Happened to visit this place recently. Wasn't so hungry so I opted for dessert . I feel the options for desserts were limited . I tried the fruit salad. Oregano has become one of our favourite places to go to. We like it as good as Little Italy. Food quality is great, service is prompt, its veg only. One of us was not keen on Italian, he got the option to order a punjabi dish from Aroma restaurent. One drawback is I cannot get a glass of wine that I love with Italian food. In the 4 times I have visited, there has been little or no wait time. Thats a real pleasure!

The most authentic italian ever had in an old school type joint. This is an old place with some awsome food. Everything from garlic bread-pink pasta-thin crust pizza were just mouth watering. Would recommend for some quiet family time and great food.

The Nachos should be titled World's best Nachos in the menu card as they are truly the best I have had. Bruscheta is a delight. Mousse is the perfect way to end that crispy pizza with a soft, creamy bite.
The Ambience of the restaurant is very good. The variety of the food you get there is also very nice. You get a lot of choices between Italian and Indian food . Some dishes offered by the restaurant is very good. During Rush hours the service is really slow. Sometimes it takes an hour or more than that for your food to come. If you're heading out for some Indian food as well as Italian food you should definitely hit this place once.
Visited here for a family lunch. Most of the folks ordered the set Italian menu and a few of us ordered Indian. The starters was a tandoori Gobi followed by dal, paneer butter masala and rotis. The food was well prepared and good. The Italian set menu of starters of spinach and corn croquettes were tasty as was the pizza. Overall value for money and a good place for lunch. The main captain should be aware of people observing him and choose his reactions and be a bit less arrogant on the job most of the other staff are well behaved and courteous.

Very good experience. The location of the restaurant is grt for people living in the city, parking can be a problem though. Food quality is pretty good. We ordered the napoleon pizza,broccoli soup and ceaser salad, which was excellent. Quantity was good too. Service was also very efficient. Overall i would recommend it to vegetarian food lovers

Have been waiting to visit this place since a long time, finally could visit today. Located on the 4th floor of Hotel Ambience, this is a hidden gem for veggie lovers... who can now binge on Continental cuisine.
The prices are a little on the higher side, hence thought of opting for the buffet, but the buffet options available were sad, hence stuck to ala-carte.
We tried the Pumpkin Soup Zuppa Di Zucca, light yellow flavorsome soup, but surprisingly it tasted like Tom Kha soup without bamboo shoots n Kafir lime. It has a coconutty base, but not mentioned in the menu card. It was hot n tasty.
For starters we tried Guacamole Bruschetta an Avacado onion tomato mix on grilled toasties or bread. Were informed it is a cold starter. Presentation was good but the bread used looked like roughly broken up pieces of bread instead of nice oval ones usually used, the avacado was not tasting fresh. Added some chilly flakes n salt n finished it. I think the server's found it a little funny n shared a joke about it!!
Next was Quesadilla which was very good n tasty!! It was not the corn varient but seemed the wheat varient with lovely red beans n salsa filling served with guacamole, hummus n salsa as sides. For desserts we tried Pannacota... It tasted good.... but I have had better. It missed the jiggle, due to which it was more cheesy... but never mind it... We liked it and a good ending to our meal..

The ambience is minimalistic, perfect use of classy colors and not being overdone.
The staff is extremely courteous. They know their menu pretty well too.
An added advantage of coming here is that you can order from the rooptop restaurant of the hotel as well which is multi cuisine - Indian, Chinese and Sizzlers.
Talking strictly about Italian though, their food is amazing.

Oregano is one of the restaurant at Ambience hotel Model colony which serves pure Veg Italian Cuisine.
Apart from their regular menu they also have an option of Italian Set Buffet system with limited desserts option, but every thing is served on the table you don't have to run around.
They serve the Indian cuisine as well from the Aroma Restaurant which is an rooftop restaurant. So it's a kind of a package deal.
We opted for the set menu which has the following:
Soups: Two variants: Minestrone- perfect combination of fresh seasonal vegetables, Basil, Pasta and Parmesan Cheese in hot and tangy Tomato Broth.
Cream Of Broccoli: Thick and fresh broccoli with added cream which gave creamer and soothing taste to it.
Salads: Italian Salad: Fresh Lettuce, Apple, Diced Carrots, Cucumber, Pineapple chunks, for the spice some freshly cut bell peppers, dressed with Honey Dijon's Mustard. Overall a healthy package. #Unlimitedservings
Starters: Bruschetta Al Pomodoro: Simple and basic style of serving, French Baguette topped with fresh Tomato, Basil, drizzled olive oil, garlic and feta cheese. #Unlimitedservings
Cajun Spiced Potato: Potato Wedges, flavoured with rosemary tossed in Cajun sauce, bit on the oiler side but taste wise it's good. #Unlimitedservings
Pizza: it's a kind of DIY pizza with any number of toppings on the 10' thin crust, they good option to choose from the list of toppings. You can request them to drizzle less olive oil with toppings, the pizza which was served to us had this issue which was informed to the courteous manager who was ready to change it immediately. Crust wise it was perfect not over or under baked. #Unlimitedservings
Pasta: Again on the Similar lines of Pizza, this was DIY or create your own pasta, with the options of Basic, Pink, Arrabbiata, Alfredo, and Basil Pesto sauce. Along with your voice of pasta and the vegetables to add on. We opted for the penne in pink sauce with some fresh veggies. Nice and cheesy.

