Taste is very good .worth for money..but sometimes delivery get delay and food is not hot ..
Very tasty must try Parsarota dosas, upma, chutney is also very tasty. Sambar is little bit on sweeter side. will definately try some other dishes too. Healthy dosas options.
One of the best hotel where I found Delicious south Indian food, I have been there, lots of crowd was there waiting for food, Hot food is served.. Quality is good and Price is also fine not much expensive.. No place to sit, but U can enjoy a Good south Indian food here..
Pure south indian breakfast and snacks centre. Can feel the home food taste. Even my north friends used to insist me to have breakfast here..
Taste 3.5/5
Delivery 5/5
Packaging 5/5
Price 5/5
We ordered two things.
1. South India combo which consisted of 1 piece od idli, 1 piece of medu wada, 1 piece of some other wada, 1 plain dosa, 1 packet of upma, 1 packet of sooji halwa, sambhar, red chutney & coconut chutney. (Red chutney was my favorite)
Upma was very bland, rest all the other food items were really good when had with the chutney & sambar.
2. Tomato Rice with daal tadka
The daal tadka was not listed in the menu when I was ordering it so I turned out to be a “wow” thing for us and trust me, it was really very tasty! Tomato rice was cooked fine too.
We got this in an offer, so it was very pocket friendly to our wallets.
Would order again.
Best South Indian food I've ever had in Pune. I have tried a variety of items on the menu and never been disappointed.
The following dishes are my favourites from Godavari -
1. Medu Vada Sambar
2. Masala Dosa
3. Onion Masala Dosa
4. Mysore bonda
5. Upma
The quality and quantity is just absolutely amazing. When you order food from here, they send you enough Sambar and chutney that you won't be able to finish alone.
Speaking about the quality, I've ordered food from Godavari multiple number of times and it has never made me sick to my stomach or otherwise.
The crispy medu Vada's have got to be my favourite and it is a must try!
If you want to have the cheap and best South Indian food available, go for this!
[If there was one restaurant I could compare the food to, if would be Sambar (Viman Nagar). The quality is comparable. ]
Awesome food for South Indians. Every dish here reminds its origin. I ordered Mysore bonda and it's simply superb. From long back i am looking for such food in Pune and one day I came to know that it serves south indian and I ordered.its awesome.
Please provide delivery for long distance also such as viman Nagar.

Tasty food. Need improvement in maintaining hygiene food. Place needs to be cleaned and the workers needs to be nicely dressed. Also the space is too small.
I have ordered mirchi baji. The taste was awsome. In fact I have found better that the baji which I eat in Guntur(A.P). Good word and keep the taste.
"Godavari Snacks " as the name suggests has a South Indian feel to it. All the South Indian items are available at very pocket-friendly prices. Try the pesarattu dosa's are their best. I like the red spicy chutney a lot to have with the idli and dosa's. Authentic South Indian food, a must try for all.

Must try....the one who love south Indians tiffens or snacks...here you can get 80% taste....🥰😍😘....every one come and taste it...this is my impression with this hotel
Godavari snacks is very good option for South Indian breakfast. I ordered Idli, bonda with Sambar and chutney. Bonda cooked very well. Spicy Red chutney given it added extra value to it. Overall very good experience
Great option for authentic South Indian snacks. Vada, Idli Sambhar, Masala Dosa everything is awesome. It's the best when it comes to quantity, quality and overall price of each dish. It's mouth watering and filling. Awesome...Team Godavari Snacks.
Vada and punugulu are the best here. Do not miss eating them. Though paper butter dosa was recommended for me, felt like it wasn’t of that a great taste.
Amazing taste. I love the sambhar over here which is authentic Tamilian taste. Reducing one star only because the USP which is sambhar was only one packet with two plates of idli. Please give lots n lots of sambhar, that's the reason I order from here. Love it!
Must try coconut onion masala dosa. Different healthy and too good. Served with good quantity of both tomato and coconut chutney. Sambhar isn't great though too spicy.
Very good quality of food..
Good place to have some quick bites of South Indian snacks.
We like Pesarattu Masala/Upma Dosa they serve.
Also their Mysore Bonda, Punugulu, Curd Rice and Onion Pakodas are really good.
A pocket friendly breakfast place!

