I visited this place long time ago. This place is very good to hang out with friends. It has cozy atmosphere. Coming to the food i had a mango cheese cake, garfield's veg and cheese Lasagne and a pizza i don't remember its name but all of them were very tasty. I would love to visit this place again.
Baked #Blueberry Cheesecake, they say all is well that ends well š This definitely was the show stopper for the evening. With great neighbors come great stuff, as its next to German bakery they serve all desserts from their here at shreeman, that's cool. Glad they do.
I usually don't like cheese cakes but this proved to be an exception for the dislike. This baked cheese cake was too good. The blueberry sauce used was not sour and was perfectly sweet. As it was baked I liked it even more. I'll say just spoil yourself with this extremely yummy blueberry cheesecake.

Got a chance to visit this German Bakery yesterday. I entered the place at 8 and came out at 12 so you can just imagine if I liked the place or not. I loved the place as well as the quick and obedient service there, being a weekday it was chill and well managed too. Also the food was good, I had potato wedges and Veg lasagna and both were good
Awesome variety of cheesecakes and great flavour. Loved the pizzas and there cheesecake shakes
This is a place with cute little Ambience who serve great food and drinks. The best part is the desserts. Especially the cheesecake . They just melt in your mouth instantly. We also had Bacon Burger , Paneer Pizza , Chilly Prawns , Hummus and pita ,Cheeseballs and Chicken Momos . The momos were a bit disappointing but others were top notch.
Moreover the cocktails here are one of a kind.

Heard so much about this place and recently went here for dinner.
Started with German bakery special salad which was very different from the usual salad since it had cheese cubes as well as grated cheese.The outcome was delicious.Then we had Cheese and Jalapeno nuggets, very crispy from outside and cheesy inside.Moving on to Litchi cooler, i loved it since it had mild litchi taste which was not overpowering at all.Popcorn mushroom dynamite was again crispy and came with a dip consisting of tomota and mayo which enhanced the taste overall. The only thing i didn't like was that mushroom and nuggets had the same outer covering. Hummus was so soothing whereas Pita was a bit hard but fresh. Farmhouse special pizza was very delicious, it was thin crust consisting of veggies and topped with cheese.
Ultimately we had Cheesecakes, blueberry, raspberry red velvet and mango. They were so good. Blueberry taste was not overpowering. Raspberry red velvet had layers of raspberry with red velvet base. Mango was the best cheesecake with flavoured layer on top.
Let's talk about the best part- German bakery sachertorte, the chocolate sponge cake with chocolate filling. This is a must try specially for chocolate lovers.
The service is really fast and staff is helpful.

Have been to multiple times to the SB road outlet, glad that one opened at kothrud.
The space is relatively small compared to other German Bakery Outlets. Has those classic tables and chairs found at every GB outlet.
Coming to place its nice and calm, good music and fine food!
Lets start with what I had,

Lichi Cooler and Passion Twister was what we had in mocktails. They were nice and refreshing.
Rosemary and elder martini was nice strong drink which i loved.
Creamy Hazelnut had nice coffee blend flavour, perfect for coffee lovers.

GERMAN BAKERY SPECIAL SALAD
The salad was super refreshing and healthy.
Had loads of veggies, pickled beetroots and processed cheese. The lettuce used was fresh. It had bit tangy flavour perfect to go with the mocktails.
CHEESE AND JALAPENO NUGGETS
The nuggets were deep fried, had crisp coating and filled with cheese that burst into your mouth.
Dish was simple served with some greens and sauce.
FISH AND CHIPS
Has always been my fav.
Deep fried fish that has cripsy coating accompanied with masala fries and mayonnaise.
SPICY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
Chicken Drumsticks were as expected as the name says! Hot and spicy loaded with masala and super flavourful. Loved this one!
MASALA CHICKEN CHIPS
This were the same as the fish and chips.
Accompanied with nice mayonnaise and that hot masala flavour.
FARMHOUSE PIZZA
Pizza is thin crust, huge , loaded with veggies and cheese. Pizza is topped with varieties of peppers i.e red, green and yellow, broccoli, onions,olives, etc.
Veg people out there shouldn't miss it!
CHICKEN STROGANOFF
Chicken Stroganoff had a small heap of rice accompanied with spicy flavourful chicken gravy that was loaded with chicken strips and onion greens. Loved the way whole dish came out.
POPCORN MUSHROOM DYNAMITE
It was small crispy circular deep fried mushroom popcorn.
A good veg version of chicken popcorns.
HUMMUS AND PITA
Hummus and Pita is everyones favourite.
German's Hummus Pita is Pretty good in taste and quantity. Hummus that was mild yet impactful in flavour along with fresh of pita bread.
This is the healthiest of all.
GARFIELD'S VEG LASAGNE
This is farmost the best place to have lasagne in pune for the veg people. The perfectly baked lasagna sheets, loads of cheese and veggies.
It was supery creamy and delicious to have.
It had veggies like zucchini, bell peppers, corns, mushrooms, etc. Do try this and thank me later.

