Rava Cheese Masal Dosa

When it comes to my favorite cuisine, it's obvious South Indian. Best part about South India food is that it is made of rice and even if you eat too much, it won't affect your health.
This was purely bliss for me, It was not just another Masal Dosa, it was Rava Cheese Masala Dosa, and you know what's the result when you add grated cheese to food 😋😋😋. Dosa was thin and crispy. Added to it was 🤪 a perfect filling with lots of smashed potatoes, chopped tomatoes & onion with a blend of spices and a little bit coriander to enhance the taste, masala was bit spicy as it should be. Cooked on Non Stick pan with coconut oil for that authentic taste and aroma. And and and.. on top a whole lot of Cheese was grated and spread evenly. This dosa was approx 35cm Diameter in size and filled my empty tummy in ¾th portion.
It was served with sambar and coconut chutny, sambar is mostly not served here on every place with dosa and if you are lucky to get some it can taste just totally different. But to my luck, this was not the case here. They served thick sambar and it was full of all spices as it should have. They have mentioned that they charge Rs 10 extra if you ask for extra chutny or sambar, but in my bill it wasn't added 😁. Overall had a great experience and good taste.
Thia place offer a huge variety of Dosa's. All you have to do is to give some effort to find the best dosa of your choice from that long menu 😅. Ambience is decent and staff is attentive to customers. I visited this place at approx 3:30 PM that's after the lunch timings, but was able see a good crowd hopping up for tea, coffee and vada sambar.

Tried their butter masala dosa, idli chuteny, Mayonnaise dosa and everything was good in taste.
Looks pretty with all the evening lights..quick service as well.
We tried paneer masala dosa - it had a dosa with potato masala and paneer bhurji mixed inside.
We also tried the mysore magic dosa - it had a thin crisp dosa with a bowl full of sabji on side. Thus sabji had a chinesey taste to it..and was nice and buttery. Also it was spicy.
The chatni was white..pretty bland though.
The sambhar was a bit sweet and tangy..and pretty thick as well.

Amazing taste of the South Indian food.. ask them for the specials and they won't dissapoint you for sure..They suggested us to get Nylon Dosa and Magic Mysore Dosa and it was a heavenly experience for the taste buds..

A must visit place for dosa lovers. A variety of fancy dosas are available on the menu. Recommended dishes Garlic Sada dosa, Cheese Palak dosa, Gotala-Gotala and Yummy Roll Dosa.
Good food ,so fresh, different from other south Indian menu, there were twist in taste ,taste was best. Delivery on time , quality-quantity-packing was good .
New kinda taste for South Indian dishes! New varieties of combos! Ambience can be improved. The location is well demarcated and can easily be seen. Rickshaw or cabs are easiest mode of conveyance.

Mysore masala wasn’t upto the mark
This is my favorite place to eat South Indian food.I’ve been here so many times that I literally lost track of Vaishali now.They have different types of Dosas and the taste is too too good.I had yummy roll dosa,palak pudding dosa,medu wada & much I relly dont remember.The ambience is soothing & fine.Rates are a bit high but still worth.Service isn’t that great but owner is humble.And they definitely need to improve packaging of food for delivery.

I ordered nylon dosa and idly fry, nylon dosa was really nice and a must try, It was thin and crisp and had a hint of garlic.
And also not very heavy on pocket.
South culture is the holy place for south Indian cuisine lovers. They offer the great variety of dosas and Uthappum, originals and fusion. Fusion dishes are innovative and offer you a choice to blend south indian food with cuisine of your choice. Service is good. Food quality and quantity are at par with the price. Must try if you love south Indian food.

My most fav dosa's which I tried today are Mayonnaise's dosa, cheese chatpata & yummy roll dosa. Last but not the least is dahi wada, suppperrb taste.... Best service......

