Thanks chef danish for the yummy cake..They have some of the best cakes in pune. Their cakes has great taste. Been buying their cakes from over a decade. The taste has remained the same. They have great demand for their cakes. In festive times it's hard to purchase our choice of cake, as they have huge orders for cakes. Definite recommendation for all cake lovers.

****Major Mango Festival Alert****
Hyatt Regency is currently organising a Mango Trail
of sorts with some deliciously curated items infused with Mangoes that didn’t seem forced but came across as nicely blended with the overall preparation.
I enjoyed two fantastic desserts as part of this celebration of the King of Fruits and both left an everlasting impression that is difficult to even let go of a week after I tasting these goodies 😊
The Mango Bullseye preparation was a fresh take on the much redundant Mango desserts which are limited to the random mixing of sliced Mangoes with anything that tastes sweet. This one was deliciously curated with a cheese cake/sponge topped up with a creamy mango pulp that appeared like a sunny side up Omlette served with crispy chunks of chocolate and an Aam Papad. At 350 bucks this was one pleasurable Mango dessert I have had in a long time❤️
The Mango Baklava or the Mille Fuille served with sliced Mangoes and a chilli sauce was pretty innovative too with a crispy outer layer and a creamy sauce to go along with pure Alphonso mangoes this was a pure bliss too 😍 At 350 bucks this was again a cool value for money preparation and made this outing even more memorable :)
The Mango Festival at Hyatt Regency Pune is up till 30th June and you would certainly miss out something delicious in life if you don’t land up here soon 🔥
I use to visit this place after a swim at the indoor pool. What did i order for? The dutch chocolate cake, lemon tart with mixed berries, tiramisu, fruit cake and the chocolate pastry. However they tasted nice but could have been better. The tiramisu was far from being authentic. It didn’t have the espresso flavour at all. The mango pastry was my favourite among all; that was a summer special. The lemon tart was nice and so was the chocolate pastry.
Overall my experience here was nice.

I had order cake for my kid's birthday recently from Gourmet Avenue. Their team member Mohan Rawat took the order on phone and helped me book the cake I wanted. It was such an awesome customer care. We had a amazing time here, best part is that it's open till 2 am and we get served here very well. Snacks, coffee, tea, lemonade is very good. We enjoyed our time here. Thanks for serving us so well.
This place has been my favorite for spending time with friends and family. It's perfect for having conversations over a cup of coffee and enjoying pastries to die for! Nilesh Kumar Jha has been the most warm and welcoming staff there! I love this place!

Gourmet avenue is a small cafe cum pastry shop which is in the lobby section of the hyaat regency, which was surprising.It has huge range of pastries,cakes snacks and newly introduced freaks hake which was amazing.What I usually love about the 5 star hotels is their huge breakfast and their deserts.This place has it all.from donuts to coffee to shakes to pastries to marshmallows everything is here is u do not wish to stay at the hotel otherwise the stay is highly recommended and the service is superb.They always try to give more than our expectations.Try the chocolate brownie it's amazing.In love with this place.@diwesh nisar
Was here for an office meeting... Food was good...buffet was served for us...stay at Regency is not recommended..... No jet spray.... Key card reader was not functioning properly...
What I like the most about good 5star hotels is their breakfast buffet spread and their cake shop. Gourmet Avenue was a gem. A very nice cozy ambience to enjoy sandwiches, pastries and other savouries. I have tried their cakes before and I would highly recommend their baked stuff. The tiramisu was light fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. The coffee flavour was fused so well that every bite I could get the distinct taste of coffee. It is expensive but if you are ready to pay for an awesome experience, you must give it a try!

Hyatt's Gourmet Avenue is located in one of the lobbies of this grand hotel. One can feast on coffee, fancy sandwiches, exotic salads and beautifully decorated cakes while seated on one of the comfortable sofas in front. It is relaxing despite the hotel guests who walk through. Hungry, I wolfed down a tiny salmon bagel that was delish and ordered another one. Then I had a slice of Black Forest Cake. Ubiquitous in Pune and Mumbai, a version of this celebrated German gateau seems to vary from place to place. This slice was quite big filled with mounds of freshly whipped cream layered between slices of soft chocolate sponge and decorated with chocolate spirals. No cherries decorated this cake slice and there was no Kirschwasser in the cream. The cake was heavenly and it was only with the last bite that I tasted a cherry. On questioning the waiter, he admitted that barely any cherries were ever put into this cake. I was perplexed. This hotel could easily import jars of the finest tinned cherries. Perhaps this cake should be renamed as the "Cherry-less Black Forest Cake" with an addendum that "if you find one, consider yourself lucky - even if it isn't a maraschino!"
It is best to have transport at the ready when taking out baked goods as they can wilt in the hot weather we are now experiencing. I took home two Berliners (German doughnuts) and gave them to a friend who had lived in Dusseldorf. By the time she opened the box, the sugar topping had melted and the two resembled stodgy cardboard. All I got was a withering look. Eat them there - far better.
Chocolate bonbons are also available and at seventy rupees each -- they had better be superb. Rest assured. They are excellent and are far superior than all the others I have sampled so far. They would be even better if that elusive sugar daddy would buy me a box. Now where is he?
This little corner coffee, snack and pastry shop located in the lobby lounge section of the Hyatt Regency was a nice little suprise.
It has a nice selection of treats from sandwiches, cheeses, croissants, breads and pastries that are displayed quite nicely! Sampled the cupcakes which were a special addition for the week. It wad a nice sized treat and was well baked! The hazelnut chocolate was the standout in my opinion! This is a great place for a snack or to just fill the sweet tooth craving while in the Pune Regency.
The prices are very fair considering it is in a 5* hotel which was a pleasant suprise! Service was friendly and accommodating as well.
What I love about 5 star hotels the most are desserts. Absolutely marvellous, scrumptious, heavenly and soulful. Love the mascarpone creamed cake, Tiramisu, and all other items. Truly exceptional. Cakes are great. They bake the perfect sponge.
