Been here many times, like chicken dum Biryani and chicken lollipops several times from here . .. I was ordering food since 2012 from here and it was one of best and near by restaurant for me and my friends to order food especially on Friday's..
Ordered Chicken do Pyaaza and Mutton Rara. The gravies of both were similar. Had also ordered Veg Bhuna, which I personally liked more than the non veg gravies. the quality of food was good overall. They can try and flavour the gravies differently, the next time.
My favorite place for non-veg in #Kothrud. Very famous family restaurant in Kothrud. Food quality is very nice. Butter chicken is delicious and awesome. Hotel staff is very helpful. It is cheap than other non-veg restaurant.

I was a loyal and kinda patent customer of Asha's. My favorite being Mutton Bhoona and Chapathi, which I felt like was to die for. Also, the biryani was amazing too. The staff was always so nice. Service was prompt and the whole staff ensures that customers are satisfied. Can't wait to come pack to Pune just for my favorites...

Always on my top list whenever I want to have kheema. Madly in love with their kheema. The kheema what you get here is not dry, it's juicy and moist exactly the way I like to have it. Huge fan of it..also tried their surmai tawa fry. Perfect balance of taste and texture.. ambience is ok ok but the food is on top.. staff is polite and well versed with the dishes they serve..
Awesome place for chicken lovers! Good taste and good prices. Chicken patiyala and Mughlai are a must try here. Not a great place for family dinner, prefer takeaway or home delivery if family dinner is being considered (Not an issue of staff or ambience, but the general crowd present.)
I've tried Chicken Patiyala dish (One of my favourite) in many restaurants but nobody makes like the one which is prepared at this place. Other items on the menu are good but this is my all time favourite.

Hands down the best place for non-veg food, order anything on thier menu and they will get your taste buds tantalizing, chicken dum biryani, chicken bhoona, butter chicken, thier chefs are masters of thier craft if you are an avid non-veg fan this place is a must visit, though the ambience is not so great but the food makes up for everything, also the veg collection is super, if you are in the area and looking to drown a lot of non-veg visit this place, it will surely make you comeback again.

This is one of my go to places for takeaways or dine in. The ambience here is good and the service pretty fast. Home delivery within Kothrud is also very prompt. I love the Chicken Kheema Masala and it is probably the best in this side of the town with quantity more than enough for two people. Butter chicken is also pretty good. Recommneded for a visit.
A nice place to hangout with friends. Very pocket friendly restaurant. Ambiance is refreshed since last few years. The quantity of food you get is very generous. All dishes are good but chicken tikka and butter chicken are best among all . Must visit.

The ambience was not that bad, not great either.

The taste was absolutely amazing, making me go back for it on multiple occasions.

My friend reccomended this place as one of the reasonably priced good non veg hotel in kothrud. So we visited this place last night. It is medium sized hotel with two stages of dining area. First floor is mostly reserved for familes. They dont have a dedicated parking space, so you have to park on the roadside although it wont be much of a problem. Talking about ambience, the place is jst satisfactory. The place is crowded on weekends and filled with non-veg lovers. They serve a very wide range of non-veg dishes. We had paneer crispy and tandoori chiken for starters. Paneer crispy was good and tandoor chiken was good and perfectly cooked. We had the chiken handi and butter nans for main course and the gravy was very tasty and amazing. The chiken was perfectly cooked as well. The nan was good and soft just as it should be. At the end the rice was satisfactory and complemented the dinner very well. The staff was humble bt the crowd seemed to have had better of them as they werent much attentive to our requests. The service was satsfactory. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quality of food was good. The quantity too was satisfactory. Overall the place lived upto my expectations. Will visit again.

Well we were 4 people, we ordered tangdi kabab first just to test the restaurant standard and surprisingly it comes out to be very yummy. Then we tried to take a risk and order a fish item so we ordered a Surmai fish , and when I tasted it I became a fan of the restaurant it was simply mouth watering. We don't get such types of fish, it's a must try item. Then we gave main course order and we ordered chicken patiyala and the way it was garnished and it's odour was just awesome. It was juicy pices of boneless chicken covered with French omelete and the gravy contained chicken kheema, which made it stand in odd. Though we had to wait about 30 to 35 mins for the starters it was worth waiting, The price here is also reasonable, it's a must try restaurant. Whatever ever the dishes i have mentioned was great in taste.

I was completely unaware of this restaurant. Thanks to sandesh bhat and other foodies who have recommended this restaurant on zomato decided to check out today. Based on recommendetion ordered surmai fry thali. It comes with surmai fry, surmai curry 4 chapati and rice. The surmai fry piece was almost of palm size and most importantly it was fresh as well as almost boneless same was case with curry piece. Now at Rd 210 if was more than vfm. Taste was also good. Surely Asha will be on my list to try other dishes.

There was a time when I was frustrated with the fish I ate in Pune. Nobody seemed to get it right. And then I met Asha.
I found other restaurants later that have much better sea food, but Asha has a special place for me.
Their pahadi kabab and tandoori chicken are worth special mention.
Not a big fan of the Punjabi food here, I usually get the Thali.
Their chicken is tender, well cooked, and tasty. Spices are surprisingly well-proportioned.
Chicken Handi is great too.
In veg stuff, paneer is really good. Paneer bhurji especially I awesome! Further recommendations? Mushroom masala. Veg Kolhapuri.
You can get very tasty food here without making a hole in your pocket! Staff is also good and specially non veg food is just yummy! Worth trying! One problem is that they don't accept meal coupons!

We had asha special chicken thali. It includes a bowl of manchow soup at start.And then in the thali we get chicken kheema, chicken masala and egg masal and a bowl of biryani rice.A heavy meal but worth having it.

I was a regular visitor at Asha since 2007. The rates are very reasonable. The quality is awesome. AT times when ever I am around that side of the town, I make sure I pop in for lunch or dinner there. For a place of this stature, the quality offerred is great. The food is moderately priced and the quality is also good. Chicken tandoori, chicken lollipop, chicken lasoon tikka is very good. Surprisingly you get very good fish in here,absolutely lip-smacking! Long story cut short, Non-veg in here rocks. A must try.
Dining in here might not be a good idea.The seating arrangement is not very comfortable,though opinions may differ. The service is slow. Takeaways might be a good idea.

One of best option in Kothrud vacinity. Good food quality fresh meat... Do try their prawns curry, fish curry thali, tandoori.... Just yumm.. authentic fish curries more better than so called sea food hotels. Reasonable rates. Staff is courteous.. specially kitchen staff. We always go here if we have cravings for fish. Located in prime location in kothrud it is one of the restaurants serving good quality of food in and around kothrud area. Its menu has variety of servings right from Punjabi dishes to many other. We tried butter chicken and it was delicious mouth watering delicious I should say. Rates are not high and affordable to pocket.

Both veg and non-veg dishes are very good here. I especially liked the paneer biryani here. The rest of the food is also good. There is a good place to sit. The hotel is located on the main road. There is parking for two wheelers. There is also a washroom. Over-all everything is good.
Taste is good, nice atmosphere, service is also good. Nice option available. Recommend this hotel for Veg and Non veg both.

Taste is great . I had fish thali and chicken thali it was really delicious.. π for inr.330 &220 rs respectively.. one thali is enough for one person.. You can try other dishes also .. but for nonveg lovers I would suggest to go and try ! .. best for when you want to have a delicious non veg authentic experience.. π€
