Visited this rooftop place tonight for family dinner. Great support by the owners, they managed to arrange table for the family in short notice without any reservations and the service by Mr Shahid (floor manager) was very good, constantly visited the table to check if we need anything!

Very nice place at the heart of city mgroad. The place has a lovely ambience. We ordered rawa fried prawns which was very fresh and neatly cooked. Also the Sholay chicken kabab and cheese garlic naan were something that were perfect. Being a Monday there was good place but I doubt it would be fully packed up on weekends so better to book a table before going there. Service being a lil slow the good taste of food justified the wait for sure.

INTRODUCTION
TRP is the roof top project, its located on one of the busiest streets in pune that's MG road. As it being on the 6th floor you get a beautiful view from the above. They have very beautiful ambience with pretty small lighting. They also have a small bar setup too.

Loaded Nachos (veg)
This nachos were topped with cheese sauce beans sauce some olives and jalapeno and some sour cream. I liked that they also served some amount of salsa separately. The nachos was amazing had nice cheesy taste from the cheese sauce and the sauce added some tang as well as some spice to the nachos. Being so picky I really didn't like the size of the nacho chips as it was to bug to fit in anyone's mouth.
Chicken Chilli
One of the best chicken chilli I had after a long time. The chicken was having very thin coating and fried. The chicken was tossed in red yellow chilli pepper along with some soy and chillies. The chicken was also tender.
Veg Hakka Noodle
I really liked the fact they used red yellow green peppers in the noodles. The noodle were cooked perfectly. Nothing to fancy bit they did all things good.

Went here on a Sunday evening. Firstly, the ambience is beautiful and the staff is super attentive and courteous.
We ordered Chicken nachos and caramel custard. They were so good and filling! Definitely coming back again to try more from the menu.
I only wish there were more options to try out in desserts.

Loved the music on the rooftop.... candles on the table..... whole ambience on the weekend was for a group of friends relaxing after a hectic week.
The food.... We must have tried all the starters in the veg indian menu.... All of them were excellent... special mention to bhagwan mushroom and the kadak masala roomali roti.... they were amazing.... the veggies and dal were also good. But, after having the starters we were kind of full so could not do justice to the main course.... over all and excellent experience....

The place is good and one of a kind on MG Road!! The food and ambience is great. We went for a full non veg platter and it was lip smacking. So were the masala fries and Karari roti!! The service was slow though. They have Zomato gold on drinks. LIT and SOTB were awesome. Overall a nice place to hangout on the 6th floor at MG Road.

Been here a number of times, finally reviewing the place on basis of food we tried finally. As the title suggests, it’s indeed a Roof Top Bar and eatery with a magnificent view of lush greens in the heart of the city. We tried lamb chops and seekh kebab and it was super delicious. Along with the drinks you will be provided with complimentary boiled peanut chat (beware it’s addictive). Super friendly staff and a soulfully crafted menu with wide variety of cocktails makes this place unique and strongly recommend if you are in and around MG Road.

Overall a great place to visit for some slurps burps over some good conversations. Everyday they have their in- house offers. Only disappointment was on their appetisers they have only 2 items on non-veg section (Indian) and rest were all sea food but it wasn’t available. The food was amazing daal makhani and naan combo was delicious and we had two covktail which all nice. At the end we had dessert which was gulab jamun and paan kulfi they were tasty and the paan kulfi was very amazing and different.

Visiting this place around 5-6 pm is worth going as the sky is clear and blue and the view is damn beautiful. The staff is really sweet and the service is pretty quick also the food is delicious. Have you ever been to a place where you loved everything you ordered! A sweet little open roof restaurant with cool breeze and amazing food. Sounds a bit too perfect ? No ! Well to my surprise, TRP is one of those amazing places. Bad points : nothing very fancy about the ambiance other than it being a rooftop, so you are at the mercy of weather to feel good. Slow service was a big turndown.

This place had amazing food but I felt the room for development. We started with the prawns soup which was lit. Also we had the Paneer Zafrani. I felt the need of more melted cheese between the cottage cheese. Otherwise the taste was just perfect . Also for starters we had the Murgh kalimirch a different and unique flavor , well Marinated and cooked chicken.
For main course we had the Chicken Khow Suey and the Dum prawns Biryani. The Khow Suey good but they should have served every thing separate just as in traditional Khow Suey. Also in the prawns dum Biryani I felt that the prawns was over cooked as it felt hard.

If you are looking a place to have a beautiful evening with friends or family then this is the place. Situated in the heart of the city, the TRP offers you great view of the city. Talking about the hospitality, I want to thanks Shahid for hosting us. He was so polite and prompt. I was surprised to see such service provided by him.
Talking about Food and beverages:
We had ordered Paneer Zafrrani and It was delicious paneer I have ever tried. #highlyrecommended
I had also ordered Tandoori Murg which was also mouth watering.
For main course, we had Mix Veg Kadai and Naans which are good enough for 2 people.
For dessert, we had tried their speciality dish Paan Kulfi which was delicious.
In cocktails, we order Whiskey Boss and in Mocktails, we tried Virgin Mojito which were satisfactory 😊

The Rooftop Project in Camp which was once the TEJ Regency had finally given MG Road a worthy rooftop enterprise albeit it isn't as large as some of the competition in other sections of the city. Coming to the food we ordered the Platters of both the Meat and Vegetarian variety and loved both of it which wasn't surprising since grilled food was highly recommended by other friends who dined here previously. The Cajun Spice Popcorn and the Cheese Karari Roti was superb while the drinks kept pouring thanks to the Zomato Gold offers
Towards the main course we ordered the Indian set of Paneer Lababdar and 2 roti's with rice along with Dal Tadka and a similar chicken combination of Dhaba Style Chicken which were both excellent and capped off a great meal.
Now coming to the service, TRP although has capable waiters and I believe the owners also contribute in trying to ensures everybody gets served but they still have a long way to go when it comes to handling the dinner rush. That was evident by the panic set in to the staff as more and more people started rolling in past 10 pm and tables became scarce. I saw one gentlemen yell expletives at the bar when he waited 30 mins but wasn't being served his appetizers. To make matters worse they goofed up our orders and served our vegetarian colleagues Chicken dishes which thankfully they discovered prior to consuming it. Luckily our colleagues didn't make a fuss about 'Dharm Bhrasht Ho Gaya', accepted the waiters apology and moved on. However it still makes a case that no matter how good your food is, if you're incapable of scaling up when the demand exponentially increases then it ruins the entire experience for a diner. I hope they learn from this cause I see a lot of potential in their enterprise...

I love to eat at rooftop restaurant. I loved it more because it is in the heart of city i e; camp, where you can't find open space easily and then comes this rooftop restaurant which gives you opportunity to enjoy the Pune weather while eating and gazing the entire city.
I loved the ambiance of this place. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Staff is very polite and courteous. Now coming to the food and drinks we had there -
Mango Cutie - Mango based mocktail with a mixed fruit juice as base drink. Mango flavour was not dominating the overall taste of the drink.
Just Wow - Gin based cocktail with a hint of cucumber. I loved the presentation as well as the taste. It was nice and soothing drink.
Paneer Zafarani - Cottage cheese cubes were slowly cooked inside tandoor with marination of indian spices. It was served with Green Chutney and sliced onions. Taste was good and aroma was perfect.
Murg Gilafi Seekh Kebab - Minced chicken with spices was served in the shape of seekh kebab. It was bald in taste according to my palate. I couldn't feel any taste except chicken, which I didn't like about the dish. Seekh kebabs are meant to be flavourful and aromatic but it was missing both. Looking forward to have better version there.
Paneer Tikka Masala Combo - they serve most of the main course dishes as a combo dish which had Paneer tikka masala gravy, dal makhani, roasted papad, sliced onions and 2 indian breads of your choice.
Quantity is good and perfect for two people. Really liked their dal makhani and butter garlic naan. Though Paneer Tikka didn't impress me much. It was little bald according to my palate.
Paan Kulfi - Paan flavoured malai kulfi was served with kahu toppings. Taste was perfect. Its recommended.
The rooftop project literally stands tall with their gorgeous venue, right in the middle of MG road, with a 180 degree view of the city. Just beautiful ❤️.
Coming to the food, we ordered something called Murgh Gilafi SEEKh kebabs which were surprisingly tasty and offbeat. Their biryani was outstanding, thanks to the waiter who said "madam noodles aur butter chicken to sabhi jaga milte hai, aap hamari dum biryani try karo, bohot badhiya hai" 😛. The fish starters were decent ish (tbh I personally don't like eating rawas outside) but the cocktails made up for that.
But the best thing about TRP is the ambience, the view and the staff. Perfect for a date night, or to chill with your friends on a windy rooftop with World cup screening 😍.

