Nukkad cafe is a very own cafe in viman Nagar where we find complete peace and chilled atmosphere...the nukkad cafe is just a few minutes away from the very known phoenix market city..

The nukkad cafe has very beautiful ambiance with all greenery...the place is very shady and calm...one can do all sort of work they want by sitting here...

The cafe serves one the bestest and not so known sauf ki chai...which is just very Very refreshing and it just triggers your mind off...there is fennel sprinkled over which just makes it more amazing..

Another refreshing beverage is the masala coffee...which is also very calming and relaxing....other than this is the hara bhara kabab which is one of the tastiest dishes of the cafe...

Then comes the Mexican fries which are loaded with our favourite cheese and damn they it is just a "must have" dish..
And here comes next the cheese Maggie fully loaded with cheese and it just makes the taste more authentic and unique...

And last up is the pan soda and it is very rejuvenating and is served only in the nukkad cafe....the pan soda has just similar a taste like pan but the soda makes it a bit quirky and refreshing...

Starting with the menu , wide range of Refreshments like Teas , Coffees and Mocktails .
Black tea , filter tea and Saunf tea some great options . Saunf tea is the mind boggling , good mix of masala , grinded with fine saunf ( fennel seeds ) mixed in the tea masala and prepared with same technique .

Also we had their newly introduced Paan flavour Mojito , a slight new taste but if you're good to your tastebuds this drink will refresh you in and out . A good combination to great flavour and great taste .
A great veggie sub with nice potato patty , placed on layered cucumber and tomatoes slice with slipped on inhouse mayo dressing and some ketchup

Hara bhara kebab , nicely minced pan fried croquettes , not so oily served with in house mint dip get so well with the dish .
Also the Mexican fries were good with good chopped peppers , tomatoes and topped with mayo dressings .
The cheese maggi an regular snacks in this cold weather to get rid of tired day . Not any comments on the taste as its only the thing that anyone get addicted to .

To end on sweet not we had Chocolate cinnamon brownie , brownie was marketed , quite soggy and dry with good chocolate syrup on top sprinkled with cinnamon powder .

Went here just out of interest in live music show. Turned out there was no crowd and that is what made me like the place even more. The artist was friendly and played our requests. I tried chai and hot chocolate here which worked amazing with the cold winds and nice music. Somehow I am glad to be a spontaneous and random person 😄

This cafe have different events on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday evening & zero charges it's a small but cozy & comfy place. Yes they don't decorate their food but food is extremely tasty and affordable. It's a budget friendly cafe where you can get dishes fried or baked. You also get choice of milk & flavors in tea. It's a greate place to spend time with yourself & your loved ones. Owner is always arround,they have maintained the quality of food really well.

A nice, relaxed hang-out spot with games and books available. The owner is friendly and hospitable, and there is easy two wheeler parking available. My favourite thing to get is the laccha paratha with paneer along with a lemon mint iced tea.

The lemon grass ice tea was good. The cinnamon ice tea was fine. The were served in light bulb sorta glasses which was pretty interesting.
The fries were cold and they tasted like normal fries to be honest.
Would like to visit again to try something else and the ice tea.
The ambience is all what is worth going. Interesting books, games, puzzles. Nice to spend time with friends or yourself.

I was looking for a place to have tea and to my surprise I found this one. Cosy environment and a place to relax and have good tea. We ordered lemon grass tea and garlic bread with cheese. My taste buds were way too satisfied with this combination, good food excellent tea wonderful environment, the best part was that the tea is served in khullar which enhances it’s aroma further. Always recommend!!! I loved this place.

Been there recently! The ambience was great. They've used bright colours and the decor is kept fairly simple. The outdoor seating space is cozy and very much to my liking.
Coming to food, the place has a lot of variety for very pocket friendly prices. We had lemon grass ginger chai, Lemon grass iced tea, popcorn chicken, French fries, cinnamon cold coffee and grilled chicken platter and enjoyed having most of them. We were lucky enough to have visited their place in a not so crowded timing, so we could enjoy the seclusion and greenery of the outdoor seating all to ourselves. They also have a few table games like chess, Scrabble, monopoly and a small library of books. Very prompt service I must say. Definitely gonna visit again.

I loved it. This place situated near Symbiosis in Viman nagar is very interesting. Best place for a group of friends to hang out. Not much of a couple place though. The most interesting thing about this place being they serve VEGAN food. The prices are very decent and food is worth every penny. They have a lot of things to play with like Jenga, UNO and many more.

