Southin Cafe is only famous for there tea but now a days the quality is going down,
Cause I tried last night last night but it wasn't fresh.

If you are looking at a good place for egg preparations and fast food, this is the best place in Pune. Any form of egg is amazingly tasty and the consistency been maintained since many years. I have been visiting since 10 years. While it's a small food joint, cannot expect a hygenic environment.
Good place for a sip of Irani chai and bun muska. Apart from famous restaurants in camp area, I love this Irani chai place. Traffic in the area is bit of an issue though for chai lover like me, it is not a biggie.
Staff polite and friendly , Every 5 mins they come and ask for any order is there or no , Udid Wada Sambhar 😍😍 sambhar is their real attractive taste 💞 chai is as always good n bun maska to eat with it .... I visit it always awesome place ...
All stars just for the food. Malabari parathas with chicken kheema is my all time favourite. Dal tadka, jeera rice and anda bhurjee which i ask the chef to keep ' thoda geela' is a combo that i love like crazy.
Quick service n hot food in all the senses...One star i deducted as the place cud be just a wee bit more cleaner however such cafes with quick churning of people and food finds it difficuilt to mantain high levels of cleanliness...and oh by the way....also try the chicken biryani and egg curry with parathas...feeling hungry typing this.....guess today is another trip to the lil cafe in kalyaninagar...
Sunday morning, piping hot Idli Sambar. What a beginning of a day.
Andra flavor Sambar with king size Idli.
A very reasonable priced place for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.
Nothing exotic or authentic as such but value for money. Kerala (malabar)parathas are too good.
Go there to eat your stomach full.
I personally liked their chai, bun maska & medu wada sambhar a lot. Breakfast items are worth trying.
Not recommended for family as seating is not very good. Highly recommended for male crowd or bachelors.
I am regular there..self service cafe..bunmaska their favorite and irani chay... Very good test.i think all are like their tea..mostly recommend for irani tea... @@@@@@@@@.

I did not try any thing else but will prefer to go again for that chai .

Those lazy days when you dont wanna prepare any Nashta or you dont want to have something made at home. This has been my escape POD for breakfast.
Has a lot of options for a small joint. The staff is really friendly and only in a couple of visits they know me and my preferences. Trust me that is very good for a place with a foot-fall it receives, specially in the early morning hours. Fresh and awesome South Indian food is my favorite.
I make it a point to go there at least once a week. Plus it is easy on my pocket too.
(Edited part) - forgot to mention their tea is the best in the area too.
Southin Cafe is a small cafe located in Kalyani Nagar.
The place offers a lot of options in its menu.
For breakfast, one can choose from beverages(tea,coffee,milk), Bread and Bun dishes, cream roll, cake and biscuit.
Then you have the south Indian fare including Idli,Vada and then you also have samosa, Poha etc.
They also have North indian dishes, Egg based dishes and Rice Based dishes.
You can also get veg thali and Egg plate thali over here.
There is no seating as such.
During my visit, we had tea, coffee , medu vada and cream roll.
The tea and coffee were really nice.
Medu vada was spot and so was Cream Roll.
I would suggest anyone passing my Kalyani Nagar to try out this place.
This placed not rated yet but i am sure everbody knows this place very well as they serve irani chai & bum muska is famous also in that restaurant you will get your lunch in very cheap rate with kerala paratha famous there i have visited this place from last 3 years and still going when ever i m in kalyani nagar i have rated 4.5 due to half point deducted for price as chai price now is 18 rs we use to pay same chai 1 year before 12 rs...

Value for money. Great place for non-veg snacks. I suppose the food will be good too. Not the most appealing place to eat and the hygiene is not optimum. However the food is tasty.
In this price range this is the best place to eat Shawarma Roll . Their Shawarma is underrated.
Best place for value for money, the food quality is good, the service is also well managed and the best part is that it's freshly prepared best wishes for the future.
Best place to enjoy black tea lamon tea ginger tea and food is awesome for quick hunger idli dosa poha upama bread butter and so more veriety of clean and hygienic food always crowded and favourite place of punekar
I visited this place for the first time and was really happy with the shawarma , it's taste really good must visit , not to expensive.
Very good shawarma at pocket friendly rate.
Food Quality is good but they need to maintain hygiene at Restaurant because of same things we are not eating here only taking parcel

You'd get the best ever Chai-Bun maska combination here. Tea is only for Rs 12/- and is amazing, if taken a Malai Chai, truly an emotion. Overall good place for brunch and ofcourse my favorite chai.
Don't mind the atmosphere and interiors.
My all time best chai here..... I have been having chai here for last 7years. Must visit in kalyaninagar. Whenever i travel from Wakad to Kalyaninagar 1 chai here is must.

If you want to get a really good quality Shawarma in Pune then this is the place. They serve pretty decent quantity of meat and it tastes really well. Personal rating 8/10.
One of the best shawarma that I have eaten in Pune. I have eaten most of the dishes of this Cafe and all of them are good. Price is very reasonable. My best combo is Paratha with Chicken shawarma salad.