I ordered Rawat onion masala Dosa. The delivery was quick n the Dosa was still crispy when delivered. Very happy with the sambhar and chutney as well. Just one issue, the quantity of oil used in the Dosa was more than my liking.
I ordered for a paneer maasala dosa.I have given the rating for the above food only.It was made very well with paneer and aloo as the filling .They had provided sambhar and coconut chutney with it.The cocunut chutney was thick and prepared well.The sambar smelt great as well.To top it all ,it was delivered hot! loved the overall experience

I had seen this restaurant in passing and had a chance to visit as I was in vicinity and wanted a quick version of lunch with no fire-inducing masalas burning a hole through the gut. I thought South Indian fare: Best option.
I was accompanied by the The Wife and we were offered couple of menu cards. One is a normal, regular, daily kind of a menu while the second was a smaller-yet-special-but-different menu. The second menu is a speciality menu that offers fusion "Dosas". I would have laughed if somebody had told me yesterday about "fusion-dosas". Not anymore, though I am finding it hard to warp my mind around to the concept, these guys have executed it well.
We ordered a simple Rava-masala and Mysore-masala and the guy who was getting our request asked back, "Mysore-masala but which one", now I was confused. Did he want the names of Mysore's suburbs as well. Did he expect me to say "Nandanhalli Mysore Masala dosa"? Well, to clarify the confusion, he directed me to the "regular" menu. There are about 12-13 types of Mysore masala dosa.
The trick is, they do not apply the chatni on the tender side of the dosa, instead they offer a separate dish of the options mentioned in the menu. I chose "crunchy Corn". On the other hand, Rava Dosa is just Rava Dosa... We had also ordered a bowl of Dahi vada to make things sweet at the end.
The food is great!!!! No more condiments are required for the complement. The taste is simply amazing. I relished each and every morsel of the "crunchy corn" and it goes well with the dosa. The Wife left her filling of the Rava dosa and focused on beating me to finish the Corn.
The Dosa are well made, thin, uniformly cooked and pleasant to look at. It tastes well too, but I guess that is the bonus.
Word of caution: Two rather, Dahivada was like "meh!!!" Nothing to write home about, it was hard, though the dahi was ok. Wouldn't really recommend ordering that. Overall, the place and the people seem to be afflicted with the "small-place" psyche and it reflects in the service as well. With a little more polish and better menu choices (I could have done with less number of options to choose from), I believe the place can be extraordinarily good.
So for authentic south indian food this place is highly recommended. They serve the best south indian food and also all their different types of dosa , uttappam and idlis etc. are prepared on chulha. And that's the best thing about this restaurant. The food we ordered were,
-Cheese sada dosa worth 75/-, Crispy, cheesy dosa is very good to taste.
-Yummy roll dosa worth 160/-, This is something new innovation of yummy mixture of capsicum, carrot, beatroot, chilly and tomato sauce filled and rolled in a dosa. This is the best dish and recommended.
Every dosa plate is served is authentic sambar and coconut chutney. The aroma of sambar is heavenly.
A variety of dosas at pocket friendly prices. Service is pretty fast. Would suggest Paneer cheese dosa from the simple dosa menu. Do checkout their little app coupons as well. Average Ambience.

Good peaceful ambience. However they don have wash basin. On request they provide finger bowl. We tried below from menu:
1. Fusion Dosa- these dosa's are made with various fillings and served in cut pieces. We tried yummy roll dosa, and it was very tasty accompanied with very tasty sambar and coconut chutney.
2. Sada Dosa - with coriander and light spices seasoning. Very good.
3. Fried Idli - deep fried Idli served with coconut chutney and tomato sauce. Alright
4. Idli - was served lukewarm. But was good in taste.
5. Filter coffee - liked it.
Overall good place - highly recommended!!
The speciality of this restaurant is dosa... i have been to this place quite a few times and the delicacy of the dosas are amazing ... every dosa would get a nice smoky touch as they cook them on khula.... friendly staff and good service... Must try place for south indian food lovers and highly recommended

South culture, as the name says the hotel does represents the culture of south through its service, ambiance and the variety of south Indian dishes.But the restaurant is famous for fusing south Indian dishes with western and Punjabi food. The hotel serves dishes like CHEESE CHOCOLATE FANTASY DOSA, cheese paneer dosa.....The specialty of the restaurant is YUMMY ROLL DOSA. Tea lovers should also visit here once.
Apart from all this the restaurant has simple but admirable interior. The hotel has small space, but has been perfectly architect for comfortable and maximum sitting capacity.

A joint with some effort to differentiate..The sambar tastes really authentic south indian..The combos mostly have paneer hence better be avoided unless one wishes to try south with north

Small place but something different. Fusion of dosa is a unique way of marketing. Very innovative.
Fantastic variety of fusion dosas, each with it's unique taste and texture. They do a good job of explaining what the dish will be like so that you aren't in for a surprise. Nice seating and decor, humble and helpful servers. And very good filter coffee, of course. This place has been a favorite of mine when it comes to South Indian cuisine.
