This is one of my favourite restraunts in Pune for dinner and is at the top of my list . The restraunt offers a decent ambience but extremely tasteful food .

Have been here like a multiple times with my family. Have tried their various soups , assorted grilled platter, different vegetables (their gravy is excellent!) and dal khichadi ! Their food quality is superb & place is super hygienic and vibe is peaceful . It's a perfect vegetarian restaurant for family dinners
Aromas biryani quality is so good and yesterday night i was fully enjiy with aromas biryani , the aromas boryani quality is number so keep it up
This is really good place to have a perfect family dinner. The ambience was ok, good for a family to have chit chat, as this place is noise and hustle free. It is located in a reachable location in Model Colony, Shivajinagar, not so far from the main road. They do not have a good parking arrangement though, due to less space, we had to park our car roadside.
But the Food here is really delicious. Each and every dish that we had ordered was up to the mark. We had a proper 3 course meal, with appetizers, starters, main course and all of that.
Out of all the different dishes we had, here are a few which you should try.
Manchow Soup, Chilly Paneer, Pink Pasta (this was the star of the evening, I would say), Garlic Bread.

This one brings nostalgia. The Ambience Hotel is in service for more than a decade or may even be for 15 years. I used to visit this place as it was closer to my work place at that time. Executive lunch was my favorite. Not sure if they have it even now.
This time's visit was after a really long time and I was happy to have very good experience. The service was excellent and with speed just right for a working day lunch. I went for very straight forward menu having Palak Paneer, Dal tadka along with Naan. I also tasted their fresh "Panhe" and it turned out to be good with a different taste!
The ambience was good.

Cozy little restaurant on the top floor of Ambience hotel. They’ve a wide menu to choose from. The food is great but the service could be better.
We ordered Noodles and Manchuria. Pretty decent taste and sufficient quantity.

I ordered home delivery of veg manchurian, veg Hong Kong fried rice, cottage cheese and celery in shezwan sauce and tandoori roti (6). Food was hot when received.
Veg manchurian was good in taste quantity was good. Veg Hong Kong fried rice was also tasty with sufficient quantity. Cottage cheese and celery in shezwan sauce was average. I didn't like it's taste much. It was my first time trying that out so maybe that's the reason!
I had ordered the food for 3 people and it was more than sufficient as some food was left, which we ate in the evening! Thank you Aroma and Zomato for making home delivery possible and for offering discount! 👍🙏
One more thing, I request the reviewers to post picture of what they've ordered and I request Zomato to make a search function possible inside reviews category so that people can search for a specific dish and read about it or see how it looks from the photos posted by the reviewers!

Possibly the best dal makhni I’ve ever had. Food is superb, quality very good. You can imagine a hardcore non vegetarian appreciating vegetarian food so much must mean something. The only issue is that they don’t deliver to Magarpatta where I live so have to travel all the way if I wanna eat that dal makhni.

Aromas is a fine dine experience. It a vegetarian restaurant with a large spread and variety from global cuisine as well. However my recommendation is stick to North Indian food which is the best bet here. The service is quick too but can be much better for a fine dine. A good place to spend time with family. On weekends do expect some waiting period
Located in model colony this one is a complete family restaurant with lots of variety in food.. Italian and sizzlers are good.. Give it a try the food won't disappoint..
The place is situated on main road. Parking is an issue as there is limited 2 and 4 wheeler parking. The hotel is situated on 4th floor.
Place has good seating arrangment. The staff is attentive and food quality is good. We had ordered paratha thali and cheese nachos i felt all the price is on the higher side. Place gets crowded and i will.not reccomend for a dinner date. Its rather good for family parties.

This place in model colony is great for a family lunch or dinner. The food quality is good...the service is fast... Also the staff is decent... If you don't understand a dish.. They would definitely help you define it.. And which i personally found very helpful and good!...and as the name so is the place.. It really does have a great ambience..Overall it is good...and last but not least... It also does have parking place so no worries for your vehicles 😉.
Aroma is a sure bet for good vegetarian and Jain Indian cuisine! Good soups, very nice North Indian dishes with thoughtful herbs and spices! They have great Naans and Rotis! If you really want just good food, with no silly jazz mixed in this is the place!
I’ve been eating here since many years now. They serve pretty good food. The chef’s special Gobi-kabab’s are fantastic. Good place to go for a leisurely meal.

