Every item was not only well presented, but also truly delicious. The attention to detail made all the difference to the guests who appreciated the little coconut- shell containers used to serve the Thai dishes as well as the boat- shaped organic containers that were used to serve the scrumptious Quinoa salad. The Indian dishes took on a rustic look with Biryani being served in individual mini earthenware handis.
It was indeed the perfect combination of style, taste and immaculate service!

Initially to connect with the team was a challenge as they were busy with various pre commitments.
The overall experience right from menu selections to the final execution was flawless.
The food presentation, taste service all were just 10/10. I was scared as we had a complete Vegetarian menu, but these guys just nailed it.

Rubeena and her Charcoal Pit team are amazing. They customized our menu according to our theme and guest list instead of giving us a standard package and asking us to choose from it. Their food is always delicious and the presentation of each entree is very creative and par excellence. Their attention to detail and service was way beyond expectation.
