Order from radio hotel and found the restaurant very good food was tasty and their service was also good quality with the quantity of the food was so amazing I will suggest you that order from radio hotel
A place which you must visit if you love true Mughlai cuisine.
We were short on time, so decided to skip starters and went straight to the main course.
We had ordered Chicken Tawa Masala, which was suggested by my friend who had been to this restaurant.
The dish exceeded all my expectations. The flavors were very new to me. I hadn't tasted something like this before. The chicken was sugood succulent and very well marinated.
But to be very honest the star of the show was the Tandoori roti. Wow! I haven't had a better roti than this till date! The roti was super soft and fluffy and the taste was very soothing.
The ambience is poor.
I don't whether there's a separate family section, but the section that I was sitting in isn't definitely where I would take my family to. This is a more suitable to come with your friends.
I can't wait to come to this place and try out other dishes that they are famous for.
If you prefer food over ambience and are a fan of Mughlai cuisine, then this is a place made for you
Had heard a lot about this place and the non veg it served. Went there yesterday and I was not at all disappointed. The juicy kebabs the meaty roll the lemon tea OMG it was beyond perfect. The exact tenderness of the meat the mildly spiced roll. Totally worth an experience if you're a meat lover...
This Restaurant is my favorite
for chicken Chilly and beef chilly and their Tandoori Roti ,
I have visited here more then 100 times but never thought that they are on zomato
Good to see them on zomato

It's been 7 years I am eating here, It's value for money, good, clean, delicious food, has two floors if you want to smoke you can seat down or if you have a woman with you can go upstairs. But I prefer to seat downstairs. Chicken diamond is my fav, showrma is best, Buff biryani, seek kebab are the specialty, no better place I could find to eat buff biryani in pune. here you can try different things according to your need, from Kheema Paw, Biryani, Kebab, Curry, Chinese, etc. Almost everything is good. I am in love with Radio.
The seekh kebabs are a must have.. tender.. juicy.. full of flavour.. they could almost be iconic for this city.. like a Dorabjee or a Kayani.. you cannot stop at one.. and will be limited only by your appetite.. 😊 Shawarma is also pretty good.. it’s pretty crowded during peak hours and the ambience is the reason for the reduced rating..
Good food.. Specifically chilly chicken n tandoor roti very famous.. Crowd is too much n staff is average...
This is the average restaurant in camp area.
I couldn't find the restaurant at the first time I planed to have dinner there as I was so new in Pune. The restaurant is on the road behind M.G. Road.
Chilli chicken is a popular menu there. There are half plate and full plate, in the photo, it's only half plate!
Roti is too big that you can get full with only one roti if you are a light-medium eater.
The price is actually reasonable.
The staff were ok. The first floor of the restaurant is usually for gentlemen. The second floor is for family, big group, couple etc.
Radio Hotel is a very old non vegetarian restaurant located in Shivaji Nagar, Camp.
I usually go there whenever i have cravings for Seekh Kebab and Tandoori Roti, Beef Roll, Chicken Shawarma.
Nothing to say much about the ambience, its an old style decor with normal tables and chairs. There are two sections in this restaurant, the lower is for all the general public and the upper is the family section. I usually go for a take away.
Must have items are their soft and succulent Seekh which are nicely charcoal grilled and they go usually well with their paratha or tandoori roti.
If u love beef try their beef roll as well. Also you can try their Shawarma roll they are decent. The prices are decent and not so expensive, for a plate of Seekh that consists of 2 Seekh kebabs will cost you around 40 Rupees and a tandoori roti around 12 rupees.
They also serve good north Indian and Chinese food as well. In case you have cravings for kebabs head to this place.
Tasty food and ambience full of old pune essence, great place for non-vegetarian (veg too). The seek kababs was delicious and tawa gosht was spicy like fire. Great place to hangout with family n friends. The irani chai was good but not that great what hyderabad irani tea was.
Their menu cover vast variety of food from indian, irani, muglai to chinese.
After having lil chat with locals we find out that Radio hotel was one of the oldest resturant in that area. You can find many people sitting and drinking tea while having long discussion.
