Had ordered Chicken Biryani from this Restaurant on Uber.. Awesome, Tasty & Spicy!! Succulent chicken pieces, marinated in Desi Masalas.. Ohh.. Lip smacking!! Quantity was enough fr 2 people ( even though it was half biryani) I hv been visiting this place since 2009.Special mention to their Tandoori Chicken.. A must hv Item. Never Been to this restaurant. But I've ordered a lot online from this place. The quantity of the dishes is quite good . Murg mussalam is delicious but was little spicy. One must try paneer paratha from this place.

- Zomato delivery boy was not on time. So order was too late. This is not expected from Zomato. Please work on this.

Went for lunch to kaveri as we were nearby. We had tried the wagholi kaveri so wanted to try this one too. This is in the market yard so not for family, but they seat you in a different section if you go with family. Service is quick. Food tastes awesome. Ordered the special mutton fry thali, it came with 2 big chappatis, biryani rice, mutton fry 7-8 pieces, a small bowl of kheema, tambda rassa, thetcha. Value for money. The thali is good for 2 people. Loved the mutton fry and kheema. When in pune, do try one of their outlets.

The restaurant is well located.. actually it is located for local labours .. BUT the main thing is the taste is like awesome😍.And important thing to me is taste.so hat's off to this hotel..
Kaveri is always a choice for nonveg folks. Taste is good. Spicy and enough quantity. Rassa is awesome. Place is not that great as it's old restaurant but you will enjoy food.
May not be perfect place for family though.

Basically. It is not hotelkaveri bibvewadi. It is Hotel Kaveri Marketyard. Some what difficult to find as it is not on main road. But plus point is ample parking. I always order Special Kaveri thali. It contain all stuff. Hot crispy bhakri, spicy rassa, kheema, solkadhi, Biryani rice. Sometime I ordered. Alni Mutton ( salty) . Food is like home only.it remind me jatra of my village. So go to this place only for home like kolaphuri mutton. Ambience is so so and service is good...test is same like wagholis branch. Must try

I go to eat food, not give a look at ambiance when it comes to KAVERI. The ambiance is shabby, nothing great about that. Typical Plastic chairs, Marble top tables, Stainless steel Thali to eat. SS glass to drink water, waiter will serve by bare hand from big pot. So overall more like a DHABA experience in corner of city.
But when you taste the food, you will forget where are you, who is waiter, how he is serving, what plate is it and even how is seating around you :)
Food is very spicy, but eatable who like to have spicy non-veg food. It is combination of the Spice with taste. Try Mutton sukha thali, comes with dish full Mutton sukha and unlimted Rassa (curry/Garvey whatever you say) and Chapati/Bhakari and plain Rice.
Take a Curry bowl and drink a curry, eat with you bare hand don't ask for spoon, this is not any star hotel. Drink as much as you want or you can. It has a taste, taste mix of Coconut, Coriander, Mustered, Red chili powder, other unknown spices and lot of oil :)
Nothing great about Biryani.... so find your taste.
If you feel to neutralize the your taste, then get a glass of SOLKADHI. It's good to soothed your taste and relax your tongue after spicy food.

Awesome food.....love the mutton thali, the chapati nd bhakri is huge..almost dared to have 2 with dad but failed...mutton sukka is lip smacking good....A place worth visiting if u crave spicy mutton or chicken nd the cherry on the top the thali is unlimited( rassa, bhakri, and rice)

Speciality - You can choose any kind of Bhakri here and the serving is unlimited!
Cons - I must say there are no cons here, the only little complaint which one can have is that the Chicken Sukka plate is too small, the management must look into increasing the size of the serving for this dish.
Overall - Must eat for exotic Kolhapuri food experience! A must have experience of a hot and spicy food tour :)