Visit to german bakery isn't accomplished if you dont have a cheesecake! They had 3 flavours available at that time and we tend to order all the three i.e Mango Cheesecake, Raspberry and redvelvet cheese cake and the Blueberry cheesecake.
Mango cheesecake is the iconic german bakery dessert and the most favourite one.
All the cheesecakes were fresh, right balanced of sweet and flavour.
GERMAN BAKERY SACHERTORTE
This has become my new favourite.
The gooey chocolatey piece of cake that is just pure bliss as you have your first bite.
They have the perfect layers of cake, is super fresh and damn tasty! Dont miss on this one!
Talking of whole experience it was nice, as it was my first visit. Comparing it to the othet outlets they do need lots of improvement to be done, but eventually they will as it is a new branch.
Staff members are super polite and helpful.
And the whole atmosphere is welcoming!

After serving Punekars at Law college road, & Koregaon Park, German Bakery is all set to host Kothrudkars with their amazing dishes. Even though, I have been to the former branches, I couldn't hold onto the excitement of this new branch. Quietly nestled in the MIT-esque zone, the location couldn't have been a better one in Kothrud. Not offering a huge arena inside, the people shouldn't expect it to be like their other branches. I wish they had more space though!
Coming to the food, I started with the Popcorn mushroom dynamite & it was really good. Popcorn alike tiny stuff, filled with chicken & coupled with mayonnaise, was a great start to my meal. Next I had were Chicken drumsticks, which were really crunchy & full of spices & tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend these two dishes.
Next up was, the G. Bakery's signature - classic Kheema Pav. I was recommended by the management, & it totally paid off. Dark in colour, & paired up with pav it made decent dish. It might dodge you with its spicy look (colour) at the first. Post that, tried Chicken lasagna, which I felt could have been a bit better. I would consider it just a bad day for the lasagna. One can try that here otherwise.
In drinks, I tasted a few & I felt they were good.
Jump to desserts, German bakery has always been a good place to their desserts. Raspberry red velvet cheese cake was the best of the lot. Loved the way it was presented, & the texture, taste made even look better. Mango cheesecake was decent & so was the German bakery Sachertorte. Little bit of moistness could do wonder for the torte.
In a nutshell, this Kothrud branch is new & putting in their best to serve the crowd. I'm sure this place will be the same crowd puller as their formers are doing.

There used to be a time when going toĀ German Bakery was a task. Travelling all the way from Kothrud to Koregaon Park used to be difficult. However with the plethora of restaurants coming up in Kothrud now , German Bakery had to come too!
The one in Kothrud is not as big as the one on law college road but is pretty much cosy and decent.
Here is what we tried -Ā
1)Kheema Pav - Known as one of the signature dishes of German Bakery , we obviously had to order the kheema pav . Adequate in portion size and good in taste the dish was decent enough.
2)Fish and chips -I personally loved the dish . The fish was succulent and flavourful and could definitely be enjoyed with the french fries and mayo served along .
3)Popcorn Mushroom Dynamite- Veg but surely not to be missed these crunchy balls do not fail to please your taste buds and are served with mayo.
4)Veg Momos - To my surprise in spite of being veg they tasted amazing with the hot sauce served with it and should definitely be tried by the vegetarians visiting here.
5)Chicken Lasagna - I love lasagne and anticipated this one to be good too . However it being pretty much soggy did not please me much.Ā Ā
5) German Bakery Sachertorte - I always end up ordering this when I visit german bakery. A chocolate pastry which is absolutely decadent.
6) Mango cheesecake - Its not summer and hence the joy of getting to taste mangoes is even more.Indulging in this cheesecake was sheer bliss!
7)Raspberry Cheesecake -Now I don't love raspberry much but this cheesecake definitely made me fall in love with it. As attractive as it looks its ten times much more mindblowing.Ā Ā