What I had here: Chicken Caesar salad, Grilled Chicken Tikka Sandwich, Red Sauce Baked Pasta, Cold Coffee & Oreo Shake.My favorite from all of them was the salad, sandwich & cold coffee. I really love the taste here, I ordered, lacha paratha with chicken, and it was delicious , the paratha wasn't regular paratha you usually get served at restaurants it was rather whole wheat Paratha, coming to the chicken it was delicious too. It was a great experience here.
Nukkad cafe used to be my adda when I was in Pune. They have moved to a better premises in Viman Nagar and is the best place for board games and chai. Looking forward to visit the place when I visit Pune again.

We go there to play scrabble. Rajma chawal is amazing. The thandai is good too. Place has some kind of stench sometimes. Masala milk and chais are good. Price is okay.
I had heard about this place quite a few times but had never been here. Spotted this late night on Friday and thought of giving it a try. We ordered pasta but unfortunately the taste wasn't up to the mark. The owner asked us about it and when we told him frankly about the unpleasant taste he replaced it immediately and didn't even charged a penny for it. We ordered masala maggi afterwards which was delicious with the mix of lot of veggies. Really impressed with the hospitality offered. Will go again surely.
Really nice place in the heart of Viman Nagar area. It's tucked away in a corner off the busy street and offers a nice hangout place to spend a lazy afternoon sitting and enjoying a book.
The menu is full of all day options that range from pastas to sandwiches, rice plates and Maggi. Take your pick and it's guaranteed to be appetizing despite the meager pricing. My personal favorite are the bun maska and kullad wali chai.
I personally like it for the outdoor seating though. A few tables arranged in the shade of the trees and few patrons busy with their things.
Highly recommended for the lovers of laid back cafes.

The combos that I tried were quite affordable and plus filling too. The sandwich in it was amazing. And not to forget to mention the "chai" served in a small pot cup which made the combo even more interesting.
They serve many varieties of chai which is next in my list to try.
Overall. I rate it 4 for its taste and low cost.

A small cafe in Viman nagar which was on my to visit since a long time. The bright interiors always attracted me. They have indoor and outdoor seating area. We preferred indoor since due to construction work there's a lot of dust on that road of Viman nagar. Indoor seating has very less capacity and the kitchen is open. The ambience is bright, quirky and lively. They have a lot of options on board games to choose from.
Coming to the food we had chole kulcha which was pretty good. The chole can be ranked perfect on the spices-meter. It was like home cooked chole with very mild spices unlike at other places where it's just too harsh for your stomach. I found kulcha was not fresh and was not heated properly. Fresh kulcha topped with some butter would have made this a lip smacking dish.
Then I had chicken platter. It had grilled chicken, chicken sausages and some potato pieces. No complains with this dish. Priced at 80 rs, Properly grilled and spiced, this is a perfect dish for your evening hunger pangs.
Tangy veg pasta. It turned out to be great again. Topped with cheese, sufficient quantities of veggies and nicely cooked sauce made it a hit on the table.
Lovely lemon : Traditional style lemonade, nothing much can go wrong with this one.
Aloo Tikki marine : A sandwich loaded with aloo Tikki and few veggies. This was amazing with perfect combination of veggies and sauces.
The place is very pocket friendly. Under rs 100 you can curb your cravings. Overall it was a fair experience. Will visit again :)
If you like to be at a place which is cozy and small with good seating and lighting condition than Nukkad Cafe is what you should look for. If your new it might be a difficult tasks to find the place out but once you do it quite a good place to chill. Fries and Burgerd taste awesome and few drinks in the menu are well prepared. Value for money but you will have to wait for your order by the time you have a few conversations you get your food served.

Reached here in the evening and found the place to be almost empty.Could see a few kids playing some board games and whiling away their time!The place has a laid back ambiance with those garish orange and green tones,flimsy plastic chairs and the likes.Outdoor and indoor seating are available,they have a small kitchen adjoining the inner sitting area!

1.Chinese Chilly Fries-
Fries laden with schezwan chilli sauce,pretty good and would be a hit amongst the chinese aficionados!
2.Chicken Steak-
Overloaded with cheese and accompanied by mashed potatos,the overall taste was manageable at the best! :)
3.Double Decker Veg-
Ahh..the true star of the evening,more like the subs offered at Subway,but the patty used was delectable and the overall dish turned out to be swashbuckling! :)
4.Tangy Veg.Pasta-
The generic pasta with a tangy sauce,you cannot go wrong with this one!

