad. Appetizing and Savory.
◆ Chicken Shawarma - Pit roasted chicken, lettuce, hummus, toum and tahini with the whole wheat base. Nicely roasted chicken. They used Toum (a paste made with oil, vinegar and raw garlic) in place of Mayonnaise.
◆ Ultimate Falafel Wrap - Crisp falafels, lettuce, tahini, cheese sauce, mix peppers wrapped in a pita bread. Falafel is a deep-fried ball, patty made from ground chickpeas, fava beans or both. Pita bread was not properly baked.
From humble beginnings as a single store in Kalyani Nagar, Cafe Arabia is spread across the city. Kudos👍
The best sawarma ever had before or say the best in town! Can’t stop over eating as it is very authentic with all love and the full Levantine flavours😀
This review based on home delivery order
We had ordered chicken shawarma.
I am very fond of shawarma and tried it at various places.
Filling was good and taste was nice. And was different from other outlets I tried earlier in Pune. It was properly packed in aluminum foil.
This is a small Arab eat out with lots of variety in terms of non veg and vegetarian food but I would prefer non veg here since that’s their specialty, they serve you non veg dish with a pita bread also the said pita bread is available in wheat and maida I would recommend this eat out to all the diet conscious people as you shall find more protein and less oily stuff here as everything here is grilled
I loved the grilled chicken and Shawrama there...it is a perfect place for grilled chicken with mayonnaise. Worth a try and value for money ....
I order Arabia special non veg meal and I am very much satisfied with it. The herbed rice had a good balance of flavor and the chicken was perfectly grilled. It came with a hummus dip which made the experience even more amazing. I was surprised that the fries was nice and crispy when the arrived. The shwarma wrap tasted heavenly as usual. The packaging was commendable too. The food was more than enough for one person. I will definitely order from here again.
The ideal lunch to have when at phoenix and in between a tiring shopping spre
Love their grilled chicken, always so tender, juicy and amply seasoned.
Their hummus hits all the notes right and I love that garlic punch in it as well.
The Falafels are crispy and spiced perfectly as well.
They have a green dry chutney on the pita bread which makes pita bread better, if it were even possible.
The baklava smelled a tab bit too old though.
All in all, it's the perfect stop for a hearty Lebanese lunch.
Located in the food court, this place is easy to spot. I love Lebanese food and was really excited to try this joint. And I wasn't disappointed. Their chicken Shawarma is one of the best in the city and they offer you whole wheat pita option. The Shawarma on Rice was also great with the herbed rice which was really flavorful. A must try for Lebanese lovers!
A very small joint located in the phenoix market city mall. I loved the shawarma and grilled chicken here. Even the way food is plated and served is so presentable. Prices are on the pocket friendly side and the taste is absolutely phenomenal. Would love to visit this place again and again.
Shabeer and Dharam do a very good Job and food is super good. Do visit for super good chicken.
Shabeer and Dharam do a very good Job and food is super good. Do visit for super good chicken.

Love every time I go to this ... amazing Shawarma, excellent chicken.. surprisingly I loved their biryani too...it’s been my all time favourite place to go grab a bite.
Superb food.
Paid extra 10₹ for Pita Bread but didn't get it.
Recently Hogged in this Pepper Chicken Tikka. The chicken was perfectly cooked. It was medium spicy accompanied with punch of pepper granules. Moreover the cream added on the taste. Loved every bite of it. Would love to visit this place second time forsure.
The Hummus platter is simply yum! Everytime I visit this place, It's hard to choose any thing else from the menu. The staff at this outlet is also very helpful and go out of their way to make the dish more special.
Veg review
Paneer shawrma. Well the filling inside the shawrma was good enough like paneer, yogurt, onions. Paneer was nicely marinated but oily. Yogurt was fresh. And the wheat bread was top notch quality. But I didn't felt that awesome it's was kind okay okay why I don't know. But I will visit again for ultimate falafel. I asked for it but it was closing time soo I had two paneer shawrma .
