The location of the society is in MIT college road which is one of the plus point. The MIT college is at walkable distance. One can easily go for morning and evening walk. A lot of food outlets are available in the lane. Mostly students can be seen in the area. Now the view from the society is also very good, just infront of the society has one small hill and sunset is just awesome. Though due to the location priority the rent is bit costlier.
Nice place to live. No water problems. Well designed apartments. Cctv and community center in working order. Generally good people living in the apartment complex. They do allow renting out apartments to students.

Decent residential area close to a lot of shops and an educational institution (Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune). Can be considered a prime location for those who want basic amenities and schools/colleges close to home.
Nice housing society. Located in a prime location of the city, Kothrud. Lots of schools, colleges located near the place. It's 100m from MIT College.
