One of the oldest vegetarian hotels in Rajahmundry.
The taste of food is good.
It is very crowded all the time. Limited tables & too much waiting time.
No proper parking facility.
2 wheeler can be managed outside the hotel, but getting a 4 wheeler car parking is very hard.
It is easy access for travellers who are entering through the road cum railway bridge.
We visited Rajamahendravaram as a family and have limited knowledge of the hotels, restaurants and the food.
As we were looking for a nice breakfast place, we noticed Udupi Akshaya has over 8K reviews, mostly 3.5 and above, so we decided to try it.
Restaurant is tucked away on a narrow street and the facility is small. However there is a long wait for the tables, and we waited for ten minutes to get seated.
Coming to the good, we ordered the following items and the my rating for each of them:

The ambiance isn’t that great and the service time as well. The staff are friendly though.

Very good food and the best price.. middle class mini function hall.. suitable for birthday & half saree functions upto 70 to 90 members.

Nice restaurant. I have been eating breakfast here from long time. We had Onion Dosa, Onion Ravva Dosa, Button Idli in which all of them are good. Once we had veg special fried rice which is not upto mark and not hot also. Coffee and tea also good here
We tasted plate meals, quite enough for one, costed 150. Good quality rice and curries. They kept gongura, mango pickle

I had the pleasure of experiencing the best breakfast ever at Udupi Akshaya. The quality of the food provided was truly exceptional, and it's clear that they prioritize offering top-notch dishes. What stood out to me the most was the way they treat their customers; the service was impeccable and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Udupi Akshaya has certainly set a high standard for breakfast places, and I can't wait to visit again for another delightful meal.

Reasonable price for the quality of food they are providing (around Rs 140 for veg meals).

There was a decent crown when we reached the restaurant and we were lucky that we got a table immediately without any waiting. Our family was 4 adults and 1 kid. We ordered various mix and found them all to be tasty enough.
I am from Bangalore and I am pretty used to the Udupi style/Darshini/Fastfood hotels. By that standard, the taste was good. The staff was kind enough to make phulkas for my daughter in the exact way we wanted.
We decided to come back again for the next day's lunch to this place.
The lunch was also pretty much the same and we were finally making inquiries for take-away food for our train journey in the evening,
The staff clearly explained how the food would be packed, the quantity, its complementing dishes and so on. The packing also was definitely up to the mark and we thoroughly enjoyed the packed meals in the train.
The food was easy on our stomach, including the kid. That is something we were very happy about.
Overall kudos to the staff who are warm, supportive and seemed accommodating of our requests.
As a traveler, I rate them 4/5 and the improvements needed would be on the the service, ambiance and need for a larger place.
Rava dosai is awesome!! 3 chutneys and tasty sambar were served! Great taste!! Ambience, clean - recommend for vegetarian food lovers!!
Akshaya special vegetable fried rice is a must try.. Food quality and quantity are good 👍
This place has great food but moderate service. I would order food for takeaway or home delivery than eat here.
