This is the perfect hang out for all nomad college students. U can choose between the cozy warm cafè style sitting downstairs and the open roof top sitting upstairs. The food is overpriced a bit.
I have been to this place several times each time trying something new. I personally like the wraps have tried almost all of them including Mexican Roll, Veggie Delight, they are pretty filling and tasty. Have also tried the Veg burger which also is pretty good. The pizzas and pastas are really tasty.
Previously they use to have lasagna on their menu which was my personal favourite.
Apart from being overpriced the place is good. I like the food pretty much.
Loved it. Affordable menu and good to spend time with friends. Smoking zone is available. Parking can be a problem for 4 wheelers. Nice place to gossip and share many things. Coffee was good. About food quality I am not aware.
We use this place as a default venue for Pune Book Lovers book club. It's a good place for some coffee and snacks. It's mostly empty in the morning hours and they do have some seating on the roof that you may like in good weather. The food and coffee etc are okay.

This place cannot be termed as great but decent enough for a casual meeting. The place is located on a busy street in Model Colony and serves quite a few things. Overall this place is any other average cafe.
The place is good... Prices are reasonable.. Good ambience.. Good music.. Overall it is a great place.. I like the place very much because of the chicken stroganoff, grilled chicken sandwich and beery freak shake..
Minestrone Soup is a must try! This place is warm, cosy and decently priced. It's a good place to be at on your first date (only, if your idea of a date is not lavish and plush)
Their keto menu dishes are a must try.
Three cheese chicken - comes wth some stir fried. Comes with chicken made in cheddar, cream,mozzarella cheese and exotic veggies stir fried in it.
Malabari chicken : chicken made in coconut oil, mustard and curry leaves. Slightly spicy but gives those Kerala dry spices flavour.
Veg grill sandwich : paneer and lettuce stuffed nicely toasted bread. Enough cheese to not go wrong anywhere. A must try too

A visit to this cafe was just an impromptu plan and we were pretty unsure about it..
We ordered Cajun chicken , Cafe Frappe, and Hazelnut Frappe..
The Frappes were really good and the quantity was great as well.. the Cajun chicken too was surprisingly well made as well..
Although it doesn't seem too crowded most of the times, this cafe does have a lot of options to choose from..
A nice small cafe in model colony! Tried the three cheese keto chicken! The sauce was very creamy and tasty! Also tried the hazelnut frappe which had a nice hazelnut flavour and the taste was perfect! Overall a nice place to hangout!
I tried the Chicken Malabari from Model Cafe's Keto Menu. It was tender boneless chicken made in coconut oil, mustard seeds, lot of turmeric and a peculiar South Indian taste. Could have been more spicy but never the less it was so good that I finished it in one go. No side dishes were needed. Keep up the good work, cant wait to try other things from the Keto menu...cheers
Just happened to order one of the keto meals from Model Café. I think it is called the Double or Triple Cheese meal. Not too sure. The dish was so good. Chicken was cooked just right, broccoli green and firm – in short, it was perfect. I think I will regularly order from here. Keep up the good work and quality.
Located in prime area where students resides i.e. Model Colony. So mainly preferred by students living here. Nice place to hang out. Cafe also have a small rooftop. So great at ambience. Regarding food, I had Paneer tikka sandwich along with French fries. Had mojito in beverage. Taste of food is upto the mark. Service is fast. Remains open late night till 11-11.30.