All in all German Bakery is a decent hangout place for the college students in the vicinity and also for kothrudkas like me who dont like to travel at far off places.

German Bakery Wunderbar has always had a special place in every kothrudkars heart. Mainly because of the law college road branch for a long time being one of the very few classy places to hang out in this side of the town which was classy and of course affordable at the same time. So when Wunderbar finally came to Kothrudās shores I was excited.
The prevalent Owl outside and the netted white tabletops set the mood. Just like its elder sister out at Law college this one is also cosily located in a floor level structure of a building. Space isnāt huge but is perfect for a casual dine-in. They also have an extended floor where they have an air-conditioned seating arrangement. The location fits well in the agenda of a college crowd and is well placed for the MIT-ians.
Speaking about the food, they have stuck to their classic menu from their previous restaurants. It was natural for us to go to our favourite choices. We started with fish and chips and chicken drumsticks.
Fish and Chips- Well the light and tenderness of fish and chips with the crunch of the french fries are worth dying for, and Wunderbar delivers. The Fish and chips were light and tasted amazing with the light mayonnaise.
Chicken Drumsticks- These were a total surprise. The marinate had a crunch and loads of Indians spices. Nothing does more justice in my opinion to meat than Indian spices.
Veggie Momoās- Next on the list was Veggie Momosā. The tender skinny momo dumpling made my day. The dough was freshly made and the veggie momo experience was complete with the hot sauce it came along with. Veggie foodies must try it.
Kheema Pav- As they call it the classic kheema pav of Wunderbar. We had to have a go at it. The kheema pav tasted delicious but the kheema had too much of food colour in it. The taste and quality were compromised for aesthetics.
Chicken Lasagna- Last but not the least Lasagna. I have loved their chicken lasagna always unfortunately for this time it was a miss. The lasagna had got all soggy and the cheese layer was too tough to go through. It tasted brilliant and I would recommend everyone to surely try it for the taste.
Dessert-
The desserts we were served were pastries made inhouse by Wunderbar. The Raspberry red velvet cheesecake was a winner. It was fresh and a crumbly tart bottom and had the hint of acidity due to the raspberry. Highly recommended. The second dessert was the German Bakery Sachertorte. Unfortunately, the Sachertorte wasnāt fresh as it had lost all its moistness. Maybe an off day for the Torte.
Overall- Wunderbar has tried their best to bring the vibes of the Law College, Wunderbar to Kothrud and they are doing pretty well on it. Itās not a race won but a run in progress for them. In short, the German Bakery Wunderbar experience has been brought closer for all Kothrudkars.

