Being from delhi i was look eating north indian food....
so, i went so many places in order to find authentic north indian food but actually this was the place where they are serving amazing chole bature
A little place at the foodcourt in Amanora Town Center, Moti Mahal has legendary tales behind it. Does the food here justify the name?
Well, almost. The kebabs are on point - juicy, delicious. The biryani - the first time I ate there - it was absolutely good, but the second time was just average. They need to maintain the quality of their biryani here.
Their Butter Chicken and Afghani Chicken will always be loved.
Oh boy!
What a first impression it was, truly up to the mark. Firstly my heart was not ready to try out curries or full Indian meal from the food court at any of the malls. But, took the chance, and it became my favourite. The aunty and the staff on the counter were very helpful selecting the dish I like and they were always smiling, which I believe is the first sign of a happy place. 😊
The one you see in the pic is the mutton rara combo.
Per Item review -
Daal - Simply Delicious! Simple and full of flavours.
Curd- Mildly sweet and the pomegranate added a nice texture.
Seek Kebab - Nicely spiced and a bit spicy to my palate.
Biryani Rice - This rice takes you to Delhi.
Mutton RaRa - Gravy was mildly spiced. Mutton cooked to perfection and the quality of the pieces was nice. No fatty pieces.
Butter Naan - THE BEST NAAN I EVER HAD. That says all.
Definitely a nice place for north India food lovers. At least for me. And the best part, the 'other' food delivery app delivers from them to my place. 😋
Tried their non veg guldasta which according to them is too much for 2 people. The descriptive didn't fit my brother's and my definition of 'too much'. It might be true for others though.
Contrary to the quantity of the meal the quality was just too good!
The whole meal looked fresh and tasted delicious. 🤩
me and my daughter tried this outlet for the first time my daughter ordered seekh kebab kathi roll and the roll was exactly the way it should be the portion is huge i guess 2 people can share it and i being a vegetarian i ordered their meal
of mix veg paratha which is basically a tandoori mixed veg roti and dal makhani served with raita and onions it was undoubtedly the best ive ever tasted with genuine authentic flavours of the north
To save us from starving to death, we tried the chicken dum biryani. Presentation was good, the aroma was mouth watering and it tasted amazing. Would definitely give a try to other dishes too very soon.
I have always been to this place and was back with mere happy taste buds and tummy full of tasty good food..I have been here several times & almost have tried all the dishes both veg & non veg..the servers at the counters are very polite and genuine to suggest anything that's new on their menu..they have good staff.. good service...they don't have ambience as such as it's just an open kitchen With a counter ..and most importantly super tasty food and that's how my rating goes 5.
Thoroughly enjoy the food here.
I would also suggest the management to open some more of their outlets in the city and maintain the taste.
We had biryani over here, it was good but bit salty
Butter milk is way too costly 90rs per glass , however it was thick and tasted good
Try biryani dum combos sufficient for 2 ppl decent place in amanora food court for North Indian food
Simply delicious. Loved the dishes I had at this place in Amanora Mall's food court. Served quick and hot. The food had some special aroma to it and it was really a savoury.
One of the first place in Pune where I found the taste of cholle bhature at par with what you get up north.
And the accompanying pickled onion and raita was awesome. Full points to the food. Just that the bhatura was loaded with too much oil.
Chicken Keema nan was just ok and the gravy was just right.
Go ahead and order their North Indian stuff. No one else knows those tastes better than them.
And I was so engrossed in the taste that I didn't click any pics :)
Recently started Moti Mahal outlet in Amanora food court. Taste is very good.
We ordered chole bhature ans Paneer Mussalam thali. Both were so delicious. Paneer was soft and well cooked. Bhature was quite big in size. Chole was made up with perfect blend of spices.
Prompt service.
Pocket friendly.
Would like to visit again.
Whenever I happen to be in Amanora Mall, my lunch is a must thing here. I totally love their non veg combos, a single non veg guldasta/combo is enough to satiate two people. A little bit on the pricier side, but the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and ambience is good too. Must visit when in Amanora.
The food here is amazing. They have one of the best butter chicken in pune. The dum biryani was good too. The portions are huge. The staff is nice.
A visit to the Amanora mall and with all the walking and shopping all we needed was some good food , what better than Moti Mahal Delux !
They did not have anime Thali's , so we had the Paneer Mussalam combo and the Chicken Dhania combo. Both were served with raita, dal and rice with nan and roti . Taste was awesome ! The price could have been a little less . 380 and 450 for a combo is a bit too much !
It's newly opened kiosk In the food court of Amanora Mall, I visited here with my friends, food was delicious and service was also good, we will visit again.
It's really good... Different than a typical Punjabi restaurant and better for pocket than a 5 star hotel ;)
I tried two types of thalis and once chole bhatura.. Evrythng was perfect and served fresh and hot...
They have good variety and options.
Yes they don't Desert other than lassi... But lassi was also yummy..
Superb combo deals...ordered paneer Musalam combo and veg hands I think..dal makhani could be more creamy.. rest all was yum, hot and perfect!!
Had Ordered for a dal makhni combo n it was just mind blowing i just could not stop eating it the dal makhni was just like never eaten before so amazing the naans that these guys serve very soft and fresh also tried the chicken curry combo which is a another mouth watering dish that these guys have great ambience and friendly staff a must visit with family and friends.
Second visit in last 30 days. And the food quality is excellent on both occasions.
Recently reopened in the renovated Amanora food court. Had chicken curry with laccha paratha and tandoori roti this time around.
We were a bit hesitant for the curry taste, but once we had our first bite we could taste the authentic North Indian flavor. The quantity was also good and the taste was amazing.
Though counters in food courts sometimes take too much time but they were prompt in their service.
Overall a very satisfying experience.
Exquisite Flavors with a rich heritage of North Indian cuisine.
From aromatic curries to tandoori delights, each dish is meticulously crafted to tantalize the taste buds.
We ordered "Rogan Josh", a popular Kashmiri dish that is traditionally made with lamb cooked in rich & aromatic gravy.
To put in words ... the vibrant red color and blend of flavorful spices was a true revelation. Not to forget the delicious Mutton Biryani was yum 😋 too.
I can tell you that each bite was a symphony of flavors 💥
So, visit today ! 👇
Location - Food court, Amanora Mall, EB SF Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar, Pune
Moti Mahal is located on top floor at food court section in Amanora mall on the west block. The food is average. I was expecting much more from them but they have turned out to be similar to many other biryani/North Indian food outlets. Nothing that I can mention deserves the price or name of moti Mahal as it is in many of its branches in other countries.
This restaurant has authentic delhi flavors and each dish had a rich taste... I totally loved the daal makhni and chaap... It was worth the price.
We had butter chicken meal, it was soo good. One of the best I had till date
Food is awsome and worth the prize. Nice experience.