We started off with cocktails
1) Carribean storm - White rum cocktail , strong and luscious. Best for this season
2) Guava marry - Decent vodka cocktail. It was good, could have been a bit stronger. As it was light at the end part!
Appetisers:
1) Wok Tossed Paneer - Something very common yet too delicious. The paneer was fresh, gravy was perfect, and probably the best paneer dish I ever tried. They serve it with pudina chutney and some salad. It had a dark essence and slightly towards the bland zone.
2) Chicken Tandoor - 4 leg pieces were served. First thing chicken was really very fresh and well grilled. It is served with salad and chutney. Drooling and reasonable!
Main course:
1) Paneer lababdar: No need to mention about quality of paneer anymore. The best part of the main course is that the serve you an entire pack of daal, papad, indian bread and salad (onion slices). Paneer lababdar could have been a bit spicy but was balanced due to the cheese base. Daal was good and tasted best with kulcha paratha.
Dessert:
We tried the very famous Pan kulfi, apportioned in 4 pieces, sprayed with dry fruits. This was really very alluring, a bit expensive but worth trying.

• Forest fire: the tequila base drink with some small pieces of apple tequila lover must try.

This सुर्ख लाल सोया चाप was absolutely well-seasoned, piquant and succulent; a mouth watering experience curated by the Chef. Spicy food lovers would relish it for sure. It's heavy on your stomach. Looks like just a few pieces but definitely filling, thanks to high protein soya!
Burmese Khow Suey - 🍲🍝
Got the Asian Veg Khow Suey which was served as a premixed noodles and curry along with usual Khow Suey condiments separately in small portions. The serving size was quite decent. Really liked the taste.
Paan Kulfi -🍧🍦
A circular disc shaped Paan Kulfi cut into 4 pieces and topped with some grated pistachio. A perfect ending to the delectable food.

What I ate at The Rooftop Project:
Karari Roti: This colossal roti topped with chopped onion and tomatoes was fascinating in taste.
Non Veg Platter:
Murgh Sholay + Murgh Pahadi + TRP Tandoori Pomfret +Mutton Seek Kebabs:
The chicken Kebabs were perfectly marinated and soft. The pomfrets were crispy and delicious. Though the mutton seek kebabs lacked some taste, the overall platter was enough for 2 people and was up-to the mark in "Taste" section.
Dhaba Style Murgh Curry:
This dish completely justifies its name, Dhaba Style. The gravy is thick and has sweet and sour combination in taste. The Chicken pieces are perfectly marinated and are boneless pieces.
This dish is served along with a small portion of Dal Makhani that makes the dish more than enough for 3 people.
Paan Kulfi:
It was too yummy and a perfect refreshing end to the wholesome meal.
Nice ambience, small.place for about 15-20 odd tables. Food is good, portion is also fairly good. Staff is helpful and do their best but they do say 'yes sir'and forget what you had asked for :), in short service is a tad slow. But great view point and not a very busy place. Only problem is that it is at the busiest road in Pune, Camp. There is a valet parking but the valet guy sits on the chair (trust me you can't spot him) and he will not be found on the road waiting. So I suggest you have your own parking done. The lift inside the shopping mall takes you the last floor, 6th floor rooftop restaurant. They have more high rise tables and chairs and few round and square tables in the middle. All in all a family place with music and projected video on the wall. Good place to go!!

We visited on Saturday evening and it was a nice open air rooftop dinner experience on a summer night. I wonder it will be very pleasant in winter.
We didn't made any reservations but reached before 8 pm so got the table. Otherwise it is adviced to make reservations as it started getting full post 9:15 pm
Coming to the food, we tried karari roti, soya chaps and dhabba style chicken.

They have three variants in this laal mirch masala, onion tomato masala and cheese. The one we has was very plain in taste, loaded with onion and tomato, totally non spicy. Portion size is huge, order if 4 or more people. A touch of lemon and a little but salt would have done wonders
~Amritsari Soya Chaap Malai [Rs. 325/-, my rating 5/5]
Absolute stunner, so well done stuffed with mala and served with mint hung curd dip. A little sweeter in taste. This also has a patient of surkh lal. I loved the idea of lemon slice wrapped in a cloth which holds the lemon seeds back.
~Murg Dhabaa Style Curry [Rs. 445/-, my rating 3.5/5]
We ordered this as we were told this was one of the best selling dish. This is a combo dish with large portion of chicken curry, small portion of daal makhani, roti and papad. Chicken curry was not too thick and brown curry with balanced flavours. I would have give 4 rating to this combo if daal makhani had proper seasoning, though it was well done n creamy. A perfect meal with veg n non veg both dishes and more than enough quantity for 2 people. There are 4 patients in this combo.
~Vargin pinacolada was the best one I had till this date. It was just perfect. My rating 5/5
Service for us was very good as the owner Mr. Varun was personally looking after all the guests. But the serving staff needs to be trained as they are not very attentive. Staff at the bar was better.

Nice view of sunset and as the sun goes down the restaurant lits and it feels like fireflies are settled around you. Food is good, but takes more time than usual to arrive at your table. Live music makes a perfect night for a date (though i was not on a date :D), but i enjoyed.
Cool, breezy ambience, great cocktails and some really good starters: all very reasonable. We had indo Chinese fries, BBQ Chicken pizza and chicken schzewan chilli. Loved the pizza and chicken. For cocktails we had Wonk a Donk and Sex on the beach, both of which were amazing. Wonk a Donk was a whiskey and wine cocktail and quite unique.
Definitely a place to try out, especially for its ambience and cocktails.
One I'd the cool places in camp.
Would recommend this place of you want to spend time with your loved ones.

Best place to hangout with friends. I have been here many times and the thing i love the most is live music !! Ambiance is also good and best part is as it is on rooftop breeze makes you to go to other world. Food is good. Only thing is bar tender should be more friendly.

So this place is one of my favorite in Pune. Initially there was another restaurant which was also my favorite. The new one doesn’t disappoint at all. The young and peppy decor with great music and delicious food totally made Friday dinner memorable for me.
1. Mocktail TRP Sling ⭐️⭐️
The strawberry flavour was very dilute. Over dose of ice made it watery.
2. Burmese khow suey (chicken): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The flavours- spot on
Meat- perfectly cooked (no threads)
Condiments- perfect quantity and cooked well (not very oily)
Portion size- good (i have a limited appetite and hate food getting wasted!)
3. Large plates (bada haath mara): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Butter naan / paratha with paneer lababdar and dal makhani
spices, gravy and fresh paneer was just adding up to make it the best meal!

Okay so after feeling tired shopping on the busy streets of Camp, this place is a boon! There are many options available in and around camp area but it's ambience, rooftop sitting, music and food taste and quality makes it a must try restaurant in camp
They have a lovely ambience ❤️ Perfect for a date and also for hanging out with your friends! They have an open bar counter also
The food quality and variety available on their menu is nice.
They serve delicious Punjabi food and Italian food as well.
Tried their Mediterranean pizza. It was a delicious thin crust pizza
I went their on Wednesday, and Wednesday being ladies night all the girls in the restaurant were given complimentary sangria

We opted this place as it was centrally located to celebrate my son's bday . The ambience is good and the food is yummy both Veg & Non Veg. The only thing the restaurant has to improve is the Service , the stewards needs to be prompt and quick in action. overall it was pleasant experience. We enjoyed the dinner.

___MALAI BROCCOLI___ (4/5)
Broccoli with lot of cream, mildly seasoned with salt, pepper and some spices. Served with yogurt based sauce/chutney, lemon and fresh sliced onion rings.
It was very creamy texture loaded with cream, perfect cooked broccoli, soft and a bit mushy. Flavour was simple but appealing. You take a bite and you dog your fork again to take your next bite. Something good in the menu for vegetarians. One improvement that could take this dish to next level was firing it up on the top or tandoored it. Smoked flavour with creamy Ness could be more better.
____RED THAI CURRY___ (3/5)
Though it was red curry but it s really kind of yellow curry with hint of Galangal, zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli. Consistency of the gravy was very thin could have been better. You can get difference flavours on your taste buds. It was served with fresh steamed rice it was perfect cooked and quality of rice was also good.

Nice freshly squeezed lemon juice, ice and soda. We requested to add few mint leaves and it tasted lovely. Perfect to go with tikkas.

Wooden furniture, live DJ, projected screen. They have 3 types of seating the tall chairs were not comfortable so we shifted to the normal height one. Music was a bit loud but if you are not sitting next to the sound box (they have it in each corner seating tables) you are safe. This place have some vibe as its a rooftop you can see a great view of camp. Not much tak building obstructing your view.
They had some people selling essential oils its a bit annoying that you are having food and someone is coming to show their products to you. Products were good we bought few but disturbing you personal space while having conversation i felt was not correct. They need to manage it better. Also I felt they should have a specific tables for people who smoke. It does not affect the non smoking people around you.