German bakery has a special place in our hearts and they've finally decided to expand their reach by opening on new locations.
One being in Kothrud is pretty close to me and I was here to try the same old legendary food and desserts.
I had huge expectations from German bakery as the brand is known for many things but I was disappointed.
Actually, it feels like entering a congested place when you come to the German bakery. A pretty small area that I honestly didn't expect. Dim lighting can be an issue for some people.
Coming to the food. The experience was mixed. Some dishes were great and some needed improvement.
Popcorn mushroom dynamite - Ever been to KFC ? Their popcorn chicken was my favorite and after KFC I've never had that type of dish ever elsewhere before visiting German bakery. Popcorn mushroom dynamite gives you the same joy of happiness of having crispy, juicy chicken poppers. It goes perfect with mayonnaise. The texture, the size was perfect.
Spicy drumsticks -. A different kind of drumsticks which I never had before. Thousand island sauce can be a better choice for drumsticks, the combination of sauce and drumsticks were too good. The little bit spicy, tangy and slightly sweet flavor complemented the meat.
Bacon and cheeseburger - They serve you minced beef patty with this one. I was expecting melting cheese in bacon and cheeseburger because it was supposed to be like that but we had a cheese slice in our burger was disappointing. The bun wasn't fresh and it wasn't complementing the entire creation. Bacon strips were overdone which gave another shock and the minced patty tasted a bit sour. Overall it wasn't the burger I was looking for.
Dessert -
German Bakery Sachertorte - Desserts were not that great, I was expecting a moist pastry but the one we had was on the much thicker side and didn't taste good.
As the German Bakery is just started, I can understand that it will take time for them to adjust everything. However, I gave my feedback and I hope changes will be made.

This new outlet of German Bakery right on the main road is really a nice place to chill with your friends or colleagues. They do offer you some great variety of drinks and food.

Mochtails
1) Litchi Cooler - This was one of the best Mocktails i have ever had. The flavour of litchi was dominant and it had a perfect balance of sweetness. Also their presentation was upto the mark. But the quantity was bit less.
2) Watermelon Mojito - This one was average. It had a combined taste of watermelon and mint. Watermelon lovers can give this a try.
3) Spicy Guava - Me not being a great fan of guava, didn't like it much. But as spice and guava goes really well those who like guava can go for it.
Starters :
1)Mushroom Popcorn Dynamite - We tried this for the first time and i really loved it. It had very slight taste of mushroom to it as they were very properly coated and marinated. The cheesy dip alongside complemented the popcorn pretty well. Those of you, who don't like mushroom should definitely try this š
2) Paneer Chilly - The Paneer pieces were pretty soft and well marinated with Chinese sauce. They were cut long and sauteed along with green chilly, bell peppers and onion. But the look of paneer chilly could have been more appealing.
3) Cheese Balls - The Cheese Balls were totally bomb. They were very cheesy and had jalapeƱo flavour as well. I just loved the taste as well as the presentation was decent.
Main Course
1) Veg Lasagne - The Lasagne was also delicious. The vegetables were finely chopped and properly stuffed between Lasagne sheets. The topayer of baked cheese made it even better. The quantity was also satisfactory.
2) Thai Curry With Rice - The green Thai Curry was droolworthy. The veggies were well cooked and the coconut taste was upto the mark. The quantity was a bit less though.
3) German Bakery Special Farmhouse Pizza - This pizza had a topping of all exotic veggies including broccoli, zucchini, olives and loaded with cheese. The crust was thin just the way I love it and quantity was filling. Just it had a bit of extra salt.
Desserts
Red Velvet Raspberry Cheesecake was something I tried for the first time and i personally did like it. Only the density of the cheesecake was a bit more and it felt like it was over frozen. But taste was really good. The sacchersalt pastry was totally worth it. š The layers of chocolate along with Belgian chocolate cream proved to be an amazing end ā¤ļøš

This was my third visit to any German Bakery and first time to the Kothrud one. I liked the place. Soothing and calm atmosphere. A good place to chill. We had few drinks and good food. I am going to say about only veg food and drinks that I had.
Service, I found areas of improvement here.
Ambiance, as I said earlier, open air, and calm. The music they play is a little loud but it's ok.
Drinks-
Get Bamboozled- A good one for those who love to have large cocktails like LIIT. It may hit you at some point.
Creamy Hazel- It was damn good. I loved the coffee and hazel combination with vodka.
The great Hot toddy- They poured some masala and wine with some hot water. It was good but I had better versions before.
Food-
Paneer Chilly dry- The regular one with the traditional taste. Good for those who dont like experiments.
Cheese Nuggets- As the name suggest! Perfect cooked, crispy from outside and cheesy from inside! Kids will definitely love these.
Veg Lasagna- Simply great!
Farmhouse Pizza- Not much happy with this. Too salted.
Thai Curry- Tasty and fulfilling.
Desserts-
Respberry red velvet Cheesecake- Tastewise good but I wanted this to be softer.
German Bakery Sachertorte- Heaven for chocolate lovers.
Out and out, the place is a good one time visit for everything they serve. Give it a try for sure.

