We visited this place many times to eat sizzler. The sizzlers here are really good,very yummy . Everyone must try there sizzlers.
Ordered home delivery (Zomato)
1) Chicken in Basil sauce - was delicious with right amount of spices!
2) Chicken chilli dry - the chicken was cooked well with enough spices, garlic & bell peppers.
3) Chicken barbeque - disappointing felt more like deep fried chicken
4) Chicken Burnt garlic rice - nothing special and was just regular chicken fried rice but taste wise good & sufficient chicken pieces..
The delivery was timely & quantity was adequate!
4 stars and would order again!
This is one of my favourite restaurants. Love their ambience. Lovely, warm and cozy. And their food is amazing !!!! The staff is really sweet and helpful as well. Good on the pocket, not too expensive. You should definitely try their sizzlers, its really good !One of my patron order also involves Honey Chilli Potato, love the taste. The iced tea is also really good and different, one of the best that I’ve had in Pune.
This place comes on the way to my office and I planned to go for a take away. Guess what the food and the preparation was beyond expectations. It was very nice and hot packed. Ideally the Asian food was hot till the time it reached to the destination. The employees were very kind and helpful.will definitely visit this place for a dining experience. A special thanks to the Manager Mr. Mukesh who helped me choose nice dishes. Best !!
It was my first time here, ambience is decent and has the typical red lanterns as well in an attempt to give you the authentic feel. Down to the food, had the veg noodle clear soup, veg manchurian dry and veg Hong Kong noodles.The soup was very blande, and did not have any unnecessary sweetness added. Since blande was what i was going for I loved it. As it wasnt very thick it seems a lil extra watery. Manchurin was good to taste and came in ample quantity. Lastly veg Hong Kong noodles consisted of flat noodles served with ginger sauce, n a smoked for burnt flavour to it, which again exceeded expectations.Good service and reasonably charged place.

We tried the
- Beijing chicken. Small, boneless chicken pieces tossed in a medium-spicy sauce along with onions and capsicum. I would have loved it if it the chicken was made crispy.
- Chicken American Chopsuey. I liked it but I've had better. It was a bit too sweet but I liked it. Just ask them to make it a bit less tangy.
- Blue Lagoon. Ah! Do not have this drink at all. It was a big disappointment.
The service was quick. The ambience was decent, a bit dark and quiet. A good place for a warm conversation with decent food.
A starter and a main course are enough to fill the stomach of 2 adults.

Well! The story goes like this . It was a summer afternoon when me and my mother were starving for some good chinese food. When we chanced upon this place. At first i thought the place would underperform its demeanor when the soup turned out to be not what i wanted it to be like. Gradually i realised that taste as well as the quantity of the food was authentic chinese and made with pure absolute love, otherwise the food would not have been tasty at all. I am so so happy to have gone to this place and have enjoyed so greatly. Cherry on the top is inspite of this place being situated at koregaon park( posh area alert) 😛it was quite reasonable and pocket friendly. I absolutely loved this place , starting from the servers behaviour to the food. A ‘must try food joint’ for those reading my post! Till then keep eating😍

Excellent place for Chinese. The management is super attentive and responsive. Food is delicious and prices very reasonable. If you are in the mood for a quiet dinner this is perfect place as there seems to be a lot of peace in their environment with no loud chatter or music. Avoid maybe if you are a party of loud music kind of person.
The only issue can be inconsistency but lately they seem to have sorted that out too.
We visited this bar cum chinese restaurant situated in Koregaon park area. This is descent place to have chinese food in a good price. We ordered Dry chilly chicken and golden fried prawns in starters with manchow soup and chicken sweet corn soup. The dishes were good. There were 10pieces of medium sized prawns in d golden fried prawn dish. In mains we had Singapore noodles mixed which is rice noodles basically and also had mixed fried rice along with Duck and hunan chicken.. The dishes were good too. The duck was boneless but prefer duck with bone. The experience was nice.

They serve some varied delicacies which includes North Indian dishes too soothing vegans and non-vegans preferences.
The food is good, my personal favourite will be basil pot rice, also available with non-veg. Preferred are the chicken starters and soup.