The staff was not completely aware of the dishes on the menu may be new staff member the one I spoke to. We requested to bring fresh lime soda with our appetizer and that guy forgot. We had to ask again for the same.
Later manager took out order and we got main course in time. Overall it sa good place fills up quickly post 9pm. Wish they had zomato gold to bring more people to their place.

Food - ordered Cajun chicken pizza - the pizza tasted amazing no doubt and was well made..the only thing is ..it was too thin for a pizza tasted more like roasted toasted tandoori roti
Zaffrani paneer - the paneer tikka was amazing loved it
Watermelon mijoto- was well made again...but was slightly bitter bcz of the lemon seeds whch were too many inside when I told him he just added sugar and gave it back..yet was drinkable..

TRP- The Rooftop Project is a newbie in MG Road area. Camp really needed a rooftop place like TRP considering the fact that there are very few places like bar and lounge in that area, TRP came as a Savior. This place is located in the prime location of Camp area. Located on 6th floor, the view from this place is a treat for eyes. This place looks even more beautiful in evening when it is LIT up by all lights. I really loved the fact that how they have beautifully used plants to add a touch of greenery in their décor. That is just soothing and beautiful.
Talking about their food, this is a casual dining place serves variety of Indian, Asian and continental cuisines along with some swankiest boozy cocktails. Let me share my experience of food and drinks which I had here-
01. VIRGIN PALOMA: This was a mocktail. This mocktail had a base of grape juice along with lime and agave syrup. The taste was perfect with balanced level of sweetness. A refreshing and relishing mocktail indeed. A good drink to have in summer.
02. CITRUS & CANDIED NUTS SALAD: So candied nuts are basically candied almonds that have been cooked in a special way to give them browned coating. This salad had those candies nuts along with mix leaves like lettuce and shredded goat cheese and topped with classic lemon vinaigrette. This was one healthy yet delicious salad.
03. MALAI BROCCOLI: Broccoli being my favourite had a twist of malai in this dish. Tender green pieces of broccoli were wrapped with luscious cream coating and cooked to perfection. The marination was done rightly so that broccoli doesn’t taste bland from inside. It had a good taste.
04. PANEER ZAFFRANI: Classic Paneer Tikka cooked in zaffrani style madebit Paneer Zaffrani. Tender cottage cheese cubes were coated in ground spices and grilled to perfection. The essence and aroma of this Tikka was so good. The only thing which lacked was improper marination of spices as it tasted bit bland from inside. But overall the taste was good. It was quite flavourful.
05. BURMESE KHOW SUEY (VEG): Undoubtedly these were one of the best Khow Suey I had so far in town. It was so good that I finished it off all alone in no time. Their serving style was little different from regular places as they serve noodles and gravy altogether and then other spices or Add ons separately. The taste was mild and perfect. Gravy was rich and creamy. I simply loved it.
06. DECADENT CHOCOLATE MUD PIE: A extravagance, self indulgence chocolate brownie which was covered in hot chocolate syrup and topped with vanilla ice cream turned out to be delish and delectable for me. It indeed was one heavenly dessert. The cake was soft and delicious. Indeed a sweet ending with this dessert.
Overall, this place offers good food with good vibes and ambiance. It has got all aspects of a good rooftop place and perfect to spend time with your loved ones. Their hospitality was good too.

I am not a fan of veg food, I avoid eating Vegetarian outside so i asked them to serve Non Vegetarian food , but the manger suggested me to try their Veg food too, and guess what I actually loved their Vegetarian Food. And No doubt their Non veg food is amazing too.

3. Chicken Reshmi Tikka- Chicken Reshmi tandoor cooked with and topped with Egg white fully thing. Loved it .
4. Veg Biryani- Biryani cooked it a Pot , its not a dry biryani at all, flavourfull biryani served with Raita. #musttry

Amidst the bustling lanes of MG road, abodes this place. Who knew you could get an amazing view right at the heart of city.... This place is perfect to unwind after work. A couple of drinks accompanied with awesome food and you are sorted.
A few favourites from my order are:
Amritsari fish: the balance of masala and the natural flavour of fish was so well maintained. Perfectly cooked fish moist and flavoursome.
Chicken biryani: i always love biryani when its served in a clay pot or a kujja.... one of the best biryanis I have ever tasted. Chicken was so tender and easily fell off the bone, still super moist and tingles your taste buds.
Chole kulche: the best chole kulche I have eaten in pune. A bite in my mouth and I was transported to the lanes of punjab filled with the aromas of masalas and food sizzling in ghee... Amritsari kulche so nicely stuffed, the chef has been so generous here.... And chole were so good that you have to eat them to believe. Its so hard to put that in words. Tender, creamy, packed with flavour, tangy, yum yum....
Blueberry cheesecake: PURE SIN. You have to have it in this life.
The only thing I feel they could improve on is install mist fans for noons. It gets unbearably hot....

There are not many good rooftop places in Pune and when I got a personal invite for its food tasting I could not resist but go.Located on 6th floor of a building near very famous Marzorin,on MG Road,this place provides a wide angle view of the city.
It has an open & a covered rooftop which is quite spacious and green.Also it has a medium sized hall where people can sit in case of heat/rain.I visited this place with a friend of mine and both of us being vegetarians tried different veggie delicacies.
Inorder to beat the heat we ordered a cocktail & a mocktail.
IMLI TAKA TAK CAPRIOSKA COCKTAIL.This was a mix of Vodka+ Imli+ Cumin.It had an overpowering flavour of Cumin which I personally don't like but depends on one's taste.
MANGO CUTIE MOCKTAIL was one of the best mocktails I had in recent times.It had a perfect balance of Mango & Strawberry which made it my favourite.

Coming to Starters we had POUTINE which were baked French fries topped with mozzarella sauce and tasted quite well.
Next as per recommendation of waiter we had PANEER ZAFRANI TIKKA KEBAB in which Paneer was soft as silk.It was adequately moist and had a flavourful taste when eaten with Green Chutney & Onion Salad serve alongside.
Coming to Mains we did not experiment but went with regular CHHOLE KULCHE Platter which was served with DAL TADKA as well.The dal had perfect tadka taste but
chhole were a bit sweet but complemented well with Aloo Kulcha.
To end the feast we were served PAAN KULFI in dessert which was too yummy and a perfect refreshing end to the scrumptious meal.
P.S.-Special mention to the presentation of food which was quite unique and made us feel more hungry from its visual inspection.

TRP is probably the only rooftop restaurant in Camp area and since it is located on MG Road it should be an ideal place to have lunch/dinner post your shopping escapades.
The ambience is really cool and verdant with lots of creepers hanging around the place which gives it a cool look. A mix of tall, sports and regular tables are available to choose from based your liking.
The food is the highlight here and I loved the below dishes.
Bhuttey ki Tikki - Nice and crunchy from outside, good stuffing of corn and green chutney to go alongside was very tasty.
Hari Mirchi Thecha and Cheese Naan - Every new place is now offering naanzas and this is their varient of the same, however, you get multiple small pieces of Thecha naan instead of just one big piece that you get when you order a Naanza.
This was the best dish of the day and best part was that the thecha didn't burn you away. Cheese gave it an amazing taste and softness of the naan was incredible. A highly recommended dish when you are here. Priced at just Rs. 165 it is a steal.
Loaded Nachos were also very tasty and ticked all boxes with soft nacho, good load of finely chopped tomatoes, beans and loads of montery jack cheese sauce.
Burmese Khao Suey was decent in taste and did not disappoint.
We also had a couple of mocktails:
Mango Cutie - Mango juice, strawberry and soda. Really refreshing in the scorching heat that we are seeing these days.
Pineapple Ginger Beer - Pineapple and lime juice mixed with ginger which gave it an amazing taste. Ginger overpowered the taste but I liked it.
Overall a very good place with cool rooftop ambience and superb food. They also have happy hours and are screening IPL matches too.

