A churro (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈtʃuro], Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈʃuʁu]) is a fried-dough pastry—predominantly choux—based snack. Churros are traditional in Spain and Portugal - from where they originate - as well as the Philippines and Ibero-America. They are also consumed in the Southwestern United States, France and other areas that have received immigration from Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries. In Spain, churros can either be thin (and sometimes knotted) or long and thick, where they are known as Porras in some regions. They are normally eaten for breakfast dipped in champurrado, hot chocolate, dulce de leche or café con leche. Sugar is often sprinkled on top.
Well as a Food Enthusiast, I'm always on the hunt for something new and A churro is something which I was looking for. I've tried Churro only once before but the experience was quite bad so I was super sceptical though eager to try this one. It was hard to locate this small cafe at first but the experience was memorable.
This is medium range cafe where you get a good space in front of a cafe and a second-floor seating too. They've managed to give it a nice classy look so it was a plus point. The owner duo was so humble and talkative. Most of the items they serve are Inhouse so I was already happy and was waiting for my churros also they make their own bread.
So let's talk about the Churros that I had here -
Churros is nothing but sugar-coated creamy puffs :D They were soft and had sprinkled sugar on top of it and had a nice hint and medium strong flavour of cinnamon. It was given with chocolate and dip which was quite good but honestly, the churro was tasting good without the dip. Luckily the cinnamon flavour was not that strong which was the only reason I had a bad experience before. I was happy to eat such soft and fluffy churros.
Then we started with our normal affairs. As these guys serve lots of things from Italian menu we tried some of the things and the experience was pretty good.
Hummus and Lavash - We started with some Lebanese affair. Surprised right? I was too. But my for Lebanese food must've got this on my table. We had Hummus and lavash which was pretty good. The lavash is a paper thin crispy bread which was seriously paper thin like it wasn't even holding the weight of hummus but the combination was super good. The hummus was nice, the consistency was good and had a good amount of olive oil in it. It was masala Lavash.
Panini - Grilled bread with lots of fresh stuffing. We had
1. Pesto Bocconcini Tomato Panini
2. BBQ Pulled Chicken Panini
3. Hummus Falafel Panini
Well, Let's start with pesto panini. The sauce used in this was in-house and tasted perfect. The combination was of Rocket lettuce with Bocconcini and tomato in Focaccia bread. The overall combination was pretty good and stuffing was juicy but I found the bread bit dry and it didn't go well with the filling.
BBQ pulled chicken panini was not so good as the pulled chicken could've been more juicy and soft also the bbq sauce was a bit less and I didn't get to taste it throughout the panini. It also had the cheese in the stuffing which was overpowering the taste of bbq sauce and chicken.

My pizza judging elements are crust, sauce and toppings. So in basic margarita pizza crust was thin crispy which I personally like also the homemade over roasted tomato sauce was superb so plus point to that. Topped with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and cherry tomato confit. Pretty basic yet effective pizza.
Whereas Mediterranean pizza has the same thin crispy crust with lots of topping like cheddar-mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomato, black olives and jalapeno with pesto sauce. It was better than that of the margarita as it had more toppings.
Desserts -

3. Apple Pie with Ice Cream & Caramel Sauce
Well, The dessert section was bang on. Each and every dessert was perfect and we enjoyed it. We will be here again just for the desserts at least for sure.
New York style cheesecake. Nice creamy layer with consistent cheese in the middle and crispy hard layer at the bottom. The taste truly justified the name. ChurroPop was something new for me and unique, it was lollipop style puffed churros. Which was crispy crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Apple pie with ice cream and caramel sauce was the best.
Overall Verdict - As it's newly opened cafe, the experience we had was pretty good. I loved most of the times and we suggested some changes also. The owner duo did take everything positively. Looking forward to my next visit now.

