This place is always brimming with people. They have quite an elaborate menu which makes deciding a bit difficult. We tried the chicken patiala with rumali roti. It was quite delicious. Would love to try out the Chinese fare in the menu as well.

Pocket friendly place with good taste. They use quite extra oil and butter in food. We tried Paneer chilly, chicken chilly, soup, Mushroom cheese kurkuri in starters among these Mushroom cheese kurkuri was superrrr....must try. In main course we had babycorn paneer and in rice we had fried rice. Ambience and seting can be improved.

One of the best place in Camp area to have non vegetarian food. Awesome taste, pocket friendly, accessible, good service makes this place one of my fav.
Must try dishes are Chicken Takatak, Malai Kabab, Pahadi Kabab, Chicken Tandoori.
Crispy Chicken, Jeera Rice and Veg food is equally good.
If you want a pocket friendly dinner this is a place I would recommend. The food is delicious as well as fits in budget. Do try Dum Briyani and chilly chicken, it's really amazing. The ambience may not be that good but the food is worth trying.

Regular customer to have a special dish of theirs jungle chicken and phulka, to describe it is a green coloured shredded chicken in thick gravy something different and must try. The Quantity is very good.
Whenever i visit camp I always make it a point to have food here with my family. I like the food here. Chicken biryani must be tried. Chicken tandoori is also good.

Chicken Tandoori, Chinese or Mughlai, whatever you're in the mood for, you can just visit this place and order anything from any cuisine and enjoy it. I mostly visit for Chinese with the Chk. Triple Scezwan being my favourite. The Chicken Tandoori is also pretty good. Overall, a good place that offers good food and won't rip you off for it.

I don't know why this place has such low rating. Yes it's not a place to go for a fine dine or expect some nice and decent ambience. But still this place is amazing with the quality and quantity of the food they serve. For the non vegetarians this place is a must try. The butter chicken is one of the best I've had in the entire Pune. Chicken chakori is another lovely mains. The service is also fast and the staff is also friendly and quick. It's a pocket friendly place. So if you are low on the budget and need to eat some yummy chicken this place is definitely a big yes.
Absolutely amazing food and great taste...the service is quick too...a single person may find it costly, but if you are visiting as a group you will leave the place as a happy customer. The price is reasonable as the quantity is great. Amongst the must eat list will be Chicken Taka Tak.

The ambiance of the food court is good and family friendly. Gets crowded on Saturday and Sunday. The service is nice n quick. The food is amazing and tasty. Chicken takatak, chicken chilli dry, paneer chilli dry, garlic butter naan, chicken manchao soup , chicken fried rice or chicken/mutton biryani are some of my favourites. Their menu has a lot of options. Chinese, South Indian, snacks, moughlai. It's a pocket friendly restaurant. It's a great joint if you have to treat a big crowd and go easy on your pocket. Must visit.

I have been here multiple times and my favorites are chicken angara and chicken takatak. They serve the best chicken I've ever had. If you aren't really a diet freak and won't mind a little extra helping of oil and spice for that perfect Indian taste to your food, you must must visit this place. Fair enough rates, since they serve good quantity as well. Get your ass there and gorge on the best desi chicken in town already!

Food is great over here if you can compromise a bit on hygiene. Best things are Chicken Tandoori as a starter, chicken takatak in main course with butter kulcha and biriyani or Chinese rice. There are plenty much other options available as the menu is quite rich in options. Oh yes no car parking is available.
If you're looking for some lip smacking food and are not scared about the hygeine factor, then this is the place to be!
I have been here numerous times in the past 8 years and have never been dis-appointed.
I would highly recommend - chicken takatak, junglee chicken and chicken Angara.
I have never tried veg food here so cannot be sure how it is but it surely is a carnivore's paradise.
This place has 4 branches in Pune but the one in Camp is the best.

One of the best places to visit for non veg lovers. They make good kababs. Try some good starters here. Main course is not that good but starters are really good. This place is heavily crowded on weekends.
I heartily enjoy the chicken tandoori here, its soft and juicy and for a change had tried chicken lahori which was quiet delicious with butter roti ... its gud for dinning in though the ambience is not very pleasing.
If you are looking for some spicy North Indian Food, this is the place. Even though its famous for non veg, they serve equally good veg food. The service is slow and bad but then food makes it up for it. You might want to ignore the ambiance too.

I have consistently ordered for plain rice and dal fry since I work nearby. They have surely not disappointed at all. It really makes up for a hearty lunch.
Had heard about this place a lot and wanted to visit since then. Finally went there for Saturday lunch. My friend is non-vegetarian and I'm vegetarian but both had variety to choose from. Food was good. Little oily but taste was good. Ambiance was so-so. But definitely worth visiting once.
The food is always awsome at sampan and it is reasonable price, the potontion size are just right and the service is fast and friendly. Love the place and love coming back with my family

I was craving for mutton since 3 - 4 days and literally desperate to have kheema. Guess what, the best place you will find to have delicious mutton, has to be in the Camp area. We had multiple options to choose from George, Dorabjee's, Baghban etc. But I knew this place since long time and decided to treat my wife with some tasty mutton.
Date of visit - 7 May 2016 (Dinner)
This place is located in front of Alankar theatre near Ramkrishna Veg. (very famous resturant for Veg. lovers). Parking is always the issue in Camp, so we went by 2 wheeler still had to fight hard for the parking place :D (Punekar will know what I am saying)
Ambiance : It's nothing but an open area with sheady roof. They might have more than 30 tables easily (I haven't counted but) still you might have to wait on weekends. My wife was first shocked to see the ambiance and she started thinking what place is this and why I am here. Ambaince is that simple. No AC, only fans which too far away from the tables. Space is not maintained between 2 tables. Yellow colored plastic dishes which are not that clean. They expect you to sit and enjoy the food, do not look here and there for the fancy decors.
Service : Service is descent. They do their jobs to serve the water and will serve you relatively quick food (might take some more time for mutton dishes but chicken is very quick).
Food : The best part. This is the only reason I have visited this place before. Wify was bit worried about the food quality but just sitting after 5 mins, she saw a fantastic looking biryani on the table behind me. Now she was eager and excited and told me that just by the looks and aroma, the food will be tasty. We ordered mutton seekh kabab. It was fantastic, bit spicy for me but we both loved it. (Check the pictures how yummm.. it looks).
Then we had Mutton kheema with roomali roti and garlic butter naan. Roomali roti was soft and naan was also good. Kheema was perfect, not so spicy but tasted amezing. In my previous visits, I had chicken takatak, tandoori, biryani also. Most of the non - vegiterian items they serve are delicious.
Do not go by the ambiance. This place is really good specially for muttom lovers. One liner verdict - No non-sense place for non - veg. lovers.