Awesome awesome and awesome the taste of panner was really very good migrated in yogurt and the bread which was used was awesome and fresh nice to see such mouth watering food people should visit once and it's reasonable in rate also *lovely* 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Food is really good over thier at 1st I just thought that veg arabic food would be good or not, so I went through combo veg meal, taste is fabulous suggest everyone who is a vegetarian to go for that it's a value for money, biriyani taste is so good with better quality and quantity. Even the smoked paneer taste so nice.
I would suggest every to go for this as a value for money.
Chicken servings options here are pretty good.
Specially, Rice in Grilled Chicken with Herbed Rice was unique and mouthwatering.
Grilled chicken was good.
Food - If you are fond of Lebanese food then you should like the food. It not only tasted nice but even the presentation was good. Another advantage is you can have the food even when you are on a move.
Price - Attractive prices considering the food offering. In 250 to 300 bucks per head is more than enough for you ( assuming a person with normal diet ;p )
Service & Ambience- Service could have been a bit faster. But I won't complain on that part since it might affect the quality. Hence current service time is not so bad. However had it been little faster it would he more comforting.
Overall - Nice place to go if you want to try something different than what you get in regular food joints at a reasonable price. Added bonus is food is also delicious.
The food was awesome u mst try this atleast once service is great food quality was also good we had a great tym if u visit pheonix then must try this place
The food, especially the lamb shwarma, is really good. Unlike other places, it tastes really fresh and juicy. Hassle-free and accommodating staff :)
Nice indo arabian selections
Try their baklava
Ice tea is good and so is the chicken platter
Quantity could've been better
Rest assured for a nice meal
Cafe Arabia, Phoenix
Just the sight of rotisserie and grill can get me salivating, and cafe Arabia does a good job of setting up their counter to attract people.
Some of us were invited there to sample the cafes middle-eastern fare and we had a great time enjoying one delicious dish after another.
The use of subtle spices, marinating and grilling the various types of meats gives the food its unique flavor.
Apart from their Arabic grilled chicken (which is still their signature dish), shwarma, hummus, falafel and biryanis, this cafe has introduced various new types of kebabs, 3 new flavors of Hummus...Pesto, Harissa, and Mint and new types of pita. My personal favorite was Harissa flavored hummus....hummus with jalapeños and harissa paste that gives a nice spice kick!
Al Faham is chicken legs marinated in yellow chillies, cashew paste and spices and roasted to perfection!
The Falafels, crunchy and fresh, slightly on the tangy side though is a good starter for vegetarians.
This is one great place for carnivores who can't get enough of meat! And the plus point is that its super healthy too..
This is not a big cafe and the seating arrangement is outside, a common area share by all the nearby food junctions. Food quality is good though the service is slow. I usually take away shawarma and grilled chicken from here once in a while.
I have been here recently ...as it was with friends...we were searching for some tasty food, we halted here and tried meezed combo and it was nice in taste and quality was also good. Loved the preparation and food...
After long day of shopping I went here ordered mezze platter and hummus chicken salad both were excellent very basic simple and flavoufull . Must visit.
Cafe Arabia at Phoenix Mall offers excellent quality, superb taste, and ultimate freshness. Their dishes are not only tasty and fresh but also perfectly cooked. A wonderful visit! One suggestion: introduce a coupon system display to avoid counter chaos. Overall, a fantastic experience, deserving 4-star ratings. Highly recommend for everyone to enjoy a fulfilling meal.
This is our weekend dinning place.. we visit here almost every weekend.. my daughter loves there chicken and specially the Hummus and Pita bread.. very tasty food they serve... they recognise us and give us extra hummus at no additional price 😜
Tons of varieties in chicken. Best cafe for chicken lovers. I had chicken tandoori and Veg Falafel with 3 pieces of Paneer and Rice. The tastes were good. And very pocket friendly. Although it it situated in the food court at Phoenix, you might face difficulties to get table to have your meal.