A true Cafe for a great rendezvous with friends!
I was looking for a nice cafe to hang out with my friends and was really in need of something other than the tried, tested and trusted spots in Pune. I happened to stumble upon this place by chance and it was my lucky day! This place is a cafe in a true sense. It reminds you of roadside bistros from Paris or Venice where you can enjoy good company or sober solitude equally. The location is a posh part of the Pune city known as 'Model Colony' after which the cafe is named. Overall the cafe experience was a 5/5. For number munchies I would put down my experience as follows,
Food: - 4.5/5 (Heck! they know very well what they are doing with their sandwiches and pizzas)
Service: - 4/5
Ambience:- 4/5 (One must go there in early morning or early evening to have good time to enjoy the surroundings in its true glory)
Cost:- 4/5 (one might feel it is costly but the food and ambience is worth every penny you spend)
I really loved their sandwich. They serve good variety of sandwiches and not just veggie slices tucked between two bread slices. Their Pizzas are good too! Don't forget to have a sip of the coolers/cold drinks on the menu.
PS:- If you are fond of continental food you can visit this place for any kind of meal...breakfast to dinner!
This place really exceeded my expectations regarding it's food. We ordered a chicken lasagna, roast chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, chocolate and strawberry smoothies. The sheets were a little under cooked but still the filling of carrots, broccoli and cheese is delicious. The roast chicken sandwich and the smoothies were the best! The service is a little haywire. Every time the waiters have to be reminded for every little thing.

The reburbished place is good to hand out with friends and family. Sandwitches are good (I tried out Bombay Massala Cheese Sandwitch). Juices are fresh. Despite the cosy economic.
PS: It has a nice smokers' corner upstairs.
I've been to Model Cafe two or three times now, always as part of a book club group that's been meeting there for some time now. The place is a fairly large, in that we're a group of maybe 30 to 35 people who've been sitting comfortably in this hall. However, they're pretty stingy on the air conditioning in the summertime, given how hot it's been this year. As far as the food and the drinks go, it's all very average stuff. The coffee isn't terrible, neither was the omelet, but ultimately nothing to write home about. For those in Model Colony, a very convenient watering hole, and the same for those wishing to meet in a larger group.

Interestingly designed outlet with terrace seating as well as indoor seating area. The menu includes a variety of quick bites. This was the kind of place missing in this locality. The terrace turns up an awesome place for personal party too. The food is good and must try here are pizzas and grill sandwiches.
It's a nice little cafe in model colony, which attracts many students from colleges around.
It's got seating on top too, open and pretty.
The food here is pretty good, their grilled chicken sandwich is flavourful and tasty. The chicken burger single is big and fresh, oozing with tasty sauces.
The Mediterranean Veg Pizza was pretty good too, it's a little expensive for the size they serve, but it tastes nice.
I've had their Cinnamon Bun a lot of times and each time it's different but good.
The Chicken Salad is really good, with fresh veggies and chicken. The sauces balance and bring all the ingredients together.
It's a new cafe with reasonable price in the area of Model Colony. Nice place to hang out.
The sandwiches are good, especially the Bombay Sandwich is a must try. I liked their style of assembling various sauces on the plate. They also offer sweet desserts like Apple Pie & Chocolate Truffle etc. (It's not in the menu). Few dishes are a little overpriced.
P.S. They have extended the '20% discount' and it's valid for this month.
This is a new cafe opened up in model cafe. The chicken pizza and the chicken sandwich is really yummy. Pastries are something they need to improvise on. The tiramisu that I ordered here was a complete disaster.

This place opened up very recently in model colony.. a small decent looking place.. they have an indoor and an outdoor seating.. we sat upstairs in the terrace.. its a really nice peaceful place to hang out.. the staff is polite and very cooperative.. we ordered two of their pizzas and a couple of their mocktails- lemonade, basil and peach sangria, green apple ice tea, lemon soda..chicken burger, cinnamon rolls, mud pie.. and their mushroom cheese pasta.. pizzas were very ordinary nothing great.. the pasta was sweet and we didn't like it so we sent it back and they were very cooperative and understanding about it.. the drinks were okay..they gave us a complimentary plate of swiss rolls which were nice.. the chicken burger is really good! nice flavors.. very fresh! the mud pie was gooey and perfect.. the cinnamon rolls are yum! very different from normal cinamon rolls but really good!.. the prices are very reasonable..a good place to chill and good food when you don't want to spend much..
