Scenic place located at hill along sus road. We had Monchow soup followed by cheese green peas masala with butter rotis. Soup taste assured us that we are at right place for dinner. I thought initially that cheese green peas masala may have shredded cheese on veg. But they literally put cheese cubes aling with green peas in gravy. Overall food taste, quantity earns (4.5/5) for food.
Ambiance - (4/5) - Ambiance is good. Road to restaurant is very steep and without lights in some areas.
Service - (3.5/5) _ Many reviews mentioned slow service. It was bit slow but not that much as we were near to their counters. May be if you get place in common location instead of 'hut' then service may not have an issue I believe.

This place scores a cent percent score on the ambience front from my side, for I've fallen in love with the unique ambience it offers to its customers! It gives you an amazing experience of dining at the hill-top! The road that leads to this restaurant doesn't fail to give you native vibes. And, the incessant cool breeze coupled with a view of the city beneath once you reach the top is unparalleled.
Food is tasty too! Best part? The prices are super affordable! And, the quantity offered is great. We ordered Paneer Chilly dry, Mushroom-Babycorn Masala, Veg Jaffrazi, Butter Roti and Jeera rice. All of it was yum! Service was quick too.
All you need to like a place is good ambience and good food, and this place has it both. So do consider giving it a shot!
PS: We went here for dinner, but sipping tea with some snacks while witnessing a sunset from this place would be a better experience (I'm going to try it in a few days' time)!

I've been to this place twice. This place is located on a hill overlooking the city. It has mostly an outdoor seating. The food is very good but the service is very slow. This place mostly runs on generators and hence some items are always unavailable.

Location is nice, open air setting makes it scenic. Because of spacious setting, we could enjoy our meal here even though it was a bit crowded evening. Ample space for kids to play makes it happy experience for kids too.

Only down side, was service. It was very slow. As we were big group and we liked the food that is what kept us from getting irritated by slow service.

Hidden gem near Pashan, must visit in winters for a good VEG food!
Luckily, this hidden place, a decent hill top restaurant is the first place I ever visited in Pune. Now, I visited again and that too in this pleasant winter season.
The major setback of this place is extremely no promotion, not even proper direction signage on the preceding roads.
I am impressed with taste of food here. Although, the quality may be a little lower than you expect. They have decent soup offerings. Their monchow soup, papad masala are good in taste.
In main course, I would recommend veg maratha, a brown gravy preperation and veg dumplings with mix of good spices. Even the Dal tadka, I found the kolhapuri touch in that.
Its a fun place, up the hill, recommended a visit in extreme winters with the whole family.

This is one of the best vegetarian restaurant in Pune along with a great top view of the Pune Bangalore highway specially if you are with family ✌️. Though the location of this restaurant is bit confusing as it is situated at pashan hills and during evening time going to this place is bit scary as there are no lights when we drive up to the hill(500 mts).

First experience was lovely. Have ordered Kaju Masala and it was yum. The small huts and view of the city, is perfect. But it started lowering the graph every visit. Had been 4 times now, but don't wish to go for dinner again. It is difficult for them to distinguish between black and white pepper. I recommend, visit the place for ambience, some snacks and enjoy the night view.

We are just coming back from this restaurant. The place was not crowded and we got our seat easily.
Our first impression was good as the place was quite, under black clouds with cool wind blowing and nice view from there.
We first ordered Masala Papad and Manchow Soup. Papad was little oily and soup was OK in taste. The noodles served with soup were cooked properly and soup was little watery.
Then we ordered, Mix Veg Kadhai sabji and wheat roti. The taste, quality and quantity of sabji was very good.

This place is a bit difficult to find, but once you enter the restaurent, you will fall in love with the charm of it.
The outdoor seating is beautiful and the view is breathtaking.
The paneer kebabs, dal makhani, paneer makhanwala, dal tadka and paneer adraki were too damn good. The service was quick and we relished our food.

The restaurant lives to my expectation in terms of food.
The place is atop a hill and onlooking Pune. The ambience of the place is not as high as expected but decent kind as it is an open restaurant with few huts type structures that can accommodate 5-6 people. There's a large tent structure for more seating. The place is windy and you fell the chilly wind. Free open spaces can be worked out beautifully if they like.
Commenting on the food. We ordered soup first, the monchow soup was good and tasty but the cream of vegetable was cold, not hot at all. (We were happy, they didn't charge it as it was their fault.)
Coming to mains, kadahi paneer was superb with a smoky taste and veg bhuna too was equally tasty. The plain tandoori rotis were properly cooked and were soft unlike other restaurants which is good.
The staff was quick and responsive and helped us select dishes efficiently. The quantities of dishes were adequate, neither too much, nor too less. We friends were happy we visited the palace.
One downside is that, these guys do not serve desserts at all which was a turndown.
I would say if you want to have a nice, cost efficient all veg meal in good open windy place with your friends or family, this is the place to be for sure.
You can't find any better Veg. Starters compared to this place. Outdoor Sitting with the city view from the hill-top makes your dinner more enjoyable. One of the great options to hang out with friends and chill out of the busy life. Obviously far from the city, but could be considered as a boon for the people living near the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park Area.
A nice family pure veg restaurant in Pashan rather top of Pashan from where you can see a nice scenic view of Pune city.. Food quality is very good and is delicious with adequate quantity.. Music is played in background .. A lot of mosquitoes so don't forget to apply mosquito repellant 😉

I became aware about this place through my friend. The location is lovely. As it is situated on a hill, it has a beautiful view of the city at night.
We waited for one and a half hour but the food was totally worth the wait.
We ordered Paneer Mirch, Kofta, Dal fry, Jeera Rice and Roti. The food was really delectable. The main course options are quite scrumptious.
We visited this place on Sunday night and we did so without a reservation. A huge mistake.
Service was extreemelly slow and they clearly had less staff to handle the crowd.
Apart from that, the approach road is extremely dangerous and we almost fell. So if you riding a two-wheeler be careful. It is on a hill top, the road to the hill-top is quite risky for two-wheeler though.
The tents and overall open space feel is wonderful.

The place was crowded during our visit, resulting in very-very slow service. Took ~20 mins for the menu itself and ~1 hour for the starters. Got to know that the didn't had enough staff to handle this much amount of crowd (it was sat night). Though the servers were courteous but expected to handle crowd in a better manner.
Anyway, food was quite good, thankfully and found it reasonable as well. It would be great to have this place opened till late in the night. Would visit again if been to this side of city.

Few days back looking for a veg restro with a bunch of ppl, thought of this place as its v close by and heard a lot about it from ppl..so visited... First of the the road which takes to this place......amazing. Located on a hill top, drive towards it. ..stop your vehicle for a moment,turn back and look at the view .... Pune looks amazing from here.... Thats it..nothing more about this place now.

Visit only wid a group of pol as alone you will surely feel bore... Theres no music, u need to request for a music ... And yes request for a mosquito coil too, as there are lots of mosquitoes...

Well! I'd pretty much same experience what others have mentioned. I visited this place on the eve of Dhanteras, that might be the reason there was no one expect 4 of us, which was the reason the delivery was quick.
We ordered 4 masala papad,1 mutter paneer 1 Punjabi paneer sabzi, dal tadka & garlic naan. food was really tasty.
In terms of ambience, it's average or slightly above average.

The only worried point is the road which has lots of stone and bumps so the bike can slip in rainy weather (possible due to the heavy rain path getting broken). For cars no issues as very good parking space.

The entrance of the place is bit difficult to find. It's a uphill place. The best thing about the ambience of this place is the view of the city lights from that height.