It is a nice cozy place on busy main KP street...it is alMost empty on weekdays and just about pack on weekends but you will easily get a place to seat...food quality is good, irony is i liked the indian tandoori dishes more than the Chinese dishes... they server alcohol, so have some beer and feast on the starters and seat for as long as you want..ample parking available

If you want to have a taste of authentic Chinese food, Sizzling China is the place to go. A great advantage of the restaurant would be its central location, on the North Main Road, just before Lane No.5.
Since many restaurants situated on the main road make it difficult for parking cars, Sizzling China has its own parking just on the side which makes it much easier.
The appetizing tea they serve before your meal makes you feel like you're actually in China having a traditional Chinese meal.
What I also like are the ingredients used in each of their meals which aren't mainstream and monotonous.
Overall, it's a must visit for any Authentic Chinese lover.
Have always passed by this restaurant quite often but finally came around to trying it this afternoon and I do not regret my decision! Being a starters lover I ordered chicken with crackling spinach and prawns Beijing dry and I absolutely loved it! So delicious and affordable as well . Quantity of food is pretty decent and ample place for parking even though restaurant is on north main road! Will definitely visit again!

Indian Chinese you crave?? Indian Chinese you must eat!! I am always on the lookout for good Indian Chinese restaurants or should I say indianised Chinese restaurants. This one had caught my fancy every time I would pass the north main road. So I am writing this review after visiting this place 4-5 times and eventually getting convinced that this restaurant does actually deserve this rating. So yes this place is a part of pingale gardens. Yes it is a bit secluded and tables are empty when you enter on weekdays but for foodies its the taste and overall experience that matters. As soon as we entered we were greeted and escorted to our table, before you can order anything they got kimchi salad with some sauces while we were making up our minds they got us a small cup of jasmine tea (Chinese tea) to sip on. It actually got us refreshed. Ordered chicken wonton clear soup. The soup was flavourful and wontons were tasty for starters I ordered chicken reshmi kebab haha yeah you read it correctly. They do have one single page dedicated to Indian food. The kebabs were succulent with a nice salad to go along with it. For main course I had ordered chicken pan fried noodles and chicken ya mein noodles both were distinct. With ya mein noodles having minced chicken in brown soy sauce another thing is they let you choose your sauce base with your pan fried noodles do try the soy garlic or shanghai sauce its absolutely tasty..they do have a variety of Chinese sizzlers and regular Chinese dishes with additions of special dishes of duck meat and a page on Indian starters and main course as mentioned before. Haven't tried the Indian main course yet. But for me I have never been disappointed with this place and empty tables with good food just means peace and quiet to enjoy ur privacy along with some delicious food. They do plan to start a lunch buffet which is going to be pocket friendly so definitely looking forward to it. Good place. No frills. Good Indian (indianised) Chinese :-)

This place was on our "go-to-places-for-chinese" list back in those days when they were "Pingale Garden". They probably realised the name was a misfit so they renamed themselves and thus Sizzling China was born! The ambience is minimalistic with dim lights, red Chinese lanterns hung around n mysterious Chinese text written across the walls but it's calming nonetheless. Once you're all settled in, they'll get you (jasmine?) green tea along with kimchi n pickled vegetables so that while they're cooking up your order, you can nibble n sip to work up an appetite. Add garlic sev n cheeslings if you've ordered alcohol...woot woot! There are many items that are finger lickin' but from the must haves is their tom kha soup. Ur taste buds will enjoy the subtle nuances of the lemongrass, galangal n Kaffir lime leaves - it's like a warm cozy comforter in winter. Spring rolls n dimsums are standard n you can't go wrong with em. Esp. with their dipping sauces on the side....these babies go with everything on the menu ;) We quite liked their chicken saiwoo, chicken shaolin, crunchy veg - all perfect with a pint of beer. Their Veg Sizzler with mushroom n noodles is also worth a try n they were generous enough to give ample extra sauce too. Exotic vegetables in plum sauce are yummy (they have actual plum bits!) if u like the sweet n sour combination. Loved their pan fried noodles too n they're sweet enough to customise the sauce. They have loadsa parking space (major parameter for us) so brownie points for that. So if you're in a mood to have hearty portions of indo-chinese food, sizzle your way to Sizzling China!
Visited this place last weekend with my extended family folks. Food, ambiance and rates are all good.
Starters like paneer and manchurian dry were not upto the mark. However main course was very good. Drinks are not very expensive.
Overall, it's a good family restaurant.

