I order for Chicken four island soup, Chicken basil dumplings, Chicken chilli basil fried rice, Egg fried rice, Braised chicken in smoked chilli sauce and Mixed vegetables in spicy basil sauce. Loved the soup and dumplings! The mains were quite yummy too. Adequate portions and value for money.

Was craving lollipop as rainy season started ans was suggested this one by a friend. I havent had chicken lollipops since 5-6 years at least and was super satisfied with the lollipops and the service here. Was more than surprised to know lollipop tech has improved as i was asked to select between two flavors of lollipop haha i come from a time of one flavour to rule them all and in tandoori bind em ;) so i chose to order both flavours of course.. both flavours were next level and i thoroughly enjoyed my trip down the memory lane and also the chat i had with the friendly owner as i waited for my dish (a bit impatiently) would reccomend

So I'm always looking for places that take that memo and fly with it. Soy Affair is one such restaurant. It's an unassuming place on the surface but it's when you sit down and order their food do you realize what a gem you've stumbled upon. From dimsums to soups to spicy curries and lip smacking noodles/rice. I doubt any dish will let you down. If you're a chicken lover, don't miss the Keongs Chicken or Sriracha Chicken. If fish gets your mouth watering definitely try the Hunan style fish. If you're a Dimsum lover, you'll relish the Chicken Suimai and Mushroom & Waterchestnut versions. Those who swear by Khao Suey will love the Asian curry on the menu here. The burnt garlic noodles also tick all the right boxes. Above all, the dish that blew me away was the Braised Chicken in Smoked Chilli Sauce. Served in an earthen pot and overflowing with aroma and flavour. It's on the spicier side but so worth it. The curry is hot like the name suggests but also delivers a great balance of chilly, sweet and sour flavours. It's like a rave party in your mouth. Definitely recommended. All of the dishes we tried here were just so tasty! I really couldn't find a flaw even if I wanted to. Tastefully prepared, beautifully executed and Value for Money is how I would describe their food.
The ambience is pretty cosy, considering this is a small restaurant on DP road. The staff and the owner are really welcoming and quick with the service!

One of my favourite Chinese food restaurants. Absolutely love their Plum Chilli chicken. It's tender sweet and mildly spicy. Their fried rice has good portion for two and always tasted fresh. Dine in can be a little uncomfortable since they have benches and not chairs. The service was okay as well.

Soy Affair: A small, cozy place serving delicious, lip-smacking food and deserves more recognition than it already does.
I was invited here for a food tasting on a hot Sunday afternoon. Sat down at the table with my friends and while sipping on some much-needed refreshing lemon iced tea, I hogged on their food like there is no tomorrow.
First came in the dumplings. We tried prawn siumai dimsums which were so good and the tasted heavenly with the sauce. We also tried getting our hands on the vegetarian mushroom chestnut dumplings which were tasty too but the prawns won our heart.
Soups: Highly recommend the chicken soups here as the portions are generous and there are plenty of veggies and chicken pieces added to the bowl. Even though it was hot outside, the hot and sour soup brought us comfort.
We were also served some crispy vegetables which were so good to munch on, they were crunchy and chatpata. Drooling already!
Chicken teriyaki: Well cooked chicken pieces in teriyaki sauce garnished with bell peppers, an absolute delight to eat.
Coming to the main course: Everything was delicious. No I am not exaggerating. Nasi goreng chicken rice was top-notch and I would go back again and again for the same.
Pick anything: their Singapore rice noodles, zucchini hakka noodles, fish Hunan style, anything. Fish Hunan style was soft and the gravy went so well with the rice noodles. They prepare their food with so much care and love. I loved the owner's approach of making sure that the customer was happy and satisfied after the meal. The portions are good for two people easily.
Dessert: they are still working on their dessert list and trying to incorporate more variety of desserts but at the moment they have chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream which one can never go wrong with.
They even deliver to nearby areas and their prices are reasonable and inexpensive. I looked at the prices on their menu and was shocked that they could deliver such quality food with this cost. Highly recommend this place for a nice cozy and inexpensive dinner with spouse, family or friends. You won't regret your visit that's for sure!