TRP is like a breath of fresh air in the otherwise family restaurant centric MG Road. The ambience puts you in a good mood right away and the view is amazing. So glad to have a place like this in Camp.
Everything we ordered here was super delicious - be it food or drinks!
The Pineapple ginger beer is actually a mocktail and one of the best ones I've had in recent times. A definite must try.
As soon as I picked up the menu, I knew I had to order their Tandoori Momos and boy, I'm glad I did. Not only was the marination perfect, they were very well roasted in the tandoor.
For mains, we chose the Lasooni Palak Paneer which was served with breads and Dal Makhani on the side. Both of the Indian curries were lip-smacking and good enough to put specialty North Indian restaurants to shame. The assorted breads were also extremely well made.
We also ended up trying the Mediterranean pizza which was totally on point - thin crust, flavorful sauce, lots of cheese and adequate toppings.
For dessert, the Tiramisu was a super duper hit at our table. The caffeine flavor is so intense, it hits you like a bomb. A lot of places make a very subtle Tiramisu that I don't particularly enjoy. The one at TRP though made me very very happy.
Overall, we had a memorable lunch here.
Do give this one a try for sure.
The Rooftop situated just above the pastures is a beautiful rooftop restraunt with a really good ambiance.
I had The mango frooti & Virgin Paloma, both the drinks were really good & refressing with a very strong taste.
In the starters i had The kaalimiri Chicken tikka, the chicken was well cooked & juicy served with a side dip.
In the main cource, i chose the Murg kardai, Dal makhni, Dal khichdi & Lacha paratha.
The whole main cource was delightful.
I ended my meal with the malai kulfi topped with some almond pieces. It was a perfect end to the meal.
Do visit this place for a really good experience & some remarkable memories.

TRP - The Rooftop Project is one of the best rooftop restaurant in Pune.... Located at prime location on MG road. It's like a hidden place on MG road, where you won't find this place easily, neither you will think of having a rooftop restaurant at such prime and scenic location.
The ambience is lit and the decent music is played in background. Also, service is quick and hygiene is well maintained.
I had ordered following food items :Mango cutie mocktail
This mocktail is a mixture of mango juice with strawberry puree and soda... the texture is dull yet taste is refreshing...
Virgin Paloma
This mocktail is made up of grape juice, lime and agave syrup.... The lemon is extra squeezed which results in sour taste of the drink, also the agave syrup which is a sweetner, doesn't make any difference to taste of mocktail. Personally I didn't liked this.
Firecracker Corn
This is my all time favorite snack. The corn is grilled with some added flour and indian spices along with capsicum and grated onion... It's crispy delight to start with...
Chicken Wok tossed with Chilli Garlic
A sweet and sour starter, where chicken pieces are tossed with spices, chillies and grated garlic and tossed in Wok pan.... The chicken is cooked perfectly and this dish has rich flavor of chinese spices...
Mushroom Aragula Pizza
A thin crust pizza with loaded mozzarella cheese and topped with mushroom pieces and aragula leaves... The pizza has fresh peppery flavor due to aragula leaves..... A nicely baked pizza with loaded cheese was the best pizza for the day....
Chicken Dum Biryani
As being a biryani fan, this dish was mandatory.... Well the chicken pieces were juicy and neatly cooked...But rice was extra cooked.... Yet the aroma of rice and spices made me finish it off in minutes...
Choco chips pastry
This was rich chocolaty pastry, with lots of choco chips added to it.... The perfect end to the meal...
Overall enjoyed my time at this rooftop project.... This place is perfect for date or hangout with friends.
This place was a sudden plan to the Sunday Eve and I won't regret this treat .. and Shahid made it up to the mark.

TRP or The Rooftop Project is literally what it sounds like. A restaurant on the roof of the Tej Building in the heart of MG road, next only to MArz-o-rin. The entire roof can hold nearly 20 tables and hence crowd up to a 100. The furniture is wooden,classy and some artificial greenery to go along. The immediate downside however is, it is an open air restaurant.
So in a hot Indian summer, it becomes unbearable.
Thankfully, they also have a small indoor area, open only for small events. Upon insisting, we managed to get a table inside.
While the place hosts many offers throughout the week for drinks and Zomato gold as well, the prices in general are a bit steep.
The portion sizes are good and the taste is on spot. The tomato soup was thick and creamy. The chicken tandoori was soft and tender. The malai broccoli was surprisingly delicious, crunchy and creamy. The best however was the Asian black pepper prawns with burnt garlic rice. The prawns were ripe and fresh. The gravy was savory and a hint of pepper. The rice cooked and tossed perfectly.
The food hence is top notch and I have almost no complaints.
I definitely recommend the TRP for an evening meal and drinks because despite being a bit pricey, it is still value for money.

Lovely place located beside Mars-O-Rin.
We tried the Thai curry rice which is indeed lip smacking which a smooth texture of sweet and spicy curry very unique in its taste.
We also tried that Murg Pahadi for appetisers. Another tongue treat dish.
And summers need something to beat the heat so we tried the virgin Mohito and Iced tea.
One must definitely give it a visit during the evenings because day time it gets too humid!!!

A dinner isnt great when just good food us served, its the best when you get a great view from your seat and enjoy the scenic beauty of Pune. This is one such restaurant located on the rooftop which gives you a view of Pune from a good height! Even if you are just beside the busy MG road, you will fall in love with the greenery, churches and tall buildings which you hardly get to see from below. Not just this but the food they serve is amazing too... Here it goes..
1. TRP sunset - one of their signature cocktails which has a mix of gin, vodka, juices and what not to give it a perfect taste and get you tipsy!
2. Another was a beer cocktail named Sour Passion which had a couple of sour syrups to make it sour but i couldn't taste anything except the beer. The balance needs to be worked upon.
3. Chicken loaded nachos - this dish truly gives justice to the name. Definitely loaded not only with chicken but cheese sauce and sour cream as well! Nothing over powers the other and gives the dish a perfect balance! Loved it!
4. Malai soya chaap - if you love soya, this is the dish you must have! Beautifully cooked and stuffed with the malai dressing gave the dish a really good flavour!
5. Tomato basil soup - when plain old tomato soup gets boring, add a little bit of herbs and you will be surprised! The basil gives the soup such a delicate and good hint of its flavour and lifts the dish one notch higher! A great dish!
6. Chicken tikka pizza - the chicken tikka was really well marinated and well cooked! The pizza base too was well cooked but the cheese did not melt 100% and the difference could be seen. The taste was amazing but expected the cheese to be nice and stringy.
7. Chicken thai green curry - thai curry is a veey complex dish and its takes perfect amount of ingredients to go together or else the dish is ruined. This dish had just the rught flavours and was just delicious! The rice too was yum and the dish was a perfect end to the meal (before dessert).
8. Shahi jamun - the taste of the jamun was good. However it did not soak the syrup till the core. The core was left a bit dry.
The place is great to have a date night or a friends hangout! The ambiance is really lit and wthe service is good too! Overall a great place and would highly recommend the chicken loaded nachos and the chicken thai green curry to my readers! Cheers!

1.Ambience - Located near Pasteur Bakery and a perfect place for after shopping, dates or outing with friends. It's on the 6th floor. And provides a great view of the locality especially during the evening's . Watching out the sunset ⛅ and birds and cool breeze.
It may get quite hot in noon though! Which can be worked out with water coolers. Else the Ambience is soothing with Raw Rustic Interiors. Sitting is comfortable.
2.Service - Service was satisfactory. Waiter's are courteous.Will explain you the menu if asked (for any doubts). Hence , they know what they are serving.
3.Drinks (Both cocktails are recommended)
A. Imli Taka Tak Capirioska - As the name suggests it's on the mild sour side . mix of tamarind, cumin seeds , lemon , vodka. Worth a try .
B. Caribbean storm - It was mild sweet in taste and on a stronger side . You get that kick of rum with after effect of sweetness.
4 . Food
A. Chicken Lollipop- well cooked chicken Crispier outside and juicy and tender from inside complimented well with Sichuan Chutney.

B. Vegetable Kebabs - I loved that they have put cashews in kebabs it gave a little crunchness in between the taste of vegetables. Plus, the chutney is to be mentioned here! Which uplifts the taste of kebabs at whole another level.

C. Burger Slider- Fries were perfectly fried and not over oily. I however think burgers could be improved. The patty taste like hash browns with lettuce and bun which flattens out the taste whole together. Some jalapenos or tomatoes may go well with it.
D. Rice with Paneer Chilli Gravy - The aroma of rice was great. With great balancing vegetables.
Paneer Chilli had a great thick gravy with soft paneer and cruncy vegetables.
E. Mug Cake - Dessert combination of hot cake and cold ice cream is always good. Soft and fresh cooked cake was great after meal dessert.

Value for money - Food altogether cost around 2200 ( excluding drinks ) and could be absolutely shared with 3 people. So it was worth money seeing the quantity,quality and lovely ambience.

