I have stayed for 2 days in deluxe room. The service was superb the staff behaviour is so polite and helpful. Coffee and tea served is great. Unlimited break fast is one on the best. Wifi service is super. Overall visit this place is you are having family.

It's a 2 star budget executive hotel. Executive Rooms are spacious, service ok. It's kept neat and clean. They keep tight screening on guest's identity, even just as a visitor to a business I had to share my identity details. This hotel is operating since long. Just the ownership is changed now. It's located in the prime area of city. Deccan bus stand, municipal corporation and bus depot, Bal Gandharva, Sambhaji Garden are nearby. It also has proximity to Shivajinagar bus stand and railway station. You would get good popular food joints just road across. This place itself has a famous Shahi Bhojanalay which is popular.

Excellent budget hotel in the heart of city. Buffet breakfast had good options and was fresh. Service is good as well. However I recommend the management to improve the quality of washroom. Would prefer to choose Hotel Ibizz Sapna.

Nice location & Good & clean Rooms but price are slightly high due to location.

The hotel is located in the city center and in close proximity to FC road and JM road with easy access to all the city's famous eateries and markets. The rooms are neat and spacious with a small table and couple of low seating chairs. We did not have any meal in the hotel so not able to comment on the food quality. The hotel staff is very cooperative and polite. We didn't face any problems during our stay. We had highlighted a couple of minor housekeeping issues during check-out and the team has acknowledged those and committed to resolve them at the earliest.

So I recently stayed here for about a week. The property is descent, but the staff here is amazing and welcoming. There aren't enough words to thank them enough. Everytime we ordered something we received it as soon as possible. I usually don't write reviews about the places I visit, but their warm welcome, and their thorough service full of love and care has obliged me to share my experience with the internet. Every morning I would receive a call from the reception wishing me a good morning, and that the breakfast is ready. When I went downstairs, the hotel staff always greeted me with a warm and comforting smile. Breakfast was another great experience here, the uncle who Cooks dosas and uttapams is super wholesome. Every morning I saw him, he had this really beautiful smile, and when I used to tell him that I want to have one dosa ( or something else ) he used to cook it with happiness. So the one who's reading this understands where I'm going with this. I loved everyone who was here. The receptionists, the service staff, the guard uncle responsible for parking, everyone! I felt incredibly welcomed, and I'm sure I'll visit the property again. Cheers and look forward to seeing you'll again!
