Its a perfect dining restro .. Place quiet peacful and service is quiet nice. Kebab's are really nice here. If u like mid spicy then order shikari kebab..its place were i almost go to every month. This place its for family and also for frndz .plus they have outside setting area which mostly use for smoking and drinking it has one big tv screen display and music and at there they have a small diya's which looks cute on that table . All chicken dishes are quite tasty. Plus try cream of chicken soup its not at all spicy but its best.and try shezwan chicken fried rice was also good.👍👌

Fountain has been around for quite some time in Pune and it is definitely a very good restaurant. The ambience of the inside seating as well as the open restaurant with UV lighting crates a decent experience. The food served is not very expensive and tastes good too. I haven't seen many families go to fountain though, atleast in the open air restaurant with UV lights. The service is prompt and the staff is very courteous.
I have been frequenting this place since 2011. The food doesn't disappoint at all. Their tandoori chicken, chicken lazeez kabab, butter chicken and chicken handi is to die for. Even the egg biryani tastes really good. Alcohol is a little overpriced but that's okay given the accompanying 'chakna' that they serve.
The waiters are a bit pushy and get to your nerves. I would not recommend ordering any of their suggestions. The ambience is good, family friendly. Plus, the location is a big advantage. Do visit the place once, I'm sure you would want to come back more.

I have been here thrice. Service is really good. Ambience is also great. We had mutton sukha which was really tasty. All the dishes were really good. Keep it up.
Pro tip for a lifetime: If you want to eat good non-veg dishes, visit the nearby bar. There is some correlation between a bar and tasty meat. Fountain is a quite old restaurant at shivajinagar. The ambience is not very appealing. However, the food we ordered was tasty. We had one chicken satay and a prawns biryani. Both dishes were yummy. We loved the prawn's biryani here. The first bite of biryani that I had got a big smile on my face. This was one of the best prawns biryani I have had in Pune. Definitely, a must try. I didn't even find the need to mix gravy with biryani. Quite satisfied with the way the biryani tasted. Quantity was just sufficient to fill 2 people.
Service was quick. We loved the captain here. He understood our requirement and gave us the right advice to order food. And we are thankful for his suggestions.

I don't know much about the place, but the chicken biryani is just awesome ... I ordered it online... The gravy was very good in taste.... Overall the taste was very good... Chicken was perfectly cooked... I'll recommend chicken biryani because I have tried their chicken biryani and haven't tried anything else..
Always have it on my cards, whenever I visit pune, a great combination of a family restaurant and bar, where you can actually enter with you family, staff is pretty cooperative and the ambience is Pretty good but a little noisy for the silent goers, have always loved the food served over here. My personal favourites are chicken chilly for starters, chicken adaraki for the mains and Chinese rice is good for ending the feast.
This place has a very special attachment to me and my friends. We engineering folks had various good dinners over here over the 4 years of our engineering (Also our last as an engg student) and to my surprise this place has never disappointed, like never. One of the bestest Murg mussalam is served here! The chicken is very uniquely delicious, the gravy is even better and garnishing is also eye-catching. Right from the first bite to the last everyone savour this dish, the tandoori roti, garlic naan, butter naan,etc (basically every type of rotis) is tasty and top quality. Ambience is also decent, the waiters are attentive and sometimes try too hard to convince you what to take which can get a bit irritating, but otherwise it's a must go place in Pune.
Nice food, good ambiance and well timed maintenance but a little more costly. Everything else is good and must visit restaurant and don't no abt beverages ( I am not alcoholic) 👍🏼

I usually visit this place at least once in a month. There are two reasons, why I prefer this restaurant for dinner.
1. The place is at center location of Pune, Shivaji Nagar.
2. Food taste.
I would recommend to try the Chicken 🍗 Tangadi Kabab here. Crest is crispy and chicken is juicy inside. Taste is not spicy, but chicken marinated perfectly in spices and you could feel spices in every bite.
In veg there are few dishes anyone can try. But Paneer Hot Pan is good to try. For starters other menus are good and hotel staff is happy to suggest and/or customize the taste as you like.
Any chicken 🍗 plate is good for main course, but the Chicken Maratha, Handi, butter chicken is my recommendation. If you like less gravy then Chicken Mughalai is best option. Comes with thick gravy, boneless chicken with tandoor smoke in it.
In Veg there are few dishes, but get anything in Paneer, they serve fresh paneer.
If you like Chinese for dinner, then try veg triple rice 🍚. It comes in nice big plate, fried rice, Szechwan rice and noodle with some fried crispy noodles for topping. Taste amazing with gravy they serve along with.

One of my favourite places around shivaji Nagar.. Its not a typical shady resto-bar kinda place.. Great food, very good service and good ambience.. They also have an outdoor seating arrangement! They are pretty generous with their alcohol complementary food which I really liked.. Overall a good place with a surprisingly low rating..