Murg Kalimirch Tikka - A medium spicy tikka, was good but could have been better.
TRP tandoori Murg - This one was much better. Flavourful and tasty.
A very nice place in the heart of MG road. The view is amazing and a very peaceful place to sit and talk with friends and family. The music is not too loud which is great because you speak with the people around. We ordered paneer zaffrani and it was amazing. I would recommend that for veg people. The TRP situated on the busy road of MG road right above, the pastures, is a rooftop restaurant.
1. The Ambience is classy, beautiful and vibrant. It's perfect, with cold breeze running through your hairs while you enjoy your food. This place will give you a perfect experience.
2. The staff is polite, well instructed and humble.
3. The service is ok.
4. Drinks: we ordered the mango cutie, a mixer of mango juice, strawberry puree and soda. It was refreshing and really good. It's one of my strong recommendations.
The virgin Paloma, a combination of grape juice, lime and agave syrup had a very strong and a tangy taste. It was equally good.
5. The starters: The greak salad, though I am not a salad fan but this salad I really liked, it was juicy and very well prepared.
The next dish was the mushroom angara served with a green dip, it was delightful. The mushrooms were stuffed and it was really good in taste.
My personal favorite was the murg kaali moti tikki, the chicken served with the white dip, was perfectly cooked given a crisp taste, juicy and scrumptious.
6. The main course: In the main course, I ordered the murg kadhai, this dish gave me a homely feeling. Perfectly cooked with fresh and juicy chicken.
The daal makhni was good, properly cooked, topped with some cream, with perfect texture.
The daal khichdi, surprisingly the quantity was good, could full fill 3 people. The taste was good.
7. desert: I had the malai kulfi topped with almonds was the perfect finish to the meal.

The resto is a bit difficult to find, being located on the top floor of an old building which anyone can miss due to its narrow entrance.A plaque or signage can help the patrons better. Small flowery plants and shrubs adorn the seating area giving it a greeny vibe and feel pleasing to the eye. The seating is spacious, comfortable and airy. They should try using a large cooler or some other arrangement to keep the ambience cool, it gets very hot here in the day.

SOYA CHAAP: I really liked the chaap served here. It had nice texture and was well prepared, the spiciness and flavours hit the palate and the accompanying chutney was fresh too. A great starter to your meal.
GREEK SALAD:The salad was fantastic. It had fresh bell peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, crumbles of feta cheese, Kalamata olives, lettuce; seasoned with salt, oregano and dressed with olive oil. I loved the fresh flavour and the veggies. A bit less dressing and seasoning would've made it even better.
POUTINE: Poutine is a Canadian dish, from the Quebec province, it constitutes potato fries topped with cheese curds and sauce, sometimes vinegar is added too, to balance the creaminess of the cheese curds, but the one I was served here had nothing of all that. The fries were soggy, the cheese dried up and it tasted bad. They should improve upon this.
MANGO CUTIE: Mango season is here and so is this cutie.Mango,soda and some strawberry puree and you're all set to wash down the meal.Recommended!
WONK A DONK: Whiskey, red wine, passion fruit, fresh pineapple and orange juice is what it takes to make this beauty. A smooth drink which refreshes your palate, it made for a great beverage.
THAI GREEN CURRY WITH RICE: The highlight of my meal and the best dish here. Absolutely loved the creamy, rich curry and the lovely flavours therein. Broccoli, peppers, zucchini, and fresh veggies in the curry were cooked to the optimum and felt perfect. Peanuts on the side added the crunch and a squeeze of lime imparted the tangy flavors.A riot of delicious flavours bursting on the palate , each morsel with rice felt a feast in the mouth. Recommended!
PAAN KULFI: Summers are here and what better way to enjoy the nostalgia of childhood days. Paan kulfi was amazing, it had nice flavours of paan infused in the thick kulfi, garnished with almond shreds. A good one to end the meal on a sweet note. And to get some respite in the scorching sun.

Ambience - 4* . Rooftop at evenings is really very pleasant . You can just relax and enjoy. Music was a plus too.
Mocktails- Frankly speaking they were overprized and not much of efforts went it to it. Especially Pineapple Ginger beer was just pineapple sugar syrup.

Karari roti : We ordered the cheese version. Kids liked it.
Murg Reshmi & Pahadi: Both were very well marinated and came with lovely dip. It was over in no time !
Murg Kadai & Bhuna Ghost: Both came with choice of Naan, Dal Makhani and Papad. Bhuna Ghost was good but same cant be said about Murg Kadai. It was pretty bland and just full of onions and capsicum. We had to search for chicken pieces. Dal Makhani was rich in taste.
Chicken Biryani: It was a pleasant surprise . Very aromatic and soft chicken pieces, well cooked rice with balanced amount of spices. They served it with lovely raita.
Service was a bit slow. This can definately be a point for improvement.

The ambiance at this roof-top is awesome, especially at night. Mostly an open seating, which is divided into covered and uncovered sections. Pleasantly surprised by this place. Was searching for good watering holes in and around MG Road , and Zomato led us to this place.
Tried to reach before 7:30 p.m. in the evening to take advantage of the happy hours in which, I have to admit that the alcohol is very reasonably priced. There is indeed a large spike in pricing after that though.
Food is downright excellent. We ordered firecracker prawns, tandoori pomfret, amritsari fish tikka, aloo tikki chaat to pair up with our 🍺 beers and whiskey. Seafood was fresh and damn delicious. We highly recommend their dishes not only due to the freshness of the ingredients but also due to the quality of their cooking.
Ambience was awesome. With the view of entire Pune city all around you, the music and cool breeze made our time here really special.
The bad part was service took some time and you needed to really wait to get someone to attend to you in tht middle. Overall, awesome experience and much recommended. You get to enjoy the experience with the entire view of Pune's skyline.

TRP-The RoofTop Project was a place that I had heard from quite a few people. So one weekday we decided on having our dinner here. Just like its name, this place along with food serves an amazing view of the M G Road area under the moon and the dark night sky. A part of the seating area is under the open sky while a part has a shade. Since it was a weekday there was no much crowd.
The staff here is very humble and courteous. We started our dinner order with Garlic Cheese Bread, Butter Garlic Prawns and Firecracker Corn. The garlic cheese bread is a classic dish and was classic here too. Here the dish is served in the form of a pull apart two small sized garlic oval buns. The Butter garlic prawns were medium sized prawns, fried and tossed in creamy sauce and sautéed vegetables. This is again a classic dish and was delicious here too. The firecracker corn was a dish where in the corn kernels were crisp deep fried and tossed in some onion, bell peppers and spice mixes. These were served in a fried papad bowl and garnished with some cheese. This dish is like a chakhna, you can just go on and on over it.
We ordered for a tandoori promfret and Asian Hot Chicken Wings and a Cucu Mint Cooler. The Promfret was a little dry but the masala was good. This dish took some time to come to the table but we were intimidated about this by the staff attending us. The Asian hot chicken wings were like its name a little on the higher side on spice. But for all the chicken wing lovers, this was one amazing dish. We were halfway through the Cucu Mint Cooler when the glass toppled by mistake. It was very considerate that the staff brought us another full glass of the cooler. In the end the kids insisted on having drums of heaven. The dish was good, like any other good drums of heaven.
Overall, this is a good place to visit, especially for dinners with a view of the fast moving city below and the calm serene black sky with the moon and starts above.
The ambience is beautiful! Presentation of all the dishes is done with utmost finesse. Mocktails here are simply amazing. Very pocket-friendly alcohol prices. It is on the whole a very enjoyable wine-and-dine experience!

Another stunning spot in the city if you are looking forward for tasting amazing food and sipping hard drinks above the ground. It has beautiful ambience with very friendly and polite staff. If you are a chankna person i'll definitely suggest going for karari roti, its huge with lot of cheese and spices sprinkled over it. In veg i loved Afghani paneer, and i had never tried broccoli but malai broccoli is definitely worth a try for vegetarians. In non-veg i tried chicken combo which came with papad, chicken gravy, butter naan and dal makhani and i felt it was sufficient for single person and was at resonable rates.
Chosing from a variety of dessert's i was suggested paan kulfi by one of their staff and it was tasty af.
I spotted something unusual which u hardly get to see that people pay attention on small things like lemon, lemon was wrapped into a some sort of cloth which restricted the seeds from getting into your food and just juice dripped out of it. A great rooftop on the prime location of MG Road. The place has a nice bar and a good seating area where you can enjoy the scenic beauty near the camp area. The service is great and some of my personal favourite dishes are the Karari roti, the hari mirch thecha naan, delicious Paneer Tikka Zaffrani, and the paan Kulfi. TRP is situated on 8th floor providing you with an amazing view. The menu is the perfect combination of multi cuisine. I loved the ambience. I must say they have paid alot of attention on their ambience.
I found some amazing bitings at this place, thecha naan has a special place in my heart also the karrari roti is so huge and yummy makes you wish that it never ends. I tried chicken combo which included chicken gravy, daal makhani, naan and paad and it's quite filling for one person. And we ended our lunch with the paan kulfi.

