Checked out one of the famous chains of restaurants in India, The Lord of the Drinks at Pune.
Good food & cocktails with a great ambience.
We tried out the Mumbai Margarita : a spicy tangy drink, the classic Bloody Mary.
For starters we ordered Panko Fish Bites, Arabic Chicken Skewers.
We loved the fish bites, we recommend it for a yummy finger food.
Though, we didn’t much enjoy the Arabic Skewers as we felt it was a little bit bland for our taste.
Lastly for main course we had the safest option ever - Chicken Dum Biryani 😁
Ofcourse you cannot go wrong with biryani and this was delicious and didn’t let us down.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. We opted for the rooftop, the lounge seemed to be happening and had good loud music.
But somehow this place has a lesser rating over Zomato, and maybe that’s why there was a fewer crowd on a Saturday night. But this is for sure an underrated place!
So the next time you’re in Pune and want to have some good music, food & drinks this is where you should head to!

Been here twice. An awesome place for party with awesome crowd and just loved the Dj. The ambience is lit but the service is a bit slow. We had to ask for our bill for half and hour then got it. Could be better. But in short the food,place is very nice

A good and happening night to be spent, it has to be at LORDS (Lord of the Drinks). It truly is the LORD, amazing ambience, delicious food and great service.
We were seated on rooftop, the view and sitting was quite pleasant. Their staff was very swift in service and good at suggestions.
We ordered a few drinks for us, but our best from their Lord of the Drinks House Special Melon Twist – It is a watermelon based drink with some cinnamon flavor to it, the presentation was top notch, it was served in a horn like glass and drink was fuming with liquid nitrogen. Simply Amazing!!
We ordered Food from their Vegetarian Global Starters menu:
Hadippa Paneer Tikka : An amazing dish to start with, the paneer tikka was simply delicious, was served with roti discs and mint chutney. Presentation was really good and so was the food.
Oyster Mushroom Chilli Fry : This is a Chinese base dish, where Mushroom was stir fried in sesame oil with Bell peppers, spring onion and chilly. Not a big fan on mushroom, but really liked this dish.
Our final dish was a Pizza Lords of Veggies, I guess this was their signature pizza dish which was topped with roasted seasonal vegetables.
We visited this place on a Sunday night, there was live music going on at their place. After sometime we went downstairs where they have one more seating place which is enclosed, the interiors surely gave us the LORDS feeling, very well done and soon the whole place turned into a dance floor, where we thoroughly enjoyed.

Celebrated Friendships day at Lord of drinks. Live music was awesome, they played most songs related to friendship due to the occasion the lead vocalist was amazing. Drinks were on the higher side and was expensive. We ordered a few starters and mocktails which were ok but the quality and quantity can be improved. No cover charge so place becomes a bit over crowded also space is a bit less to shake the legs.

The place is most happening in Pune. Loved the place a lot and the crowd here is super chick. Orders pizza they were good. Nachos were perfect. We had fire shots and many drinks. Drinks are bit over priced but then ambience make up for it. We were 7 people and bill went to around 18k.
This weekend we organised a party at Lords of the Drinks located in Kalyani Nagar was super good and good for a party place. Everything was good but they were very busy, so the service was slow a bit.

Visited this place on Saturday night and it was jampacked. The interiors are super pretty with comfortable couches on the inside whereas pretty rooftop ambience for the outdoor seating.
DJ plays amazing songs especially on the Bollywood night. Dancing floor is a bit small in size but surely the extravagant bar is easily accessible so no complaints. :P They also have special offers on drinks with All Day Happy Hours during Mon, Tues and Thurs to keep your drinking thirst a bit loght on your pockets ;)
Coming to the food, the menu is diverse and can satisfy every person with different tastes.
We had their thin crust margarita pizza and white sauce pasta and it was amazing. One of the key specialities is their Agli Olio pasta and also their Chocolate Panna Cotta!
Would visit this place again just to have the pizza.
Clubbing here is super fun as their drinks are also quite innovative and economical.
Overall after application of zomato gold on food, it makes a very fun and satisfying clubbing experience.

What I like-
The place is spacious and the ambience gets super exciting and attractive with beam lightning.
It truly surpasses definition of a usual restaurants in terms of the interiors.
Service is exemplary. Perfect venue for catch-ups or get together.
Rooftop has a subtle touch of uniqueness with blue and white themed decor.
The presentation of the food is world-class with detailed attention on every dish throughout.
What I had-
Hadippa paneer tikka- The paneer was cork tender rubbed in with old school spices and served perfectly with a mini rich roti disc and mint ketchup. Grilled pieces of paneer coated with spices and masalas are a delight to eat.
Makhani paneer casserole- Succulently cooked paneer cubes in a smooth sauce of tomatoes and cream, lightly spiced with a hint of tang and sweetness. Served with mini laccha parathas, the makhani gravy had butter on top which certainly adds to the taste.
Arabic chicken skewers- Marinated chicken is well prepared and evenly grilled. Juicy, tender grilled chicken, bursting with vibrant flavour provides authenticity to the taste. Served in the skewers sit coupled with salsa salad and hummus dip.
Green Lust- Cranberry juice mixed with fresh mint leaves. Top was presented with the homemade banana foam and garnished with tutti frutti. Mint spring refreshed the taste of the mock tail.
Peri peri roasted chicken pizza- Tiny thin crust pizza, with chicken tikka cut evenlyand garnished with peri peri sauce Loads of cheese and doing onions add to the delicacy. Not too many things in the pizza to ruin the experience. Must have.
Trio Chicken Tikkas- A classic Indian dish that is accented with yogurt, red spices and mild chunks of chicken. Trio included the Achari, Banjara, and Mustard flavoured kebabs. Among all 3, achari kebab stood out for a good taste with a bit tangy touch.
Chocolate Pannacotta- It’s presentation was the centre of attraction. Dusted by icing sugar with perfect outlines along with almond biscotti.
The texture is creamy, rich and very similar to chocolate custard. Perfect dessert to end my meal.