This was our usual hangout place when we stayed in baner.
The white sauce chicken pasta was amazing aswell as the pesto panini.
The cafe offers quite a good range of delicacies & that too quite cheap and also i found the staff very friendly and courteous.
Although we have shifted to viman nagar now we still miss this cafe!
Best churros and coffee in Baner !!!
I went to this place on my first date with a guy. It was supposed to be a coffee date but coffee did not impress me unlike the guy. It lacked bitter sweet balance. Moving onto food. We had ordered scrambled eggs and mushroom & cheese omlette each served with toasts and hash browns. Delicious and quite heavy as the eggs are made in butter. Place has enough seating options both indoor and outdoor.
The owner is very warm and friendly. We tried their churros, Jamaican jerk chicken panini, breakfast special omelette and mocha and loved them all! If confused, do ask them suggestions, they help you out ✔️
The dishes were fresh and appealing.. snacks are a bit on the expensive side, it is worth to visit once P.S i liked the watermelon mojito drink
I would highly recommend everyone to try out their Punk Pasta which is amazing. Also, try their jalapeno cheese ball and French fries as well. I did not like the Hummus Panini as the bun was a little burnt and the falafel was not tasty. And when you try their main dish, churros, have the dip as Caramel. Caramel and churros combo is soo yummy.
The place is pretty crowded which serves the new trendy dish "Churros" with some lip smacking dips. We had a margarita pizza, chicken and creamy mushrooms toast, a pull chicken panini and Churros with chocolate dip. The dishes were up to the mark even though the place can improve on service time and quantity of the dishes.

Outside seating is there. Service is ok. Food is good in taste. Ambience is just ok, not that good. Panini was really great in taste. Good place for having evening snack.
So if you're in a plan for lazy weekend breakfast or brunch the go for this place for sure! It has both inside and outside sitting area. Although the outside is more airy the inside upper attic has warm lighting and gives you a cozy feel.
Must order the chicken pesto panini sandwich! They grill the bread to such perfection that it's one of the best to have! We also ordered the creamy mushroom on toast. Although I didn't find it all that special. But the taste was good.
The service is really prompt and they do look after your choices and preferences and hence serving you the best platter!

We had gone at breakfast time. Ordered chicken pesto sandwich and cheese sausage egg. Both were good. Quantity could have been more. Ginger tea was good too. Nice ambience. Quick service.
A very good cafe which is very calm and reserved for peace.
The cafe serve good food like Chicken Pesto Panini Grilled Sandwich and Chicken Mushroom on Toasts.
Taste wise the food is great. But I would suggest them to increase the quantity a bit.

In the middle of the chaos we found this small cafe In Baner called Churros. It took time to notice the place as it was hidden between other places. But this amazing cozy little place has amazing food. The best part of that short time go out was the Hazelnut latte. The best thing I have tasted so far. Service was excellent. Must visit this place. Small tiny place with good taste of food.. Have ordered pasta with sauted veggies and it was delicious.. Along with that manager has recommended to try penni sandwiches which was again very yummy.. Overall its nice place to have good food
Good place to have a small bite and for of course Churros. Obviously churros is the must dish to try for but don't miss variety of omelettes they serve.
Also, they have some books on 1st floor to read while you enjoy churros.
A small and cozy place to hangout with your friends. The ambience and the seating arrangement was ok ok.
No doubt the food was scrumptious but the quantity was very less.
We ordered Churros platter, creamy chicken pizza and chicken pasta. By the description in the menu n by the name itself it felt that Churros platter would be something very big and fancy but it was just churos and cream chocolate nuts n ice cream. The Churros were crisp not too sweet and yummy. If we wanted veg pizza the we had to pay for the veg topping and same with the non-veg.
Overall yummy food but quantity wasn't great.