I visited this place for dinner with my Husband and we both enjoyed the food. The staff is courteous and welcoming. We ordered prawns in Hunan style sauce, General Tsao's Chicken and burnt garlic fried rice. All the dishes were having unique taste with perfect blend of spices and sauces. The pranws and chicken used was very tender and fresh. The owner of the restaurant was present and shared the new menu which will be introduced soon. The new menu seemed very exciting and would like to try it next time. This place is highly recommend for those who like east Asian food.

Service is just fine, not to slacky neither too prompt, giving the right time for cooking and pre-eating. Good for the weekend dinner scene, light on the wallet.

Great place to go and have a casual bite of Chinese. Typically a small joint but with great value for money. The noodles, chicken and prawns all were delicious and flavorful. Orders were flowing in like anything, and at times the folks at the restaurant was getting a bit overwhelmed as I felt with the huge volume of orders. Service was decent.

Was looking for a place in Aundh for quick bites and came to know about this place on Zomato and trust me they serve delicious Chinese food.
Orderded two of their dishes- Drums of Heaven ( Chicken Lollipop tossed in Schezwan sauce) and Chicken Siumai Dimsum and both of the dishes were very delicious .
I was really impressed with the way they serve the dimsums with butter sautéed garlic and chillies on the top which enhanced the flavour.
Talking about the ambience, its fairly well according to a cafe serving quick bites in budget.
Staffs are very friendly and welcoming.
Overall would have rated it 4.5 . I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for good Chinese fast food.

A calm and simply decorated place with amazing taste. Loved the food. They don't have a huge menu, but the variety is enough. The taste and the presentation was really good. What I loved the most is that this isn't an overly "cautious" place to shy away from using oil or chilli in Chinese dishes! Best place to have some good test of chinese menu. We went through few reels and decided to visit. Started with tom yum soup which was perfect as we had before in Gong. I personally will not go for veg dim-sum as a found them tasteless and waste of 💰. Staff suggested the black pepper rice+ chicken oyster sauce and it was great. Talking about quantity, since sauce is not given along with rice, the quantity together of these 2 dishes is sufficient for 3 people. Valet parking is available but a bit risky else you can park at baner road to if available. Will visit again to try the more options from rice/noodles/sauce.

I started with a lovely chicken soup followed by chicken dumplings served with chilli oil.
Then i had chicken lollypop and stir fry chicken in apetizers and they were cooked to perfection.
I was almost full but then they served Schezwan noodles and fried rice which was just delicious.
I also had fish in black sauce and chicken in mains and they were super tasty and goes well with rice or noodles.
In dessert i had darsan and ended it on a sweet note.
We went to Soy Affair recently and tried the 6 course meal at only ₹567!
The menu comprises of a variety of lip-smacking dishes. We loved their speciality - DIMSUMS.
Our favourite was “Chicken Siu Mai” and “Honey Noodles Ice-cream”🤤
Recommendations: Tom yum soup, Chicken Siu Mai dimsum, Chicken HongKong dimsum, Sliced chicken Thai style, Fish in sichuan sauce, Honey Noodles with Ice cream

Read so many positive reviews here that we had to try this place.
1. The ambience was really pretty and the place was clean. That was the first thing we noticed when we got here.
2. The staff person who guided us through the menu was very polite and explained any dish we wanted to know more about with patience and clarity.
3.We ordered Chicken Aromatic Peppery Lemon soup which had a soothing and phenomenal taste. Next was veg spring roll and honey chilli potato (which was from the specials) While veg spring roll was good, honey chilli potato was really worth ordering. It had such a good balance.
Then came the chicken hongkong dumplings. I was already mesmerized by the presentation, and the taste did not disappoint either .
Next we wanted to try a starter in prawns, and on recommendation, we went for prawns in sambal sauce. It was not spicy as i expected but it definitely was hot.
In main course we tried nasi goreng fried rice. I am so glad we tried that, it is the best fired rice I've ever tasted. (Couldn't click a picture because I was in a hurry but the presentation and taste - really phenomenal.)
We ordered Elderflower and Rosemary mojito along with the dishes and ended our lunch with sizzling hot brownie with vanilla icecream.
[Our order was huge and the restaurant was actually already near the closing time. But we were still politely looked after by them. I'm really grateful for that.]
The bill wasn't as huge as we expected it to be given the number of items we ordered and quality of the dishes

Ps - if I have to nitpick one thing, it's that the Schezwan chutney served to us wasn't spicy enough, but then again, it might be a personal choice :p
