The place is located in the heart of Pune, Tilak road. We tried German Falooda which was so delicious and enough for two persons. The taste was very much unique. It was the combination of pista, rose ice cream and a kulfi with lots of dry fruits. Other than this they offer other various good favors of ice cream and Falooda.
Almost all the old places from Sadashiv peth are associated with some kind of nostalgia and good old memories of warm childhood. Poona cold drink house is also one of those places which is serving delicious Kulfi falooda since many years and again one of my favorites. Expect a quick service here as most the items are ready and they just do mix and match and serve. Very simple, delicious mawa Kulfi mixed with rabdi, rice noodles, gulkand and crushed dry fruits. You cannot miss this in summer days especially if you are in this area.
It's been many years and the only thing I ever ate here is Kulfi falooda. Even after descent choices on menu somehow I always opted for same thing again and again. I am not saying that this is the best place in to have Kulfi but for me it's a always going to be one of the best and after eating here for many years made me fall in love with the simplicity and homely flavors.

Had Kulfi Faluda during this visit, its not faluda faluda per say, firstly it is served in plate with Kulfi piece, a soft liquid lay of Malai Rabdi-ish liquid, with dry fruits and semolina (shevai) the main ingredient for faluda
Taste is awesome ๐ it soothes you off during summer afternoon...

A good place for enjoying some snacks with friends. It's not expensive but a little over priced. It's easy to see the restaurant from a normal traffic. The place is hygienic but small.

I have been visiting this place for past 5 years and this is the very first place I visit when traveling to Pune. Their signature rabdi falooda is delicious with the same taste and quality maintained. They have a variety of falooda and ice cream all with a decent price. Must visit for dessert and ice cream lovers

I tried Chocolate Falooda and after some days i tried German Falooda.
Chocolate Falooda was yummy, Chocolate ice Cream tastes great in falooda.
Nothing to complain about. All perfect
German falooda was also delicious, there was two flavoured ice cream, Pista and Strawberry and kulfi.
Combination was great and result was fabulous!

I had kulfi faluda which was best in taste
And onther one was german faluda which had the combination of three ice creams pista, strawberry and kulfi bcoz of this mixture of icecreams the flavour of faluda was amazing.
They serves best kulfi rabdi falooda in Pune. It is one of the oldest place which serves rabdi kulfi. Tried cocktails falooda and kulfi both are good in taste.
One must try their cocktail falooda which is a mixture of kulfi + rabdi + falooda and they serves kulfi with rabdi which is an amazing combination.

Love Kulfi? Love Falooda? How about mixture of both sounds??? I recently went with my mom to this place for relishing over their drooling Kulfi faloodas.
Ambience - It's a small outlet with 5 tables and general tables and chairs. Tables are little small but manageable.
Service - The Faloodas were served within 5 minutes after our order which was very quick.
The main idea of heading to this place was to having their yummy faloodas which look more awesome in real then in pics. We had Kulfi Falooda and Cocktail Falooda.
โข Kulfi Falooda - The faloodas which I had till date were in glass but this one was served in plate. It contained Kulfi, sevai, little Rose syrup on top and garnished with rich dry fruits. The ingredients of falooda was real good in quality and it was very heavy. Taste was amazing.
โข Cocktail Falooda - This was the combination of Kulfi and ice cream and rest of the ingredients same like Kulfi falooda but the taste was too good and for the first time I was so full eating falooda. #Highlyrecommended.

A small place on Sadashiv peth, which serves the best kulfi in pune. One can easily ignore this little shop, but don't. Really reasonable rates for out of this world kulfi and faloodas. A must try try for every punekar.
Food: We ordered kulfi falooda and cocktail falooda(mixture of kulfi and icecream). The taste was really good, but it was not the falooda we expected. In that falooda, the main ingredient which is subja was missing. There was sevai, rose syrup and dry fruits on the top. Also their lassi, kalakand and many more dishes are famous.
Ambience: It is a small shop with 4-5 tables.
Service: The owner seemed nice. He suggested us some dishes. Staff was bit rude.

Very old, famous place located on tilak road... Landed here suddenly as I went with dad to meet some person.. I ordered cold coffee and I was surprised it was really very good ...they also serve many other items which are really good... Rates are normal... So whenever you are passing by tilak road just visit this place...

Dropped by here on a late Sunday evening after hearing many good things about this place,and the claims were laid true by the crowd that just seemed to gush in even at 10 pm in the night!Ordered their famed Cocktail Falooda and Mango Mastani.The service was fairly quick,though they took some time to clean up the tables after frequent requests to do the same!The cocktail falooda was an amalgamation of Kulfi,Rabri,Gulkand,dry fruits and was pretty delectable though the gulkand overpowered the overall taste and could have been used a bit sparingly!The Mango mastani tasted just like fresh Alphonso mangoes turned into a creamy slurpy affair,perfect escapism for the summers!๐
The price here is pretty decent,the ambiance is nil,lucky if you manage to get a seat on arrival!Parking could be an issue if you travel by a four wheeler to be specific!
Overall,PCDH managed to keep up to its name,though it missed out on that wow factor!A revisit here might change that perception,would stick to Shiv Kailash which has raised the bar on this front!๐
