I totally in love with their Changeji Chicken (Delhi Wala) and Chicken Barra I shifted here from Delhi and tried so many restaurants to find that Delhi wala flavour They serve yummy food but not that Delhi wala Favour Specially Purani Delhi Flavours.
But I think Delhi Chulha serves you similar taste. You should have try their Changeji Chicken Delhi Wala if you are also craving for that Delhi wala Flavour.
Hello Friends, just had a nice couple dinner on the occasion of my birthday. In one place you can get Verity for veg and non-vegetarian both to suffice your test buds. Let's give a visit and enjoy food.
Visited this place for lunch, was pretty empty for a weekday lunchtime. The ambiance also is pretty basic. The staff here are good and courteous.
Now lets come to the food. My lunch included
- Changezi Chicken
- Dhabbe ka Murg
- Veg Aftabi
- Dal Fry with Steam rice and wheat rotis.
The Changezi Chicken is their iconic dish and most ordered. It had a good texture and a great flavour. The chicken meat was completely blended with the spices making it succulent and delectable.
Dhabbe ka Murg had a semi solid gravy with small grated garlic. Tasted a bit like chinese, but was luscious.
Veg Aftabi or let me put in simple words, its a conglomerate of veges with Paneer. Taste was apt.
Overall this place isn't high end on the food dressing level and ambiance wise, but you can drop in to try their food. You wont be disappointed.
Nice small restraunt for everyday craving kind of place. Fairly priced and they serve good portion size of every items in their menu. Paneer Rajwada is recommended here.

If not the best , this is one of the best restaurant for North Indian non-vegetarian food. Desi Chulha Special Kebab and Changezi Chicken are extremely well made, super delicious dishes which I recommend all to try at least once. Food quality, quantity and taste, all are great.

Prices are extremely low compared to other restaurants. If you order starter, main course, roti and Biyani your bill we be around 250-300. Quantity is plenty. Service is slow but taste of the food completely diminishes it.

Starters : Kastoori Paneer Tikka & Murg E Rajputana
Mains : Changezi Chicken & Paneer Laziz Kofta
Breads : Butter Kulcha, Butter Garlic Naan, Butter Roti and Baluchistan Naan.
The food was delicious, The kebabs were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The house speciality Changezi Chicken is something different from the regular chicken dishes offered in North Indian restaurant's. Generous chicken pieces with balanced gravy tasted very good. Must try.
Baluchistan Naan was cut into bite sized pieces stuffed and topped with cheese, taste was okay nothing too fancy.
I was keen on ordering the Sheermal but it was unavailable hence the one point less.

Well , you do not need big & fancy place to get good food, that what I learn from Desi Chulha Guys , they simply serve most tastiest north Indian food .
Located on Balewadi phata it's easy to catch .The live Chulha attract you while entering into restaurant.
Ambiance is not so modular ,,,service was fast. the owner itself came to suggest us, For Starters He suggested Desi Chulha Special Kebab (chicken) & Karachi Kebab.
Both were delicious , perfect blend of spices , juicy , Well cooked and piping hot.
We also had Seekh kebab just to try ,most of the time I had seekh kebab which was dry & Bitter in taste , but here that was perfect preparation.
They impressed us at starters itself .
for the mains we found something Unique name "Changezi Chicken" (Delhi wala) with Some Garlic Naan and yeah this Dish was completely Unique in terms of taste & quality .
Didn't had appetite to try dessert.
Overall extremely great place if you wanna have great food with reasonable rates. Comeplete value for money.

Food is the whole and soul for an restaurant and when you are right on the point of that, everything will be mesmerizing, so the food at Desi Chulha. One of the best chicken I ever had. Just go through their menu card, u will easily find the uniqueness there. "Koyale da kukkad" is the best thing there. I enjoyed it every single time. Best , simply best.

The cost of food is also not that much. We ordered paneer cheese chilli tikka in starter which was perfectly cooked. In main course we ordered veg aftabi and roti . The vegetable was on spicier side which I loved as I live spicy food.
