Located just opp to Cinepolis Booking counter, me along with my friends wanted to have a quick bite before we head for a movie. So wasn't carrying any great expectations.
Prices were quite affordable compared to outlets in the Malls.
1)Cheesy ziggy bites: They are the just fancy name to crinkle cut potato fries, topped with chaat-masala and melted cheese.
Fries were freshly made and were served hot rather than cold-storage fries served at Burger joints. The taste was awesome.
2)Punjabi Panner Pizza: Thin crust pizza topped with diced onions, peppers, tomatoes, tandoor spice marinated paneer. The cheese was generously served, though we didn't opt for the extra cheese. A 10-inch pizza variant should be a good portion for two people. Taste wise yes, it was worth money spent.
Overall ₹ 240 (inclusive of taxes) for those two items. Menu needs to be updated on Zomato as on 01-04-2018. Prices and items have been revised at the outlet
Highly recommended to grab a bite if you are anywhere inside Season's mall.
Good chai, in terms of taste. But felt the quantity should have been more. Liked the way bun with butter and cheese was served, with cheese slice on top of the bun. Good one.
They have a small Outlet in Pheonix Marketcity Mall, Kurla West which is here in Mumbai! It serves amazing fresh pizzas which has great taste!
It's a whole different idea of selling stuffed nread...Herby cheese garlic bun is yummy and bread used by them is very soft :) last time tried chatpati dabeli bun and I liked it :)
I had ordered Supreme Pizza and it tasted perfect.
But as per my taste didnt like the Veg. Roll may be because i had tired something new for me. Overall the service and the food quality was excellent 😀👌👍
I was here with my family and it was really nice place to hangout. Staff was friendly and food was nice. We ordered Batata Bun, Cheesy Ziggy Bites, Signature supreme pizza, cold coffees, coffee and Calzone. All were delicious except coffee (they managed to have it like coffee powder in milk- so dull).
Pros:
1. Nice location
2. Friendly Staff
3. Delicious food
4. Economical Price- all this was within 500 bucks. So definitely a place to enjoy
Cons:
1. Coffee was not good even after we asked to make it strong.
Overall a nice place to have budget friendly finger food.
One of the most fresh bread experiences I've had lately.. Light on stomach and pocket and great on taste. The staff is also absolutely polite and professional in the kitchen hygiene. Must try. I'm rating 4 as the menu is small and not much variety.
It is a brand new concept of freshly baked bread along with some filling quick bites. Tried their herby cheese garlic bun along with some hot chocolate.
Liked their penne pasta with arrabita sauce.
Though I prefer Non-Veg still I just love the following items :
1) Simply Veg Pizza
2) Herby Cheese Garlic Bun - which is just awesome !
3) Cheesy Ziggy Bites in other words French Fries but they are far superior & more fresh than McDonalds !
Just love the food ! Keep it up guys ! All the very best !
A tasty light treat awaits in one corner of Seasons mall at Magarpatta besides Cinepolis. Paa Roti as a food outlet is where the perfect before movie food can be obtained.
Light on the stomach and between mild and spicy on the palette in between crisp crust on one end and soft top layered buns with a variety of filings, this place is surely a must stop before or after your movie.
Must try: the classic butter bun and cheese garlic bun, especially for the purists and desirers of bun maska. The batata blast bun is no vada Pav but can put to shame some of the local vada Pav vendors.
For beverages, it's simple and unassuming and best part, no added sugar to some. Will swear by the lemonade and ice tea, though if you are a tea fanatic, give the hot tea a miss.
Service is quick and nice and adequately staffed for such a small setup.
Worth a visit or two or few.
Simple yet elegant. Paa Roti has made a very good attempt at revamping the concept of the ubiquitous "Pav" (bread) by trying to fuse Indian bread based delicacies like our very special "Vada Pavs" and "Dabelis" with western bakeries. This is exemplified by their collection of signature buns which offers a variety of buns with different stuffings and coatings which range from sweet to hot n spicy. Besides it also serves calzones, pizzas, sandwiches, french fries and beverages ranging from ice teas, aam pannas to milkshakes, etc.
I tried "Batata Blast" and "Classic Butter with Topping (Chocolate)" from their signature bun section. The bun is prepared right there and hence the long waiting time...but no worries as you are atleast sure you are receiving fresh stuff right ;) The bun is sweet and tastes very similar to waffles. It's exterior is crisp enough to be cut with a knife but at the same time its interior maintains the softness of a "Bun Maska"..which I appreciate. I liked the bun with chocolate topping (very similar to Belgian Waffle) ...however the "Batata Blast" failed to appeal to my taste as it was both sweet (bun) n spicy (batata stuffing/garlic coat) at the same time. I loved their Veg Pizza which is a very similar version of a thin crust pizza and was very well prepared. And their "Aam Panna" was just amazing and refreshing. The prices are very reasonable and the service is good too. Surely they can improve on the "Batata Blast" bun ..but as for a new entrant they are doing pretty good. Kudos!!
Famous for its signature buns which are good in taste but I liked pizza more. Calzone is average and better avoid Arrabiata pasta else you will regret.
