Visited here recently. It's a great place for snacks when you've been to shaniwar wada or Dagadusheth Halwai Ganesh Temple.
It has 36 years of experience. And I really loved it. As it's so old and still prices and taste are really good and that proves how they think of their quality, customer satisfaction over money.

1) Upwas Kachori
2) Sabudana Vada
3) Vada Pav
This three times were very delicious. Especially the Upwas Kachori. Other items such as poha, sabudana Khichadi, Dhokla or any other were good too. Only one con was there that there chutney wasn't proper and having lot of water. Secondly there wasn't a proper sitting area. Rest all was great. And all the dishes they were offering were just for Rs.15/- to 20/-
And been such a old centre. No doubt it'd be great in food.
Overall my experience was great. The staff and service was also really good.
This place is situated opposite iconic Shaniwar Wada.
Majorly famous for its South Indian, but we wanted to have Vada Pav as our breakfast.
Had authentic Vada Pavs with garlic powder. They were damn tasty.
The place is very economical and you can have a meal under 50 bucks.
A perfect place having street food and old city charm!
Located right in heart of old city district in Pune, this is a perfect place for having a delicious breakfast or evening snacks. Location is a big plus since it's located very close to the iconic Shaniwār Wādā and the honorary Ganpati organisations (mandals) of Pune. It serves tasty food at a very economical price. Further it is always open for business. It is part of Pune's culture and street food and much more than just a food joint.
The must haves include Idlee chutney, Sabudānā Wadā, and Sabudānā khichadee.
There's no space to park your car. At the most one can park his/her two-wheeler.
I have been visiting this place since childhood..!! Tasty food, good quality and very reasonable rates. Their sabudana wada, upma, khichadi, upwas thalipeeth etc all are good.
Located besides the shanivar wada on the way to dagdusheth ganpati this is my pit stop for hot sabudana wada and lassi. Sabudana wada is great . Tried uttapa and dosa it was also nice. Sabudana wada is great served hot with chutney. Has self-service token system. USP of this place is its price super cheap and good taste. But parking is a issue.
First time i have visit this place must wish to come back again.

The idli with Kanchipuram masala ,tasted bit different from the usual idli chutney. More spicier .
I also tried the Shengdana Ladoo , which I found just too sweet . Won't recommend.
No place to sit , so best to have a quick bite.
If you love fasting food (even when not fasting 😀) then you have to visit or order online (recently started on Swiggy / Zomato) and try their world famous Shabudana-Wada with very very special and unique chatni. Also don’t miss superb Shengdana-laddu, just unique.
You will not get such Shabudana-Wada, Shabudana-Khichadi and Shengdana-laddu anywhere else ..👍🏼

As roadside food goes this is is the best. Extremely affordable and mouthwatering at the same time. The low prices of dosa; vada andother items may discourage you but everything is delicious except for the dahi vada. Highly recommended.
If you would like to have something which has rawness of Maharashtrian essense, have idli or sabudana vada here. It's cheap as water bottle. Good to go if you are visiting shanivar wada.

seating problem. Very old restaurant. I am eating here from about when I am about 9 years old.
