A 23 year old food joint with humble service and well mannered Owner, Chinese is really nice and pretty reasonably priced.
I tried chicken schezwan noodles multiple times and it taste yum and same even after a gap of 10 years.
On top of everything is the Good Behavior of the Owner which reflects in his food, unlike other outlets who’s focusing on business revenue and no quality.
A must visit as its a hidden gem in the nibm-lulla nagar vicinities, you will surely be their regular customer.
Nice restaurant..the owner is very nice and happy person...food taste is also good...and prices are also very decent
Always a go to place when the squad wants to eat Chinese. Great food. Quantity is amazing. Reasonable prices. Always had a good experience until recently. We went in a large group this time and also there were a lot of people there already. So they weren't able to serve to their usual mark. The taste wasn't upto mark and they had used way too much oil. Otherwise the service is quite fast. Had a good experience every other time otherwise. Great place to hangout.. Just don't visit during rush hours
Paul’s is one of the oldest places in town with amazing food. For the quantity and price the food is superb and very tasty. This food can be enjoyed with amazing company.
A Great pocket friendly place. Chicken Lolipop is just perfect. Quantity is also enough and sufficient. Paul's is definitely worth your money.
Very hygiene, well served dishes, taste is awesome, I must say if you like Chinese food go for it. Not authentic but delicious. Keep it up Mr. Paul.
The best place to chill with friends and chicken lollipop and chicken fried rice are go to dishes
Cool and silent place to talk .the taste is very good
The most genuine place in town. All the recipes are followed to the T. Very warm staff & friendly owner. More than VFM!

I craved for Chinese this evening & thought of giving this place a try, I ordered Chicken noodles, and they tasted 😋 yum. Noodles were full of flavour, chicken in it was soft & juicy. Overall a good experience 😊
Totally worth the money spent.
We ordered the chicken burnt garlic soup.. Which you could give it a miss.. The chicken noodles and fried rice was yum.. And the chicken sichuan rice was okay.. My dad loved the stuff from here and has decided to leave his all time favorite shee restaurant and order from here..
Worthy !
Offers tasty food at reasonable price. Chinese cuisines are good . The soups are good, too. a regular customer. Would recommend this place.
I loved d taste n had enough quantity of rice to satisfy myself.
Pocket Friendly Authentic Chinese Restaurant around Kondhwa.
Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Lollipop,
Chicken Sathey , Fried Rice
are most of the famous dishes served here.
If you want to hangout with friends or dine in with family this restaurant is a good choice with good taste of food around this area. I visit often at this place 😋
Would Rate 8/10
Give it a try.
Great food, superb quality and great taste. The only small fault I found was that I felt the quantity was a little less for a full plate of noodles. Apart from that, great job :)
the food was really tasty. I ordered chicken schezwan noodles and fried rice and chicken Manchurian which was super tasty but the quantity was really less even after ordering full plate why so? Total 430 bucks and such less quantity!?!
As always, Paul's is the best place for food. It serves probably the best Chicken Lollipop across Pune, it gets better with the Sichuan sauce. The Triple Schezwan Rice is also really, even the Spring rolls. All these are offered for a moderate pricing, must visit this place
Good ambience. Small sized restaurant providing delicious food. Ideal place for a evening dinner with. friends. Pricewise and quality are up to the mark
I visited yesterday for a dinner. The food was so good.
I ordered chicken lollipop dry which was well cooked. After that that I ordered chicken singaporean noodles which was so tasty. Paneer chilli was also good.
So my overall experience was good taste with nice and calm ambiance.
Small and sweet
This is going to be the regular weekend meeting spot in the evening.
Simple and compact place.
I loved their paratha.
Service and rates are also good.
And the staff is also good.
My favorite Chinese restaurant in town!
The Indian Menu is also interesting, however this is the best place to have good Chinese food at moderate prices. The overall ambience is lively and some really witty posters have been put up throughout the place!
A special mention to 'Singaporean Chicken Noodles' , they are surely worth a try!
On a lazy day when you just don't feel like cooking but are still feeling like home cooked food, try their veg/non veg dabba (meal) Its very reasonable and very tasty! Quantity is more than enough to feed 2. Prompt service and speedy home delivery!
