So this is only place where i eat mutton biryani with rassa..what not say about this restaurant😍...this is one of the best place to hv desi biryani with curry😋

It is worth a try
In special chicken thali they searve chicken masala, chicken suka, anda vati, tamda rassa, pandhra rassa , solkadhi chicken biryani and two chapati or one bhakri .
Chicken masala was very delicious . It was spicy just like I want. Chicken suka was also very good . And obviously
Tamda rassa and pandhra rassa and solkadhi yo
And finally coming to biryani
Each and every grain of rice was separate and full of flavor
Chicken In biryani was also cooked to perfection .
And it wasn't too spicy neither dull .
Just perfect as it is supposed to be

Never go for veg options in a non vegetarian restaurant, they say. But this place has amazing veg food as well. Tried their panner tikka, veg biryani and solkadhi. Paneer tikka tastes same everywhere i feel, but the veg biryani was amzeballs. The quantity was huge and was deliciously yummy and it comes with a bowl of gravy. Solkadhi was lip smacking, but was a bit spicy
I would give biryani a full 10. And solkadhi a 8.75.
The wait was worth.
This place is very famous for their Chicken Biryani in a reasonable price. Its located on Pune Satara Road behind City Pride Mutiplex.
I have tried out their Chicken Biryani and its too yummy. Its very good in terms of the quantity and number of chicken pieces. Their service is also quick even if you are taking the parcel to home. This place is generally very crowded on week-end nights. I can recommend this place for kids and families too.

tiranga is best known for its biryani and non veg thali, my friends enjoy the taste service, pocket friendly, quantity And new eddition on their menu that is fish friends firmly believe its the best place for mutton and fish in pune today, and now talking about veg panner starter is best i have eaten medinated and masala added between two panner pieces and perfectly medinated in green gravy and even tikkas red is super fine and best thing you have option of home made chapatis

Have been visiting them since 2012 and their Butter Chicken, Palak Paneer and Garlic Naan are one of the best in town. The ambiance is not posh for sure. The manager at the desk is not friendly and we've gone through days when they won't take cards for payment as it costs them a % of the transaction and even days when they asked for the exact amount and even put up signboards saying, "Please don't expect change and give exact amount". But the food always made the trip worth-it and the signboards a topic of jokes with friends. The quantity is always more than expected. The place is pocket-friendly and has always us good memories despite the typical rude behavior expected.
Non veg here tasted quite good, veg dishes are not upto to the mark! Tiranga had once set a bench mark so a bit of improvisation is needed! Overall it is fabulous!

However out of curiosity i once tried 'murg musallam'.its chicken in dark yellowish brown gravy and medium spicy

I visited this place few months ago with my friends... I am vegeterian so I ordered Paneer Tikka and Butter Roti.... my friends ordered some nonveg chicken Biryani.... I told waiter to make paneer tikka more spicy... our food arrived within 10mins.... paneer tikka was really superb... Spicy and delicious.... loved the food.... service was good... overall good experience....

I love this place for the biryani. Its my favorite dish here. The rest of the items that can be ordered are mostly in chicken and mutton. We had been for lunch and the service was slow in the family section. The thali was ok as the mutton was not cooked well and was not tender. The ambience is really ok. Parking can be an issue as it is inside a small lane.
I am a regular here. Nice food and good service. I like their Special Chicken Thali and Chicken Thali. Even Chicken Biryani seems good, will surely try sometime.
I visited this place last weekend . This place is only know for it Biryani. I ordered "CHICKEN TIKKA BIRYANI"Though the biryani was not so special we can get great biryani in Pune at same value for money . Though the biryani was good enough to get 3/5, the chicken was well cooked and was fine,the masala was well cover and rice was ok. Though I suggest this place if you are only having biryani or nonveg. Value for money is fine.
Don't go here if you r not going to have biryani .. They serve good biryanis and tandoors..one of the best Maharashtrian restaurants Pune has .. Old n good since years !
Food is good,tried tandoori, paneer chili and malvani chicken. No compromise on quality Service is not so good. Have to ask for knife and fork again and again. You pay so much and nobody's der to tell you where to sit. And the worst part I didn't find a men's toilet.
Happened to visit this restaurant a week back & it was a pleasant delight to have been there. The Gavraan chicken was a real treat with succulent chicken pieces dipped in generous serving of authentic Kolhapuri masala gravy.The bhaakris are also good & remind u of being to your native place. LOL to my friends who suggested me this place. Although the prices are a bit on the expensive side but still the place is worth trying at least once. If u r of the types who would go the length without worrying too much of the bill then just go for it.

it deserves 4stars.. the quality and quantity both are exceptional. the mutton biryani is to die for. the kheema fry and chicken handi are very tasty.. will surely please Ur tastebuds. the recent addition chicken tikka biryani is really good.
the ambience may be a little unnoticeable but as long as the customers are getting their share of meat, nobody bothers to complain.
the prices match the quantity served.
it's a authentic maharshtrian-kolhapuri cuisine..different from our daily dishes.
u should definitely try tiranga..for its unique taste and generous quantity..and you won't be disappointed.

The visit was incomplete so I can only talk about the atmosphere and service. The lunch time started after 12 and we were there before that. The attendant was very nice to talk to, he informed me in a very decent way. The atmosphere is very nice. Parking available for small vehicles.
Visited Tirangaa after 10 to 12 years and the taste remains same as before. Only the thing is that service can be improved more.

The chicken here is always good but the Tiranga Bhuvan in Kothrud has better taste overall. The tandoori chicken was soft, juicy & delicious. The accompanying salad to the tandoori chicken is always right to the point. Their non veg biryanis are also great. Haven't tried their mutton biryanis though. The ambience is ok. Ample parking space as it's in the lane of a dead-end society road. If you wish for desserts at the end there's the khaugalli which the restaurant is in....so coffee, icecreams, etc are just outside the joint. The price is worth the taste & quality.

For main course, ordered chicken Malvani handi, paneer tikka masala and chapati/bhakri. Chicken Malvani was awesome in taste. Panner tikka was also good.

Visited this restaurant recently. We ordered Chicken Thali, Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Dum Biryani. The ambiance at this restaurant was calm and serene. The staff was genuinely welcoming and accommodating. The quantity of food was pretty good but I felt that the food was overpriced for what it offered.
Overall it was a delightful experience and I'll be recommending it to friends and family.
This is a good place for non vegetarians..they have so many options available in nonveg including fish and eggs...few limited options have been kept for vegetarians as well but those aren't really full meal or thali ..more of side dishes and rice .overall food was fresh , well cooked and tasty, service is quick..

One of the best place I'm visiting from my childhood whenever we what to eat non veg first name comes in mind is tiranga hotel it is one of the oldest hotel in pune famous for non veg specially for mutton the food is very tasty and service is also nice and atmosphere is very pleasant fully filled with landscape of old pune