Paa... Always been inviting me whenever i went to Cinepolis in Season's mall. This time it so happened that i decided to go to Paa.. exclusively Paa tto know what it was...
Decided to have Bun Butter Classic with choco topping and Dabeli!!
The buns you gettt here are stuffed buns!! Very Nice thtey are.. Novel idea - Dabeli with Pav has become Masala sttuffed in Freshly baked bun!Courteous staff... Only thing that dis-sppointmented me was that the topping did not look like how it has been shown in the pamphlets!
Paa - Waah!!
Have visited this place thrice and every item I have tried till now was good. They bake fresh buns and calzones though for pizza they use already baked square base. You might feel there service is bit slow as compared to other fast food chain but may be that's because they bake fresh. Staff is courteous. Must try there Herby Bun and Veg Calzone.
Visited Pa Roti for the first time - was mighty impressed with the quality of food - tried some of their buns and it was really tasty - will surely visit again! All the best to this newly created outlet at Seasons Mall
Paa Roti has a different menu with a twist of flavors. We just walked in after a movie & had 3 dishes which were great. So must visit place.

Was heading for a movie at the mall, and came across with this familiar concept (but new to India) where freshly baked buns are served with a variation/ twist. Paa Roti too has introduced this concept to India and are doing a brilliant job too. I had a chance to speak with the man running this outlet Mr. Arunav, who was kind enough to explain a few nitty gritties about the concept, while I was waiting for their signature bun the Herby Cheesy bun. I read a few reviews here and the 1st thing people need to understand is that the buns are baked from scratch, so a little patience is required. Believe me its worth the wait! Coming to the food I tried out the Herby Cheese one, which did complete justice to the way it looked, appealing and satisfying. Though the seasoning needs to be toned down a bit, as the flavors were overpowering the bun. Second, tried out their newly introduced Oreo Infused Cupcake, and I was completely blown away by the crisp upper layer and the soft choco cupcake base. so I'm surely gonna be back fo their other specialties the Batata Bun and Burg In A Bun... Great Work Team Paa Roti...
Compact, cozy place. Concise menu. Freshly prepared stuffed buns. I tried the herb crusted bun and the calzone. Both were Good. Helpful and friendly staff
Paa Roti is a blend of Inovation n creativity. Entire different concept of buns with variety of stuffing.
We too explored the menu, beginning with ZIGGY BITES they were nice n crisp served in a colonial vase making it more attractive.
8" PIZZA with typical toppings of colorful bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato and onion and not to miss d dose of mozzarella... Thin crust n cheezy (pizza here is square shaped)
CALZONE hot an spicy with layers of cheese..
DABELI BUN you may say it's a covered dabeli.. Soft buns n nice taste.
STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE its tastes more like a home made shake, not up to the mark but ok for sides.
ICE TEA.. Nice n refreshing but only in lemon flavour.
Overall nice cosy place to visit after your movie, pocket friendly, friendly staff.. Good experience 😊
A small cozy place on the top floor of Seasons Mall. Very polite and smiling staff. The concept is equally nice. Stuffed buns of different varieties.
Tried the Batata Bun and Burg In A Bun. Both very equally tasty. One had the typical desi flavor and the other had the Italian touch. Also tried their calzone and Ziggy Fries. All items that I tried were prepared fresh and that's the reason they tasted that well. Yes, even the buns are baked fresh!
The jal jeera was a bit spicy and lacked that tinge that usually this drink has.
Though it's a QSR, but coz they prepare fresh buns, it does take time. But the wait is worth. Go ahead and try for yourself.
Paa roti is amazing! I tried tea and calzone and both were yummy 😋😋
So this cute little place has recently opened in Seasons Mall. A very concise menu but everything they serve is good. Warm and freshly baked breads, deliciuos. The prices are quite reasonable. Tried Burg in bun which is a warm and small stuffed bun. The fries are really crispy. The pizzas served are very humble and home-like. The chocolate shake was a bit too sweet. Jaljeera was good.
Overall its a great place to grab a simple-no-fuss bite. Nothing fancy, yet the food is good.
One suggestion is if they could add some quick grab off-the-counter items in the menu, that'd be great for the mall hoppers who just want to pick something up quickly and avoid the waiting time.
Paa Roti
Famous brand of Dubai
Quite popular for their yummy arabic style puffed and stuffed breads
Tried at seasons mall
It was their 1st week and food was simply superb
Good luck guys
A good hangout place when u r in a group and want to have something light to drink or a hot cup of tea or coffee in cold wintery evenings. They have a variety of buns with various fillings which are tasty, but the flavours didnt come out very well.Shakes are good but can be improvised .
Good menu with nice and tasty food.I order for calzone , something like Mexican preparation bread was stuffed with corn tomato and cheese.
Service was nice.
Great tea which does not burn a hole in your pocket. Something I have always missed in a mall.
The fresh baked buns are great. Try the Dabeli bun. It is baked, so no oil. Fantastic
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special "PACOSTA" which is a signature dish of ds beautiful place..😊😊😊😊MUST VISIT....HAPPY WE😍😍😍😍😍
I was laways missing Tea in shoping mall....but now this outlet is serving Tea :)