I love this tiny cafe! The food is amazing, and it's a quaint place to chill with eggs and a good cup of coffee. The mushroom omelette is my absolute favourite! And if course, the Churros. Make the best of your zomato gold here!
This outlet was in my list for long time, finally got it checked!I mainly wanted try churros with dip here but as I heard review about their pizzas and paninis we thought of sorting our dinner out here only. It was raining and so we choose to sit outside. Though it looks small cafe, it also has sitting upstairs. Staff is very friendly and polite.
We ordered Mediterranean Pizza, pepperonion panini and churros with dip. Pizza is paper thin was perfectly baked. Basil sauce with cheese, olives and jalapenos tasted just perfect. Panini was super yum. Bread was soft and good amount of butter was applied on it.
We asked for recommendation for dip and the staff suggested coffee chocolate dip. It was really good. Churros were fried perfectly and spricled enough sugar which tasted perfect with the dip. I will certainly try other dips too.

The food is really good and worth it considering the price. Veggie veg pizza was tasty. Tacos were a bit spicy for my taste but otherwise really good. For desserts we had the churros with chocolate spicy dip and the apple pie. Both were pretty good, only the churros were a bit soft. And the best part is that they have zomato gold so it’s light on the pocket too.
Good place to have churros. The place is small and the chairs are not very comfortable to sit on, so the experience was a little tiresome.

This is the story of how we got introduced to the Churros and this cafe.
My friend who been a short trip to UK and came back and was very much fascinating about the dessert which she had it there and this is what Churros.
So we tried to find the best restaurant in the city of Churros and we find this cafe.
Trust me guys, this cafe is awesome, it's a proper cafe cafe and I bet this cafe is the place to get best Churros and not to stop there the pasta's and omlette's are also awesome. We had a Spanish onlette and a Pink Pasta I could feel water in my mouth while writing this :)

Don't judge the this cafe by its size, they actually serve authentic Spanish and Italian dishes, we had churros platter, pesto pasta and chicken Panini, all 3 dishes were amazing. Staff is friendly, and they have Zomato gold so yeayy..

Been this place on Saturday evening. Ambience is average, just like a next door Cafe shop. We ordered Arabita pasta - 5/5, Alfredo pasta 3.5/5, Peri Peri fries 5/5 and vegie veg pizza 3.5/5. Overall I would rate it 4/5. Must try pastas and fries.
Hidden gem! Small cafe but big on taste!! We ordered for pesto chicken panini and falafel panini and a chicken taco between the two of us..
Pesto panini was perfect with freshly baked bread and sundries tomatoes for the extra punch.
Tacos were perfect, a must try for spicy lovers they were truly Mexican to the last bite ❤️ falafel panini was not up to the mark but wrongly ordered at a Mexican place! Lastly This is a Zomato gold place and we missed that! So we’re totally coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Hummus Falafel Panini - The panini was stuffed with crisp falafel & loads of hummus which together gave a subtle flavor to the panini!
Margherita Mediterranean pizza - Pizza that we love to eat everywhere but here it was some new taste, that we want to eat. The pizza was thin crust and topped with cherry tomatoes, basil, and cheese.
Affogato- An Italian coffee, This is an espresso on with vanilla ice cream on top. It tasted amazing when mixed together.
BBQ pulled chicken Panini - This panini had a very off sweet type taste.
Popcorn Mojito - Unique popcorn taste which gives that flavor and dryness of popcorn.
Cortado - Spanish strong Coffee... Espresso shot with little milk and froth served in a small glass
. Pesto bocconcini Panini sandwich - Which has pesto sauce ka layer on the bread and tomato rocket lettuce and bocconcini (buffalo mozzarella) cheese in it.
They make all the sauces be it for pasta Panini or pizzas in house

I had ordered Churros with chocolate dip and Jalapeno cheese balls (I'm not able to remember the name). The Churros were really crispy and not too sweet. I tried Churros for the first time and totally loved it. I also liked the Jalapeno cheese balls.
I also had ordered Peach Ice Tea and it was perfect too!!
I specifically want to mention about their service. Madhuli was really friendly and helpful. Also, Siddhesh was very courteous, well mannered and provided a very prompt service.
Overall it was a great experience and would love to visit again!! :)

I love this cute little place! The food will not disappoint you nor will the service. The elaborate omelette options will satiate your hunger right away. Panini is a must try too. And as the name of the place suggests, churros! I am yet to try the churros pop and cheesecake but I am sure they are also as delicious as the other options!