Plus point for its location. Away from city's hustle & bustle. Nice calm ,cool cozy place located in kondhwa.
Limited siting arrangement,Not proper parking area.somewhat slow service.
But ,good, nice pocket friendly ,light food place.
I loved North Indian food here....
The taste of the food was just worth it.
I was wondering why I didn't went in here earlier.
Worth a visit.
Take care;)
Loved the chiken lollipop ❤ best i ever had....but the tripple shezwan rice wasnt that good...the quatitiy of chicken in it is very less...overall a nice place to visit💛
Been here couple of times. Good food, food is presented well. Good staff and good service. Small and cozy place good for a peaceful evening, the lighting adds to the look and feel.
Initially I used to hate this place, but after a while now l, they have significantly improved their taste.
My favourites- chicken lollipop(masala), burnt chilly garlic noodles with masala omelette.
Tip- the omelette they serve is too much tasty.
Location - located in a decent place of kondhwa you can find it near gera junction. Its not so much crowded places though the restaurant usually seems occupied with customers
Ambiance- very simple and sweet gestures have been put on which you yourself will enjoy. They country songs from the background also seems nice.
Food- Although I heard about this place as a chinese restaurant, it has much more to it.
They serve veg non veg north indian food as well and the menu card itself shows it all.
I have never tasted north Indian food here but I can assure you, chinese dishes are worth to taste especially the things which I have mentioned as my favourites.
Service- the people here are very nice. They never ask for any adjustments and also very polite. They will consider your request decently.
Price- If you want me to give review only based on price I would have given it 5.0
The past of this restaurant is that you would go up having so many different items but you bill would never be that so much you will feel.
The item in mu favourites total costs arround 400 bucks only. And certainly its quantity is too much for 2 people to enjoy.
Some peppy old English music in the background with a very warm service and delicious food. What more can you ask for on a Sunday evening with friends!!
A small hidden food joint with quite some variety. Had ordered Chicken Lahsooni and spring rolls for starters which were quite filling.
Being an eggitarian, had a Egg Masala which was really well made. Also Chicken Chilly and Chicken Masala were also good.
Uncle taking all the measures that we feel all comfortable. It all was a perfect experience. Will surely visit again. Cheers!
Food 5*
Service 5*
Price 5*
Ambience 4*
Editing my previous review
Back to amazing
After my last experience we dared to go back to Paul's only after checking that uncle was back on the driver's seat
Was glad to have a good service and good food as usual
I hope uncle stays in command
Pathetic service
A few friends came with me for dinner due to a decent experience previously.
The KID trying to manage the place is incompetent.
When we reached the place we were requested to sit in the parking next to the restaurant as the place was full.
We agreed as we just wanted to have a good time and thought company is all that matters...well the incompetent KID spoilt it all.
We waited for an hour before we could order our main course.
After waiting for half an hour the incompetent KID came to take our order again.
This is when we realized that our order was never accepted.
We had to move to a different restaurant at 11:30 in the night.
Will never recommend this place again.
Will never go to this place again.
Please note that the cooking gas could get over anytime and the incompetent KID will not have the balls to come and tell you.
Though this place looks small, the food is really good. One of the best places to have good Chinese at low price. Surprised by the low rating given by zomato users!
A hospitable management is what makes you want to always go back!
This place is my all time, mid week [and many times weekend] favourite. It is easy on the pocket without any compromise on the taste or quantity, with the option of home delivery too.
You try this place once and am sure you will keep going back again and again......I do!!
"Do not judge a book by its cover". This quote goes apt with this place. I am appalled by the low rating given to this place. Agreed that this place is not big and glossy, but in such a small place the management has done a wonderful job. Its small and cozy. They have around 7 tables which are well kept. The place is clean and the food is hygenic. The person at the counter is super friendly and always with a smile. Their chineese is good and so is their mughlai. Tandoori chicken, chicken schezwan rice, american choupsey, murgh tikka masala and mutton korma are my all time favourites.
Good food at reasonable rates.