Must visit place.

Shafi Bhai from the hotel is very polite & prompt. The food is real value for money.
Grilled chicken is very tasty. Chicken clear soup is also very tasty. Highly recommended for Mughlai dishes
Situated in Pune Camp Interiors serving awesome Chicken Delicacies... Ordered Beef Biryani, Chic Tandoori, Seekh Kebab and Chic Mayo Roll...
Biryani wasn't that good as expected almost like some Pulao... Unfortunately Pudding wasnt available... but excellent for chicken.
This is one of the pocket friendly hotel in camp...best non veg food to be served by the hotel their starters, biryani are the best...value for money

It’s great to have chicken chilly and Chinese and seekh, it’s yummy...good service and cleanliness which is important to have in any family restaurant
Hotel Radio, Camp, #WanderDriveEat
This has been one of my most favorite Moghlai, north Indian and kebab place in Pune. The food is so good and so value for money it's just unbeatable. I've tried food at similar places (like Madinah) but the hygiene as well and quality of food at Radio is just miles better.
Their Buff Seekh kebabs are undoubtedly the best in Pune. So soft succulent juicy and perfectly spicy. No other place compares to the taste, quality and cooking of the buff Seekh kebabs here.
In main course, their Buff dishes and specials are what I usually go for.
Buff Fry (Rs 80) - So delicious. Mild but fragrant flavours of whole spices, loads on onions and green chilly. So warm and flavourful but not overly spicy. Decent amount of soft juicy meat. Just about enough for 1 person. Had it with homemade phulka.
Buff Achari (Rs 60) - This one packs a solid punch. Spicy, tangy and loads of heat. You can smell and taste the achari masala. Huge quantity, loads of juicy meat pieces, just 1 of these and I was knocked out for good. Even though it was spicy and loaded with masala (which normally I don't like and my body too doesn't agree with) I had no issues. It tasted great and it didn't make my tummy too upset or anything. Had this too with homemade phulka.
Kaleji Fry with Tandoori Roti (total Rs 100, had at the restaurant) - This was incredible. Very similar masala but slightly more punchy than the buff fry. The kalegi was soft and beautifully cooked. I love liver and absolutely loved this dish. The smokey tandoori roti just added such a dimension to the taste. So good. I would advise you to have all their dishes with their roti for the full experience. Again just about enough for a light meal.
Buff Chilly Fry with tandoori roti with lots of lemon soaked onions. It was really tasty, slightly tangy with loads of capsicum. But a few buff pieces were a bit tough. (₹70, ₹12 for roti)
Horrible... Cheaters Shameless Shameful Rogues Quality of Food Pathetic......
Unfresh Stale Cold as if Dey Hv Partnered wid Zomato fr Delivery Such Quality
One the best restaurants in MG. It's very cheap.
Their grill chicken is awesome, it's juice.
Mutton fry is too good, though Mutton pieces are small.
Don't miss Mutton biryani.
Amazing cuisine at even more amazing prices!
They have everything- from chicken to mutton and buffalo meat, paneer to veggies, and they all taste sumptuous!!
We (6 colleagues) started with Beef Chilly (dry) from the choice of daily specials and a butter roti to go with it.
(Chill... Only buffalo meat is served here). The large plate of garlic dip that comes with the Grill, is an absolute must!!!
One bite of the soft, succulent and tender piece and one taste from the masala it was cooked in... triggered us to dive into the menu...
...and the Chilly was soon followed by-
A full Grilled chicken
A plate of Beef tawa fry roll
A plate of Beef masala
A plate of Beef Sukha
A plate of Beef Seekh kabab
14 Parathas
1Tandoori roti and
5 bottles of Pepsi to wash down the delicious tastes and spices down!!
Each preparation has its own taste and ever since I have eaten these preparations (yesterday evening, 13 September), I drool as I speak!!
The prices are ridiculously affordable but parking is a challenge.
Riding up to the doorstep of the restaurant on a
2 wheeler is no problem and neither is the space for parking, but a car...? Not advisable as it's located in a narrow lane outside Pune Camp's popular Shivaji Market near M.G. Road.
