Lovely experience! Neat n Clean Rooms and washroom!
They have tried to maintain eco balance by opting for many measures, including refilling of glass water bottles for drinking purpose and minimal of plastic use.
The staff is courteous and friendly right from Security to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant!
Breakfast buffet spread was good and fresh! It contained Sabu Dana khichdi considering that day was special day of Fasting! So considerate!
The location of buffet restaurant is under the sky and cosy!
Location is in centre location, when one has to transit between Baner/Aundh/University/ Senapati Bapat road and Shivaji Nagar/Sadashiv peth/Shaniwar wada/ Dagdusheth Ganpati/ Sarasbaug, etc.

The staff was friendly utmost sanika, she helped me a lot. The breakfast and the breakfast buffet spread out was really good and even hats off to the chefs for the good quality of food. And the service was good too. Thank you hopefully I'll check-in again and enjoy the same experience.
The rooms were good. The lobby and reception were on 5th floor above a multiplex. Little inconvenient access. Just had breakfast which was good mix of south Indian and English. They can try and vary the menu on different days.
check in time at the hotel is 2pm, however, I was given a room around 12 which was very good. Some mango drink was served as a welcome drink which was good. Had opted for dinner and breakfast both the meals were good, items were less but good. Restaurant service, it seems either sort of staff or some reason they look stressed, no smile no greetings and one can see only a single person serving everyone. Room service is a little slow again could be a reason, less staff. I ordered tea and pakora which came to the room approx. in 45 min.
Talking about the room amenities, toiletries were good, however, no sleeper was given in the room. Weighing machine had expired batteries. Room was clean and AC cooling was ok. TV had some issues, could be DTH or some but watching TV wasn't fun as the picture wasn't clear. Could not see the pool as it was booked for some function.
All in all I think a few small improvements are needed, rest is good. I will definitely go to the hotel again.
A few days back, I organised here my daughter's engagement. Service provided by the staff concerned was very nice. Particularly Mr. Raj was very much co-operative . Food was tasty .
But one thing, I want to mention here that the vendor provided to us for decoration work didn't satisfy us at all. The vendor charged a very high rate and I paid fully but the work was below expectation.
Pl be careful in future as the hotel image is also involved.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.
Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

Pune's Most Luxurious Staycation Experience.
We visited E Square Fern An Eco Hotel which is located in shivaji nagar pune.
I loved their hospitality. They have in house restaurant named Fountain House and Wok Toss.
Their rooms are very luxurious with all necessary aminities, I loved the mesmerizing view from room.
Their staff were very polite and humble. They have rooftop pool which was very spacious.
They have conference hall too for meetings and discussion.
Overall it was a perfect staycation experience in Pune City.

I recently had the opportunity to visit E-Square The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel in Pune, and I must say that my experience was quite positive.
The hall where the event was held was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable ambiance for the gathering. The arrangements were commendable, making it a pleasant experience.
The food served during the event was undoubtedly the highlight of the day. It was delicious and undoubtedly the best part of the experience. The catering team deserves appreciation for their culinary skills and the variety of dishes they offered.
However, I did face a few challenges during my visit. The parking area was a bit confusing as there were no pillar markings or signages, making it challenging to navigate. It would be helpful if the hotel management considers improving the parking directions for the convenience of visitors.
Additionally, I noticed that some of the water taps in the restrooms were leaking, which might need attention for water conservation and maintaining a pleasant washroom environment.
On the bright side, the overall service provided by the hotel staff was commendable. They were courteous, responsive, and eager to assist whenever required.
In conclusion, E-Square The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel offers a good experience, especially with the impressive hall, delectable food, and friendly staff. Addressing the concerns with parking directions and restroom taps would further enhance the overall service quality.
I visited here for a marriage function. Actually at first I was surprised to hear that they have this service at this place. The Hall appears small but has comfortable. The seating arrangement is very nicely designed to easily accommodate 250 - 300.
The Food arrangement is on 5th floor. It is managed by the Hotel. The food served is Very Good.
It has a good covered underground parking space.
We had arranged a birthday party for our 12 year old daughter. The entire setup of the decoration to the food variety and the taste was very good. The guests were happy and we all had a good and memorable experience.
I had my stay at The Fern ecotel Pune for 7 days. It was an extremely comfortable stay with friendly staff and top notch service. Special mention to the housekeeping service staff Ms Payal and Mr Khilanand for making the room homely with utmost cleanliness. The Fern will always be in my recommendation! Thanks to everyone 😀
We recently attended an engagement ceremony here...all the dishes were yummy...the welcome drinks, starters and the main course! The hall was spacious and comfortable for the event. Enjoyed ourselves!

One of the best stay. Staff is very much co operative. Rates are reasonable and food is good. They surprised us by giving complimentary fresh seasonal fruits in room. Buy in option of nuts and snacks in room is very innovative and good thing.
We had a wonderful experience at E square Pune. Right from the check in process to the hospitality throughout our stay felt perfect. Rooms are extremely clean, neatly done with modern furnishing and the bubble bath tub is the USP.
Their restaurant has a variety of food options. Hats off to the chef for their delicious & uniquely cooked pan asian food. Unbeatable taste and great hygiene!
