Mezmiz Goa if not the only is one of the very few restaurants in Goa serving middle eastern cuisine. Would have loved their ambience to me a more middle eastern related nevertheless it is nice. the Traditional soup was not of a flavour of my preference. but I really enjoyed every other dish on the menu. Some of the dishes was a little under seasoned but other wise it was good. The drinks were amazing!! The prices are on point and the staff are really good. I will visit Mezmiz for sure in the future

Delicious but expensive Lebanese fare. Nice decor, unique dishes, courteous staff. Tried the kebabs, the veg items, the dips and mocktails. Everything was delicious. The pita bread was warm and fresh out of the oven. Loved the garlic dip. Mutton kebabs were juicy and well cooked. I will return.

Went there on a Saturday night with a friend. Amazing place. The food was delicious, we ordered the Jujeh kebab and the Shammi Kebab. The quantities were quite good and we were too stuffed to try dessert. Will definitely try some next time! Highly recommended.

Mezmiz is a villa converted into a restaurant offering middle easter cuisine in Goa. Their name is derived from word “mezze” which means enjoying small portions of wide variety of hot & cold dishes. The concept translates into their menu which has wide range of hot & cold plates (starters or appetisers in layman’s terminology) and just 4 main course dishes.

The place is decorated very tastefully giving it a mix of goan & middle eastern touch. The colors are vibrant and the place has a very positive vibe overall. The background arabic music playing at just the right volume adds to the overall atmosphere which gives you a happy feel.

We went their for dinner and decided to occupy one of the tables in the open outside. Staff was courteous and nice. As I was visiting this place with my daughter and her partner who suggested the place - I left the ordering to them.

Lot of items were ordered from the hot & cold section along with drinks. Their cocktail selection was very different and each one of them were presented nicely and made to perfection literally. Each one of the food items that we ordered was just lip smacking and presented beautifully. All of us were full but I had to test them for their main course so ordered just one dish to be shared by us all. The dish “iskenderi kebeb” was just amazing and I just loved it.

If you are looking for middle eastern cuisine in Goa then I would strongly recommend this place.

Went there on a Wednesday night last month with a friend. Amazing place. The food was outstanding.
We ordered different types of chicken kebab.
Jujeh kebaab ( yogurt and saffron infused chicken )
Shammi kebab ( chicken and lentil kebabs )
Kebab koobideh chicken (Persian seekh with parsely and onion) .
Loved the kebab koobideh chicken and jujeh kebaab the most. Since it was just the two of us we couldn't get to try more as our stomach was full. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended. Keep it up.
Food: 5/5
Ambience: 5/5
Service: 5/5
Also please note this place isn't open for lunch.

Mezmiz is coming close to their first year anniversary and have they come a long way? Absolutely Yes! We ate there last Friday and the meal was exceptional. They have been clever in keeping their menu small and adding new dishes slowly to their menu. The ice creams are to die for - we ended up going back only for ice cream! Well done to the mezmiz team for offering quality food and service in a vibrant food scene of goa. You are on your way to becoming a much loved institution in goa. Looking forward to enjoying your food at serendipity in a few weeks.

Mezmiz is an heart warming experience!

The soulful Middle Eastern food, the drinks (specially the cocktails that come with an exciting twist, cheers to the mixologist), the happy vibe, the ambience, traditional music, perfect lighting and the intricate details of the interiors that the owners have put together, all of it, is classic and outstanding.

My favourite was the lucknowi raan (we pre ordered this one) And take me seriously when i say this: after you take the first bite, it's "kiss the chef- kinda moment". Soft-melt-in-the-mouth situation with a blast of spices. You will lick the plate clean in no time.
(Make sure you call and book in advance)
Suggest to try it with the Sangria, it's tastes like it's godsent.

I have also become a fan of thier fattoush salad, they have a secret ingredient in this one that makes it so floavorsome.
We also indulged in the Adana and shami kebabs, chicken wings(tavuk kanat) , hummus(the best i have had), fresh pita bread which is served warm and a combination of hot and cold plates.
All of it brilliant, delicious and made with absolute love!

Also I am totally a chocolate person but I surprised myself by finishing two large scoops of the creamy salted pistachio ice-cream that is freshly prepared old school style.
HEAVENLY!

The staff is warm and welcoming with lovely service. Naazneen and Kush are the best hosts, extremely generous and they are around through out to make your dining experience comfortable and a memorable one.
Everything so exceptional yet simple.

And here is a little secret I know,
Mezmiz is a dream come true of 2 passionate hardworking people.
The place is a true example and a must visit to see how a dream come true looks in reality.
And of course, tastes too.
Cheers!

Looking forward to my next visit already.

A quaint little place located in Sangolda. Not very noticeable from the outside but once you're in, you'll be surprised by the look and feel of the place. The ambiance is beautiful, especially in their outdoor seating area. The decor is very apt for a Mediterranean place. It made me feel like I was in Turkey!
Coming to the food, we decided to start off with a Saffron Kahwa Tea which was really delicious! Couldn't get enough of it. For dinner, we asked for the Hummus, the Garlic paste and Muhammara, the Jujeh Kebab and the Kebab Koobideh Chicken. The Hummus and Pita were quite nice, nothing out of the ordinary but pretty good. The Garlic Paste and Muhammara were delicious but for the quantity served, I found it very overpriced. Both the chicken kebabs were good, but I personally preferred the Jujeh. It was cooked to perfection and marinated really well. They were tender and juicy, just as a kebab should be. Having said that, I found that the food served to us was really good, however, most of it was overpriced, maybe they could increase their quantities to justify their pricing.
The service was prompt and quick. The parking can only accommodate two cars at one time which is kind of a bummer, but all in all, it was a good culinary experience :)

An excellent place for cocktails and Middle Eastern food. All the dishes we tried were extremely well made and tasted excellent.
The ambience is apt for the place. You don't feel you are on the busy CHOGMN road.