A very good place to hangout with friends and family , and the resto looks very great with the posters and some great things written on it , i ordered a food for home delivery through zomato and it was delivered on time and the resto owner who sits on the counter is very sweet and down to earth, when i called him to check the food delivery status he was very nice , and the food is also very awesome i like tandoori chicken , lollipop , chicken fried rice etc . Only my concern is they should keep some offers for home delivery , so that i can order again and again . rest awesome staff and awesome food. So here i give you 5/5 stars
The place is like a little heaven in your busy schedule . Food is very awesome . Place is very quite . You can spend a good time with your loved ones . The special quotes on walls catches ur mind . It's like sitting in Goa and chilling out when in you are surrounded by the city crowds , noise and pollution . Staff is very supportive & nice one . We tried chicken Hakka noodles and coffee . I suggest all of you to please visit this place if you are passing nearby . Please make sure you are visiting in evening . The last but not least music is also soothing over here .
It was a rainy day ,when i along with my friends got inside this restaurant . Food was descent with reasonable rates. One good thing here is that the menu had lot of options to try. We ordered chicken 65, murg adraki, butter roti and biriyani . Service was quite good and fast . Quantity was enough for three people to eat per dish.
Located in one of the lanes of Lulla nagar.. This place catches your eye because of the fairy lights. They have a huge choice of menu and is an extremely pocket friendly place. We tried the chicken chilly and hongkong noodles . Both of them were very good considering all the aspects of this place in mind.. For a small and pocket friendly place , this place is hygienic and the owner is friendly. The shahi tukda is a must try.
This is nested in the dark lanes of Lullanagar. You might need to navigate here on Maps to find the place.
It's a cozy little place serving the basic Indo-Chinese and Indian gravies.
I usually order take away from here. Have almost tried everything and the food is always fresh and made to order albeit the quantity can be less if there are more than one mouths to feed.
The waiters and staff don't speak a word or even acknowledge your order but just nod. The service is good for such a small place. The owner sits at the restaurant too and he can customize the preparation as per your requirement/taste.
All in a all, one of my favourite hole in the wall places in Kondhwa/Lullanagar.
Paul's is the underdog foodie joint with no shindig, packed away in the quite lanes of lulanagar, kondhwa. Easy on the pocket and refined, almost like home cooked food. Owner (I wonder if he is paul himself) super friendly guy and always greets his walk-ins with a smile. I am giving this place a its due credit, rather a well deserved 4.
Oh! and i almost forgot to mention the funny one-liners chalked out on their black boards and menu cards, tastefully funny ;)
Very good place for students when you are low on cash. I like the food here. It's very clean food with no colour and over spicy ( especially Chinese food). I think they use good oil in kitchen. Chinese is the only food I had at paul's. It's a small restaurant but you can get place to sit. Service is good but preparation time is little high. The owner is quite friendly!
2nd visit to this restaurant was heavenly. I was a little skeptic before going in, but have not had any better chicken kolhapuri than this. Perfectly cooked, home like and perfectly complemented with tava chapatis. It was really like I was eating at home. Will keep coming foe more.
small and economic place, however, my first visit was not good. i had chinese food, schezwan noodles, which were light fried with sauce to accompany. veg manchurian was a ball of flour. i could not find vegetables in it. i think this is not a good place to have chinese, but looks like famous for non-veg. due to shravan, i could not try non-veg, but will try after shravan gets over.
Paul's - it is a very small restaurant located in a silent and dark lane of lullanagar. This restaurant is a perfect place for bachelors who don't cook food at home.
Food here is not very expensive. Most of the time I ate non veg at Paul's. Their egg masala and tandoori chicken is worth mentioning. I did not like the vegetarian food here.
There are 5-6 tables in this restaurant. I have seen a guy delivering food at different places most of the time. Many people living near by Paul's prefer home delivery. That is why it is not crowded.
The owner of this restaurant is an extremely good person. He takes care of his customers very well. He has managed his restaurant in a very small space brilliantly.
Overall, a good place for bachelors to eat or get the food delivered at their home. Paul's is not too pricy as well.
