Great fun bar. Interesting concept where you bid for the price of your drinks. Not sure we played properly but it was fun watching. Nice food also. Waiting staff were friendly and professional. Bar Manager was engaging with the punters. New friends to be made. As the only few non Indians in he place it felt very welcoming.

It was my first time in Agent Jack's Bar with family and we had a great experience. The bouncer was great, he helped us through their personalized app where we connect with the Bar's wifi, download their app from the apple store and bid for prices and then order our drinks. Food was great, drinks where cheap, varied music experience and a decent crowd.

One of the finest bar in Pune I went. They have the nice collection of starters, especially for non-vegetarians. Please go there and enjoy your moment. Last but not the least pocket-friendly drinks.
The ambience is good and the music was just amazing. However, to my disappointment the beers served to us weren't chilled and the peanut masala was horrible( I am sorry for being this blunt). But the music made up for things once we were a couple of beers down

Me and my friends are visited at ajent jack and here we meet with the Bishal and sudip both are really nice and very friendly. We like this place only because of the both person Bishal and Sudip, they really nice for there good behavior and their good behavior and we like the services. And one mere thing here which I want to mention that, it's not a complain it's just for a acknowledgement that whenever I ordered for a pizza I never get correct order so please take care of this and rest of the things are really good.and one more thing which is I forgot to mention that bhawesh is also really nice, he always help me out to get a nice table according to my preference.

I have been to Agent Jack’s 2 outlets.. Baner and SB road.. I find Baner’s AJ better as its an open rooftop however SB roads AJ is closed rooftop.
Coming to food.. AJ has a variety of tasty dishes and all of them are delicious.
Cotton Kebab is my favourite!! One should try it..!

Ambiance wise it's a best place to visit. They have seperate area for smoking and non smoking. Food was good. Ordering drinks and service was disappointing. You can order drinks only by app which will ask for bidding which is very irritating and time taking for me. No seperate dance floor. To loude music. Food order took more than half an hour. On swiggy , Zomato gold you will get 50% off but prices are high. They add 10% service charges compalsary. Expensive place. Can visit who love good ambiance.
I loved the place so much the ambiance is nice the staff is also good and the service is fast. The food was also good the only problem i felt was the music it was so boring. They should update their playlist.
The other thing was to access the bar you need to go to the parking lot and then you will have access to the lift which was quite confusing at first.

Location - not that easy to locate cause you need to take a u turn and due to ongoing constructions, you will need to enter from the basements
Staff - will always guide you to use their app for the order and it's really hard to use that app for ordering especially when you use it for the first time. Order takes a lot of time to arrive, due to this app, ordering liquor takes time.
Food - Many options available, i tried their veg menu. Though they kept saying they don't have anything on the spicier side, a few dishes can make up for it.
Taste - even if food was late, i know the reason for it, from the mojito to their continental food, everything was super tasty.
Ambience - hopefully the outside open area is more fun but when we went, it was pouring, so couldn't stand or sit outside. Very well interiors, and super clean place.
Sitting arrangements - pretty on the inside and outside as well, you can have a group of friends or family or even a proper couple sitting.
Payment options - we did Zomato gold and got 50% off, paid via app only, cards were also allowed
The place was empty when we arrived for lunch on Saturday, but the staff made sure we were comfortable. The food was good and the menu had a decent spread. This place comes alive in the evenings, but we were glad to have the place to ourselves.
The place is great and has great lights. By ambiance it's a great place to celebrate birthdays at.
I have observed the food is poorly cooked and the oil they use is not so good.

Moreover, while the ambience indoors was excellent, I would have appreciated space on the rooftop.

This is situated in a very prime location so the tables are slick and it looks congested. No designated smoking area. Though it has great music and a very small dance floor so we couldn't enjoy it much. Anyways we enjoyed it a lot.

The place was good, food was good. Only service was slow it could be better. Drinks had to be repeatedly told and took some time to arrive. We mostly had starters which were mostly good. The offers were amazing so at the end of the day we had a very good time no complaints.
This place is a bit secluded. The crowd here is good. The staff is also nice and the service is also good and fast. The outdoor sitting was closed when I visited. I doubt that they have any outdoor seating. The offers here are tremendous. It also have a small dance floor like area. The bollywood music is played after 10.
This place is a perfect party destination with your friends on a Saturday night. The staff and service is a bit slow. But that's not a major issue. There is a special bidding system so that you can bid for your drinks from their mobile app. The dj is also good. Will definitely make you come on your foot and dance. The food is pretty decent. The rates of drinks are fabulous and much cheaper as compared to the others. The ambience is also quite good. Could have been much better. But a must visit place with your best buddies and enjoy

Avoid sitting in smoking zone if you are more than 4 persons...congested area. Decent food, less salt in chicken tandoori therefore did not taste well. Fried peri peri chicken was just awesome.