I have been here with my Family. We were 11 people and we all enjoyed the food. Staff are attentive and very good service. "Assorted kabab platter" is one of the delicious starter. Vegetable soup called - "Soup for the earth" was awesome. I have never liked any veg soup as this before. We had a good time.

I have been visiting this place from quite some time. The ambience is good. Its a nice place to have parties/dinner with family. Food quality is one area which I think this restaurant should improve. In recent times the place has been a bit crowded. Overall - A good place to visit for a casual dinner.

A great place packed amidst the busting area of Model Colony. Located on top floor of the Ambience Hotel it is one of the 2 restaurants that the hotel houses. It's a multi-cuisine restaurant offering pure veg options. It has a spacious seating with a simple but soothing ambience. The service is friendly and relatively quick. It's a no frills restaurant offering simple but good food with decent ambience and service, all at a reasonable price. Also the place is never crowded. We visited this place twice over weekends, once in a big group of 20+ and still had no problems finding tables. May be people are not aware of this place or do not expect such a spacious restaurant in the crowded model colony lane. We tried their north Indian as we as Chinese dishes and food was good, nothing to complain. I liked their mushroom butter masala more than others, it is quite tricky to get mushroom only dish rightly made with the curry flavored in right proportions. There is another restaurant on the 4th floor, right below Aroma restaurant - Oregano which serves Italian cuisine. Since the management is same at Aroma they offer you to serve food from both restaurants which is a big delight and a value add. Do visit this place once, of course if you are veg only type of person :)
A pure vegetarian restaurant located at Model Colony, Aroma at Ambience Hotel has been a family favourite for ages due to the good North Indian food. Limited Parking is available in hotel premises.
The ambiance of the restaurant is normal. It's quite spacious and can accommodate several large groups. The biggest downside however is the poor & slow service. It took nearly 45 minutes for them to serve our Kebab Starters & 15 minutes more to serve Main course. Such waiting times actually dampens the mood & kills hunger.
We ordered:
Veg Assorted Platter, Ambience Special Vegetable, Butter Dal Tadka - All were quite tasty and very heavy as well. Would recommend these dishes.
The Buttermilk was not good.
Overall, Aroma is a nice place for Vegetarian North Indian food. If you crave good food, then do drop by here but only if you have the patience to put up with their service.

Aroma, is a pure vegetarian restaurant on the 5th floor of Ambience Hotel in Model colony which is popular for its mixed cuisines, mainly Indian, Italian and Chinese. Reservations on weekends are recommended as the place can get pretty crowded.
On our last visit here, we decided to give their Sizzler Festival a shot. Lots of interesting options in Sizzlers but we settled for the BBQ Mushroom Sizzler which turned out to be delicious. There were ample veggies sautéed in barbecue sauce, served along with fried rice and topped with French fries and juicy pieces of mushrooms that looked like Bhajiyas! Quite filling for 2!
We also tried their main course which comprised of the gravy based dishes like Veg Banjara and Baby corn mushroom masala, both of which were nice. Dal Khichdi was decent too. Rotis and Naans were also well made. Finally, we ended the meal with some awesome creamy Malai Kulfi and Chocolate ice cream.
Aroma is a great family dining place, which offers varieties to suit all diners - both old and young. Barring the sloppy service in some places, it's a nice place to enjoy some good vegetarian food in and around Model Colony at Pune.
Aroma is one of my all-time favourite restaurants!
Food : Their starters and soups are pretty tasty. So is their main course, be it Indian or Chinese. Do try their mousse - it's awesome.
Service : The service is usually polite and prompt.
Ambience : The decor is bright and welcoming.
Overall - Nice for a lunch or dinner out with your family or friends!

Has excellent Italian restaurant. Penne in white sauce had lip smacking flavours, with all colourful fresh veggies in it. Ambience is good though the service is very late.