The outdoor seating that's on the terrace also looks cool. This place is seemingly simple with its decor, nothing overdone yet looks special. The food that we got here, the Nachos and wings were all good. It was a Saturday night so there were a good amount of people dancing away too!

I love the terrace sitting arrangement of place. Very calm and comfortable. The food tasted really good. I am sorry I won’t be able to give you the detailed review of the each item here because I don’t have the pictures and I do not want to mess up with the names. So may be next time. But my overall experience with food was good. They serve drinks in a very unique way. You must try some of them. The dance floor is not very impressive. I don’t know even If I can call it a dance floor or not. The music was very happening and yes, the crowd too.

Lord of the drinks, is a no brainer if you're in kalyani nagar and looking for a uber luxurious dining experience. Like the name itself signifies, the drinks rolled out by the bartenders are next level. Apart from the drinks, the food dished out here is at par with the drinks which makes LOTD a serious contender for the best restaurants across the city.
As you enter right in, the modernly classic chandeliers grasp your attention. The dark wooden furniture and the elegant bar setup which is spread across the floor will well may take your breath away. There is a curved staircase ascending to the rooftop which is as alluring as the indoor setup. With a separate bar setup and lots of small plants and trees, this certainly ranks amongst the best rooftops in town. Mesmerising in its own right.
That being said about the restaurant and its ambiance, lets quickly jump onto their food. Having had some delicious delicacies from their menu, I can really vouch for their food and drinks. Here's a quick look at it..
🔹Drinks
Mo-beer-ito - This mojito style beer cocktail will take your breath away as it did to us. The bartender has struck a nice balance of beer and other elements that are in the cocktail which really make for an outstanding drink.
Aam panha- No this is not your usual aam panha, this is as you probably you'd have guessed a summer special cocktail. With vodka and rum as its base along with some few tweaks here and there, this is a must try.
🔹Food
Houston style chicken wings- Crisp, tender, juicy and tasty is how I'd describe these wings. Unlike other wings which are roasted, these wings were deep fried which added more structure to the overall dish. The chilly mayo served alongside complimented the wings beautifully.
Chicken kathi kebab- Our very own kathi kebab served in a different style. Cut into small chunks this kathi kebab was delicious as you'd expect and make for a perfect bar bite.
Panko fish bites- Deep-fried with japanese style bread crumbs, clubbed along with the cocktail mayo dip accompanying it, these fish fingers were quite tasty.
Bhuna ghosht mini sliders- Ahh what a mouthwatering appetiser this was. Tiny lamb chunks were tossed in a classic bhuna masala along with chilly cheese which were just mind-blowing. The soft texture of the slider was to die for literally. A must try!
Lamb and truffle fettuccine- Fettuccine is always been my goto dish in the main course and I'm so glad that I ordered this. The fettuccine pasta was perfect with a host of other elements such as lamb, truffle oil and plum tomatoes. It had good amount of cheese in it which had me slurping. I highly recommend this one.
Grilled vegetable risotto- Similar to the fettuccine, this risotto was quite delish but couldn't match the level of the former. The risotto was tomato based and consisted of grilled veggies and parmesan cheese.
🔹Desserts
Classic brownie- Here's where I was a little disappointed. Although it looked really good, the brownie seemed to be a bit on the stale side as it crumbled while trying to take a piece out of it.
Chocolate panna cota- This was no different. The Panna cotta somehow lacked the taste and had a dense texture which wasn't pleasing at all.
So this was pretty much what I had and my experience regarding the same. Apart from the disappointment at the end, everything else was on point. The service too was pretty good and the staff ensured that we had a good time. Cheers! 🙌🏻

Amazing place, the ambience is outstanding. They have a live DJ during late nights, a breathtaking bar is placed at the middle of the pub. The food quality is amazing and the taste is also great, you'll keep licking your fingers even after it is finished. The staff is very cooperative and the service is also quick. There are a lot of drinks to chose from the bar menu. They even have a small dance floor where you can show your moves after the DJ takes over, some people even dance by the table.