Ambiance: 2/5
Food: 3.5/5
Service: 4/5
good food also the ambience, but service bit late
Food:
The food at Shee Chinese Restaurant was absolutely amazing. Every dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The portions were also very generous. We ordered the Chicken Black Pepper, Drums of Heaven, Seafood Soup and Chicken Hakka Noodles we were all very impressed.
Service:
The service was excellent.
Ambience:
The restaurant has a very authentic Chinese atmosphere. The décor is beautiful. We felt like we were transported to China when we were eating there.
Recommendation:
I strongly recommend that you explore this Chinese restaurant. You won't be disappointed!
We visited our favourite restaurant after 15 years. It's just the same.
What we ordered?
She's special 🍲 ( best as mentioned by husband)
Manchow 🍲 veg ( good)
Spicy fried 🐠 (just ok not much recommended)
Golden fried prawns ( best as always)
Triple Schezwan fried rice ( best as always)
What we enjoy the best is the little munchkin salad along with salsa sause which they always give complementary at the start. Something unique and best in taste.
Some other recommendations are threaded chicken, wantons.
Must try restaurants. I must say hidden treasures of Pune.
It's a simple place , located in one of the housing society. Interiors not much changed in last fifteen years.
The Food was authentic and good quantity. It was really delicious taste with great quality, everything had unique taste which we had ordered, ( chicken lollypop and hongkong rice )okay seating arrangement and services from the staff was good while eating.
The only worst part is the washroom service they should definitely take a note of this
Great place to have authentic Chinese. The ambience is soothing and is usually less crowded. The food was great accompanied with good service.
Very much authentic Chinese food served here. It was a great experience for us. We ordered veg options of #MoonFaanRice and #StirFriedChineseGreens and both were awesome dishes, very light in taste and high on quality. Overall a great experience.
Yes we liked the main course items
Starters could be better but overall is a good experience
Specially if u r looking for Chinese cuisine
A regular restaurant located at the society premises. A place for a chinese cuisine.
It has AC and Non AC area.
Quality and Quantity of food is the best at very reasonable price. Staffs are attentive and service is great.
Dishes I had :-
* Lung Fung Noodles
* Chicken fried rice
* Hunan Chicken
* Thread Chicken
* American Chopsuey
Also recommend to try :-
* Chicken Lollypop
An amazing place for authentic Chinese food!! Really enjoyed all the dishes!!
- The food is really tasty. They provide a really good quantity for very reasonable rates.
-The only downside is the ambience. Not a really great one. And its quite a small place. The restaurant is situated off the main road, in the society premises. No parking is available nearby.
- No handwash or washrooms available
The time-pass Salad served with Schezwan sauce was mind blowing. The starter recommendation was nice and the portions for main course was not just yummy but also huge.
A must visit place if you like desi Chinese.
I have been visiting this place for almost two decades now. Think of it as a street style Chinese menu and taste but with the quality you expect of a well to do restaurant. I love to order all the classics then - sweet corn chicken soup, Sichuan fried rice, Hakka noodles and chilly chicken. Their drumsticks are awesome too and so are the dumplings and wanton soup. A must visit restaurant if you are in Kondhwa. Remember to book a parking slot before you go or simply take a cab.
Amazing food. Don't forget to try their pan fried noodles.
Had an awesome experience with chinese food. Its was very delicious and unique taste not the one we get on roadside. Menu is unique. Staff is very helpful who try to know our food desire and suggest the dish accordingly. Place is clean and hygiene. Atmosphere is very nice. Highly recommended.
Ni Hao Folks!
Shee Chinese is the oldest oriental eatery in Pune. Started in the 1930s by a Tangra, Kolkata Chinese family; one among many who revolutionized Indo-Chinese cuisine- a concept derived by their forefathers by adding sweet, sour and spicy to their food to suit the Indian palate.
Even though of Chinese ancestory, they are as Indian as any of us. Since this place was on my list for sometime now, decided to pay a visit today evening.
Ordered two of my favourite items from the menu- the Chicken Hot Garlic and Mixed Fried Rice.
Chicken Hot Garlic is effervescent, flavourful and a tad sweet in a thick gravy, which I really like.
Mixed fried rice, very aromatic, tasted great and the infusion of prawns into the rice perfectly.
Overall a place with great food and servicre
