My one of the favorite place for the quick snacks, specially for the imarti and kachori. It's a simple place located just before Rau circle with lot of snacks and other food options.
Amazing place to have to light snacks, dinner lunch and sweets away from city area on Rau road. I guess this place serves 24/7. Place is famous for kulfi and sweets. Everything is good there with pocket friendly rates. If you are in this area you must try their kulfi, kachori and milk, you'll surely like it.

•This place is awesome. At the ground floor they have their sweet shop. They also serve Poha, Kachori, Samosa in the morning etc.
•At the first floor they have restaurant. Restaurant is divided into two parts. One is inside which has white ambience and other is at the same floor but at a different place which has superb ambience. I always sit here and eat. It is in open sky. It is having small green grass all over the floor and very dim light which gives a good feel when sitting with someone.
•Taste here is also awesome. Once they made some mistake in taking our order so they compensated with a complimentary soft drink, which was a good gesture. Not much people know about this. But one should go at least once.
#TKFoodFact | Consumers in rich countries waste almost as much food as the entire net food production of sub-Saharan Africa each year. Stop Food Wastage.
On our way to sendhwa , we stopped at baba kulfi house for quick brunch. I personally like this place. It has a variety of sweets, ice creams and kulfis to offer. Also , the chole samosa I had there was the best. Khaman Dhoklas were okay and kulfi was way too good ! I forgot to click the kulfi but damn ! Too good to have .
THE SPECIAL CHUTNEY AND SEV KACHORI IS A MUST TRY, EVEN THE NEW RESTAURANT UPSTAIRS IS REALLY GOOD, A GOOD TASTE AND A GOOD MENU ACCORDING TO THE PLACE.
Baba Kulfi is the go to place for lip smacking dessets and street food. Extremely good value for money. I had ordered aloo tikki, kulfi and hot milk.
I was listening since childhood about Rau ki Kachori, we always passes by rau but don't know why haven't tried. One day from college we decided to go to rau for breakfast. When i got my plate i screamed what's this, friends told "yahi to hai rau ki famous kachori", i had a bite and didn't liked it at all. I was expecting that moong dal kachori but they bought usal kachori, kachori served with moth bean in liquid gravy. Thn we ordered normal kachori and yeah i am happy with it.
As the name, this place is famous for it's kulfi too, but i don't like kulfi so never tried. Along with these breakfast options, they are serving indian fast food too and have proper space to sit and eat. Service is super fast. However hygiene is always an issue here.
It's more a breakfast joint or a stoppage for people passing by, very rare prefer to sit and eat.
Visiting this since more than a decade now. From IPS we used to come a lot just for their Special Chutney Kachori. I personally don't like Mong kachori but this is the only place where I love it. They give kachori with special chutney with makeup the taste.
Highly recommended if one is crossing Rau during their travel journey!
Rest they also serve Poha, jalebi, samosa, etc etc which can be tried as per choice & taste! :-)
Kulfi, mithai, hot milk in winters etc etc etc. All these are the specialities of this place. A place must to visit by all the foodies. Always satisfies our need with awesome taste.
:-) :-) :-) :-)
A kulfi is perfect finisher of highway side dinner. All seven mates enjoy this at Baba kulfi.
Very authentic taste.. Ready available ... Pocket freindly as compare to any branded ice cream.
Somethings here are unbeatable!
Crunchy Kachoris can boost up ur mood
The milk here has no comparisons!!
Khurma and chocolate barfi are a way too good!
I became a frequent visitor for the sake of "guradu" its tasty!
Dont expect glam sham!
Just a huge version of gumti! Prices are pocket easer!
Another prominent food joint in Rau after Vikas.. Don't go by its name, its a proper restaurant serving in full..
Colourful decor with all those pictures of dishes on wall.. Stacks of samosa, jalebi and sweets are eye soothing.. Snacks are served on ground floor where as first floor is reserved for proper food..
Service what i observed was quick at the blink of eye coz i was at the snacks section..
Taste was good as well.. Had Samosa along with Moong Bhajiya.. Surprisingly at that evening hour, both the dishes were hot.. Loved it..
However, with all those development work going on, reaching to this joint is a real pain..
So no specific visit is recommended but ya if u happens to pass by then its a must stop.. ;)
V can say old z gold for this place, visited many times wd frendz n family n liked d place.. Located on mhow indore road.. me wd my friends visit many times for late night milk..
The Kachori was very good. It was piping hot and very spicy. You should try only if you have an appetite for very spicy food. There is also an option available with chutney, green onions and ratlami sev....delicious and absolutely worthy of a drive from Indore to Rau
It serves as a halt for buses plying to Mumbai and Pune from Indore. The chaat menu which includes samosas and chole tikiya are very tasty and filling. As a bengali, I did not like the rasgulla. It was very spongy and similar to the canned ones available in the market. The place looks hygenic and people always flock arpund the place during evenings. The chole tikiya us a must have!
Yet again a review fror my daily Pithampur travel diaries...it's one of those places where u can always trust...even if it's 6 in the morning or 11 in the night....u can always get some gud poha jalebi in morning....chole tikki in the eve....a delight for people who daily travel to long distance and want.something to munch on with a short travel break......also the age old classic kulfi is good too....
Simple and cozy ambience
Recommended for quick bites
Good taste

Known for #Kulfi
Tried poha and jalebi. Which was really good and nice. Lot of sweet options available to buy here.
Baba Kulfi House in Rau, Indore, is a popular destination for dessert lovers. The place offers a variety of kulfi flavors, sweets and sneaks including traditional and fusion variants. The ambiance of the shop is simple yet cozy, with seating arrangements for small groups.
One of the best things about Baba Kulfi House is the quality and taste of their kulfis. The kulfis are prepared fresh and with high-quality ingredients, which make them creamy, smooth, and flavorful. The prices are also reasonable, making it an affordable option for a quick dessert fix.

The tawa milk is very good here. Other than that, the kachori chaat is also good and filling. Must visit in Indore for foodies.
The place is good for eating snacks etc. A little spicy as is common in Indore. The place is amazing. One of the two famous shops in Rau.
Nice place for having breakfast & fast food.. The breakfast mostly includes poha, jalebi ( mouthwatering), sobudana vada, kachori ( pyaazwali) & dosa ( for the southies). But the dosa will be available after 10 am & we went there early in the morning... As per my friend, Masala dosa of Baba kulfi is a treat for your taste buds
Baba kulfi house is a good place if you're just going there for some snacks and sweets. Though, you could always explore the other outlet that they have after pigdamber which is good for dining out as well.
Good place to find Rau ki kachori and kulfi
This is such a good place for casual dinings, however it's bit crowdy all the time but still food sounds tasty. I tried thalis and some stuffs which was quite impressive also proper hygiene is maintained throughout.. The picture is when i ordered it through uber eats
It's the one-stop shop near Rau for all you bakery/Namkeen/Ice-cream needs.
It also has a pan-shop at its corner for those wh are coming from a restaurant with family and wants to have desert for kids and pans for the elders.
The place has a lot of ice-cream and kulfi options to choose from.
Baba kulfi house:
One of the most important stop while going to Rau. Very nice eating menu apart from wide range of Kulfi and sweets.