Churros Cafe is a good place to visit. Friendly staff and ample sitting place. We ordered creamy chicken pizza which was a winner. Mild to taste with thin crust. The Cesar's salad was also good. Could have been better. The salad lacked assortment of vegetables and had only green lettuce. No iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes and even Parmesan cheese was less.
Pizza crust was too thin for my liking. The toppings were very less. For the price charged vegetables like onions, bell peppers can be included as topping.

Small place located in the busy locality of Baner is a cosy hangout place. The ambience is very study nook like with small antiques and books and lamps.

Very nice food. Ordered the pink pasta spaghetti even though it's not in the menu. But it was amazing. Also tried the Spanish omelette and Loaded nachos, both were totally worth it. Last but not the least the churros with dip did the work of desert for us. All in all truly recommend this place.

Ordered scrambled eggs and masla omelette. The delivery is in a very hygienic box though the scrambled eggs smell when u open. They served both with hash browns and bread and butter. My mom loves the masala omelette and hash browns because of the taste and texture and crispiness of the hash browns. Overall one of my favorite breakfast place.

Excellent ambience. I ordered Jamaican jerk panini, peri Peri fries and cappuccino. There aren't many options for coffee but these were the best peri peri fries I ever had! Hands down. The Jamaican jerk panini had really juicy chicken and the bread was on point. Top quality. The coffee was below average though.

Nice little cafe with both indoor and outside seating arrangement. The ambiance has been pretty good during evening time and the indoor seating also have a small library for book lovers.
Coming to food, the food has been good. We ordered Pepperonion Panini, Grilled Chicken Pesto Panini and also had ChurroPop (chocolates with nuts).
Panini was well prepared where you can get all the layers and get the taste in deep. They bake their own bread which was another +ve point. Go for ChurroPop, only if you are fond of sweet.
The only lack point for me was the service, which was slow I believe. Still a good place to visit just to check out their good menu.

So we decided to try this place. The place looks like a small cafe and it is. Though the ambience is cozy and warm both outside and inside. The outside is beautifully decorated with fairy lights and wooden textures and the inside is quite cozy and warm!
We tried their Popeye’s power pizza, Pesto pasta with sautéed veggies and simple churros with sweet chocolate dip.
The pizza was super cheesy and had a great spinach flavour to it with corn and mushrooms on it. The pizza is thin crust and worth every second of your life.
Pasta was super delicious, so saucy and delicious. Pesto was perfect- a little spicy and full of flavour. The veggies, tossed over the pasta, were sautéed to the perfection.
Churros were also not disappointing. Being a chocolate lover, the combo was perfect and a perfect dessert for the meal.
I would definitely be visiting there and try out every other item in the menu.

I really liked their presentation of food and the ambience of the place. We chose to sit upstairs and it was really cool place with an awesome bell concept to call the boy for ordering food. The food was really delicious but the pasta was very very spicy(alert to those who don't eat spicy). Do try the falafel sandwich.

Its a good place if you are looking for freshly baked breads without all the chemicals and preservatives. In fact their Focaccia is better than most places.

