Located on a prime location next to JJ garden behind dorabjee , cactus is cool beer joint for beer lovers.
With two sitting space ground and upper floor and simple ambience. Better to arrive early , place fills soon as time goes .
Here they serve only mild beers ( Better don't ask for strong they don't serve one neither alcohal ) .
Food menu is very simple with starters only to be severed. Mostly people have spring rolls , popcorn and chicken nuggets . Price of food and beer is towards lesser compare to other beer joints and bars in town .
Menu has to be updated In zomato . The menu on zomato is old ( prices are changed for beer )

I always love this place, quite desi but old one, lovable one.
If you wish to have a beer or two in low budget, go to cactus. Chakna is cheap too. It's like a middle town small hut.
A small beer bar in the middle of the city. Drinks and Food are extremely low priced here. The service is good. The ambiance is kind of a bit shady, and the crowd consists mainly of men, I was the only female there. The food is tasty and filling and really cheap.

a very small shop, to be honest easily can be missed even if you go in front of it.

To be honest I was impressed by Cactus Beer bar for their rates and the ambience. I thought it would be a Shady Place, but the place looks really good and the rate are decent. Food prices are unbelievable xD.
We were two guys and two girls, no nuisance and everyone behaved well which I didn't expect, maybe just my prejudice. Good place, would visit again.
One of the best budget bars in Pune where you can grab a couple of beers, have some very pocket friendly finger food such as french fries, chips, spring rolls and listen to early 90's rock music.

Cheers to this beer bar located in camp with the cheapest beer u can find in a bar. Snacks also very cheap but very taste too. Ambience is like an old typical bar with some blue lights and a continuous playing track of Bollywood songs with some sports entertainment too...very fast service and Anna is great at work :D
The dive bar par excellence! Pune doesn't have enough of these sorts of places. Pretty much the cheapest beer and snacks you can get in the Camp area, which is a pretty expensive place to find oneself thirsty. I haven't seen any ladies here yet; just young guys in their twenties and thirties. But there's really no reason women shouldn't be there either.
They serve the beer really cold. Points for that.
Frozen food based menu with good mix of innovative bar snacks.
Ambiance is functional yet creative.
Service is efficient to say the least. They operate with one waiter on each floor but he's surprisingly fast.

Not very spacious music is very low. Not many items on the menu. Very pocket friendly. The ambience is normal but if you want to grab some beers on the go its very nice place.

I had heard about this place but never had i tried it. A couple of days back, was in the vicinity with some friends. And we decided to visit it for to have a go at beer.
Its one of the oldest beer joints in Pune. Its filled many a times. But i guess being a pretty old branch; they haven't renewed their interiors. You wont find any ladies over here.
The interior seems like the ones shown in some retro movies. The interiors are dim lit with blue lightings. The wall paintings are a wonderful piece of art. And some of the wall hangings are hilarious.
We ordered 4 beers, some Masala Seng and Some Fries. They served the beer in huge beer jars, and so we started with a CHEERS!
The Masala Seng was seriously too good. We liked it so much, that we ordered 6 of them. :D
The Fries were crispy and adequately spiced, a perfect making. We finished with it in no time.
The chilled beer along with Masala Seng.... You can't ask for more!

Service- attentive, quick.
Food- they serve a variety of light items, including some chicken dishes. The dishes i tried were too good. You can have some light dishes with beer and then head up to any restaurant nearby.
Surely head up to this place to have some good chilled beer with friends.

One of the oldest beer joints in Pune. Still holds the old charm and fantastic value for money. You will find a lot of regulars who have been coming here for year's and made friends along the way. A joint for bro's to bond...

This is one of the nicest places I’ve been to. This place gives a nostalgic vibe. Great place to hangout with a small group or alone. The menu is just perfect not too much to confuse you with options. Music is always great. And the prices are unbelievably affordable. Please do visit at least once
This is a small pub kinda joint where beer is served and it's located near mg road .. so it's good for mostly people shopping around need to relax and sip a beer or youngster who are mostly on a budget as the menu is not very expensive and has great food options too..
Beware it is smokers joint non smokers please avoid. But otherwise a great place. Chicken wings was very good.
Cactus is an old-school bar which does just the right things. Smelly, dirty and filled with cigarette smoke, this is the place you go to for cheap beers and some classic old school Pop and Rock music.
The dingy, dark interiors with faint sunlight filtered through a blue sheet and functional toilet help add charm along with the kind of waiters you don't find anywhere else. Friendly without the need for banter. Attentive without the need for you to try to catch their attention.
Recommended: Veg Spring Rolls and Chicken Jumbo Wings.
It’s crowdy with a little more charges than mrp on beer 🍺 they don’t have strong as they only keep mild beers. with screening feature for MotoGP football etc the waiters are not much listening kind of people they ask us questions that’s good but they only do what they want to as i said don’t pour beer in glass he said ok sir and he poured it the beer was not chilled enough to give taste it was supposed to be a little more chilled. The exhaust fans were very loud in sitting area speakers and music was decent and the only thing I liked there was those quotes on their walls just have a look what I uploaded