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse: Smooth and served with chocolate chips. Nice and perfect in taste not too sweet not to bland. #LimitedServing.
Pannacotta (STRAWBERRY): Served in a cup so couldn't figure out how wobbly it was was but while taking the scoop it was light and smooth enough. Taste wise it was not that mouth melting but ok types.
Strawberry part was just the top layer and again it was just the Strawberry flavour jelly which was added to it while setting up the Pannacotta.
Overall:
Food: It was good although apart from some if and buts but definitely worth a try.
Service: Pretty quick no issues.
Staff: Very polite and courteous.
Ambience: Perfect for the family and group. Comfortable sitting area, clean ambience.
Value for money: very reasonable. The above menu was 550/- ++ which comes to 595/- per person. It's a worth a deal.

I visited Oregano for the first time for dinner with relatives, on the occasion of Mother's Day.
We sampled many different dishes like vol au vents, bruschetta, asparagus soup (a must-try!), pizza, risotto and Ratatouille. Apart from the appealing presentation of every dish, the taste was pretty amazing. The dessert was a melt-in-the-mouth dream - chocolate mousse.
The pretty silhoutte lamps and paintings are eye-catching here.
All in all, Oregano created a fantastic dining experience!

Amazing experience at 'Oregano' an Italian restaurant tonight.
I had been to Oregano with my wife and daughter tonight. The ambiance was very good, with the air conditioners silently delivering just the appropriate temperature. We were greeted at the entrance and were given a choice of table since the restaurant was not fully occupied. The light was not too dim not too bright, just perfect. We were offered water immediately and the waiters were very friendly and polite.
The manager guided us on the variety of options available in the menu card. In the mean while we were served with breads as complementary.
We had ordered zuppa de carato soup, which was too good. The soup was not spicy but was delicious, just what we wanted.
We had customized our pasta and it was exactly as per our expectation, rather much better than what we expected.
In the desserts we had ordered Blue berry cheese cake. The cake was very soft and just too perfect. We were happy that the restaurant was one of the best restaurants that we've visited in Pune. I'd like to rate each of the parameters as below on the scale of 0-5, 5 being the best.

Oregano is a new entry in Pune for Pure Veg Italian restaurant.
The interior is quite, calm and pleasant.
The staff is very well behaved and polite.
We ordered Vol Au Vent in starter and Cream of Asparagus soup
the taste ofr Asparagus Soup was fantastic mind blowing (10/10).
I have never had such tasty sop anywhere in any Italian restaurant in Pune where I have been.
Vol Au Went was a also very good. something new and innovative.
Then in main course we ordered Classic Lasagne. I found Lasagne on average side.
I have had lasagne at other restarants as well. So copmaring that it was OK.
The serving style for Fresh lime soda was good as well :)
Overall a very good taste of starter and soup and decent restaurant.
If someone is really found of Italian food , must visit Oregano newly open restaurant in model colony area ,we always visit their 5th floor restaurant which has excellent Punjabi food and parathas ...this time we tried their newly open restaurant .
we tried Cesar salad , cheese chilly toast , some spinach on small khari,lasange and pizza ...10 out of 10 .
also try their tiramisu dessert ,very good option for vegetarian without alcohol ...
only missing part was bar , they don't have bar,still good option.
We had Creak of Mushroom soup, it was very nice and served with foam float to give the creamy flavour a subtleness. Although the waiters kept forgetting that we had already order each course one by one and the service was quiet delayed on the Saturday evening.

Very good pure veg option. This one is renovated with new menu. Tried multiple things and all are good.
Only area of improvement can be service. With all tables occupied, response is very slow and you need to repeat orders and remind the serving staff multiple times.
Nice and clean, comfortable rooms. Awesome breakfast, but if you are staying for over a week, it feels too repetitive. I loved the Idli sambar.

This is a review for Aroma Restaurant of Ambience. We had a small party and family get together. It is really nice and decent dining place, and had really good vegetarian food. The preparation was delicious and quantity was also good enough. As per the instruction provided , the food was prepared with appropriate level of taste and was upto the mark, as we had requested to keep it medium spicy. The Staff of the restaurant were very warmth, welcoming and Hospitable. Definitely recommended for dining and would like to visit again.😇🙂👍

Their restaurant - Aroma - has maintained its food and service quality over several years. In the midst of crowds and chaos, this is a lovely throwback place to enjoy a good vegetarian meal (unless a large family shows up to celebrate a 'budday') I love their Thai Green Curry and an exceptional Stir Fried Black Rice. Kudos to the chef for coming up with bangers in between all the paneer kadais & biryanis .