The ambience is average but the interior is clean.
The staff is polite.
After feasting like there is no tomorrow, the bill was a total of about ₹1100/-.
The good news is that if you are a resident of or an employee in one of the companies at Magarpatta City, food partners Zomato as well as Swiggy, both deliver there.
GO FOR THIS PLACE GUYS! A PLACE TO FEAST WITHOUT AN IOTA OF GUILT AND A TASTE OF THE MIDDLE EAST!
perfect time, good quality
As a south indian with beef and mughlai cuisine being one of my favorites, visiting this place was a no brainer.
This is a typical old timers restaurant. A no nonsense set up where the only thing you should be concentrating on is the food, and you definitely will. I had beef Briyani, Sheek kebabs and chicken shawarma and I honestly can't find a single thing to complain about.
The only thing that's stopping me from giving a perfect score is the presence of stray cats underneath the tables, but I just feel grateful enough to have found a decent place which serves beef in this part of the country. Will definitely be visiting more frequently, and updating my reviews accordingly as I try more items from their lengthy menu.
My search for authentic Mughlai type restaurant lead me through the gallis of Camp between main street and West Street to Radio Hotel. One has to park his/her 4 wheeler on main street and walk down or best is to park it ahead of Mayur Thali and take an auto. The hotel is very typical of old traditional eateries (the serving staff included). It is Estd. 1960 (I wish the walls could narrate some anecdotes of yesteryears). Service is fast and food is really tasty. Having reached a bit too early for lunch at 11 am, I was pleasantly surprised to find that most of the dishes were ready. Ordered Roti and Mutton mughlai (or curry was it?). Its a must try for mughlai aficionados. Will try the kebabs some other time. The cost is unbelievably good. If you are too full, can walk down to the fruit , veggie and meat market right next door. Overall -4Ambience - 3Service - 4Taste - 4.5Cost - 4.5
One of the best place to have good Sikh Kebabs in the evening in Pune Camp. Apart from that you can also try their Tava Gosh and other chinese and mughlai dishes. Pocket friendly place with huge crowd is what you can expect here.
I had sheekh kebab, tawa gosh, and roti, beef rolls, mutton rolls, and beef biryani. The roti itself is really different with other roti that I ever had in India. As I am a foreigner, in my opinion, roti in Radio Hotel is the best Indian roti that I have ever had in Pune, it is incomparable!!
Tawa gosh and sheekh kebab were way tooooo delicious!! It was indescribable. The beef were so juicy and mix with spices. Omg I have no words!!
Also, Beef biryani was so amazing!! It was not only spicy like the ordinary biryani but it was rich flavouryyy!!!!
However, you have to be quick to get tawa gosh and seekh kebab as they only serve by 7 pm and it will be finished for only 2-3 hours.
I would love to go back to Radio Hotel!!
Wow the another best place in camp pune.. Awsome food to eat... We ordered tawa gosh, chicken masala, roti, chapati, chicken biryani, chicken chilly.. All of thesr are tasty and authentic.. Every dish is for two.. Roti is best with anything.. Seekh kabab.. Rolls and shawrma are made after 5 o'clock in evening.. All other items are available throughout the day.. Yes its pocket friendly.. This place is not known to many but u must find out it for best food.. Ambience is all good separate place for family..
Chicken afghana is awsm dish present by radio hotel....service is quite okay... Place is usually crowded so no chance of getting lonely.... They serve biryani which taste so good.. Never forget to order biryani.

If anyone asks me, Where can I find the best seekh kebab in the town?"
I would close my eyes and would only tell you, "Bhai, Radio!"
Perfect place for the evening snack thing
They've a family and woman sitting arena separate.
1. Seekh Kebab: At Rs.40, these beef kebabs are very soft and juicy from the middle. The kebabs have a perfect outer crisp with lots of flavour being mixed into it. Any day, I'll go for it! No doubt!
