The food is really good and value for money.
The place comes with the trust of the Kaveri brand with the addition of non veg food.
I specially liked the kebabs, fish chilly and the tandoori chicken momos. This is a family place and good for group outings. They also offer 10% student's discount for some of the colleges of the city.
Kav's Harmu is trying its best to match up to the level of its parent branch kaveri. The non veg thali is good although i thought that the plate would include some more items of chicken like fish fry or chicken dry fry.
The ambience is good. And the outlet is spacious. The taste and quality of food is upto the standard.
I ordered chicken manchurian. I will give 3.5 or 4 star for food but its gravy i love..... it. I am happy with delivery. I am happy with The Kav's
I have been to Kavs to attend parties and have also hosted one but I wanted to taste the food that the didnt prepare in bulk. So I home delivered noodles and paneer chilli. The noodles were springy, tasty and looked quite healthy. The paneer chilli however was a little sweet but I think with the noodles i won't mind having it. Happy with the service speed as well as the taste . Quite satisfied !

One of the best in Ranchi. The ambience is very good and when it comes to food, its the best. The desserts are the best thing. And specially the hot chocolate fudge is a bliss. Rates are affordable. One of my fav.π

The best non veg restaurant I have ever found in Ranchi.The fish tandoor and mutton items are the best and not only that all the items are delicious.Just visit the place and enjoy.

This place is more of a family restaurant and the ambience is good. The service is quite fast.
Coming to the food, I would mention kebab platter which is really nice out here. There are few non-veg main course dishes like methi chicken in white gravy which are really tempting. Overall the food is good and this place is a good option if you are nearby. You surely won't be disappointed.
3 stars for the ambience. 1/2 star for the food. The taste is degrading day by day. Waiters too are exceptionally slow, they don't know their own menu.

Kav's is a new branch of Kaveri located in harmu. It serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. I went there for lunch with my friends.
The ambience was pretty nice and gave a nice vibe. The attenders were very cordial and suggested some really good dishes. The prices were economical and each penny was worth the quality we received. The only problem was that they took a lot of time to serve the food.
We ordered chicken kebab platter, chicken tikka lababdaar, tandoori roti, chicken burger, cold coffee, sweet lime soda and rose sikanji.
The platter was amazing. It had three different kinds of chicken and all of them were well cooked with right amount of flavours.
The sweet lime soda and rose sikanji were very refreshing. I didn't like the cold coffee as it was too sweet.
The chicken lababdaar's gravy was super rich and the chicken was very soft. It had perfect amount of spices which made it taste even better.
The chicken burger was freshly made and tasted nice. There was an Indian tint in the burger's filling which made the taste different from the usual burgers.

Though lots of bad review i still made courage to go there.. Yeah it was almost empty on sat. Night... Not much ppl.. We ordered hot nd sour soup with was actually tasty, then panner bhurji nd tandoori roti.. It was also up to the mark, roti was very soft nd we liked it... Ambience not tat gr8, food was ok only, one thing i disliked a lot that waiters were constantly "staring" at me which made me uncomfy, no sign of proffesionalism...
It's a branch of Kaveri and well it carries its reputation with it . Well this serves non-veg too . The food is delicious and the place is very comforting . They do take time to serve food but it's worth the wait .
The ambience is good and service is efficient. Chicken achari and chicken 65 are must try.I love the rice dishes since each and every grain is well cooked and looks great and obviously tastes great!

One of the good restaurants at the the Harmu Road stretch.The ambience at this place is above average and the quality and taste of the food is good.The charges of various dishes are also quite reasonable and are as according to the type of service they provide you.Also,the staff here is polite but the service time is little slow.They do also have a decent banquet hall & a garden in the restaurant premises.Β

It seems Kaveri is planning to penetrate into more and more areas of Ranchi, first Main Road, then Circular Road and now Harmu Road.
Well, the restaurant is very easy to locate, near Dhoni's residance. Food served is no doubt very good and yes they serve NON VEG.
We ordered Chicken Reshmi Tikka, Paneer Malai Tikka and Chicken Kebab. Everything was nice, even the dessert was lovely.
Interiors are beautifull managed, the only fault which I noticed was the service is bit slow even though the restaurant was almost empty, and we had to shout loud to call someone (as we were sitting on the last table).
Its no doubt that the restaurant has been beautifully designed. One of the good place to visit with the family and friends. Though the service was not up to the mark the food was good and ambiance was perfect. But I am sure KAV will definitely make their servicing better. Overall it was a nice experience.
I was there once and was delighted after seeing the environment. It felt so cozy,they have decorated the restaurant very well.
Serving part was a bit downfall but it will not spoil your overall experience.

I've been there a couple of times. The ambiance is alright. The service is fine. The Indian food isn't up to the mark. The Chinese is pretty good.

Update: The prices are pretty low and the food is pretty good for the price we pay. The place is mostly full and the service is good. They've added the outdoor seating arrangement as well which is another plus. I was left disappointed the last time I went there but this time I left the place feeling pleased. The Chinese food was tasty and the Indian was good as well.

It's good to see the place has improved a lot. The service is pretty good at this place. The waiters are very attending to our needs. The food is amazing as always. I love the tandoori items from this place because they are lip-smacking. I've never had such tasty tandoori food at any other place in Ranchi.

One of the best restaurants of ranchi. We always visit this place on our trip to ranchi. Had ordered vegetable manchow soup which was delicious, American crispy corn again it was amazing. Soya chap in mustard sauce which was lip smacking. For kids we ordered noodles and strawberry shake. Main course we ordered navratan korma which was awesomely made in cashew base , mushroom do pyaza and Naan. Naan was a little disappointing since it wasn't baked properly and was a bit thick. But we got 70percent refund on naan. We parceled veg Manchurian which was again amazing. A good restaurant worth visiting.
This is a very nice restaurant with reasonable price. The interior is very beautiful with lots of paintings.
We were 10 people n ordered 6 sabji (all veg), 4 masala kulcha, 2 masala naan, 5 butter naan( 1 naan have 3 piece), 1 sweet corn soup, 4 hot n sour soup, 1 tomato soup and 3 plates of French fries.. n the bill was around 3700..
It's good for family n friends. There's a banquet hall too for big celebrations or events too.