Such a big and airy ambience, Very tasty food, Staff and Service ok, and a UNIQUE HAPPY HOUR OFFER.
The restaurant stands out for its ambience and food. The food is really good. We had Beijing chicken, Honey chili fries, Keema nachos. They were really very tasty and it seems a long time that I was so loving food at a booze centric location. Full marks to the chef.
The Ambience is quite big and airy, divided into two floors, having large windows, sofa as well as table chair seating options. It's more suitable for the night than day. Service was slow. We went there in the afternoon and considering there wasn't so much rush at that time. Suggestion to management, the music is really very dull and the air conditioning is not up to the mark. We came in the afternoon around 3 on Sunday and we did not like the music and irritated because of the AC. A CCD plays better songs than what we heard in this place. Music should be good, if people will enjoy it, they will visit the place again and again.
The Drink items are priced moderate to high. They do have a HAPPY HOURS menu which offers drinks in a range from 100 to 200rs. Not all the menu items are part of happy hour. Also Zomato gold is not applicable during the happy hours. My complaint against management is that the happy hours are for the drink items, whereas the Zomato gold applies to food, in this case, Zomato gold should be allowed.
To sum it up, I definitely want to visit this place once again in the evening time, but just hope that I won't be disappointed by the music and service.
A very nice place for a fun evening with friends. Large spread for both drinks and food with some good deals as well. the food is also nice with large spread of starters and bites in both Veg and NV options. few starts can be a bit dry but overall still good. the services is also very fast and friendly. It has an AC section at the one level and an open air terrace on top. Overall a great even fun place with some good music and also match screening for the Cricket crazy fans.

Lord of the Drinks was on my list of places to visit since it opened early last year and I finally visited this place last week for dinner with family.
As the name suggests the place is known for its drinks (cocktails and mocktails) however, the food here is surprisingly good.
There is a huge bar and the interiors are plush and the dim lights in the evenings add to the look. They also have open air rooftop which is ideal for breezy evenings.
Some of the drinks we tried were:
Mango Pina Colada - It is a part of their summer menu offering and the mango twist to this drink tasted good.
Talli Aam Panna - Another one from their summer menu, it reminds you fo the childhood days when aam panna at home was devoured during summer vacations. A very nice drink and a must try this summer.
Hot Toddy was a welcome change from usual drinks. Blend of Indian spices in this hot drink was perfect for a bad throat day that I had during this visit.
Food as I mentioned earlier was the highlight and here are some I loved.
Karari Roti - is available at a lot if places these days but this one was really wafer thin and that's what I loved. No overdose of masalas on top and lots of ghee on the surface was just perfect. Schezwan chutney on the side was perfect too.
Tandoori Makahne Popcorn were ordered for my son and he had a good time munching on those.
Veg Mushroom and Soya Keema Pav from their summer menu was a perfect starter. It had minced mushrooms and soya chunks stuffed in pav (just like a dabeli) and then cut in bite sized pieces.
In mains we had Jack Daniels Dal Makahni which was a visual delight to start with and then it appealed to our tasted buds too. JD is lit and then poured on the makhni dal - some pyrotechniques which I loved. It is accompanied by garlic naan.
We ended the meal with amazing Chocolate Panna Cotta. Devoured by my son too.
Overall, a great place to spend time with friends or family. Nice drinks, good offers, tasty food, prompt service and they have a lot of gigs that keep on happening. Valet is available too.
This place has superb ambience with great drinks offers and food. There is ample seating arrangement but there is very less space for dance. There is dedicated dj who plays great piece of music. Service is quite slow but can be managed. The worst part is everyone smokes inside which can create problem for non smokers and it also spoils the air.
Apart from smoking thing everything is good.

Kalyani Nagar and Koregaon park are kind of the most happening places Pune. Be it the locals, students, tourists or the techies all can be seen here having a good time when they have to catch up with friends, colleagues or families. While there are legacy restaurants in this area, standing tall since ages and doing great, we have a few new ones joining the troupe and making a mark with their service and food quality. Lord of the drinks is one of these. The ambience is good with not too bright lights, seating arrangement is well managed and it looks beautiful. They have variety of drinks to select from and the food is just too good. Every dish we ordered was full of taste and awesomeness. Wok tossed Paneer, Amritsari fish finger, Mutton galoti kabab, Chicken tikka samplare and few others. The Chicken Rogan Josh and Butter chicken were rightly spiced and chicken was cooked very well but the Chocolate mousse stole the show. Had a great time! #Lordofdrinks

The rooftop is nice. Average pub quality food.
Who tf goes to a pub for eating? Go there from having drinks and dancing.

Ambience is good, valet parking, centrally located, the veg and non veg starters r average n better to skip them, cool place to unwind and hangout with friends for a drink..service is a bit slow..the light arrangement and music running in background does sets your party mood..upper open deck floor is a bit more relaxed..visit before 9pm to get happy hours offer (1 drink free on selective beer, whisky and vodka)..various international alcohol brands available..
Its an awesome place to hangout with friends and also great place for couple who want to enjoy drinks/dance.. The atmosphere here is fabulous.. It is slightly costly.. On weekends it gets very crowdy so the service gets very slow..
