I love this place ... The ambience is quite normal but I don't care because the food is amazinggg... I love their service , the taste of food has always attracted me to this place whatever it is I end up coming here with friends for lunch and dinner ..and the best part is it has reasonable rates
Sahil restaurant..
Today Visited this place for the second time and liked it again. They serve really tasty food..
We had mushroom n paneer biryani ..Biryani's was finger licking good😋😋😋. It was a way lot better than many other places.
I am quite fussy about biryani...But this biryani completely satisfied my taste buds...just the way I like.
Beautifully Cooked Long Grain Rice.. Good amount of Mushrooms n Paneer nicely marinated n blended in perfect flavourful masala ... Just Awesome😋😍😍 ... Decent quantity served along with raita
Pocket-friendly and very good quantity... The ambiance is basic... But definitely a good choice for a casual meal in this area... Liked it.
Amazing place for cheap and decent kerala style food around the expensive Bund Garden area. Their kerala parotta with a combination of Egg/Chicken curry is one of the tastiest and best.
Was nearby for some work and in search for some stomach filling light food,we landed in the place. The ambience is average but the service is good. The taste of the food was really good(was above our expectations).
The location is a lifesaver, the service is quick and the menu is fairly large for an establishment operating at this size in this price range. The taste is where Sahil's takes it home. Do ask for the specials, and do try their Korma, along with their other Mughlai dishes. Ambience is functional and nothing to write home about. Let's just say you go here for the food, not the experience (for a change).
I won't say this is anywhere close to a fine dine, but this place reminded me of my college canteen ❤ the prices were less, seating was very basic and there was an Anna. Anyway, we ordered a green peas masala and chicken chilly dry with parathas. The parathas were awesome(totally loaded with calories) and the chicken chilly dry was tasty, but not too dry, as it should be. The peas masala was also pretty good. I won't say it's a great place to visit, but it has some decent food, an ok seating and is near Mobos hotel and the banks(considering the current situation😜)
I m a regular customer inhere coz its near my office and the place us generally crowded. Specialities are north indian & south. I usually have different dishes like mushroom masala, daal tadka ,capsicum paneer. The dishes are tasty and pocket friendly too. Must visit. Quality-4/5 Quantity-4/5 Value for money-4/5
nice food .... pocket friendly .
I really love fish food here .. good quality and quantity without any compromise.
I am basically from Mangalore and love eating fish; which is pretty much expensive in Pune. Sahil is a Kerala restaurant which serves economic food, without any compromise in the quality!! I have been here multiple times for the Fish combo meal and only rarely that I have not been happy with the food. I ordered Surmai curry today for a mere 140 bucks! Trust me, I have never had such good Surmai gravy for a long long time!! Things that I have tried and recommend from this place are veg pulao, Fish combo meal(Boiled rice + fish curry + papad + fish fry), Biriyanis and pretty much all fish gravies they serve. A must visit for the fish lovers who love eating it in a good quantity !!
Do not expect any luxury..It's a simple place !! I generally prefer taking parcel from here..
Accidental visit to this place too. Prime location near Connaught building on bundgarden/dhole Patil road.
Food taste was good. However chicken pieces did not seem fresh.
Seating is congested and movements become difficult.
Staff behavior and hospitality needs a lots of improvement in case more customers need to be drawn in.
Lots of confusion in parking area outside restaurant.
Nowadays Parcel is allowed