Aroma is the in-house restaurant of the Ambience Hotel in Model Colony. Located on the fifth floor, it was a rooftop restaurant before they renovated and covered it all up. The place is popular among foreigners who come to Model Colony to practice Yoga in the Iyengar Yoga Institute and that gives the restaurant a polish.
Ambience and Decor :
The renovated restaurant is pretty well decorated replete with false ceilings, wallpapers and paintings. Everything seems lovely until the moment you need to answer nature's call or even wash your hands. The wash basin is basically a small marble bowl in the dining area separated from the tables by a wooden mesh. The washroom is located outside the restaurant and is dreadful. It spoils the mood and that bathrooms eliminates any positivity in you. It made me lose my hunger.
Service :
Service is average. Same as any other restaurant.
Food :
The food here is actually nice at times. The Mexican dishes are not so Mexican. The Indian curries are seriously good for their pricing. For my last visit, I ordered Cheese Chili Toast, Seasme Corn Tikki, American Chopsuey, Paneer Tikka Masala, Malai Kofta and Butter Garlic Naan. The Seasme Corn Tikki was delightfully good. The American Chopsuey was pretty shot. Tomato ketchup isn't exactly what a restaurant should use their Chopsuey. I could taste the ketchup. Not surprised though. The Paneer Tikka Maslaa was pretty good. The Malai Kofta was a mistake. Overall, a decent meal. The bill was 1000 bucks for 4 people. So, pretty happy with the pricing here.
Conclusion :
This place is your average multi-cuisine restaurant the middle class just adores. This place is cheap and serves predictable and clichéd yet tasty food. It's basically paradise for students or anybody who isn't fussy about his food and cares about the atmosphere and the bill.

I love the Food Variety they serve with specification.
The staff is too less. The service is too slow.
Please they have to improve on this.
I personally have had service issues with them twice as they are so less in number as compared to the area of the resto that they do not even come near your table for your next order.

Aroma, situated within the Hotel Ambiance, a two star lodging in Model Colony, offers excellent vegetarian dishes! Their paneer dishes are very good; chawal is aromatic, and their Indian breads are great. They have a full range of pallets from Chinese, North Indian, Italian to Continental! Very well appointed, with table clothes and proper settings!
Tried the resto on a busy Sunday evening. Ambience is good, but a bit closely spaced tables
Good food and hot served. The quantity of curry (subzi) is good for 4 people.
Cheese Chilly toast is a worth try!
We ate Beghum Bahar (subzi), which again is a unique type of curry...
But a negative was their inability to handle the Sunday crowd...

A very nice vegetarian restaurant in Model Colony, a corner away from Toyota showroom. Located on top floor of hotel Ambience. The place has gone under renovation from few earlier years. Looks more better and comfortable. Not very huge but still a nice place.
Serving pure vegetarian food, have also undergone certain changes with food menu. Have a variety of Italian, Mexican, Chinese etc. on the menu apart from North Indian.
Most of the items on menu are worth the taste. Also served in generous portion. It was traditionally a North Indian restaurant and some Chinese earlier, but the taste of other cuisine is also up to mark.
Service a bit on the slower side but that's ok as anyways we go to enjoy food.

Aroma is beautiful but hidden place for Vegetarian lover. The restaurant is located at 5th floor and having Good seating area with excellent ambience. We visited in weekday at afternoon and found place is very peaceful. You feel like seating in some UK hotel as most of wooden work used similar to British style.
The captain taken orders silently and suggested some good option .There mix started platter is must tried as you get flavor of their whole tandoori items.Also Dal makhnai was good and giving authentic taste. The prices of different items are also reasonable.
Only problem which they need to improve is their serving time as it’s very slow.

Located within Hotel Ambience..this restaurant is away from nearby restaurants so makes it a good place..its nvr really crowded as not many ppl know about it!! So you can walk in without reservation..you shall usually see people stayin at the hotel coming here to grab a meal!!

Only drawback is the very slow service and not so prompt staff..but at the same time you can sit here for hours without ordering much or having any1 trouble you.