German bakery is anytime a preferred place to visit when we want to have something good and lazy enough not to search different places. Everytime we visit law college road, but this time we decided to have it at kothrud which is a newly opened outlet.
Visited thursday evening where there was less crowd and we got place easily. Since it is on all time busy Paud road, it is always a challenging to find a 4-wheeler parking. Somehow, the restaurant offered a valet parking and it was much easier to go there.
We ordered our all time kheema pav, Cheese chilli bread & Fish and chips. These are their trademark items which are anytime favourite. Awesome taste and the taste was no different at new outlet as well, very consistent.
In main course we had Chicken Shashiyk , Grilled lemon chicken. This time chicken shashiyak was really tasty and it was nice taste change. Lemon chicken was good too..
We opted few INR 99 offer drinks, worth to try variety at inauguration price.

Was invited for a tasting and had a pleasant experience here!
Starters
Cheese Jalapeno poppers - Amazing taste, melts in the mouth. A perfect quick bite for your hungry tummy!
Chicken chilly dry - my favourite dish and they've done justice to the taste! Chicken well cooked and full of flavours! Go for it!
Thai tangdi kebab - a different experience for me, kebabs were tasty, a bit on the spicy side. The taste can be improved.
Mushroom 65 - the yummiest! Tasty and a perfect balance of flavours! Not too spicy, prefect for a starter. Nailed it! Not a fan of mushrooms but would go for this dish again!
Mutton tikki - Being a chicken lover, have little experience with Mutton! Too spicy for me but tasty at the same time. If you live your mutton starter spicy, go for this!
Malai broccoli - After the spices this was a mellow dish which soothed my tastebuds. Broccoli marinated in malai, bland in taste, good order for kids!
Paneer chutneywala kebab - lot of scope for improvement in terms of flavours. Paneer tasted almost tasteless, couldn't taste a definite flavour and was very mildly spiced.
Main course -
Chicken Chettinad - have had chettinads everywhere and this was an addition in my favorites! Prepared perfectly, tasted amazing, chicken was well cooked, quantity was sufficient. Not spicy, evenly balanced flavours!
Shreeman special sukkha mutton - Loved the balance of flavours, on spicy side, goes well with a parota or butter roti!
Desserts -
Blueberry cheesecake - Being an ardent cheesecake lover I must say this needs a lot of improvement. Cheesecakes didn't seem fresh rather they were not soft and creamy. Flavour was maintained but the textures were disappointing.
Tiramisu - the best dessert dish they have. Go for it without a single doubt! Bittersweet Symphony indeed! The texture, consistency, flavours, everything was bang on!
Chocolate cake - melted in my mouth! Amazing flavours! Would come here again for this! Generous amount of chocolate layers! Loved it!
Red velvet cheesecake - Delicious! Again like the blueberry cheesecake, textures could've been better. It was not soft and smooth which was a letdown.
They've just opened and honestly I think after a couple of weeks they will get in the pace. The service was slow and seemed confused. I personally liked the food and they can improve a lot on the presentation and as mentioned in some dishes, the taste. Which they will improve as the time permits I'm sure. Had a good experience here. The quantity and the quality both were satisfactory. Hoping to come here for a better experience!
German Bakery never disappoints. Its the nice small place near MIT which maintains its legacy for the great food good drinks combo.
We had the Kheema Pao which tasted nice and spicy with the buttered bread. We also tried the jerk chicken pizza which was nice are crisp. Do try the deserts here.