Located on the busy M.G.Road, this place, which has an intriguing name, is one of the top-most resto-bars in Pune. This place has an open terrace section (more enchanting in the evening), and another section which is under a shade. The rooftop game is bang on point and thus, the word 'Project' has been justified. The wooden tables and the seating here is quite elegant and comforting. I was invited for a food tasting and here's what I experienced-
Mocktails -
I had a MONKEY KISS mocktail which is a fusion of banana, strawberry and lemon as was written in the menu. But, it was too sweet and tangy with no hint of banana. Although, the flavor was quite confusing because of the high citrus and glucose content, the texture was amazing and was a delight to the eyes.
Appetisers -
The first dish that I had was THECHA NAAN which made a wonderful hot starter. The thecha or the spicy chilly condiment was the highlight of this dish which was evenly spread over the well cooked Naan roti. It was one of the best savoury appetisers I have had. I also had a CHEESE KARARI ROTI which was fascinating to look, but I wasn't that fascinated by it's flavor. I founnd the spices a little bland and moreover,according to me, the amount of cheese put in it wasn't sufficient and I expected some more amount of it. Coming over to the ZAFFRANI TIKKA, it elevated my experience with it's perfect touch of yoghurt and lemon juice. The paneer was tender with some apt marination which was so full of flavor and it was served with a mint chutney. It was a perfect blend of ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilly and turmeric. I reckon, this is a must try in here. Then, I had the LAMB CHOPS which were so inviting. It had a nice crackle with considerable amount of meat over it. It had a nice pepper flavor and it went really well with the medium rare meat. It was a perfect hot and spicy appetiser and I geltlike eating every ounce of meat over it. Then, I had the chicken and basil dumpling which were filled with minced boiled chicken which had a subtle hint of basil in it. The covering had a gelatin like structure which was nice and tender and had a ninor delectable sago taste which went very well with the filling. I also had a MURGH WHILST which had a very fluffy topping of the egg white over the chicken kebabs. The kebabs were succulent with appropriate ratio of mint, yoghurt and spices. The USP of this dish was the fluffy egg layer over the top.
Mains - I had a combo of DHABA STYLE CHICKEN CURRY. The dhaba style chicken curry combo was served with crispy papads and a bowl of dal makhani and a few pieces of soft and lightly crispy tandoori rotis. The curry was, according to me, was a milder version of the original. I was expecting it to be a bit hot and spicy, but nevertheless, this was a sophisticated version. Succulent chicken pieces which were nicely cooked were very well complimented by it's delectable curry which had a nice smokiness and a beautiful aroma. Even, the dal makhani was relishing and served as a good side with the chicken curry. I also had CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI which had flavorful long rice grains. The mint leaves added to the freshness of the biryani.I found a little bland for my taste buds and,according to me, it needed more spices. The chicekn was well cokked and somewhat had the flavor infused in it, but I expected more from it.
Desserts - I had a PAAN KULFI and a DECADENT CHOCOLATE MUD PIE (with vanilla-icecream). The kulfi had a nice flavor of paan paraag and left a lasting freshness on the palate. Although I am not a fan of kulfis, I found this quite delectable. The mud pie was so indulging and the vanilla icecream complimented it very well. The thick chocolate pie was a bit warm and the icecream countered the warmth very well and it made sure that my experience ended on a high note.
Overall, TRP is a great experiment in the camp area and it's certainly one of the topmost rooftop restaurants in Pune. The view is breathtaking and it will be more fun at night because of the lights and breeze. The mocktails here are quirkier with a fine blend of class and elegance. The food, too, is relishing and the menu covers most of the aspects and the appetisers are simply amazing. TRP seems to be a perfect place to have a mesmerising gastronomical experience.

1) A variety of mocktails and cocktails. Out of those.. the Mocktail Monkey's kiss was our favourite.
2) The Green chilli thecha and cheese naan- This is MUST TRY!! Perfect crispiness and cheesy with some generous chillis.

4) Zafrani Paneer Tikka - layered paneer triangles stuffed with green chutney maraniated to perfection just melt in ones mouth!!!
5) The dimsums - An all time favorite served with shechuan chutney and chilly oil.
6) Lamb Chops! Relish over these ones to dig into some spicy and delicious appetizer. 😍
7) The chicken sholay kabab- A plate of kabab- topped with egg and succulent chicken.
8) Thai curry with prawns - The gravy is perfectly done with coconut milk and red chilli's served with peanuts and lemon.
9) The dhaba style chicken is our personal favorite a bit tangy and less spicy served with a choice of bread dal and pickled onions.

11) Pan Kulfi. This was a little disappointing as I've had better paan flavoured dessert. A combination of gulkand with the paan flavor would elevate it.
12) The chocolate mud pie with ice cream was a favorite dessert .
We also feel that there should be additions to the dessert menus.. something like cheese cakes or modern desserts which are nitrogen based that would be tasty as well as aesthetically pleasing.

Fries - These weren't the usual fries we have everywhere. These were mixed with baked beans , creamy sauce and cheese to finish it with. Mouth watering dish that will surely make you lick your fingers!
Chicken seekh kabab- seekh kababs are always our favourite and this one looked very pleasing . Mild in taste , could have been cooked better and the chicken could have been fresher.
Spaghetti in red sauce - An exotic combination of
Zuchini , Broccoli , mushroom , bell peppers mixed in red sauce and spaghetti. A filling dish and delectable in taste! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Noodles with prawns - A blend of prawns and noodles, this dish was unique for sure! The prawns were nice and crispy while the noodles had a smoky flavour which made the taste even more delicious!
I went on Saturday afternoon with some friends. The place is nice with good starters and main course. I really liked the pan kulfi.Overall a nice place . Only thing they need to be worked on is some cooling options during day time as being rooftop it becomes hot.
This place will make you go, 'Shut up and take my Money'. It's a perfect place situated in ths heart of the Pune City. Ambience is just perfect with a huge seating capacity. They do not mix syrups in their cocktails instead use freshly prepared mixtures for their drinks ,which nakes you enjoy them even more, food is great as well. Everything we tried was delicious.

The always hustling and bustling MG road can now boast of a roof top restaurant in its locality. So glad this area has a new chill spot. Located on the main mg road next to marzorin, TRP can be easily spotted. Coming to the ambience, a part of the layout has a roof making it suitable for summer heat and rains while the other half has a proper rooftop ambience with a bar and a dj console. The ambience is well planned. Coming to the food, everything on the table was delicious right from the starters to the desserts.
STARTERS
1) Karari Roti- Just perfect. Crispy and sprinkled with lots of chaat masala
2) Thecha naan- Made with in-house techa, this one can challenge your love for spicy food. Even though it was super spicy, I couldn’t stop munching on it.
3) Loaded Naachos- The name justifies the dish. These were indeed loaded with monetary jack cheese sauce, salsa and refried beans.
4) Veg and prawns dumplings- I’ve literally never had dumplings as good as these. The covering consists of tapioca starch and wheat flour. Authentic dumplings are supposed to have a thin covering and so did these.
5) Paneer Tikka Zaffrani- The paneer chunks were super soft and made in house. Stuffed with cheese and mint chutney, well you can imagine the taste.
6) Rum Dum Prawns- The style of presenting the prawns is slightly different where the prawns are flamed with rum right in front of your eyes. It had the right amount of spices and were absolutely delicious.
MAIN COURSE
1) Paneer Lababdar, Dhaba Style Chicken Curry, Mutton Rogan Josh – These dishes are a combination meal with the common items in each meal being dal makhni, roti and papad. It’s more than enough for one person and all of them were superb.
2) Asian Black Pepper Veggies- Comprises of black bean sauce with veggies and a portion of hakka noodles. Again this is a meal in itself
3) Veg Dum Biryani – The biryani was well cooked and flavorsome
DESSERTS
1) Tiramisu and Paan Kulfi- The tiramisu had a strong flavor of coffee. Made in house and comprises of mascarpone mousse, coffe and amaretto. Paan kulfi on the other hand is so refreshing and a perfect way to end the meal. Loved it.
After a long wait finally visited The Rooftop Project today .The place is located just next to Marzorin. Lovely view of main Pune city and it's greenery. The place has a good vibe to it perfect for a romantic night or a fun night with friends.
Talking about the food I would suggest you should mandatorily order the thecha naan it's just amazing and goes very well with the Malai paneer Tikka. Also another starter which I would suggest is The cheesy Malai broccoli and I promise you will never hate greens again 😌.
They serve amazing cocktails too in which they use freshly squeezed juice and it's quite refreshing. Would suggest white wine Sangria and Tongue Twister.
Also, the mains are served in a unique way with the perfect portions of different combos . I tried paneer Lababdaar and Dal Makhni which was finger licking good.
And to end the meal all you need is mud pie and paan kulfi and trust me you will be in pure food coma.