A rather nice Mediterranean restaurant in sangolda serving some good tabouleh, hummus and kebabs. Service is quick and friendly and the food is delicious. A hot cup of Turkish coffee on the menu would be a great option to have.

At first sight, I was mesmerised by the Ambience of the place. This place gives you a Turkish house feel. I love how they have given importance to Minute details like the Curtain holders, table cloth.
Coming to the food, I can say its the best Mediterranean food I have had till date. The Hummus and Pita bread (which they give free with every dish you order) is nothing you have ever had before (esp the Hummus, as the one you have had before is usually laden with more mayonnaise then chikpeas). I love the homemade feel to the Pita bread.
I had their Chicken wings, which were coated with a Turkish paste and barbequed to perfection.
But the one that stole the show were the Kebabs, which were a level apart. They were cooked to perfection and were very sumptuous.
The other thing not to miss is the handmade Turkish Icecream.
You can also try the Cocktails or Kawa tea to go with your food.
All in all, great food and good service and hence the 5 rating.

Lovely ambience and very delicious food. The whole place gives a complete Mediterranean vibe and the menu has been crafted after much thought. There are so many options to choose from whether you are a meat eater or not. We ordered a lot of stuff but I would recommend the platter where you get a little bit of everything. The drinks menu is the best and their cocktails are amazing. The home made ice creams are also not to miss.

Good food and super atmosphere to enjoy it in a cozy little resteraunt off Porvorim Rd. Limited Parking available, so better to reserve a table in advance. Quaint little house, with a liitle front garden sit out. Food was very good with choicest ingredients used. Try something different rather than the usual stuff.

I was craving for some Lebanese cuisine and my friend suggested me this place. Hummus was nice could be a bit more creamier. Falafel was a bit dry and hard. Chicken was amaing i dont remember the names but the taste tenderness and the seasoning was amazing. We tried non alcoholic beverages a watermelon and a pineapple based, both were nice and refreshing. Will definitely give it another visit. Very friendly and cozy staff. Music has a nice arbic touch to it. Ambiance is fantastic. The places gives you a warm hug as soon as you enter. Sorry for the typo if there are any i don't wish to proof read it so do understand and bye.

Delightful experience. The mutton kebab was succulent and so grilled chicken was so tender and tasty. The frozen mint lemonade was a hit with me and the chili watermelon mocktail was equally tasty. Our server was extremely polite and made some excellent suggestions regarding the menu. The online non contact menu is appreciated and is very neat and easy to navigate. The only disappointment was the service charge (it is clearly mentioned as 8%). However, the discretion of whether to pay for the service or not should be left to me and not the restaurant. Will definitely be back.

The food was excellent. We ordered the pineapple and basil cooler and whiskey sour which was really good. The hummus was the best hummus I ever had. We ordered it twice 😁🤤. We also ordered the adana kebab and mutton chop. Wish the mutton shop had more meat to it but either ways it tasted really good. For dessert we had the Rose cream puff. Excellent meal. We paid 1500 per person. Just an FYI the parking are is limited. The security guard was really helpful.

The restaurant is decorated beautifully and gives you all these Persian vibes. We ordered a chicken tavook and toum sauce. Although individually all items tasted really nice. But all together the food was really acidic. Service is impeccable.

I ordered an Adana kebab to begin with and then ended up ordering one more portion. It’s probably the best things I ate in a very long time. The humus, the pita bread, the salad, the noon khamei is all very good. It’s great heartfelt food with excellent service. “Mezze aagaye”

Very good adanna kebabs ....it comes on open pita bread with some chutney spread (I think it was hummus) ...pickles and, burnt green chilly, onion and tomato...fantastic combination....however it's lil dry ....it needs additional chutneys....which comes at a cost which I feel should be part of the dish, kebabs has a complimentary option for a pita or rice ...which I think should be replaced with 2 potion of chutneys (as it comes on a open pita bread) ...just a recommendation to cut down on the dryness ...otherwise good taste and perfect place ...ok price.

A Must Visit for any one who loves Middle Eastern especially Lebanese cuisine. The place is beautifully designed, like a cottage which makes you feel at home. With places to sit outside, where smoking is allowed too. Beautifully decorated with paintings adds to the mood. The food is very delicious. The tea is a must to have when you’re there.. The food can be ordered via a menu accessed online and the staff is very polite. Do visit this place for a treat you’ll remember when you’re in Goa. This will definitely spice up your Goa trip.

Lovely place from the outside and inside. Warm hospitality. Nice service the serving staff were aware about their cuisine. We tried almost everything in veg & the food for just rightly flavored nothing over the top it just right. Slightly on the expensive side but worth the bucks that you spend for some delicious food. Give it a try if your looking for flavourful lebanese food. Will definitely come back again. Compliments to the staff/chef/host. Keep selling.
