Visited recently with my family for lunch. Located at warje, I had ordered kala Chicken, kharda chicken, gravy chicken, masala chicken thali, biriyani, thambda, bamdhra was a extremally mouthwatering, The curry smell makes me more hungry when we went their.
also i loved Indrani rice and bhakri.
The taste is something that you would love to eat regularly, you will definitely not forget that taste. Specially i enjoy chicken kharda thali
The space is pretty airy and bright. Orders were fulfilled in proper 15-20 mins. Waiters are polite and serve food quickly.

Overall it was a pleasant afternoon supplemented by great Food and awesome ambience.
Bangada fish thali is really awesome here, worth the price. Must try once. I use to eat food in one of friend place his mother is like mother to me and she use to bake this kind of fish, this taste is something like similar to what I ate in alibag's beach. Taste once and let me know If I am wrong. Just Amazing...

They suggested lamb meat masala is special in their hotel so i will try next time. Overall experience is good.

This restaurant serves very good Kolhapuri non veg thali. I usually order Gavkari Chicken Thali specifically for the biryani that comes with it instead of normal rice. For this biryani is better than other places that are known for biryani. Both tambda and pashara rassa are great. So are the other items.
I ordered fry mutton thali Rs 360 (dry mutton , kheema egg curry , 2 chapati, mutton pulao and unlimited Tambda pandhra Rassa ). I simply loved the food. Everything was sooo delicious. Pulao was very tasty. I also had solkadhi, it was really good.
Restaurant is clean and hygienic. Ambiance is really good

Gavkari was suggested by my brother, as my friend wanted to buy Tambda (red) and Pandhra (white) rassa. It's basically red soupy broth and white soupy broth. Chicken and Mutton being cooked in it tastes very nice apparently. I am vegetarian so not much to say however I've heard a lot about it and even seeing in the plates of customers eating, it definitely looked yummy. The joint is very small with 4 table servings. Mostly it's take away I guess. The thali variety and options are quite a few. I managed to take a click of the entire menu card and the sit out area, so that the viewers can get a good idea of the options. All my non vegetarian friends, do visit the place and break some chicken legs and lick on mutton chops. Happy eating 👍

Best Non Veg Chikan Thali with unlimited Tambada , Pandhara rassa. Moderate cost.. Regular customer since last 3 years...Must visit and test.
I can not express the beautiful experience of this place in my words. But the place is very correct destination for those who love Maharashtrian type non veg. They are just awesome in quality and taste too!!! This is a small place and can not be noticed from the road. But it is available in Google Map. You just have to search Hotel Gavkari Shivane.
I searched this hotel on Google and went there with friends with very little expectation, but when I tasted it's food I was really amazed with the quality. Menu serves wide variety of dishes and thalis. We ordered special chicken thali. It served chicken masala, chicken kheema, pandhra, tambda rassa, bhakri/chapati, Anda curry and rice. The food tasted great.
The food you get it feels like Ghar ka khana.. clean hygienic place.. the staff is also quick and courteous. It doesn't even leak your pocket much.

Test of matan and chicken was good. But rassa was little bit salty.
A bit congested place but one who is foodie dosent need anything other than good food