The Rooftop project is an incredible restaurant experience. Situated at the very top you get an uninterrupted view of the skyline. The ambiance is beautiful, with good music and beautiful decor. The food? Delicious. Nothing can describe it better. The alcohol is affordable and the cocktails are a must try. Recently went here for dinner with my wife. Loved the ambience and the staff was very polite. Coming to the food, what should I say. We ordered Surkh Lal Mirch chicken for starters which was the best I have ever had. Chicken was cooked perfectly and was extremely juicy. For mains we ordered Dhaba Style Chicken curry which was great. Also order Dal makkhani which was lip smacking. Absolutely loved it. Next we ordered chicken biryani which was awesome. Definitely recommend this place.

A modern restaurant on the old streets of MG Road.
The ambience is a delight. The staff are courteous and attentive.
Food tasted good, however the portion sizes were a little small, when compared with the price.
The ‘Cost for two’ mentioned on Zomato doesn’t seem like a fair representation of the cost that will actually be incurred.
They also levy a 5% service charge, which I feel, should be an option.
It is worth a mention, that they have printed it at the end of the Menu, that you may ask for it to be removed.
All in all, a good experience.

The Rooftop Project is a nice rooftop place in the MG Road area and one which can definitely be given a serious thought to after you have fried your brain doing all the bargaining at this most exciting street of Pune. Being a rooftop the ambience does justice consisting of both the covered and uncovered sections with one section overlooking the entire MG Road stretch that looks extremely colorful during the evenings.
Among the tid-bits the Karari roti is a good option to start with while the Thecha Naan was different and I had something of this kind for the first time and liked it. The Loaded Nachos were literally loaded with a lot of Cheese & Mayo that went well with the Mocktails. The Rum Dum Prawns flambed with Rum were delicious too and I loved it.
The Mocktails served were pretty decent with Mango Cutie being my favourite among the all !
One good point about them is they serve a variety of cuisines, in one meal we had Tandoor items, Dumplings, North Indian Curries, Biryanis and what not ! The mutton biryani was a very decent Mutton Dum Biryani preparation that had a lot of “Dum” (power) going for it in terms of some great flavours that were just not in the mutton pieces but were intermingled perfectly in the rice too (always a good sign).The preparation ticked most of the boxes in terms of the rice being fluffy, moist, not overly spicy, not under-spiced either and the accompanying raita was nice too
.The in-house Paan Kulfi had good paan flavors going for it and overall this was pretty decent. What makes up for a cool Tiramisu – probably as a nice balance between liquer, type of cheese, usage of eggs vs heavy cream or both?This one had everything going for it though I personally like that creamy rich texture with the use of heavy cream, the egg whites didn’t quite bother me here.The Mascarpone cheese used did lend its sweetness to the preparation and helped in balancing the strongness of liquer though the one used here Amaretto is not the most bitter ones around either.
In all I loved this preparation and once all the various photo sessions are over this was gobbled by everyone in rapid speed and it would only be fair to say this was a cool preparation to end what was a pretty good meal.

The Rooftop Project - hard to find but worth visiting. This is a rooftop place which is clear from it's name. They have very nice cocktails, which is really mind blowing. Whiskey Boss, Tongue Twister, Hard Feels, TRP Sunset are few of them. The Karari roti & Hari Mirch thecha naan is worth to have with them. Loaded nachos, Spiced veg dumplings - a blend of tapioca starch and wheat flour with a filling of exotic veggies is must try.

It's a little difficult to find the restaurant, admits the hustle and bustle of Pune's famous MG Road. Once I located the building, I had to find the elevator which took me up 5/6 floors I think.
However, once at the top of the roof, the ambience was really nice. The place has a great feel to it, with the wooden furniture and green plants around, along with the nice music they played.
Food -
1. Desi Dhaba Chicken
Served with Naan, this dish was a exquisite and I'm sure to try it again. The quantity was also ample.
2. Thai Green Curry
Served with steamed rice and respective toppings, enjoyed this dish.
3. Aglio E Olio pasta
The pasta, however, was not up to the mark. It was kinda oily and the taste just wasn't working for me. So I suggest you think twice before ordering pasta here.
Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely go back.

I visited on a weekend afternoon and stayed till evening. This place is a long awaited boon for the camp area as it has no rooftop restobar with such a good variety of food and drinks.

Soothing, sunny ambiance: the cafe kinda look with sootheness floating all over. Three spaces, open, closed and banquet to fulfil the respective needs.
Cocktails: I had some amazing cocktails out here. TRP is one of those rare joints who serve good, unadulterated cocktails with proud.
The one I liked the most was Caribbean Storm. It was the reworked LIIT with the base of three different rums, black, white and gold and a pinch of blue caracao.

An amazing rooftop to visit on MG road, something that was not lacking in the area! I visited during the day and it was just as pretty! It's very spacious and has a covered area to sit at if it's too sunny. The decor is very pretty. Here are some dishes I ordered that I really liked:

when it comes to ambience this place truely deserves a 5 from my end, it is like a gem for puneites, firstly situated in heart of the city, after decades there has been a place like this opened on mg road, otherwise mg road was only famous for shopping, street food, marzorin, pasteurs or say budhani wafers, probably this is going to be one of the famous too in upcoming days being so pretty and peaceful ambience because of its rooftop, and ama, ing view of the city.. It feels so relaxing at late eveningz and nights.. The place is divided in two parts one is open side view of the city having standard high bar table chairs seating arrangements, because bar is on the same side Nd the other one is covershed, family crowd having standard normal chairs and tables seating.. They also have a separate PDR for capacity of 35-40 people..

A brillaint place. This was a perfect place for a sundown which we ended up staying till evening.. Brilliant music, food and cocktails. Something the camp area really needed.
Visited with my client in the place at evening time around 8 pm nice interior newly opened roof top. Service is little slow , food ( chilly chicken tried ) okies taste,
Quantity little less according to price, Average plating. Music was nice but it was loud according to me.

The Roof Top Project also known as TRP is situated on MG Road and is the only place on MG Road to have a good rooftop with great lights and ambiance. TRP has recently opened and the service and the food quality is very good compared to others on MG Road.
We had a lot of food which you can check in the photos and everything tasted yummy but there are some dishes which I want you to try on your next visit. Try their Panner Tikka Pizza which is served on a hot wooden stick (Refer Photo) also try their Paloma mocktail which is the best mocktail that I have ever had.
Their main course and starters are very good and the quantity is pretty good so please ensure that you don't over order on your visit. This is an ideal place for couples and a group of friends to chill at MG Road.

Visited this place a week back and I had tasted a couple of veg starters along with main course. I must say the food was super yumm esp. dal makhani. Also guys the place is on the 6th floor and the view is simply amazing. So do make a visit here and I am sure you gonna love it as much as I did.

When with every bite u r only telling "oh wow".. "Oh wow".. U know r eating the best u can..
So we told the chef to simply make something for us and he served us Singaporean noodles..

The rooftop project is a new restaurant in camp,as the name says rooftop project it's a rooftop restaurant with indoor as well as outdoor seating,the place is decorated with yellow lights and has comfortable seating
Coming on to the food which i tryed here:
1)XING JHANG POTATOES:These were long stripes of potato tossed in soy sauce basically this dish was indo chinese version of fries.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
2)KARARI ROTI:This was big roti topped with cheese with a crispy texture,it had good amount of cheese on it and the taste was also good according to the price.
3)AMRITSARI SOYA CHAAP:These soya chaap had a crispy coating outside and inside it had medium spicy flavours,the chaap was soft and the flavours went deep inside it.
4)PANEER TIKKA MASALA:This dish comes with a combo of dal makhni,roti,onion,the panner tikka masala didn't had a proper balance of flavours and the spices in it were not blended properly due to which the taste was not at all coming good on the palate,the dal makhni was perfect,it had a thick consistency and was creamy.
5)DAL KICHDI:This kichdi had lots of ghee,the rice in the kichdi was well cooked and fluffy,this dish was really good.
6)TIRAMISU:This came in a jar in this there was a layer of mascapone cheese and cake crumbs,it had strong coffee flavour and a balanced sweetness.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
7)MALAI KULFI FALOODA:This triangle pieces of kulfi topped with vermicelli,the kulfi was creamy and had a balanced sweetness.
The ambience is beautiful! The view is brilliant, food and drinks are great. Specially recommend the Indian and Chinese cuisines. Must visit for everyone in pune!
MG road really needed a place like this. A great place for any time of the day. We tried the most spoken about - 'Thecha Naan' and 'Dhaba Style Chicken'. Along with that Rawa Fried Fish & Chips, some Asian hot chicken wings and Thai curry with Jasmine rice are the highlight of this place. Definitely going again.
The Sunday Sundowner party was amazing. The perfect way to end the weekend. Although the food is the focus, the rooftop vibe is perfect to bring your family and friends. Looking forward to coming back here next Sunday! Big ups to the whole TRP team! Wish you guys all the best for the future

