Bharat Bakery has been for a long time, in main road and widely known for its taste of its cakes and pastries also it has variety of cookies and chocolate collection.
This used to be like the hotspot for buying cakes at some time long ago .... but these days there are better options hence we don't usually get cakes from here . But the bakery items are pretty good and the prices are quite reasonable .
4 years back when I used to stay at Ranchi, Bharat Bakery was our favourite option for bakery items there. And it is quite popular too among people in Ranchi and often overcrowded.
Though I won't compare it to really good bakeries but decently good at what they deliver and back then was the best option in Ranchi when it was not so developed.
Good for cakes and other bakery items. Location is good too but crowded most of time I visit. When I was child, I always brought my Birthday Cakes from Bharat Bakery! :D

Totally old cake base .. the smell started coming within 12 hours... My 05 family members had food poisioning after consuming this cake on 30 June 2022... Proof of doctor PRESCRIPTION visit, injections and medicines available with me ..Rs. 10000 got wasted in treatment.. it was a 3 pound cake for small child. Thankfully my child didn't eat the cake and she got saved... Worst experience .. .. we could have died of food poisioning but got saved by doctor... Also the staff treated the buyer as slaves
Staffs of this shop are very rude and disrespectful to customers they usually behave with customers as customers are their slave.Today i.e.11/5/2022 got the same experience one of the staff was too rude with me that I was totally surprised and the person seems to be manager (sitting on counter) was listening and doing nothing about this, as I know he is not owner and he is not taking care of shop properly , owner should think betterment of his shop.
One of the best confectionery shops of Ranchi for the last sixty years or more. Best quality available for Ranchi. Much crowded at most of the times of the day and their customer service collapses during those busy period specially in the evening hours. The shop needs to be shifted to a larger space immediately. Although they have a outlet beside Plaza but it is not upto the mark and lags in every aspect.

Guys , friends you should try the chocolate chip cake . It was wow . I celebrated my mom's 70th birthday and the chocolate flavour is not on her favourite list. When she cut the cake and I made her taste it. She was ecstatic. She took lots of bite and said it's very tasty. So thank you Bharat Bakery for making her birthday special . Friends try it . I know I'll try it again when I visit Ranchi next time .
