THE name in Pune for sweets, for decades!! I grew up with the taste of Chitale sweets...fond memories those!! Very well-mannered and well-managed staff and business. Sweet quality is excellent and is hygeinic as well. Bhakarwadi is what Chitale is famous for! You must try it to know why.... For it, a machine was custom-made and imported from Germany; and it is said that people would flock in numbers just to see the machine's working!!.π Other sweets are also famous such as mango barfi, milk products, pedhaa, etc. Pricing is a bit high, but you get quality products!! Well, try it to believe it.....ππ

This sweets shop is a huge success in the market through their fresh and ambrosial desserts that are heavenly in taste! Pune's one of the famous mithai store. This outlet is near my house, I have taken motichur laddu, Bakar Wadi. We all liked it very much. Different types of mithais available, fresh and with maintaining safety precautions. If you have bulk order, you need to prebook first.
Chitale Bandhu is quite a famous name in Pune.
This shop also retains the quality of the sweets and other eatables. Everything about this shop is good.
The only downsides are that there is less to negligible parking space as there is a flyover near to it and there is ample traffic. Also the sweets are bit on the pricier side. Choose for yourself.
This is a sweet shop in pune near balajinagar. They makes their own sweets and bakery items, it is famous for sweets. I have brought bread, sweets and many bakery items from here. Bread was good and sweets was a variety for me who is from south india. The bakery items were not so good for me, since i couldnt find such items in south india. May be it failed to fit my taste buds.
They have all the chitale products.. As it's their own outlet we can get fresh products as compare to other shops..

Just service needs to be little bit faster, the staff gets confused over orders and the punching card, ( I visited the place in ganapati festival days so there was definitely more rush than usual, that may be the reason behind it)
Otherwise staff is quite polite and treats you well, even though it a "Chitale" outlet! (Had very bad experience at some other outlet of same brand in same city ) πππ
Excellent snacks. Baakarwaadi is a must try. Sweets are also present. Cold drinks are available. Billing method and procedure is very systematic. Workers are really helpful and good in guiding.
They have a variety of products specializing dairy. They serve good quality sweets. My personal favourite is gulkand peda and malai peda. The shop is little conjusted with no parking space.