There is very less probability that I review any restaurant by just visiting it once. Had it been a bad or good exp, every one deserve second chance. Out of that less 'Sizzling China' really win my heart . Their Hospitality , food, cleanliness, waiters, manager all were too good to beat.
They offer drinks at very nominal rates and Chinese food too at economical ground.
It was a random rush that we choose to go there as we almost daily bypass that restaurant in koregaun. So I made a call for Chinese and went there for fine wine and dine.
We ordered two Strong tuborg and Barbeque vegetable and peanut masala as staters ..
Before anything else served on our table , they offer us Chinese tea as complimentary that too along with two different kind of salads. I was so happy to see complimentary salad but before I was expecting our order they again serve us aloo bhujia and cheeslets as complimentary.. My happiness was on top of the world , Dost tusi dil jeet lia. . 👌👌👌
Then we ordered spring rolls and noodles .. All were so good .
Ohh I forgot to mention there two kind of dips .. One was sweet and another was spicy ..

It's Christmas eve, and we're hungry!
Took me a good 30 mins to decide where to dine out for the eve of Christmas.
I decided to stop by this place, but my wife was hell bent we'd go elsewhere.
We ordered Prawn hot and sour soup, Sweet corn crab soup, Pawns Chop Suey, Taipei hot Chicken, and Burnt Garlic rice.
The Prawn hot and sour good for a cold winter night. It not that spicy, full of prawns, slightly tangy and a twist of coriander.
The Sweet Corn Crab soup was tasty at first you think you are having sweet corn, but as you go keep on going the crab hits you.
The soup is sweet, and the crab combination is pretty well matched.
On to the main course. I had the Burnt Garlic rice. For the first timers think of this as a fried rice with a lot of garlic.
When I gravy Came, I was taken aback with the Taipei hot Chicken gravy. The gravy resembles a gravy chicken chilly but with a twist of a hint of lemon grass and oyster sauce. But the sheer quantity of chicken pieces really blew me away.
As always I've been to other restaurants and they're hardly any pieces of chicken in their gravy, but here there's literally tons of pieces all buried in the gravy.
The taste was as the name suggests spicy!!
And Damm tasty. The Burnt rice complements the spicy gravy
And lastly our humble Prawn Chop Suey,
Normally the restaurant's they make the Chop Suey with noodles in a soup, like you're having a noodle soup. Here the twist is that the noodles are the fried ones mixed with the gravy, and the Prawns are the highlights all floating around in the gravy. The taste is slightly in the sweeter side, like your having a Chinese bhel but with the goodness of jumbo prawns.
Overall we had a good time hogging!!

The food is really worth the pricing. Quantity is more than sufficient . Almost all the dishes can be shared. Preferred the non veg starters anyday. Do try out chicken momos. They're delicious. Would definitely visit again.
I was here with Manish to taste a starter as he was insisting since many days. the ambience is good but a fishy smell brewed all over there, being vegetarian I couldn't stop there and have food with taste but I had to. The ordered paneer chilli was good and along with that they served salad and one more complementary thing that I don't remember. I had passed by this restaurant almost daily for over a year but finally decided to try it out last week and was pleasantly surprised by the ambience, service and great food. They serve an extensive menu of typical Chinese restaurant dishes but what won me over was the taste. In starters I've tried the chicken shnanghai dry and chicken beijing. Both were really good and the shanghai was exceptional. I've also had the roast lamb chilly dry which is nice and spicy but a lot of the indian side. Quantities are very generous. In main course I've had the seafood fried rice which has the typical chinese fried rice taste. In noodles, the pan fried noodles in white sauce is amazing and highly recommended. In the first week I've visited this place twice and will definitely go back very soon.
Didn't have many options on Monday for lunch as most of d cafes nearby was closed, so took a chance on dis Chinese place in kp..I must say the food was decent in quality as well as quantity wise.. Dere service was little bit slow so cutting some points on that..d ambience inside was quite comfy..Being a Chinese lover I don't like Chinese o everywhere Bt dis place didn't dissappointed me..rates r reasonable nd no extra taxes..worth a visit..
Not a great Chinese fan but had to visit this place today coz dint have much options since we had much luggage and couldn't walk more further :P anyways the food was good, not the typical indian style but the actual Chinese way......we had the Talumein Soup followed by Chicken Ginger Gravy and fried rice which was good and authentic. The quantity was good too. Overall a good place and pocket friendly as well.