German Bakery Wunderbar has always had a special place in every kothrudkars heart. Mainly because of the law college road branch for a long time being one of the very few classy places to hang out in this side of the town which was classy and of course affordable at the same time. So when Wunderbar finally came to Kothrudās shores I was excited.
The prevalent Owl outside and the netted white tabletops set the mood. Just like its elder sister out at Law college this one is also cosily located in a floor level structure of a building. Space isnāt huge but is perfect for a casual dine-in. They also have an extended floor where they have an air-conditioned seating arrangement. The location fits well in the agenda of a college crowd and is well placed for the MIT-ians.
Speaking about the food, they have stuck to their classic menu from their previous restaurants. It was natural for us to go to our favourite choices. We started with fish and chips and chicken drumsticks.
Fish and Chips- Well the light and tenderness of fish and chips with the crunch of the french fries are worth dying for, and Wunderbar delivers. The Fish and chips were light and tasted amazing with the light mayonnaise.
Chicken Drumsticks- These were a total surprise. The marinate had a crunch and loads of Indians spices. Nothing does more justice in my opinion to meat than Indian spices.
Veggie Momoās- Next on the list was Veggie Momosā. The tender skinny momo dumpling made my day. The dough was freshly made and the veggie momo experience was complete with the hot sauce it came along with. Veggie foodies must try it.
Kheema Pav- As they call it the classic kheema pav of Wunderbar. We had to have a go at it. The kheema pav tasted delicious but the kheema had too much of food colour in it. The taste and quality were compromised for aesthetics.
Chicken Lasagna- Last but not the least Lasagna. I have loved their chicken lasagna always unfortunately for this time it was a miss. The lasagna had got all soggy and the cheese layer was too tough to go through. It tasted brilliant and I would recommend everyone to surely try it for the taste.
Dessert-
The desserts we were served were pastries made inhouse by Wunderbar. The Raspberry red velvet cheesecake was a winner. It was fresh and a crumbly tart bottom and had the hint of acidity due to the raspberry. Highly recommended. The second dessert was the German Bakery Sachertorte. Unfortunately, the Sachertorte wasnāt fresh as it had lost all its moistness. Maybe an off day for the Torte.
Overall- Wunderbar has tried their best to bring the vibes of the Law College, Wunderbar to Kothrud and they are doing pretty well on it. Itās not a race won but a run in progress for them. In short, the German Bakery Wunderbar experience has been brought closer for all Kothrudkars.
This is a place with cute little Ambience who serve great food and drinks. The best part is the desserts. Especially the cheesecake . They just melt in your mouth instantly. We also had Bacon Burger , Paneer Pizza , Chilly Prawns , Hummus and pita ,Cheeseballs and Chicken Momos . The momos were a bit disappointing but others were top notch.
Moreover the cocktails here are one of a kind.

After serving Punekars at Law college road, & Koregaon Park, German Bakery is all set to host Kothrudkars with their amazing dishes. Even though, I have been to the former branches, I couldn't hold onto the excitement of this new branch. Quietly nestled in the MIT-esque zone, the location couldn't have been a better one in Kothrud. Not offering a huge arena inside, the people shouldn't expect it to be like their other branches. I wish they had more space though!
Coming to the food, I started with the Popcorn mushroom dynamite & it was really good. Popcorn alike tiny stuff, filled with chicken & coupled with mayonnaise, was a great start to my meal. Next I had were Chicken drumsticks, which were really crunchy & full of spices & tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend these two dishes.
Next up was, the G. Bakery's signature - classic Kheema Pav. I was recommended by the management, & it totally paid off. Dark in colour, & paired up with pav it made decent dish. It might dodge you with its spicy look (colour) at the first. Post that, tried Chicken lasagna, which I felt could have been a bit better. I would consider it just a bad day for the lasagna. One can try that here otherwise.
In drinks, I tasted a few & I felt they were good.
Jump to desserts, German bakery has always been a good place to their desserts. Raspberry red velvet cheese cake was the best of the lot. Loved the way it was presented, & the texture, taste made even look better. Mango cheesecake was decent & so was the German bakery Sachertorte. Little bit of moistness could do wonder for the torte.
In a nutshell, this Kothrud branch is new & putting in their best to serve the crowd. I'm sure this place will be the same crowd puller as their formers are doing.

Spicy mustard cottage cheese pizza 5/5 tried very few veg pizzas but this one tops the lit. Must try.
Gafieldās cheesy chicken lasagna 3/5 it was a bit disappointing for me I didnāt like its flavour.
Bacon & cheese burger 4/5 was a bit dry and could have been more saucy but was great at flavour and taste.