2. Shawarma: Chicken filled with lots of small freshly cut veggies as the filling wrapped in a well roasted pita bread. It is a great combination with of the humus sauce but the sauce lacked proper texture and taste. At 80rs, its a good try though!
ambiance wise not good for family.must for bachelors
must try-Kheema paratha/ seek kebab
cost is very low 300 for 2 person with starter/biryani etc
u can take parcel as well .......
little difficult to find this place but once u reach order seek kebab 1st since it gets finshed in short time.Chiken biryani is also gd to have
Place is located in the middle of the market in camp. It was actually difficult for me to find this place during my first visit. Ordered paratha, chicken chilly dry, and tandoori chicken from this place. Was a takeaway so can't comment on the ambiance as well as service. I would say it's a good deal for the price. The taste was good and the food seemed fresh also considering it stayed hot and filled my room with delicious auroma approx 30 mins after it was parcel packed for me in the hotel. The taste was decent, not too good not bad. Overall, decent place to eat... mostly for college kids who don't want to burn a hike in their pockets and also want tummy full food everytime they dine out.
Amazing Chicken Chilly and Mutton Roast, Best eaten with Rotis. . . Dum Biriyanis are like a flavour bomb, amazing flavour. Parking is not there so its best u park on MG Road and walk it down, ie around 300 metres. The walk will certainly increase ur apetite, and u'll certainly need a walk back to let ur tummy feel good from all the Chow time.
An all time favourite for evening BBQ meats. The seekh and the tawa gosh is my favourite and I usually end up eating with the Paratha with onion rings and mint leaf.
Quick, fast and easy on the pockets
Their seekh kebabs are one of the juiciest I have ever had... The place is in the market so wouldn't fancy taking my car, but the food is good choice for takeaway
This place serves the best beef chilly. You may find this super crowded on weekends but the food is absolutely delicious. Their rotis and biryani is amazing as well.
Located in the midst of a bustling fruit and vegetable market in camp area, Pune, Radio has been our regular haunt for red meat craving specifically during our college days. Went there again recently and this place didn't disappoint at all. In fact they have introduced more varieties of meat including shawarma. I recommend the achari and the angara which are probably available in both chicken and beef variants.
Rustic VFM kitchen for hard core non vegetarians.
Shawarma: Delicious. Have to thank them for sticking to basics ingredients.. Chicken, Onion n garlic mayo (unlike other restaurants that stuff in tons of cabbage tomatoes and other veggies with very small portion of chicken).
Beef chilli: slightly different preparation from what I am used to and bit oily as well but this one too is delicious
Beef fry: not sure why they call it a fry.. It's more like a curry. Not bad though
For almost 4 years now, I haven't missed out on that ritual of once a visit each month to this place and I know I never will. There have been months it has even been more times, and the items I choose from the menu are always fixed and the saved. No doubt I've tried almost all the items but I've my personal favourites.
Also, one of the must go to beef places if a beef/buff eater.
1. The beef roll - nothing can beat the juicy masala chunks of beef wrapped in a crispy friend roll cut into diagonal parts.
2. The seekh kebabs- the beef seekh kebabs served with a red chutney, pudina and lemon and onion. You can ask for Pav if needed.
3. Kerala Parantha.
4. Beef chilly- some indo Chinese fusion bite but something too heavenly.
And to top it all up, this place is a total value for money. A full tummy filled meal for two will cost maximum of 300-400 INR/-
The upper area family seating is where you should head to.
The puddings are fine and tastes homely!
Food is very good. Only issue is with service, waiters are not friendly and then don't respond promptly. Overall I would recommend to try out this restaurant for food
Meat lovers delight... This place has got some of the best food that I have ever eaten. And I keep coming back for more. Service is prompt... Very pocket friendly prices and food beats even 5 star hotels hands down. Definitely a 10 on 10 from me.
How and how Pune misses these flavours apart from the kick ass Maharashtra thali . Its a meat extravaganza for me at least. Be it the shawrmas. The rolls. Biryanis. Parathas. Naans. Curries. Iranian chai. Damm i'll go panda carzy eating here all day all. Which believe me I can. Perfect to the taste buds. And lite halka phulka on the pocket . This place rocks. Be it any time of the day this place is always rocking. This has became my favourite place to eat meat. Crazy place. With super food and quick and smiling service. Its a sure super hit all these years.
