Wooken wok as name suggests makes me think of Chinese yummy food.
So I had chosen home delivery option because I was lazy.
Food: Chicken spring roll, chicken Manchurian and Drums of heaven. The first 2 dishes were really oily. Taste could improve.
Damage: Thr pricing is very decent for the food.
Will order again hoping it will surprise me next time.
One of those restaurants in town which serves authentic Chinese cuisines. Ordered mushrooms and baby corn in hunan sauce gravy and it turned out absolutely delicious. The hakka noodles were also good with good amount of veggies. The quantity served is more than enough to satiate hunger. The staff is cooperative. Ambience is nice. Food is awesome.

Food: We were served with a welcome salad. Cucumber and Carrot marinated in vinegar and sugar syrup which was very good.
We ordered Vegetables crispy, Chicken Manchurian dry, Chicken Lollipop, Paneer chiliΒ dry, and Veg spring rolls, & Egg Fried Rice.
I liked the Veg crispy, Paneer Chili and Egg fried rice which was very good. The Veg Spring rolls could have been better. The wrap was hard and chewy, but the stuffing was tasty. The Egg fried rice was light and fluffy and hardly had any trace of oil.
I do not eat chicken and meat. My friend said that the chicken dishes were very good.
Overall the quality of food was very good. The vegetables looked fresh and the rice was of good quality.Β

Good place for Chinese and Thai food.
I am rating it on based of only food and ambience, I am not rating for service, because I would rather avoid talking about such incident. Paneer chilli and crispy fried prawn in BBQ sauce for starters, paneer chilli was all good like it should be, but the prawns were not near to crispy, they were mushy , the taste was fine but not I expected. Sizzler for main course, it was just okay not par what I expected. Wok tossed noodles on the other hand was good. Manager was good to talk but you should really work on your waiter and servers ethics. That would be grateful.

Paneer chilli : could have been more spicy ,
Vegetables spring rolls: the only thing which made us disappointed, rolls were very hard,but the rest food overcame everything

This was my recent visit to this beautiful restaurant. i cant remember how many times i have visited this restaurant but it has never disappointed me. So it was evening time and i was hungry for some thai food. I ordered tom kha soup and i must say it was made to perfection wih all herbs and preparation to utmost quality and quantity. Next i ordered chicken thai red curry and thai fried rice also one canai roti. The combination tasted so amazing that i am out of words for that. Finally coming to service, staff was humble and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to all food lovers and bloggers who love to try new food or hungry for some oriental food, you wont be disappointed and leave place with a big smile.
I visited this restaurant in afternoon. I was starving and nothing else came to my mind other than wooden wok. The ambiance is awesome. I ordered their today's special sea food spicy soup and it tasted amazing, haven't tasted such soup anywhere. Later I ordered Burmese khao suey, I must say it's another feather to their cap. What an awesome taste it was still my mouth waters typing about it. Last but not least their service was polite and staff were courteous. I would definitely recommend all oriental food lovers to visit this place at least once, you would definitely love it.
Nice small place with tasty food. The staff was very courteous and the service was lightning quick. The ambiance was a bit dull and could do with better lighting. We ordered the Honey Chilli chicken starter and it was really delicious. The Wooden Wok chef's special rice was also very tasty. The Pad Thai noodles were not that great and there was nothing Thai about the dish. Overall, a nice place at a very pocket friendly price.
Food quality is really good and taste is mesmerizing. Thai and Chinese food is prepared with very good quality chicken and oil. Must go place for Chinese food lovers. Service needs to be improved but still i will rate 5 for good experience.

Looking for good chinese food then this place is must try. Had their tom yum soup with prawns, chicken teriyaki with steam rice. Soup was tasty and delicious. Teriyaki chicken was well marinated and yummy. Service was good. Ambience is soothing and calm.

Small restaurant but a very nice place to get amazing food! Lemon coriander chicken soup.. must have! I have tried this soup in other restaurants as well but nothing can beat wooden woks taste! OK so where should I begin from. We were looking for Chinese restaurants throughout NIBM and Kondhwa. We came across this place and instantly we decided to get in. We ordered for their Sea food soup and their chicken fried rice with Roast Lamb in Human Sauce. All 3 things were absolutely delicious. We also ordered a fresh lime soda sweet n salty. To my surprise that ttooo was very well made. They have a staff member called Wajid and he was the icing on the cake. Well mannered and courteous. Amazing experience.
I went to this place twice and I thoroughly enjoyed it, whether in terms of the food, the service or the ambiance. I liked what they have done to the place.

There is a lot to admire about Wooden wok. It is a perfect destination for delectable wok Asian at really good prices there is a dearth of good wok Asian restaurant in pune and Wooden wok is always a safe bet as they never fail to impress me.
My favourites here are the prawan and chicken fried rice, Thai red curry prawns. Even the khao-suey is melting pot of flavours
A special mention for the ambience. One of the best for a Asian wok restaurant that I have visited.