The biggest blunder for the day,couldn't actually detect what it comprised of,not recommended! :/

Another miss,this one was a confusion of sorts since it didn't have an overpowering taste of neither of the flavors aforementioned!
And they had a live performance in the evening(amazing performance! :) ) that just set the groove for the evening!
And the service seemed more on the awkward side,the menu card wasn't served,no self service board in place,the guy serving the dishes had no idea what he was actually serving and the guy at the counter seemed a tad worked up and disinterested while taking our orders, improvement surely needed on this count! :)
Well,a cafe that serves pretty good food at throwaway prices,surely recommended if you are in the vicinity if this place and have too much time and too less money to spend! ;)
A long pending review for one of my local favorites.
Food- The food tastes great and fresh! The cafe hosts a variety of sub sandwiches, salads and beverages. The sub's are have a unique hard bread that compliments the sandwich. The salads are moist and fresh.
Favorites include - The nukkad omelette sub and the tandoori paneer salad.
Ambiance- It set up in a compact little place has a small outdoor seating as well. They have frequent live musical shows. Its a pleasant place to gang out.

Nukkad Cafe as the name suggests - a cafe round the corner offering you some awesome different flavors of chai in a kullad. What more can be asked.....the place have some great flavours of chai with its speciality being Rajwada chai and Lemon Grass chai among others. No doubt it does offer the best in taste within the area. Accompanied by some excellent cookies which makes the whole experience a super hit. Talking about the marines their rich taste, excellent fillings inside and nicely wrapped makes it a wholesome meal. Pastas are good in taste as well. But if one has to visit Nukkad cafe then it has to be for the chai they are offering along with cookies accompanied by some good live music if happen to drop in by weekend. All in all a pretty good place to drop in with your loved one. And yes don't forget to click your pics with the props kept there. Some good snaps for Facebook likes.

Went there on a lazy Weekend for lunch and it turned out to be a fair enough experience!
Food:
I tried the Rajma Rice and the Chole rice and added the extras to make it a combo.
Rajma/Chole Rice - The best thing was it was served really hot but had too much of oil inside it... Taste was good and the serving size was also satisfactory.
Lovely Lemon - I liked the drink, it was just another lemonade but with the added masala, it tasted nice. But it could have tasted even better if it was served chilled!
French Fries - It felt like something was missing from the Fries, probably some spices would have done the good. But they were very basic, plain and served with the salt spread on top.
Service:Except the person taking the order, everyone else from the staff knew which dish was what and how it tasted or what it is made of, it was a little ironic but fun! But they were very friendly and the dishes came pretty quick after placing the order.
Price:
Nothing expensive at all, the whole combo with the Rice, Lemonade and the Fries was just for Rs.120! And they keep offering different coupons worth 10%-15% which you could avail at the store and get the dishes for even less.
Unique Fact:
They have live music night on the weekends which I missed out and would definitely love to attend someday! I have heard really good things about their performances and it should be definitely worth it...
Overall, worth giving a try! And if possible, plan something in the evenings on the weekend.

It's a new start up. I found the place quite welcoming. The only issue is the road next to it is busy and could be a distraction. Took the chai and omelette toast combo, price point is bang on buck. Also the live strumming of guitar makes the ambience pleasant. It's also right next to my society Lunkad Amazon.

I was to this cafe as I had to stay and kill some time to get on with my work. So I ordered one filter coffee and one chat sandwich. I was taken by the flavour and the quality of bread. The sandwich had basic chat ingredients along with green pepper, onion and mint chutney. Really good soothing filter coffee. Must try and you will love it!

A community place in Viman Nagar which serves some mouth watering dishes. They also host some cool events from time to time. This place is a bit small and is situated bit away from road which makes it a calm place to sit and have conversations. Cinnamon omelet toast marine was more like a sub with omelet inside and some veggies, that was good. Mango milkshake was also good and the taste of mango pulp was great. They also have a great collection of book one can read while the order is being prepared. The pricing is also very descent.
We have a budding DnD group operating out of here. Vibes are immaculate and the DnD enthusiasm is brewing well. Probably, planning to hang here every now and then for the foreseeable future.

This café was a pleasant surprise. True to its name, it stands in a corner of the street - a pretty, fairy-lit, welcoming picture. There are three beautiful cats roaming the premises, delicious, homely food, and a great collection of books. The owner is also extremely hospitable and friendly. Every bit worth a visit. Or several.

A lovely out of the way and quiet place, hardly half a kilometre from phoenix mall. Ideal plebe for gupshup with friends. Simple and affordable menu, great ambience and unique serving styles are the icing on the cake.
Came here for DND Nights, I might as well come here frequently just to read books that they offer and maybe with some Dum Chai
The place is spacious and has food that is not much overpriced and we can spend a lot of time, reading or hanging out with friends and family. It has some open air and feels nice.