When in Magarpatta, Godavari snacks is a place you must visit for the finest South Indian snacks 😋 This plate costs ₹40/- which is a bit surprising seeing the quantity😂 But the taste was Amazing 😍
Godavari Snacks is a small over the counter outlet in Destination Centre, located in inside Magarpatta city. However, this small shop makes a greater turnover than many restaurants in the same complex, not only that! It is immensely popular among the residents as well.
Godavari Snacks serves some piping hot, delicious south Indian delicacies, right from the humble Idli, to Wadas, Dosas and some exquisite Pessratus, Mysore Bondas, Lemon Rice, Tomato Rice and so on. The meals are undoubtedly relishable, for their unique taste which has been maintained over the last few years. There is a huge crowd, yet they manage to keep up with the orders. Recently, they have enlisted themselves on Zomato, Swiggy, Uber Eats and other platforms, thereby enabling you to order from the comfort of your own house.
The outlet however lacks in cleanliness, there is constant chaos in the kitchen and one is oblivious to the chopping of vegetables and the storage of other goods. Yet, since it is an open kitchen, one can see and judge for themselves before eating. I have eaten here for the last 4 years and have personally found no issues, hopefully it continues this way in the future. Until then, it's your call as a customer, you might miss out on some good South Indian Snacks.
A good place to get some authentic telugu food! Amazing chutneys, this place make us forget the longing for telugu tiffins and snacks. Special mention for the Mysore Bonda, Mirchi bhajji and Rava dosa
good food and before time delivery
Ordered wada and mysore bonda. Food was oily but it will be because of the type of items. The ginger chutney was awesome. Of course the over all food.
Very good.. The dosa was very tasty and filling and also the vada sambar very soft and crisp, coconut chutbey was fab, rarely found. Very nice, should surely try
Very good food. No problem with the delivery. It was not the delivery guys fault Tbey route was blocked because of some construction.
I have to give it a top star rating without a doubt. It is the best place for having breakfast in Magarpatta, and options for lunch and dinner are not bad either.
I like the dosa , wada sambhar, but the best of the lot is the Andra bonda.
The taste of idli and wada is awesome with chutney but the sambhar is very spicy.
Ordered idli, mysore bonda and dosa for delivery, very tasty and authentic south indian food. Mysore bonda is very tasty. Will try other items as well. Packing is good, also they provide two types of chutneys.
This is a hidden gem still, because you actually cannot see the place as there are so many people in front of you all the time 😇
They offer a good mix of north indian, andhra and south indian street food at reasonable prices. I have been to this place a plenty of times and have eaten almost everything they offer - dal wada, medu wada, dosa, uttapam, dahi wada, samosa, poha and the list is endless.
Dont worry about the ambience and the area where they cook, as it may look messy but they maintain the hygiene in their food stuff pretty well.
And after all, this is what street food is all about - rusty-ness, bit messy and always buon appetito!
Godavri @ Magarpatta DC is really good restaurant with south indian snacks. I love Mysore Bonda the most. Its reaally good place to have breakfast.
Godawari snacks @DC,Magarpatta... A must try place for people who love South Indian snacks... I tried Appe and it was awesome. Mysore Bonda is also super favourite here.. Served with coconut chutney and red tomato chutney..Too Good 😋😋.. Moong masala dosa and Mirchi bhaji was very tasty ... They serve quality medu wada as well... Delicious taste n reasonable pricing too...Very hygienic and clean place ...Staff is also Good..