This new outlet of German Bakery right on the main road is really a nice place to chill with your friends or colleagues. They do offer you some great variety of drinks and food.

Mocktails
1) Litchi Cooler - This was one of the best Mocktails i have ever had. The flavour of litchi was dominant and it had a perfect balance of sweetness. Also their presentation was upto the mark. But the quantity was bit less.
2) Watermelon Mojito - This one was average. It had a combined taste of watermelon and mint. Watermelon lovers can give this a try.
3) Spicy Guava - Me not being a great fan of guava, didn't like it much. But as spice and guava goes really well those who like guava can go for it.
Starters :
1)Mushroom Popcorn Dynamite - We tried this for the first time and i really loved it. It had very slight taste of mushroom to it as they were very properly coated and marinated. The cheesy dip alongside complemented the popcorn pretty well. Those of you, who don't like mushroom should definitely try this š
2) Paneer Chilly - The Paneer pieces were pretty soft and well marinated with Chinese sauce. They were cut long and sauteed along with green chilly, bell peppers and onion. But the look of paneer chilly could have been more appealing.
3) Cheese Balls - The Cheese Balls were totally bomb. They were very cheesy and had jalapeƱo flavour as well. I just loved the taste as well as the presentation was decent.
Main Course
1) Veg Lasagne - The Lasagne was also delicious. The vegetables were finely chopped and properly stuffed between Lasagne sheets. The topayer of baked cheese made it even better. The quantity was also satisfactory.
2) Thai Curry With Rice - The green Thai Curry was droolworthy. The veggies were well cooked and the coconut taste was upto the mark. The quantity was a bit less though.
3) German Bakery Special Farmhouse Pizza - This pizza had a topping of all exotic veggies including broccoli, zucchini, olives and loaded with cheese. The crust was thin just the way I love it and quantity was filling. Just it had a bit of extra salt.
Desserts
Red Velvet Raspberry Cheesecake was something I tried for the first time and i personally did like it. Only the density of the cheesecake was a bit more and it felt like it was over frozen. But taste was really good. The sacchersalt pastry was totally worth it. š The layers of chocolate along with Belgian chocolate cream proved to be an amazing end ā¤ļøš
The place is not very big but the food is amazing.

This was my third visit to any German Bakery and first time to the Kothrud one. I liked the place. Soothing and calm atmosphere. A good place to chill. We had few drinks and good food. I am going to say about only veg food and drinks that I had.
Service, I found areas of improvement here.
Ambiance, as I said earlier, open air, and calm. The music they play is a little loud but it's ok.
Drinks-
Get Bamboozled- A good one for those who love to have large cocktails like LIIT. It may hit you at some point.
Creamy Hazel- It was damn good. I loved the coffee and hazel combination with vodka.
The great Hot toddy- They poured some masala and wine with some hot water. It was good but I had better versions before.
Food-
Paneer Chilly dry- The regular one with the traditional taste. Good for those who dont like experiments.
Cheese Nuggets- As the name suggest! Perfect cooked, crispy from outside and cheesy from inside! Kids will definitely love these.
Veg Lasagna- Simply great!
Farmhouse Pizza- Not much happy with this. Too salted.
Thai Curry- Tasty and fulfilling.