This place is one of the places where we prefer to go when my friends wish to drink.
Its a quiet place. Not a lot of people coming in.
The seating is divided in two sections.
The upper section allows smoking. The lower section is for Family.
Drinks however, are served in both the sections.
Food wise, its a good place.
Had Paneer Chilly and Veg Crispy for starters.
Paneer is nicely charcoaled and Veg crispy is nicely sizzled.
The Chinese food here is quite good. Had schezwan Noodles and Rice.
Service is good too.

This is a quaint little place on north main road, koregaon park. From the outside, it looks like just another mediocre Chinese place. But the food is really really good. Just the right amount of authenticity and a little desi touch. The ambience is quite good and so are the staff. Do try the dumplings. And a tip, have the classic Chinese sauce that they serve with the dumplings. It is to die for!! Never had a better sauce.
Nice restaurant. You can get a nice mixture of tasty food with nice ambiance here. Food rates are also pretty moderate.

Lemon coriander chicken soup! Just awesome and then delicious tawa masala added to an awesome experience. It was our second time to this restaurant but both the times experience was good with decent delivery, good taste and overall pleasant experience.
We had tom yum soup...the most authentic and tasty yet found in India. Also Delicious chilli chicken dry and great chicken with oyster sauce. All was delicious and well prepared...we regret not coming sooner...approx 850 for 2 incl dessert plus rice and bottled water. Inside dining was clean and comfortable.

Usually when we say Chinese food, most of the restaurants give their Chinese food a lil desi touch. But here at Sizzling China all u you get is tasty and nice Chinese food.
At start they serve Chinese tea as complimentary. (A ancient Chinese tea with flavors of herbs). Pickled cucumbers and kimchee were good accompaniments. Were very tasty. :)
We ordered soup first which was very good indeed. Most of the starters are good. What I ordered was crispy chilli vegetables.
A must try here is Chicken Triple Rice. It comes with huge quantity which is almost sufficient for two people.

Great experience. Had veg Noodle clear soup, Veg Manchurian and Hongkong Noodles. Manchurian and hong kong noodles were great in taste as well as quality and had perfect balance of sauces and vegetables. Soup was great. Good service. Ambiance was good .
It was my first time here,the ambience is decent and has the typical red lanterns as well in an attempt to give you the authentic feel. Down to the food, had the veg noodle clear soup, veg manchurian dry and veg Hong Kong noodles.The soup was very blande, and did not any unnecessary sweetness added. Since blande was what i was going for I loved it. As it wasnt very thick it seems a lil extra watery. Manchurin was good to taste and came in ample quantity. Lastly veg Hong Kong noodles consisted of flat noodles served with ginger sauce which again exceeded expectations.Good service and reasonably charged place.
It is a nice cozy place on busy main KP street...it is alMost empty on weekdays and just about pack on weekends but you will easily get a place to seat...food quality is good, irony is i liked the indian tandoori dishes more than the Chinese dishes... they server alcohol, so have some beer and feast on the starters and seat for as long as you want..ample parking available

Just amazing place for family dinner as well as with friends too. Food the perfectly cooked, delicious and quantity is also apt. The ambiance is also just right, cozy and comfortable. A pocket friendly restaurant for all occasions.

Best place to enjoy authentic chinese food in peace. The momos they serve (pardon me it's dim sum) are extraordinary with a Chinese feel. Their welcoming gesture with a Chinese tea flattered me( tastes like green tea though). The quantity offered is sufficient. Prefer visiting in the evening to get a feel of china( mostly through food and peaceful ambience).
I found this place good because of taste and ambiance. Very few options are there for India cousin but they are testy. Even staff is also polite. Special for Chinese food but I couldn’t tried it. Try yours. You get food even late at night.

The food served here is very good but its a little bit over priced in my opinion. Also there is a weird thing about this restaurant that it's closes at 3pm and then again opens later and I don't know why!
Quite reasonable, peaceful and mannered waiters and service!! Had a good time with my wife. Chicken Beijing for starters and Prawns steam pot rice for mains. Both were good!

Ok, good food, good service...went three times in a month. Next time in Pune we'll dine there. You will get great dishes there, I'm sure.