Being a hardcore non vegetarian usually only veg restaurants are out of my Radar. Happened to visit the place cause of a family Friend. The place is located in heart of Shivaji Nagar has ample parking and peaceful ambiance.
Place was almost full and order was quickly taken and veggie treat started. My friend was a regular visitor so his menu was pre decided. I usually prefer to taste based on recommendations. He ordered Palak soup and veg platter to start with.
Main course had mushrooms and Jain special sabji. Overall good preparation and average service. Chocolate mousse was creamy and food treat was worth a try.

Located on the top of the ambience hotel, it is a place I visit ever so often, when I'm not in the mood to try any new places and stick to tried and tested ones.
The place is quiet, well lit, comfortable and everything is just right about it.
The food, burnt garlic soup is a big big hit here.
Assorted kebab platter is humongous. Equivalent to 2-3 starters.
Have tried the arrabiatta and pesto pasta, lasagna, sizzlers, noodles and rice.
Not one dish is disappointing. Though not all maybe great per se, but they are good for sure.
Aroma is a pure veg restaurant. It's a part of the ambience hotel. Tasty food even Jain food is very delicious.. Service is awesome and fast. Waiters are very polite and fast as well. It's too noisy place. Reserving the table is mandatory...

This is first place where i had my first RESOTTO - AL - FUNGHI. Beautiful dish served hot and tasty. The taste was so good i can't forget it. Also me and my friend had kebabs which were amazing. We fought for ordering more food but sadly our stomach was full. This hotel gives you variety of food and i'm going to try all the dishes. As per hotel name every food have it's AROMA and which will make your mind go on eating everything.

It's one of the good vegetarian restaurant in Pune. Ambience is quite good & cost wise is also reasonable. Food is very tasty & delicious. Each food's quantity is more than enough for 2 person hence its recommended to order your food accordingly. Service wise it's a bit slow but worth waiting! My recommendations in starters are Chilli Baby Corn & Assorted Veg Kabab Platers. In main course the recommendations are Dahi Kadi Pakoda, Veg Banjara, Veg Chily-Mily, Ambience Special Vegetables (served with green & red gravy), Onion Parantha. Highly recommended for Vegetarians!

A recently renovated and reopened place. Earlier it used to be a place open to the sky.
A very new and fresh place (currently as it is renovated). Nice interiors.
Very aptly designed place and best suited for families and couples looking for a nice meal.
This a pure veg place though, but the menu is pretty elaborate and tasty.
When I visited the place, there were 2 big groups already eating at the place.
Despite the service was reasonable. The food is delicious, quantities are standard and the support staff is very polite. Due to 2 very groups eating at the same time, the staff at the place was literally running around the place, still they were at their best.
Very nice and decent food. The Punjabi preparations were just delicious. Their Paneer Chilly Dry is one of the best they serve at the place. Make sure you try the Paneer Chilly.
This place gets all the points for hygiene and cleanliness. Very well maintained place.
A perfect place to have dinner with your family. Decent place to celebrate family events.
Last but not the least, they do have a cafe thats open 24 X 7. So thats a good option for late night cheat meals.
No harm in trying the place if you are nearby.
Ample light!! is the first thing that I felt good about after entering this restaurant, unlike some other places which are quite dull. Went here with my buddies. The tables were set quite apart from each other giving us some room for jokes and chatter without being a nuisance.
The Food - was quite tasty,purely VEG and served in good quantity. We had a lot of starters - Gobi tandoori, and paneer, cheese cherry pineapple that tasted awesome. The main course was sumptuous too - i loved the dal here. The lacchcha paratha could have been better. We were 4 of us, and 1 dal and 1 veg was enough for us, we had to skip the rice (of course we had many starters).
It was slightly heavy on the wallet - round Rs 400 per person, but definately worth a visit once a while.
The service was prompt and the captain's menu suggestions were quite good.
Will I be here again - yes definately, preferably on a sunday when they serve unlimited breakfast for Rs.175/-
I had been here twice and both the time I had great experience. Food quality is superb ambiance very good and most importantly not very crowdy.
I don't take onion and garlic and this the best place for such people. Almost all varieties of food can be served with onion and garlic and still test is best.