"Churros Cafe" The name signifies its specialty. This place is totally coming up with some really good variety of churros and desserts. Their is Twist and turns in the variety of desserts made out of churros which were amazing. They were crispy outside and soft inside.
I tasted Churros Dip-
A traditional Spanish delicacy sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar served with homemade dips like sweet chocolate, coffee chocolate, spicy chocolate and Rum flavored chocolate. Totally amazing and worth having it if you're a churros lover.
Churro Pop- this was a giant loli pop shaped twisted churros dessert sprinkled with various toppings. You can choose your own choice of toppings.
Churro Cup- traditional churros moulded in a cup with your choice of ice cream and topping of nuts or fruit. This was a blast. Something really different and turned out to be good.
Churro cheesecake - it was made in churros base topped with cream cheese and compote. It was Medium sweet and tasty. I loved its presentation.
The best part is that they bake their own bread which is fresh and good. They also make their own sauces without any preservative.
Some healthy bites and all day breakfast options is an advantage.
Apart from churros you also have a lot of good options on the menu. I tried their sides, pasta, panini, pizza and beverages
Hummus and lavish was a basic dish served with hummus.
Alfredo pasta- Pasta tossed with a rich creamy sauce made with butter parmesan and cream served with fussili. It was good in taste. You can also ask for your own choice of veggies.
Aglio E Olio- Pasta tossed with pressed garlic with extra virgin olive oil, finely chopped parsley and grated parmesan.
Pesto Pasta- Pasta tossed in creamy pesto sauce made with cashew, basil, parmesan and cream. It was creamy and immensely had the taste of all the ingredients.
Panini
Pesto bocconcini Panini sandwich- It had layer of pesto sauce on the bread and tomato rocket lettuce and bocconcini (buffalo mozzarella) cheese in it. Super tasty.
The ambience is pretty, small and cozy with dim lights.
You also have an option for indoor and outside seating which is cute.
Well, Go spend a perfect time over some really amazing churros.

▶Hummus Falafel Panini - Lightly fried wraps loaded with mixed organic greens,tomatoes ,cucumbers & olives & served along with Hummus. It was delicious & mild spice to taste.

▶Peri Peri Chicken Pizza - Fresh oven roasted succelent chicken pizza made with tomato sauce,baby spinach, red onion & liberally laced with peri peri sauce.It was suppose to be spicy but it wasn't though all the ingredients were fresh.
▶Margerita- Chewy crust with a nice tang. Homemade oven roasted tomato sauce with cheddar, mozzarella cheese,sprinkling of fresh basil.A pizza adorned simply in the colors of the Italian flag & this one was perfect.😋
▶Mediterran Pizza - Mediterran pizzas are my recent favorites.❤There is nothing better than the the crispy pizza topped with bubbly Cheese & pilled with toppings. Made of fresh basil pesto sauce with cheddar & mozzarella cheese,sun dried tomato,black olives & Jalapenos. Heavy on the flavors but you won't feel stuffed after eating it & it turned out to be most scrupulous one.😋

▶Alfredo with veggies - Perfectly cooked pasta with Parmesan cheese & Italian seasoning into cream sauce. Topped with rich creamy alfredo sauce made with butter,parmesan & cream served with fussili.Pasta had good flavor & the proper consistency.
▶Pesto Pasta-Pesto pasta is my absolute favourite when I need something warm & comforting food which will please my palate & taste buds. Pasta tossed in creamy pesto sauce made with cashew,basil,parmesan & cream.It was cooked to perfection & tasted utterly delicious.

▶New york style cheese cake - An authentic New york style cheese cake served with strawberry compote.A creamy & crack free cheese cake is totally adorable.Made with cream,cheese,sugar flour & zest of lemon with uniform batter was treat for our eyes as well as taste buds.
▶Churropop- This was an quintessential dessert. A churropop with chocolate & sprinklers. Traditional churros twisted into giant lollipop & sprinkled with various toppings. Very colorful & fascinating it was super crispy & must try whenever you're at Churros Cafe.❤

All-in-all, Finally I got good place for churros in town. The ambience and overall theme of the place is awesome. Owners hosted us so sweetly & explained about food as well. All the best to team Churros Cafe & Cheers!❤
Churros Cafe is a good place to visit. Friendly staff and ample sitting place. We ordered creamy chicken pizza which was a winner. Mild to taste with thin crust. The Cesar's salad was also good. Could have been better. The salad lacked assortment of vegetables and had only green lettuce. No iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes and even Parmesan cheese was less.
Pizza crust was too thin for my liking. The toppings were very less. For the price charged vegetables like onions, bell peppers can be included as topping.
Coming to their famed item the churros itself. It was amazing. Nicely fried with sprinkled cinnamon and sugar with chocolate dip. Very reasonable in price.

