the place has good Ambiance at Shivapur, very spacious, loved the outdoor seating area . food menu with lot of good option specially chiken stik,everything is just perfect right from ambaince, service, hygene, test, price and quantity.loved every bit of the items we had. the chiken was properly cooked.

The Thali which we took was The Aamdar Thali the Thali was good and tasty with 6 items of mutton and chicken both included with two types of rassa one was the chicken and the mutton rassa and four boiled eggs and the salad included with sliced cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and onions. There were also a sliced onions fixed with cured. We also ordered the The P.K’s Specially Family Platter which included 1kg of Chicken Biryani and also other items like Dahi Kanda, roasted papad, butter milk and the Chicken Stick with fried chicken around a long toothpick like stick. According to me thali was slightly expensive because of the mutton item included in it as compared to only ₹1000 extra over chicken aamdar thali. Our total Bill was around ₹5000 as we also ordered some 4-5 thumbs up , 4 mineral water bottles and some extra Bhakri and Chappati. The presentation were good and the ambiance was slightly ok !! The overall all rating I would be 3.5 Stars.
P.S : The Thali and and the Biryani was shared by all 9 people within us.
Authentic Maharashtrian thali. A must try Mutton Thali which sweeps you away on the first whiff of the Hot Rassa. By the time you recover from the Rassa effect, next comes the real hero of the Thali- the mutton gravy, mutton Kheema, egg curry and the Jowar and bajri bhakhri. One bite and it captures all your senses and does not allow you to get distracted by anything else. A must have and must try food joint from Non-vegetarians😊

This Sunday we were searching for some new hotel to try out. Finally we halted at PK. We were 4 people's so we thought to try out Chicken Aamdar Thali. Thali was huge. It contained dishes like chicken ghee roast, chicken ukad chicken alani, chicken kalegi,chicken sukka, thambda rassa, pandhara rassa, alani soup. Alani rice, Indrayani rice, boiled eggs. Option of chapati, jawar bhakari, bajari bhakari.
Since we were hungry we could finish all dishes In thali except Rice n some gravy left. But it was nice experience, every dish having it's own taste. Chapati were fresh, butter milk which is complementary with thali was fresh n light. Overall good experience. Will surely visit again.
The place looks average but the food is why you should go here! The biryani is just amazing especially the Matka biryani! The tambda and pandhra rassa both are equally good! Worth the travel!
On the way from Satara to Pune a must stop for lunch/dinner if you are a Biryani lover

Visited this place while returning to Mumbai through the highway. It's clearly visible from the road. They have indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Ambience was quite okay kind. Not a posh place. Ordered mutton dum biryani. Tasted yummy. They give 3 types of soup with the biryani. Soups were also tasty. Biryani lovers should definitely try this place.

Very good food, and the quantity and variety in the thali was amazing . Have been recommending this place to friends as well. Reasonable rates and ambience was also good , we had kids travelling with us and they were entertained in the garden and small play area.

Yesterday while returning to Pune,
Spotted PK Biryani House at left side after crossing khed shivapur toll plaza coming towards Pune.
Being regular customer of PK Biryani in City area I decided to stop at this outlet as PK biryani is tried and tasted many times.
It has gated parking inside premises with outdoor seating option. They have children's play area as well.
Quickly placed order for half tandoori chicken and chicken biryani in Desi ghee.
Asked for alani Rassa with Indrayani rice for my son and they made it available at no extra cost.
Tandoori chicken was well marinated. Outer layer was crispy coating and was juicy inside. Tandoor Burnt taste was amazing.
Chicken biryani was good in quantity. Rice was cooked well and it was given double dum.
Inspite of desi ghee (sajuk tup), Biryani wasn't tasted bland. Proportion of rice vs masla was balanced.
It was fully satisfactory meal and I highly recommend it.

A highway side restaurants or a dhaba are always too good for food,
For that matter this place not just good food but has also managed to maintain the decency of the ambience.
The ambience is very subtle, good lights, children's play area,best part is they had good parking space.
The food served is super tasty, we ordered some Murg musallam,Paratha,roti and mutton dum biryani.
And ofcourse it way tastier then it was expected.
Well good place for a dinner with long drive from the city.

Great tasting biryani, the quantity seems a bit less for the half plate but is quite good price wise for the full plate .

At PK Biryani House, I had a good chicken biryani with ample-sized chicken pieces.Taste was good but I felt masala was bit less compared to amount of white rice. The red and white rassa added delightful flavors. Though the price could be more reasonable, it was an enjoyable experience overall.

The chicken tandoori is really good here. Once you eat it, you want to order it again 😂. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the spices used was also really tasty. Other dishes were also good, and overall the experience with this hotel was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel if you're non veg lover. Must visit!
Ordered full Chicken dum biryani costs 350 for full and 200rs for half.
Chicken Biryani was good and tasty. And more than enough for two people.
Also ordered full Chicken Tandoori here...Costs 400rs .
Chicken was well Roasted and good in taste.
You will also get tambda pandhra rassa which is ok in taste.
Other options in veg and nonveg also available . Seafood dishes available.
I had only heard of PK BIRYANI but I was unsure how good it will be. My experience was awesome.. it was the best biryani I have ever had in a hotel. The quantity and pricing as per the brand recognition is very good and reasonable. The service was slow and staff was laid back. However the food experience made it all good. We tried the biryani which comes in Matka and we had ordered both veg and non veg.. veg biryani will be rated 2 stars out of 5 as per my experience. The cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained

I ordered chicken kebab , chicken thali and Surmai Thali . Angara kebab was awesome, soft and perfectly cook. Chicken Thali served with Roti and bhakari..Was more than enough for one person. Surmail curry and fry was little bit spicy but it's tasty. Overall good experience