For main course captain suggested we try their fish curry along with rice, I forgot the name of the dish. But that was OK, not that great. We ordered noodles and they were good.
For dessert we went for brownie with hot chocolate. It was good.
The portion is less as compared to the prices, but taste is authentic. We get good ambience with hygiene, service is also good.

Good experience although I feel it's a bit more expensive than it should be. The chicken drumsticks are really good - the best I've ever had in a restaurant yet. Noodles are basic but have a good taste to it with no extra added masala (which most Chinese cuisine joints fail to do).
I ordered a home delivery from Zomato and it was pretty quick, I got it delivered within 25 minutes. Spring rolls are nice and big in size with sufficient filling but the oil wasn't drained.. Manchow soup was a let down. Chicken manchurian is quite spicy and has no gravy along with it. Hakka noodles were very nice and not overloaded with spice.
Order and Delivery Rating : 3.5 as the order delivered at first go was not complete. 1 item was missed out but delivered really quick.

We had ordered American Chopsuey, Chicken Dim sum and Chicken Khau Suey.
Chopsuey tasted really nice. There wasn't too much of tomato flavour just as adequate and tasty.
Dim sum felt a little stale or shouldn't be kept for delivery option as the meat was dried and the cover edges harden.
Chicken Khau Suey was really delicious in flavour no doubt. (A little on the spicy side)
Overall good food quality, would love to eat and order all over again. Keep it rocking guys...

I would strongly recommend trying the Thai Basil Chicken and Hong Kong Chicken starter. Excellent authentic food. The nasi goreng is comparable to what you would get on the streets of Kuala Lumpur. We had tried The Noodle Bar for roughly the same fare and ended up paying a bomb there. Wooden wok is surprisingly affordable for a niche cuisine restaurant (how many Malaysian food restaurants are around anyway?) The ambience is just about decent but the staff more than make up for that-even recommending we reduce our order because they said since their servings were ample we might have a lot of leftovers (seriously, who does that?)
The Thai green curry and Malaysian noodles were lip smacking. And yes, they serve HALAL food! Win-win!

The food was awesome. Tried Tom kha soup, wooden wok special rice, crispy chicken rice and many more. The highlight of all was Tom kha soup made in coconut milk, something different and yummy. The ambience was good with good service. If you are in kondhwa, must checkout this restaurant. They have really good menu to serve. Will go back definitely.
Found this restaurant while traversing though Kondhwa and decided to visit it. Since on that day it was Nag Panchami, circumstances forced me to order vegetarian food. The ambience this place is kind of like dull but the hygiene is spot on. Coming to food we ordered Tom Kha soup, Veg manchurian, and wooden wok special fried rice. The Tom Kha soup was really appetising though a bit sour. Veg manchurian was very doughy inside and undercooked so we asked for a replacement, to which they obliged. The one which came later was just perfect and savoury. The wooden wok special fried rice was the best dish we tasted there. Rice with gravy and stir fried veggies. The manager and the staff are very polite. Service is a bit slow but food is tasty. Would like to visit again for non vegetarian dishes.

On a rainy lazy Sunday planned for a quick Chinese bites in closest of my vicinity, luckily by few recommendations landed at this lovely outlet near nibm road, opp hillmist garden. Very nice set up and courteous staff including Mr. Hasan who reserved our seat for 13pax. Infact he also made sure that everything would be perfect and so it was. As we were very hungry we called for quick soups and staters and ohh my god they were just amazing. On our list was Wanton broth, tom yum soup,sweetcorn which were very delicious and the starters were quite amazing with garlic prawns,basil chicken ,drums of heaven , Hunan prawns and I actually fell in love with every other dish served to us. In the mains we wanted for Nasi Goreng which was a disappointment nd only cuz the presentation wasn't appealing and the satays were very cold and the sunny side up was overcooked infact it was well done and the wafers/crackers werent cooked at all. But on the other hand the Thai chicken, prawns thai style,mutton , chilli basil were outstanding wherein proportions of lemon grass were on higher side but it's cool as the taste made our day. This place is highly recommended for a good Chinese craving meet. Server Wajeed was extremely well nd impressed us with the serving and courteousness. Manager Pradeep was also very helpful. So all in all it was just a good experience And there is always a room to grow. Kudos guys thanks.

This is a total value for money place serving delicious food. The prices are competent (not very low and not impractically exorbitant) and the taste and quality matched our expectations. We had drums of heaven ( chk lollypops) as a quick meal. Totally enjoyed the taste,quantity everything. The soups were delicately prepared and had fresh flavors. Long way to go... I would give this place 4 stars out of 5 and I'm sure I'll be visit again soon.

Food and ambiance was excellent. Service was great. Personally what I disliked was Wonton soup. The wontons noodles were good but the meat mix inside didn't have much flavour in it. It was pretty much Blant. But wings in honey chilli sauce was πππ it was bit sweet because of honey but certainly matched the wings. We also had wooden wok special rice. It was really special the sauce was really great. It very well complimented the noodles and chicken. Overall great food. Service and ambiance were also great. Would have been 5 star if wontons had a bit of Flavour in it. But people must try Their special rice.