I wonder where i was all this day. i heard a lot about them and always saw a huge crowd unless one day it was less crowded and i ordered masala dosa . They r the best and everything they serve is perfect and delicious and authentic. The vadas , punugulu, and variety thu offer in the small outlet is commendable. Hope they get more and more successful
we visit this place frequently to try different south Indian dishes..Ordered appam, masala idli and Mirchi bhaji from this outlet for team refreshments on many occasions.. masala idli was delicious and perfectly fried.. appam was also really very tasty.. green and red chutney which comes with south Indian dishes is really lip smacking.. Mirchi bhaji was average..
Bonda and tomato chutney is one of the best affordable snacks we can have..
Dosa, idli, medu wada, wada pav is also very good.
Delivers within time n quality and taste always good.
This is my breakfast place. It's been almost two weeks and has kinda become a ritual for me. Get up , get ready and have breakfast here.
Ambiance:
It's a tiny shop. No sitting. You have to stand and eat.
Rating - 2/5
Food:
I have tried almost every snack here. The poha, bonda, Sambhar vada, Appam, pungulu.
Everything is awesome. The best part is the value for money.
Rating - 4.5/5
Service:
It's been good up till now. I have also had stuff delivered online. That was also super quick but then DC is adjacent to my society.
Rating - 4/5
This is one option for my breakfast.. When am in dc morning hours..
Let it be their bonda or their Vada sambhar..
You would always find corpus around this place. The people are humble you won't feel felt alone.
Add on.. Try lemon and tomato rice.
Visited Godavari on both days of Diwali for breakfast with colleagues.
They have two stalls- One exclusively for Dosas and the other for other south Indian delicacies. One can guage the popularity of this Southie from the crowd outside the 2nd stall, opposite the two-wheeler parking lane in Magarpatta's Destination Centre.
The aroma of freshly fried Medu Wadas, steamed Idlis, Sambar and Dosa, to mention a few, waft through the morning air, mingling with the city smog as you saunter past and one cannot help but sniff the air to take in that aroma, let it linger in your mind long enough to close in on the choice of a suitable place to have a quick breakfast.
Standing.
Prices hover economically around ₹50 but the variety is quite a lot to choose from. The size of the Idlis and Wadas is generous and so is the serving of chutneys and sambar. The portion of aaloo sabji in Masala Dosas can shame a portion served at other South Indian restaurants. ...and is delicious enough to be scooped into the mouth without the need of the dosa. The preparation is satisfactorily filling and ₹80 for a meal for two is more than palatable.
On the flip side, the stench in the vicinity can be mildly overpowering at times than the aromas and a major deterrent to otherwise enjoy a delightful taste of the south.
If you are a south indian and miss the food, this is the place and if you are a north indian and want to know how authentic this is - it is very close!!
In destination center,Magarpatra or DC as it is called, serves good idlis and dosas and the mysore bondas here are the best you will get in Pune i guess here.
Also, post breakfast you can enjoy kulhad vali chai here although filter kappee would be ideal! Pune just hasnt developed a taste for filter coffee. Sambar( Vimannagar) has that machine wala filter coffee and upsouth as well.
Have ordered from them many a times from them. There delivery is quick and there food is average for a easy to get breakfast. I have tried there idli sambar, vada sambar, butter dosa, masala dosa and they also offer different varieties of South Indian cooked rice which is very authentic in taste. Lemon rice and curd rice is a must try though there sambhar is little more spicy to handle.
Food is good here, you get good nashta and lunch. A lot of variety only one thing magarpatta's water has a lot of TDS it's above 300. So if you eat regularly here your stomach might get upset. Dhosa, uttapam, poha, dal rice, upma are and chai are recommended form here.
The best South Indian food place. The Mysore bonda from this place is to die for. The maharaja meal for breakfast is the best and such a huge meal that you can eat it for lunch too.
Tasty Authentic south Indian Eateries.....Every thing is made fresh...these place opens early in the morning....Must Try Mysore Bonda and Dahi wada..
All the available food in Destination Center(DC) is mouth watering, 🤤 But I will personally recommend you Godavari Snacks. I tried having Masala Dosa, Dahi Wada, Puri Bhaji, Chole Bhatoore and Wada Sambar. 😋🤤 And the taste of the food items is quite amazing. 😁 If you ever get free time from the office, 🏢 then definitely visit this place 📍. Even the prices 💰 are pocket friendly.
Always been top place on my bucket list if I feel to have authentic south indian food.
Amma the owner makes sure instructions are followed correctly.
Those 3 types of chutney makes me go crazy with Dosas and Mysore Bondas.
Sambhar quality needs to improve with regards to taste and spicyness.
They provide good portion with budget pricing items.
Must try their speciality - Curd rice, Tomato Rice and Lemon rice.
Personally loved dahi wada which I ordered recently.
50+ varieties of dosas and uttapas makes thrm stand out in Destination centre, Magarpatta.
Good job !!
The taste feels authentic. All kinds of south Indian snacks are available.
I liked the Medhu Vada with chutney and sambar very much. Almost filled my stomach for the evening.
Token system.
Good taste and amazing dosa varieties and chat items. Little disappointed with the chole bathure as they were spiced properly. Rest everything is good as per taste and ambience.

Best south india food inside Magarapata. It's basically a Andhra place. The food will be bit spicy and snacks such as vada, punugulu and bonda are available here. This place is located in side wise so will be difficult to find. Taste and good and value for money.
Good in taste.
In moring rush is there due to office going people.
Idli cost you 45, 2 Bonda for 25.
Dosa is also available. Nearby counters for Poha and Kanda Kachori.
Parking space is available.
I am from Andhra Pradesh. It's the best place if you want to eat Vijayawada style tiffins especially punugulu. I like it.
Food is good when served hot. No sitting area. U can either take away or eat standing there .
Authentic South Indian food. 🫣
