Helpful staff depending on customer staff relations. Overall good rating compared to experience in other banks. During Covid19 pandemic the same customers were treated as alien from other planet.
This bank is the one where I could find people humble as compared to other nationalised banks. Especially the staff deputed at the ARAI extension counter. The Manager over here is very co-operative. She is always on her toes to help.
