Today my mother undergone eye surgery in NIO, I got woderfull experience in NIO Shivajinagar Pune. Highly qualified and experienced doctors. All process in hospital are techno savy. Hospitals front desk and paramedic staff is too cooperative and disciplined. Dr Kelkar is offering high standard treatment in ophthalmology in affordable cost. NIO should open there branch at every district level so they can surve poor village patients also.
Dr. Aditya Kelkar is of course the best but the staff especially the reception and administration is worst....You try calling the numbers ....it will be always busy and many times the person will not pick purposefully..
This had been observed physically when I went to visit the clinic...Also , something is very serious with these staff......Please replace them with matured, well behaved and working people....these people don't have the attitude of SERVICE..

Good experience..i went there for my eye check up and i was having some problem with my eyes...doctor gave me good guidance and they dont do additional test if not required.