Was invited for a tasting and had a pleasant experience here!
Starters
Cheese Jalapeno poppers - Amazing taste, melts in the mouth. A perfect quick bite for your hungry tummy!
Chicken chilly dry - my favourite dish and they've done justice to the taste! Chicken well cooked and full of flavours! Go for it!
Thai tangdi kebab - a different experience for me, kebabs were tasty, a bit on the spicy side. The taste can be improved.
Mushroom 65 - the yummiest! Tasty and a perfect balance of flavours! Not too spicy, prefect for a starter. Nailed it! Not a fan of mushrooms but would go for this dish again!
Mutton tikki - Being a chicken lover, have little experience with Mutton! Too spicy for me but tasty at the same time. If you live your mutton starter spicy, go for this!
Malai broccoli - After the spices this was a mellow dish which soothed my tastebuds. Broccoli marinated in malai, bland in taste, good order for kids!
Paneer chutneywala kebab - lot of scope for improvement in terms of flavours. Paneer tasted almost tasteless, couldn't taste a definite flavour and was very mildly spiced.
Main course -
Chicken Chettinad - have had chettinads everywhere and this was an addition in my favorites! Prepared perfectly, tasted amazing, chicken was well cooked, quantity was sufficient. Not spicy, evenly balanced flavours!
Shreeman special sukkha mutton - Loved the balance of flavours, on spicy side, goes well with a parota or butter roti!
Desserts -
Blueberry cheesecake - Being an ardent cheesecake lover I must say this needs a lot of improvement. Cheesecakes didn't seem fresh rather they were not soft and creamy. Flavour was maintained but the textures were disappointing.
Tiramisu - the best dessert dish they have. Go for it without a single doubt! Bittersweet Symphony indeed! The texture, consistency, flavours, everything was bang on!
Chocolate cake - melted in my mouth! Amazing flavours! Would come here again for this! Generous amount of chocolate layers! Loved it!
Red velvet cheesecake - Delicious! Again like the blueberry cheesecake, textures could've been better. It was not soft and smooth which was a letdown.

Have been to multiple times to the SB road outlet, glad that one opened at kothrud.
The space is relatively small compared to other German Bakery Outlets. Has those classic tables and chairs found at every GB outlet.
Coming to place its nice and calm, good music and fine food!
Lets start with what I had,

Lichi Cooler and Passion Twister was what we had in mocktails. They were nice and refreshing.
Rosemary and elder martini was nice strong drink which i loved.
Creamy Hazelnut had nice coffee blend flavour, perfect for coffee lovers.

The salad was super refreshing and healthy.
Had loads of veggies, pickled beetroots and processed cheese. The lettuce used was fresh. It had bit tangy flavour perfect to go with the mocktails.

The nuggets were deep fried, had crisp coating and filled with cheese that burst into your mouth.
Dish was simple served with some greens and sauce.

Chicken Drumsticks were as expected as the name says! Hot and spicy loaded with masala and super flavourful. Loved this one!

Pizza is thin crust, huge , loaded with veggies and cheese. Pizza is topped with varieties of peppers i.e red, green and yellow, broccoli, onions,olives, etc.

CHICKEN STROGANOFF
Chicken Stroganoff had a small heap of rice accompanied with spicy flavourful chicken gravy that was loaded with chicken strips and onion greens. Loved the way whole dish came out.
POPCORN MUSHROOM DYNAMITE
It was small crispy circular deep fried mushroom popcorn.
A good veg version of chicken popcorns.
HUMMUS AND PITA
Hummus and Pita is everyones favourite.
German's Hummus Pita is Pretty good in taste and quantity. Hummus that was mild yet impactful in flavour along with fresh of pita bread.
This is the healthiest of all.
GARFIELD'S VEG LASAGNE
This is farmost the best place to have lasagne in pune for the veg people. The perfectly baked lasagna sheets, loads of cheese and veggies.
It was supery creamy and delicious to have.
It had veggies like zucchini, bell peppers, corns, mushrooms, etc. Do try this and thank me later.

Visit to german bakery isn't accomplished if you dont have a cheesecake! They had 3 flavours available at that time and we tend to order all the three i.e Mango Cheesecake, Raspberry and redvelvet cheese cake and the Blueberry cheesecake.
Mango cheesecake is the iconic german bakery dessert and the most favourite one.
All the cheesecakes were fresh, right balanced of sweet and flavour.
GERMAN BAKERY SACHERTORTE
This has become my new favourite.
The gooey chocolatey piece of cake that is just pure bliss as you have your first bite.
They have the perfect layers of cake, is super fresh and damn tasty! Dont miss on this one!
Talking of whole experience it was nice, as it was my first visit. Comparing it to the othet outlets they do need lots of improvement to be done, but eventually they will as it is a new branch.
Staff members are super polite and helpful.
And the whole atmosphere is welcoming!
