Premium flats and just back of Amanora town. Especially master bedroom, kitchen and living room is big however balcony is bit small. Overall am very happy with the size of apartments. I can't comment on the paint by the builders as we did interiors, used lusture paint.
Recently shifted here. Best society in Hadapsar area with best construction quality. Big Advantage is malls are there nearby.
Kumar is one of the best builders in Pune and Picasso is likewise an art in itself
Peaceful society to live in. Villas, apartments are fantastic. Club house with swimming pool and gym (minimum equipments available), tennis court and small children play area is there to spend some quality time. Trees are not neither too big nor small, gives it awesome night view in moon light.
A nice place to stay. Do note this is out of PMC area so you may need to depend on borewell water and suitable filters will be required. Has a good clubhouse with swimming pool, a tennis-cum-basketball court and childrens play area with rubber mats!
