It's a small outlet and conjusted seating but service and food is best i ever had. I'm a customer frm past 7-8 years but still I'm not bored of this place. I travel pan India for my work but food over here is bestest of best.

Best place to get non veg at affordable price.. Variety of non veg thalis.. I usually go for chicken fry and chicken masala thali.. Fish thali is also good.. They serve unlimited tambda pandhra rassa and alani rassa.. Service is fast.. Chicken and mutton Biryani quality and quantity both are great.. One biryani will easily serve for 2
The food is hygienic, never ever had a bad stomach after having a meal here. The taste is awesome. People working there are polite. You’d wish you had a bigger stomach to eat until your soul is satisfied. Place gets congested at peak times and you may be asked to adjust with someone else, but that wouldn’t bother much because you’d be busy licking your fingers and concentrating on your delicious food. Best thing is that you don’t need to follow any table etiquettes while eating, eat however you want, get both your hands messy, spread everything in the plate, and no one’s gonna judge you here. Pure food indulgence!!!!

The reason to choose Milan as your first preference for "Chicken Dish" is their utterly delicious taste which not only makes your taste buds happy but also give you original "Kolhapuri" taste.
we ordered "Chicken Thali" (Normally enough for a very hungry person)
which came with
Tamba rassa (Red/Orange kind of Soup)
Pandhara Rassa (White kind of Soup)
Suka Chicken (Dry Chicken)
Alani rassa (Their speciality)
Rice and Roti (Two type of rice they served, we opted for softer one)

Milan khanawal is best for all NonVeg lovers. They served kolhapuri style NonVeg food with tambda and pandhara rassa with chicken sukka and varity of rotis. Also u can try solkadhi over there. Best for acidity also.
Best place in pune for gavran chicken - mutton thali. Better than khandeshi darbar. Prices are cheap too. I don't like being in queue but worth the wait.

A small but one of the oldest and original Khanwal in Peth area of Pune. Milan is famous for its non veg thali which consists of multiple items like dry chicken, chicken broth, chicken curry gravy and along with it comes the Chapati or Bhakari and plus it has the original Maharastrian famous Indrayani Rice which tastes delicious when tried with their chicken curry. The broth and soups are served free of cost until you say no.
The setup is very small and well maintained in terms of cleanliness and management. The staff is very caring and quick in terms of service. The shop is located on the busiest routes so parking is limited here. You can look for 2 Wheeler parking space but for car parking it is better you prevent using it there and instead use the public services.
Price wise it's normal charges. One thali on an average costs around rs. 150/- +-.

A really good place for all non-veg lovers. We ordered the chicken masala rice plate (thali) and egg rice plate (thali) in which you have an option of chapati or bhakri. You get rice along with it afterwards. The taste is excellent and it is also pocket friendly. There is no ambience as such and there are only 6 tables. On weekends there’s a bit of waiting and you might have to share your table with strangers (because of space shortage).
Its pocket frindly hotel, they have i think one of best pandhra and tambda rassa and alni rassa superb chicken thali and mutton also. Due to some work , been to pune city and for dinner we planned to visit this place.
If you are looking for maharashtrian non veg thali, this is one of the place on kumathekar road near jondhale chowk.
Actually, they do have pure veg branch which is for daily meals and the one i visited was about non veg thalis.
Its been there for few years now and it has awesome taste too. We obviously ordered Chicken thali and egg masala thali and were happy with taste, i have tasted for first time and me and my wife both liked it.
For thali, either you can go for bhakri or chapati with every thali.
Its small place always packed with crowd and prompt service, good taste.

In the heart of Pune there are many good restaurants, each one being unique and specializing into different cuisines. “Milan” is one of them and most of puneities already know about this place. I visited Laxmi road for shopping and I thought I should pay visit to this place as it had been years I missed coming here. While I was searching for a road side car parking space I noticed “Minal” and when enquired came to know that they had setup another branch as the previous space was too small and heavily crowded. The new place is neither big however decently sized than the previous one . Waited for 10 mins for our turn and we were managed to get a table. Waiter was attentive and we quickly ordered #Mutton Fry Thali and #Chicken Fry Thali. The food was served hot in 5 minutes. Mutton Fry was medium spiced and Mutton was cooked to bone. The Tambda and Pandhra rassas were equally appealing and tasted good. We also had Kheema wati and Chicken Kaleji fry in thali which were ok. The rassas were unlimited and I happily gulped 2 of each :). This entire affair costed us only 380/- bucks thats it 😮. VFM and taste was excellent.

Good quality food,a heaven for maharashtrian non veg lovers. The tambda rassa and aalni rassa have a unique flavour to them. All the non vegetarian dishes have a good amount of spices and a kolhaputi taste to them. Dishes to try are chicken masala, surmai fry and mutton masala. Service is fast, ambience is not that good. It is a small place with good food.

A tiny little eatery tucked away in one corner of Sadashiv Peth is a seafood lovers paradise. This place serves the most amazing surmai thali, with a whole baby surmai fry . Amazing n awesome. The thali has dry fish , Sukhi bombil, prawns curry , rice n bhakri. The taste is amazing so is the price .

we ordered sp chicken thali and surmai thali. It is really hard to finish whole chicken thali by one person. Sukha chicken from thali was really tasty. Instead of calegi fry we requested for mutton khima ,which was not up to the mark.
Surmai thali had both bombil fry and fish. It was also good.

Good place to have non veg thalis. Prefer to go weekdays as on weekends it is very crowded. Cost is very reasonable. Not recommended for families as the sitting space is not convenient.
This is my on of the most favorite place to eat mutton thali in Pune. Perfect quantity for a meal. Tambada rassa is something to die for. Pefectly priced place only for food. No fancy stuff like decorated ambiance, music finger bowls.

Tried the chicken masala rice thali here. We called the owner and told him to spare a chicken thali for us as it would be late for us to reach the restaurant. The owner was courteous to do so. Coming to the food, we wanted to try the bhakaris but unfortunately it was not available so had to choose chapati. The chicken masala and tamba rassa are worth trying. It was delicious. whenever i get bored of Punjabi food, this is the place i visit to have Maharashtrian food. Love tambada, pandhara and alani rassa. Always crowded, still no matter how many times you visit this pace you will get same taste.