Had the best cheese chili toast ever.
I would say nachos could have a bit spice in it as we indians prefer, but all in all a great experience. Also they serve paneer tikka having three flavours in one dish which takes care of experiencing three tastes in one dish instead of ordering three different dishes, which i thought a good concept. Paneer was very tender and fresh. Very good food.

Ambiance is quite good and pleasing. The food is also awesome. We ordered BBQ Sizzler that was just up to the mark and 3 flavor paneer starter, even that was perfect. The main course was also amazing. Full marks on food.
The staff is also well behaved and polite.
The only part is service is a bit slow. That needs to be improved a bit.

The location and vegetarian food variety are the best points of the restaurant.They have covered the restaurant which was open earlier. So at night it feels more congested.I went there with a couple of European friends who are fond of Indian food. We were seated at a table that did not have napkins or cutlery or glasses and we had to ask for everything.The menu card has almost 35 pages, with so much variety that we were confused. So we ended up ordering Paneer shola kebab, veg, kadai and lachchha paratha along with fungi trifolati, cottage cheese bitok and cannelloni ala fieorentina.
For dessert we ordered Sizzling brownie and Rock n ROll mocktail. There was an Indian family celebrating someone's birthday so we also got a big chunk of coffee cream pastry. :)Everything was delicious and perfect except the Cannelloni that never arrived. The service can be improved, but we can forgive it because the food is fabulous, and the portions are sizeable.
Will I go again? Yes, of course.

I would rate this as one of the good restaurant for Vegetarian food.
You get lot of options of veg dishes from Indian, Chinese, continental to choose from. Ambiance is nice for family dinner. May be because of location, you always fine seat without reservation (well at least happened with me).
They have now changed the interior and made it more covered which is also good ( it is on the roof top) but I would say that earlier open theme was much better.

At Ambiance Hotel, truly do justice to its Name & only VEG makes it more appealing to JAINS & VEGITARIAN a like.
Been there recently at a family gathering & following is what I have to say. With minimalistic & neat decor ample of seats it is a nice set up. Staff is polite & understands the menu well if asked any dish & what it's like.
Had mostly starters which were nicely cooked & equally tasty.
Decore 3 & half over 5 Stars.
Staff 4 & half over 5 Stars.
Taste 4 & half over 5 Stars.
Parking 2 & half over 5 Stars but one can find streets near it.
Will I revisit surely will, whether I will recommend it surely.

Great ambiance as per its name. The food quality and taste is great 👍🏻. You can do any kind of get-together and party here. It has a huge hall and buffet service.
Very good pure veg option. This one is renovated with new menu. Tried multiple things and all are good.
Only area of improvement can be service. With all tables occupied, response is very slow and you need to repeat orders and remind the serving staff multiple times.
Nice and clean, comfortable rooms. Awesome breakfast, but if you are staying for over a week, it feels too repetitive. I loved the Idli sambar.
We have been at Aroma restaurant twice. Food is amazing and service by staff member Akhil is outstanding. Staff is courteous and give exceptional service and make you feel privileged. Their Italian cuisine is really nice.
This is a review for Aroma Restaurant of Ambience. We had a small party and family get together. It is really nice and decent dining place, and had really good vegetarian food. The preparation was delicious and quantity was also good enough. As per the instruction provided , the food was prepared with appropriate level of taste and was upto the mark, as we had requested to keep it medium spicy. The Staff of the restaurant were very warmth, welcoming and Hospitable. Definitely recommended for dining and would like to visit again.😇🙂👍

Too good. Lil small lobby. Loved the room size. Awesome stay. Very helpful staff. No complaints whatsoever. Food is awesome too. Lil pricey food. All good about this place. Go for it with your eyes closed.

Their restaurant - Aroma - has maintained its food and service quality over several years. In the midst of crowds and chaos, this is a lovely throwback place to enjoy a good vegetarian meal (unless a large family shows up to celebrate a 'budday') I love their Thai Green Curry and an exceptional Stir Fried Black Rice. Kudos to the chef for coming up with bangers in between all the paneer kadais & biryanis .
The food is very delicious. The manager is also very helpful. Chef is also easily approachable.