As far as my knowledge is concerned, this is the only rooftop restaurant on MG Road and it is here to stay. Located on top of Tej House, right next to Pasteur bakery (one might miss this place). Offering a gorgeous view, The Rooftop Project is definitely an asset for all those who reside on MG Road.
Serving continental, Chinese, and north Indian cuisine with a wide variety on the menu, especially for all meat eaters, along with some really good mocktails and cocktails, this place had my heart (Yes, their vegetarian food was really good too). It is just what the residents of camp needed.
Here's all the food I tried and relished -
Tandoori Malai broccoli - I highly recommend this appetizer from the tandoor section as we all are now bored of the same old paneer. This one will give you the feeling of having something healthy even though it's topped with cheese and cream!
Hari Mirch Thecha Naan - When you thecha you expect spicy. This one was the right amount of spicy and kept your tongue on fire but didn't burn it. Highly recommended.
Spiced veg dumplings - These dumplings were nothing short of delicious! Everything about it was perf. If you love dumplings make sure you give these a try! Highly recommended.
Ricotta and spinach dumplings - These quite reminded me of a ravioli, the flavors were on point but the dumpling skin were too thick as compared to the other dumplings and these were too dry.
Thai green curry - For mains we tried the thai green curry and I loved it, this could be a meal for two (provided you have appetizers and desserts in your meal). Highly recommended.
Tiramisu - Indeed one of the best tiramisu I've had in the longest time. The coffee was super strong just how I love it! Highly recommended.
Can't wait to go and try the other items off their menu!
One of the main reasons I wanted to check out this place is that it brings back memories of charcoal pit and also cause Pune lacks good rooftop bars! And I must say this is my new favourite spot! The red wine sangria is spot on! One of the best I’ve had in this city and especially cause they don’t any sugar! We had the chicken basil dumplings, zaffrani paneer, rawa fried prawns and kalimiri chicken! Portions are hearty, very reasonably priced and delicious! Service is on point with polite and courteous staff and a special shout-out to our server, Balaji! The live music was also excellent!
MG Road in Pune or the entire Camp area to be precise has been home to one of the oldest brands in the city. Dating back to days when no frills café, bakeries and some true old school restaurants lined the view (surprisingly enough they still do), this area hasn’t changed a lot. Being home to several budget friendly options and family dine out scenes which haven’t changed over decades. Amidst all of this crops up The Rooftop Project, which is like none other on MG Road.
The food here is the best in pune camp area without a doubt. The view of vintage green pune is unparalleled. The cocktail menu has something for everyone. Its an up coming place and surely a must visit.

The Rooftop Project just opened it's doors a week before and I got to experience the same. As living in Pune for the last 20 + years, MG road never had a restaurant which is on the rooftop and will give a nice view with crowd-free experience. This one was much needed as you all see crowded places on MG road whenever you go shopping so you don't get that peace of mind and personal space anywhere.
The rooftop project has two sections, one being open space where you can eat with the open sky view and another being a family section with a covered top. The ambiance here is pretty decent and simple. They can accommodate 140-150 people at a time.
Let's get started with Food -
Karari Roti (Cheese) - The huge roti was crispy as expected and seasoned with red chili powder and a bit oil, topped with a generous amount of cheese. As per the price tag, it's quite good.
Paneer Jafrani - Nice medium sized fresh paneer chunks marinated in garlic-based jafrani masala was a treat to eyes. However, the marination was on the milder side which could've been better with a stronger tick of garlic in it. The paneer was bit oily which we found out later. The green mint chutney we had with it was extra tangy because of the flavor of the curd used in it.
Xing Jiang style potatoes - It was an Indo- Chinese preparation of french fries. It had some kind of weird sweetish smell. The fries were fried perfectly and tossed in soy-based tangy, sweet classic Chinese sauce. The sauce was on the milder side.
Firecracker corn - It comes in the crackers basket which is edible. It's a form of chakna , where corn is tossed into chopped veggies with masala.
Amritsari Soya chaap - Something to try at TRP. The soya chaap were perfectly done and had a good amount of Marination on it. A must try item.
Paneer tikka masala - It comes in the small platter form with Dal, onions, and roti on the side. The dal was perfect and had nice smooth thick texture. However the gravy of paneer wasn't blended properly, even the paneer was not fresh and gave a weird sour taste.
Dal Khichadi - It was a savior. It's a true comfort dish which will definitely satisfy your soul. The rice was had a thick texture but the taste of amazing. It was given with curd and extra ghee. I think it will go better with mango pickle.
Overall Verdict - The portions were amazing and the rates are pretty reasonable. As they've just opened the experience was pretty good. We've given our feedback to the owner and I hope they'll work on it.
Best views of camp and pune, amazing mouth-watering food (karari naan, chili paneer), and some really great vibes. A+ for the abundance of plants too!

It is surprising to see such spacious terrace bar concept in one the suffocated part of the city.
The place has good ambience. Music played is very average, really need to change upgrade.
It is really difficult to find this place for the first time, as the place building entrance has no sign of the hotel or direction guiding the location. You would have to ask people across the street.
Parking is nightmare here. Would have to park it before entering the hotel lane. Food is average, the only thing the interested me in the various options they have in the menu.
Loved the hygiene, washroom is clean as well

Nice Place, Ambience is Good, All Green surroundings. Food tastes good. It's on the roof top so it always has a nice view.Great place to be any day of the week! Overall looks and feel is good here however cost is on a bit higher side. They have 2 seating sections smoking and Non Smoking both gives different vibes in terms of decoration.The service is slightly slow but again all the dishes we tried/ordered are great in taste.
What a place and this was my 3 rd time here . Too convenient for me as I stay close by. Their menu never fails. I was craving for pasta and there I had the most yummiest one. A Thai dist too not to miss. A must . We had the mojito and it was too good. I would suggest food lovers to visit this place . Ambience you would love too. 🤌🏻
We went on a dinner date at TRP, MG Road, Pune. It’s is located at the main MG Road and has a rooftop restaurant which makes it special and different compare other restaurants situated at the MG Road.
Over all look and feel of this restaurant is good, you can expect costing at little higher side. They have 2 seating sections, smoking and non smoking, both are decorated differently and has completely different vibe.
The service was pretty slow and the food was average in taste but we liked it as we tried different dishes compare to what we usually order.

It is a bit conjusted. Plus very uncomfortable for non smokers the smoke kept coming to our table from all directions. Steamed corn was good. Karari roti was good. Loaded nachos were ok , salsa sauce not good.
Good atmosphere, best service, best food, they provided. I visited TRP on my anniversary.. thanks TRP for making my day, they don't provide decoration but they do any help we need. Relax vibes..staff behaviour is very good. ...Overall nice experience someone can visit...

I have been to TRP for lunch as well as dinner. It has a good vibe and comforting ambience. The food is amazing both veg and non veg ..my personal fav is the dishes with fish... totally worth the choice. They have happy hrs every day starting from 12pm till 6 pm..(not sure about the end time). The view from the TRP is exquisite.
A lovely place on MG Road that has a lively vibe, good music, nice menu and most importantly friendly and helpful staff. I was there with a couple of friends and we really enjoyed the vibe. Their happy hour pricing is very friendly. Overall a fabulous experience.
Ambiance and hill top view is nice. But service is not as par. We had to call the waiter / manager number of times to take the order. Food items are good to taste but not the best.
We tried Manchurian, Singapore noodles and thalcha naan. Thalcha Naan was way too spicy so don't try it if you are not into spicy dishes. The rooftop view was very good and light music added a feather. Good for dates and team meetups.

Enjoyed the music and atmosphere. It offers stunning views of the city from the top. Not very cramped in terms of seating capacity. We had ordered pizza and some drinks. The taste was good enough. The ambience is soothing as the rooftop gives a descent view of the city lights and this is coupled with minimal lightings. The candle light setup adds cherry on the cake.
This place usually hosts young crowd.
You can visit for a nice evening date, or for a friends hangout, and sometimes take your family out for candle light dinner!
Overall, I would rate it at 4/5 and recommend this place for a pleasant and soothing evening time.
Have been here thrice... place is amazing, food is good. Ambience, music... you will love it all!! Only part I didn't like is the services. Last time I visited with 2 of my friends during week day in the afternoon and still the service was super slow. Before that also service was slow...this is the only disappointing part.
Good ambience, spend a lazy Sunday having lunch with your family, the staff is courteous and well mannered. Food too is fine, may not be finger licking good. Price wise it's on a higher side but portions are good. All in all, you can try it once for a different rooftop experience and hospitality.