This place is great! Not the greatest of ambience but one taste and you're in food heaven. The grilled chicken is juicy and is accompanied by a great dip; the chicken shawarma is tasty and filling; the seekh kebab with a roti is great; the beef roll is really good. These are some of my favorite picks. I'm sure the rest of the menu will not disappoint either.
The seekh kebabs in the evening are amazing here... No other place can provide such delightful seekh kebabs with delicious paratha and onion rings along with green chutney...
I have been visiting this place for a very long time, The food is great... Love the tandoori roti and grilled chicken and many more to offer at very reasonable price.
Amazing place for lunch and dinner, the food over here is tasty and the ambience for family dining is also good..
The ambient is nice especially on the first floor. Service is fairly quick. The food is delicious and mid-priced. Tandoori chicken was very juicy and tasty. The parathas were not that great. I wouldn't recommend them. Beef dishes are tasty. However, Beef fry with egg was an absolute waste.
Great place I've been visiting this place since childhood, value for money satisfying food.😋
Surprisingly an amazing place in the middle of Camp area and food is absolutely mouth watering. Didn't expect so much before entering the restaurant, but was blown away by Beef sheek kebab and chicken lollypop. These are must haves at the place. For mains, chicken handi is recommended. The roti was kinda different and fluffy and tasted yummy.
The 4 star is only because of the small seating. Each table cannot contain 4 people. If all are thin, then yes. Space to eat food on the table is less and believe me you would order a lot.
For desserts, don't forget to order Caramel custard. It was decent enough and not too sweet. Overall a great place to just hog oneself with meat...
Just your usual eating house that specialises in mughalai cuisine. They do have specials for every day. Do give them a try and ask the waiters about their specialty.
Had probably the best beef sheekh kebab in a long time.
When in camp and in the mood for seekh kabab and roti, then radio hotel is the place to visit. Finally visited here in over a year now and the taste has gone from good to wow and it's succulent and juicy and super duper tasty.
Recommendation: Ask for extra chutney and kadak roti, it elevates the taste.
Good non vegetarian food with ample variety. The place has definitely improved over last few years with renovated and family seating. Service is decent and one can take parcel as well.
Mutton delicacies are a must try from this place., specially the fry items and kebabs.
Food is amazing here, pocket friendly restaurant.
Ambience is not that great, and it's always crowded.
Best thing to have here is grilled chicken.
Paya and seekh is also amazing.
I don't generally write reviews, but Radio hotel really deserves a positive review. I had ordered Beef seekh, Beef bheja masala and Tandoori roti. The taste was superb. The bheja masala is my personal favourite. Highly recommended.
If you are a food lover then u must visit this hotel.
Veg / Non Veg dishes are very tasty 😋.
Chicken chilly and roti is very tasty and also my favourite one.
In sweet caramel custard 🍮 is yummy 🤤.
RADIO is one of the old gem restaurants available in the core Pune camp area. I've been seeing this place & it's popularity since my childhood. It is heaven for non-veg food lovers. Recommended food items as per me would be keema paratha, shawarma rolls, grilled chicken, other tawa items, any chicken gravy with tandoori roti etc.
A place which you must visit if you love true Mughlai cuisine.
We were short on time, so decided to skip starters and went straight to the main course. We had ordered Chicken Tawa Masala, which was suggested by my friend who had been to this

This was my second visit to this place. The first visit was almost 19 years ago!
They introduced me to Shawarma.
Had it again after many years.
I won't say it was the best ever but definitely it's a worth to try thing here.
It is situated in Camp area near Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Market Pune.
The ambient is nice especially on the first floor. Service is fairly quick. The food is delicious and mid-priced. Tandoori chicken was very juicy and tasty. I would recommend beef masala and seekh kebabs and roti. There is less space on the table for 4 people. Overall this place is good.
If want to dinner or lunch under 500rs best place ... And taste also nice 👍