Recommended for all the non veg lovers.
Situated in the food court of pheonix mall, great food, we tried their kebab platter and peri peri paneer sizzler. Both of them were lip smacking 😋. You should try the vegetarian options also definitely worth trying. I've added some pics and videos to, check them out.
Happy fooding☺️.
Nestled with food court of phoenix Mall .Excellent Quality, Superb taste, Ultimate freshness. All these defined Cafe Arabia... They have so tasty and fresh dishes and Moreover the main thing is that it was cooked perfectly well. It was a wonderful visit. Just one suggestion please introduce the coupon system display to avoid chaos at the counter. Rest all wonderful. So, i would love to give 5 Star Ratings.
Would recommend it to everyone. Guys do visit here and enjoy your meal to its fullest.
I want to express how incredibly delicious your chicken salad was that I had the pleasure of trying today! The flavors were simply amazing, and the packaging was top-notch. I felt so full and satisfied after enjoying it. You've truly created something special.
The quality of your salad reflects the dedication and passion you put into your restaurant's offerings.
Thank you.

I would love to visit the café again and would try new items from their menu.
Amazing #MiddleEasternFood at a very pocket friendly price served at a quick service outlet in Phoenix mall. One of the best place to grab a quick bite without compromising on taste while on a shopping spree.

Nestled in the food court of Phoenix Mall, this is a very nice joint serving Middle-Eastern cuisines at attractive prices.
The shawarma is definitely delicious and hummus was very fresh. Also when ordering chicken and rice, don't order them separately. There is an item on menu that gives you 4 pieces chicken with buttered rice for around 300 than ordering them separately.
Remember to tell them to grill more if you need the chicken to be crisper. Coke costs 30rs each for a 250ml bottle.
Visited many times to Cafe arabia in pheonix mall for dinner. Here you will find many options in Arabian food with delicious taste and great quality. Specially their chicken shawarma and grilled chicken with pita bread is scrumptious.
Cafe Arabia is our entire family’s favorite one.
Highly suggested.
Offering a host of mostly known Arabian and mughlai dishes, this place is a small take away joint at the phoenix market city mall Pune. However they have a array of biryanisz shawarma, kababs and various gravy and chicken and muttons offerings on the menu. The taste is upto the mark and Biryani is a must try. Also the chicken kababs are a delight as they retain the Perfect juices from the marinate and oils. All in all a good option and recommendation for Arabic food in Phoenix Market City mall.
On my visit to Phoenix Mall decided to indulge in some Arabian cuisine- already a fan of Souk by Cafe Arabia and since this outlet belongs to the same chain of ownership my resolve was double strengthened.
Ordered a chicken-lamb mixed Shawarma Wrap and a Chicken Shawarma Wrap. Pita bread was hard and chewy- it was not toasted or pressed I believe. Lamb was chewy as well but chicken was alright.
Taste wise both the wraps were delicious; especially the garlic paste sauce was verily yummy. I also dig the pickles they give!
Cafe Arabia chain is still the best group of outlets serving Middle Eastern food in Pune in my opinion.
Overall it's a good healthy option if you're looking for a change.
Cafe Arabia delivers predominately Middle East dishesh and from that cuisine Falafel is one of my favourable😘. Falafels are deep fried balls traditionally found in Middle Eastern cuisine, usually made from ground chickpeas, hot and crunchy on the outside, fluffy and herby within. Speaking about the taste it was really scrumptious. It is often served with hummus (smooth & creamy puree of cooked chickpeas and tahini sauce (Tahini is made by grinding sesame seeds into a smooth paste), Pita bread (It is a family of yeast leavened round flatbreads baked from wheat flour) and Salad for dressing😋. A must try whenever you are visiting Pheonix market city. Superb experience👌.
Fresh tandoori chicken, some pita bread made the lunch beautiful. It's situated in 2 nd floor , food court . Food is good , quality & quantity both .
