While the tea and coffee are really good and the other food items range from edible to tasty, the main issue is the hygiene of the place and how they maintain everything there. If you want a quick snack, this is a good place. But if you are looking for something more, then you need to spend more money and visit a different place.

In the neighborhood of Baavdhan this is one of very few places to get pocket friendly yet quality and tasty food and tea.

Nice place for breakfast, loads of snacks are available here, my favorite is bum maska and 1 big chaiš, plus the place wallet friendly, and the serve the best irani chai.

Irani tea is fantastic ... Must try and ask to put some Malai over it ...
The best thing over here is tea and bun-maska.. Cheap and tasty.