“CHURROS CAFÉ” – a newly opened café in baner. You must be wondering ki yaha sirf churros hi milta honga? Then you are thinking wrong. They serve the best churros in pune along with various dishes like sandwiches, pasta, pizza etc. The place is nice, small and cozy, so you can enjoy with your friends or family. Has outdoor as well as indoor seating. Serves both veg and non-veg dishes. SO, I went for dinner and tried the following from their menu;
***Pasta***
1. Alfredo with Veggies – I wanted to try something different. SO, tried this creamy pasta with Fussili. This was alfredo pasta which was served with veggies. White sauce pasta, creamy and perfect to taste. Not too spicy but mild.
2. Aglio E Olio Pasta – I tried this with spaghetti. I found it balanced in taste but was little oily. It was tossed in virgin olive oil, topped with finely chopped parsley and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
3. Pesto Pasta – Do try if you are pesto lover. This was penne pesto pasta not too creamy. Topped with pesto sauce which had cashews, basil, parmesan cheese.
***Panini***
1. Pesto Bocconcini Tomato Panini – This was good in taste. The focaccia bread was covered with fresh basil pesto sauce, chopped tomato and lettuce with bocconcini (Small mozzarella cheese). Served with fries.
2. Hummus Falafel Panini – This was a type of falafel mixed with different types of veggies like tomato, onion etc. Served with fries. #Must try.
***Pizza***
1. Margherita Pizza – This was a thin crust pizza with lots of cheese. Homemade base which had tomato sauce and cheddar cheese. Topped with cherry tomato and basil. Again, a must try.
2. Mediterranean Pizza – a fresh and thin crust pizza, which had a base layer of pesto sauce. It had cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Mixed with sun dried tomatoes, black olive and jalapeno. This was a little bit salty (due to various types of cheese). But do try this.
***Dessert & Churros***
1. New York Style Cheese Cake – A perfectly made and attractive cheese cake. This cheese cake was based on strawberry flavor. Try only if you love strawberry. Decorated with whipped cream.
2. Churros with Dip – Churros is Love. This were crunchy long stick served in two mini glasses. I tried them with various dip like Spicy chocolate, Coffee Chocolate, Rum Flavored Chocolate and Salted Caramel. This is a must try.
3. ChurroPop – This will remind you of your childhood memory as this is a type of churros made in the form of lollipop. Crunchy from outside and softer from inside. This lollipop churros are sprinkled with chocolate and sprinklers.
4. ChurroCup with Vanilla Ice Cream and Fruit – Churros molded in the form of cup. This churro was served with vanilla ice cream and chopped fruits. A perfect combination of churros with ice cream. #Must try
5. Apple Pie with Ice Cream & Caramel Sauce – The best apple pie I had till now. It consisted of warm apple pie mixed with vanilla ice cream and topped with caramel sauce. #Must try
And lastly do try their mint mojito its superb.
PS – they bake their own bread and you can find a verity of breads.
A totally value for money place.
Overall a lovely place along with superb food and excellent service.

Such an amazing food. Churros were so good. We had agilo E olio, it was so good. Apple pie and the cheesecake is a must. It's cheap and value for money. Such great taste. Must visit in pune.
I firstly tasted the "churros" at this place and I still have the taste of it on my tongue. What a dish!
The pizza also tasted quite good as it had a thin crust with the sauce which made it even delicious. My Adda for Churros I say!
